This is pathetic that, Goibibo has removed all its toll free/paid numbers to connect with them, . Not sure what you are trying to achieve here. This is just not acceptable as your help page is worst. I need immediate support now.

    I booked Air India flight on 03 March 2021 from Delhi to Amritsar through your mobile app and I paid amount Rs 4532 through net banking vide ref no[protected]GAKQFTF on dated 02 March 2021 at about 1755 hrs. But didn't get ticket and amount has been deducted from my account and I have not get refund yet. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

      I had booked one ticket through IBIBO on 25th January vide IBIBO Invoice number G06AI21I01490198 in the name of MR. PRANATOSH PATRA Travelling from Kolkata - Mumbai via GoAir 514. The total amount paid for this booking was Rs. 7150.00.
      Due to some unavoidable situation, on 27th January I cancelled the ticket and i got the cancellation confirmation from Ibibo, but till date the refund is not initiated and money is not transferreed.
      I checked with the airlines they said the amount is already refunded from their end. Request you to kindly check at your end as its more than one month the amount is lying with you.

          Due to Covid my flight bookings L6GWYC (for 22nd april), Q3C1KL (for 13th april) and C4N84C (for 22nd april) were cancelled, but I haven’t yet received the refund amount of 15, 286.

          There is no customer care agent number that can respond properly.

          Please take proper action as this is not acceptable.

            Amount debited through IBIBO WEB PVT LTD payment gateway but not received by IDP IELTS India

            Hi Team,
            I am writing this email in regards to the Booking reference HTLNJU9324.
            On 27February21, I was trying to make a payment for Hotel booking amounting 3278₹.
            The amount got debited from My account but the booking wasn’t made.
            I tried calling Goibibo but there’s no option to speak to any customer support representative.
            Also on their IVR there are two options one for existing booking and for new booking
            I can’t see any help section on their application.
            I made the payment through PHONPE and I tried to contact them, they have advised me to contact Goibibo because the payment was successfully processed from their end. It’s Goibibo who dint provide any booking details.
            On their Goibibo application, now I cant find any booking history of payment failures. No where to write a complaint.
            I am just frustrated that I am not able to contact a single person.
            Can someone please help?

                    i had booked a round trip flight connecting pune and kannur.

                      Reminder 1: Complaint is regarding the non refund of cancelled train.
                      Train tickets are booked through goibibo of train NDLS MAS SPL - 02434 Nagpur-Chennai with its PNR No - [protected] on 29/01/2021.
                      This train is already cancelled by indian railway before its date of journey and got the msg from IRCTC to collect the refund from where it was booked.
                      When called to check the refund status from IRCTC confirmed that it already transfer to the travel partner Goibibo.
                      Thought Goibibo received the refund from IRCTC its their duty to transfer to their client without any formalaties but this is not happens and still iam waiting for my refund.
                      This is already reminder for you and request to refund immediatley. Iam been touch with the goibibio from last 5 years and very upset with the service.

                            I booked a flight from Milan MXP to Delhi DEL for 6th March 2021.
                            Turkish Airlines informed me about flights have been cancelled.
                            Hence, I cannot travel through Turkish airlines. I REQUEST FOR REFUND OF THE FARE.
                            I am entitled for a full refund of the ticket as the flight was canceled by Turkish Airlines.
                            I have not received any feedback from the customer support since last 10 days.

                              I Had booked the flight from Amritsar to Mumbai vide flight booking no.GOFLDANDECF[protected] which was cancelled by airline on 6/10/2020. Now the cancellation proceeds were credited to my wallet account of Rs.17608/-. I had utilized some balance from my wallet account in month of December 20 and the balance lying in my wallet account was Rs.13651/-. On 26/1/21 I requested for refund and to transfer wallet balance to my account. Subsequently the status as appearing in App ' refund transfer failed and we are resolving the issue ' Till now it is not reflected on account as mentioned by goibibo.

                              Basis the message shown in app refund of Rs.13651/- in not yet reflected in my account nor they have reverted on mail nor you have re credited my wallet account.

                                  I tried to book a flight ticket from Jaipur to Luckhnow through Cleartrip.com on 26/2/21.                                       Got my money deducted twice for 1 booking.

                                      For 1st time -- {1 march 12:18 AM}
                                      Rs 3680 money was deducted
                                      and booking was not showed.

                                      For 2nd time money --{1 march 12:49 AM}
                                      Rs 3679 was deducted
                                      and booking also done.

                                      Now, i am trying to get my money back for 1st transaction,

                                      Transation was done by Google pay.{Axi bank account}
                                      i have added required images.
