On 17/02/2021 I paid Rs. 2199/- on Mcafee India website for renewal of Mcafee anti virus software, through netbanking. The amount debited to my Union Bank of India account under Ref. no[protected].
Upon enquiry with Mcafee they confirmed non receipt of payment. While the bank shows payment to IBIBO WEB Pvt Ltd. It is surprising that there is no direct contact no. or email address of Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd. for redressal of these kinds of...

I booked a flight from Bengaluru to Kolkata on the 5th of February. The airlines cancelled the operation. The flight was booked as a part of a round trip and there was a discount of 1025 rupees from both the flights.
Instead of generating me the refund for the flight value and convenience fee, the entire discount has been subtracted from only one flight fare. They have subtracted the total discount fare from only one single flight....

S my money is not refunded by Goibibo from last 20 days there refund is in process aur other problems I have share my account statement and no response from there side as my amount of rs 16073 not initiated creating mental harassment...

I had done Booking ID - HTLD2Z5VWX, a hotel(hornbill resort) in Kanha. However the hotel didn't allow us to stay stating that they don't have a tie up with goibibo. The hotel had itself cancelled the booking.

However till date i had not got my refund...

No option to delete account

I want to delete my account and delete/disable my number from their SMS service/advertisements. I checked the app and web page and couldn't find any option to delete.

All I could find was this : https://support.goibibo.com/support/solutions/articles/[protected]-how-can-i-delete-my-account-

'Can't delete my account'?? I don't need it and don't want you to keep/sell my data.

There is no option to...

Complaint against flight booking

I made a booking via ibibo for goa round trip for arrival 9th september 2020 with pnr - yszdn and departure from goa on 13th september 2020 with pnr - yszfr as lock down got implemented at that time the tickets have been cancelled by air india. Now i want to travel on 29th march till 1st april and i contacted air india, but they refused that my tickets cannot be booked on same fare which have been booked on september...

I have not received my refund

I have cancelled my train tickets from varanasi to pune for 22nd Feb and some of the refund amount was expected to come into my bank account and some in my wallet. In my bank account I got the refund instantly but for my wallet I haven't got any refund yet. Please check it ASAP....

Flight got canceled but no amount refunded

Hi Team,

It would be 1 year since the booking of the flight that was done for March 25, 2020. Flight got canceled due to COVID-19 but my money has not been refunded yet.
There is no helpline number of goibibo, just they keep on increasing date of resolution. My money was supposed to get refund on May, 2020 then extended to Aug 2020 then Dec 2020 & now again extended to April 2021. Please, help with these....

Issue RegardIng Refund

Hi,

I have made a IRCTC booking of worth Rs.4749 but due to tineout issue my booking has been cancelled.

I got a measage from goIbibo that my payment is safe and booking is cancelled.

But I have only recieved a refund of amount Rs.159 instead of Rs.4749

Non refund of full amount

I am a regular user of Goibibo since past many years. I have booked a train ticket on 11.02.2021 vide booking ID-TRNIFVRZ3AYFXW but the booking failed and the amount that got debited to my account was RS.3, 467.00. Subsequently I have initiated a refund but to my utter surprise the amount that got credited back to my account on 16.02.2021 was only RS.137.00.

Tried contacting goibibo multiple times through call but nothing would connect. They don't talk to customers at all. Refund of cancelled flight ticket not received

My flights with booking ID GOFLDAND80CD[protected] were cancelled due to Covid-19. Refund was paid by respective airline, Indigo to Goibibo in October 2020. The refund of the tickets from Goibibo is not yet credited. I received a mail from Goibibo on 13th January saying the refund is initiated and will reflect in 3-5 days. But the refund is not yet received even after 1 month. The amount is 17196 rupees. Please find attached the screenshots....

Refund in bank account from gocash+

Hi, I booked air India express flight - IX 013 from coimbatore to Delhi for 15th December, 2020.

Booking ID is GOFLDMTANDED0C[protected]. Amount Charged INR 15584.0.

The flight was cancelled and the airlines informed that the money will be refunded back to the source of payment.

The money was refunded to me in the form of gocash+, which is definitely not the original source of payment.

Refund against GOAIR pnr UE5UGX

I have booked the flight ticket for Goair airlines with PNR UE5UGX for 26th March 2020, due to Covid 19, all flights were cancelled and but I didnt got the refund.
