I have booked a flight that was cancelled due to covid19.After that i get a confirmation email from goair that your money is refunded.But goibibo has not initiated our refunds

    Dear Goibibo,
    i had booked a round trip flight connecting pune and kannur.
    due to lockdown i cancelled it.The refund i suppose to get was 6419 INR. The booking id is GOMUPKGINTAND90D1C52. The app is showing refund is credited in account but i didn't recieved it yet.
    Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    They didn't contact me... help please

      Reminder 1: Complaint is regarding the non refund of cancelled train.
      Train tickets are booked through goibibo of train NDLS MAS SPL - 02434 Nagpur-Chennai with its PNR No - [protected] on 29/01/2021.
      This train is already cancelled by indian railway before its date of journey and got the msg from IRCTC to collect the refund from where it was booked.
      When called to check the refund status from IRCTC confirmed that it already transfer to the travel partner Goibibo.
      Thought Goibibo received the refund from IRCTC its their duty to transfer to their client without any formalaties but this is not happens and still iam waiting for my refund.
      This is already reminder for you and request to refund immediatley. Iam been touch with the goibibio from last 5 years and very upset with the service.

        Yesterday I was paying my Bajaj Finance Personal Loan Foreclose Amount the amount was debited by name IBIBO WEB PVT LTD with transaction ID S[protected]epay to IBIBO WEB PVT LTD/[protected]
        The amount debited from my Union Account and not credit to my Personal Loan Account.

        Please look into this matter and I want resolve within 24 hrs.

          I had requested Goibibo to refund my wallet money to bank account and they deducted from wallet and nothing is reflecting in my bank account. I have an emergency and need money but Goibibo is just playing with my money and I am struggling to connect them. Please help

            I booked a flight from Milan MXP to Delhi DEL for 6th March 2021.
            Turkish Airlines informed me about flights have been cancelled.
            Hence, I cannot travel through Turkish airlines. I REQUEST FOR REFUND OF THE FARE.
            I am entitled for a full refund of the ticket as the flight was canceled by Turkish Airlines.
            I have not received any feedback from the customer support since last 10 days.

              I Had booked the flight from Amritsar to Mumbai vide flight booking no.GOFLDANDECF[protected] which was cancelled by airline on 6/10/2020. Now the cancellation proceeds were credited to my wallet account of Rs.17608/-. I had utilized some balance from my wallet account in month of December 20 and the balance lying in my wallet account was Rs.13651/-. On 26/1/21 I requested for refund and to transfer wallet balance to my account. Subsequently the status as appearing in App ' refund transfer failed and we are resolving the issue ' Till now it is not reflected on account as mentioned by goibibo.

              Basis the message shown in app refund of Rs.13651/- in not yet reflected in my account nor they have reverted on mail nor you have re credited my wallet account.

                  I tried to book a flight ticket from Jaipur to Luckhnow through Cleartrip.com on 26/2/21. While booking the ticket, the amount was deducted but the servers failed and ticket could not be generated. I tried to book 2 times but both times I faced the same issue. It has been 3 days but I am yet to receive back my amount

                    Transaction failed at merchant payment gateway of Hotstar subscription in a home to ibibo web pvt ltd in bank statement
                    Complaint Category: I made online payment or Rs 399 to Hotstar Subscription on 1:40 am witch i choose natbanking o[censored]nion bank of India but transaction failed at payment gateway o[censored]nion bank only but transferred to ibibo web pvt ltd and it’s deducted from my account on 2/2/21
                    Payment is stuck in ibibo web pvt ltd but not refunded yet i raised quiry to bank also but not refunded yet .

                      Hi,

                      Got my money deducted twice for 1 booking.

                      For 1st time -- {1 march 12:18 AM}
                      Rs 3680 money was deducted
                      and booking was not showed.

                      For 2nd time money --{1 march 12:49 AM}
                      Rs 3679 was deducted
                      and booking also done.

                      Now, i am trying to get my money back for 1st transaction,

                      Transation was done by Google pay.{Axi bank account}
                      i have added required images.
                      Please try to help.

                        BUT TRAVEL AGENT ( GOIBIBO) HAS NOT REFUND ANY AMOUNT AND THEY SAID FROM AIRLINE SIDE THEY NOT RECEIVED FULL REFUND AMOUNT

                          I had booked the flight from Hyderabad to Dublin via London for 25th Jan. But Later I came to know that flight from London to Dublin got cancelled by Airline and I then rescheduled for another flight on same day.
                          Again after few days I came to know from Airline website that flight BA-276 Hyderabad to London flight is cancelled . For that I have been asking goibibo to confirm whether its operational or not, but they never responded with answer. Even I raised a request for refund as the flight got cancelled from Airline. But after 25th Jan, Goibibo App doesn't showing my refund request also .
                          Kindly help in this .

                            I had booked my ticket from Mumbai to Thailand and Britain from Thailand to Mumbai on 15th of May 2020 and written on 28th May 2020 I had cancel my ticket due to corona virus my booking amount was 41889 rupees and after cancellation they had mailed me 34250 in rupees GST refund on goibibo convention fee goibibo charges included GST and airline charges and they had mailed me on 10th of Jan 2020 but till now I have not received any of my refund so I request you to please see to it and please solve this complete thank you

                                We have booked the Spicejet flight (PNR #EFU7GX) from pune to bagdodara via Gobibo. Due to Covid-19 issue in mar, 2020, we cancelled the flight from PUNE to Bagdidara on 20th Mar. The cancellation amount (Rs 10108) was refunded by Spicejet to Goibibo in Mar-2020 only. But Goibibo does not credited back to our account. Instead they shown it as credit voucher (Rs 8040) from spicejet which is valid only till 29th April, 2021.

                                Legally, they can not hold the amount and issue credit voucher on their own, if the flight operator has refunded the amount to them. This amount should be credited to our account directly.

                                Now we are unable to contact them and register our case. So need help to get the amount credited in our account instead of credit voucher.

                                  This is complaint is regarding a flight booking done through goibibo(ID -GOFLDANDCFB[protected]. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the flight got cancelled. after an year they have initiated the refund process and processed successfully. In a mail received from goibibo, it is showing that the amount is credited into my goibibo wallet, But the amount is not reflected neither in my wallet nor in my bank account. Mail correspondents and Credit note of the same is attached. I request you to take necessary actions for the same. An early action is highly appreciated.

                                    and the ticket got cancelled due to not confirmed after that i contact to irctc for my refund to my ticket with pnr no . [protected] they refund the sum of amount rs. 1220 /- to the account of ibibo group private limited the reference id [protected] .

                                        Booked ticket on 2nd Feb 2020, Due to covid flight get canceled. Since more than one-year still, I do not get a refund. Tried multiple follow up still the team is not handling it properly. Always get only one replay and not it's more than year.
