Dear Sir / Madam, We have made an Indigo Flight booking using Goibibo website (Booking ID GOFLID362B[protected]) in Nov 2019 to travel from Phuket, Thailand to Mumbai on 18th May 2020 and paid Rs 34696 using my HDFC DEBIT CARD. The flight was cancelled due to corona situation and Indigo has refunded the full amount to Goibibo on 6th Oct 2020. As per Goibibo refund rules, they need to refund the full amount into my orginal payment account (HDFC Debit account). But without consulting me, Goibibo has refunded Rs 32, 149 into GoCash+ wallet (Goibibo's own wallet) and they are forcing me to use this amount only through goibibo website. There is no customer care number to contact them. their customer care emails are bouncing back saying that they are no longer replying from this email.
