Dear Sir / Madam, We have made an Indigo Flight booking using Goibibo website (Booking ID GOFLID362B[protected]) in Nov 2019 to travel from Phuket, Thailand to Mumbai on 18th May 2020 and paid Rs 34696 using my HDFC DEBIT CARD. The flight was cancelled due to corona situation and Indigo has refunded the full amount to Goibibo on 6th Oct 2020. As per Goibibo refund rules, they need to refund the full amount into my orginal payment account (HDFC Debit account). But without consulting me, Goibibo has refunded Rs 32, 149 into GoCash+ wallet (Goibibo's own wallet) and they are forcing me to use this amount only through goibibo website. There is no customer care number to contact them. their customer care emails are bouncing back saying that they are no longer replying from this email. Requesting you to please help me get my refund into my bank account. Best regards Vijay Kumar Sarakamu

    On 2nd February, 2021, 09:29 PM, I tried to book a ticket of go air. Which was from ccu to blr. I choosed phonepe upi as payment method and I approved the payment of Rs 4240 to [protected]@hdfcbank successfully but in goibibo site it shown that payment failed and didn't got any ticket or refund. Please help me... I want the refund urgently.

      I have done a booking of flight from Mum to Mauritius in Mar'20. But due to covid it was cancelled. It was confirmed to me on mail by Goibibo that credit voucher will be issued to use for future travelling. Have been following up since 1 year on mail, call centre, social media. But no resolution yet and no EMD received yet. Have spent 87k on the tickets.

        I have made an imps transaction of rs, 6260.00 for my property tax payment on 02.02.2021 from my union bank of india current account no.[protected]. The transaction id is[protected] and transaction reference no. Is[protected]. It is still not credited in corporation of chennai account in spite off transaction was completed successfully. Kindly resolve.

          Refund not received from GoIbibo

          I have been following up with GoIbibo since last around 1 year for my refund of 67000 INR of the Air ticket which was scheduled to travel on March'20 and got cancelled due to Covid-19.

          Even after Airlines asking for the RRA (refund reference no) from GoIbibo (attaching the evidence from Malaysia Airlines), they are not sharing the same and forcing me to re-schedule my travel. As this is an international travel ticket, so I...

          Please ignore my previous compliant (ID: 2806729). Because I have mentioned wrong date and also I didn't specify the bank name.

          We have tried to transfer the money Rs.68600 for our children school fees from union bank of india to school account on 19th Jan 2021.

          After the transaction money wasn't credited to the school account. We wondering the money went to this unknown payee IBIBO Web Pvt Ltd.

          Still we didn't get our money.

          Could you please cross verify and resolve this issue.

          We are suffering a lot and we need our money back to pay our children's school fees.

                    I booked a flight ticket for Kolkata to Imphal on 17th March 2021 yesterday i.e on 2nd Feb 2021 at 1:44pm. And the payment of Rs. 3572.00/- was done successfully through net banking with reference no (photo attached). But I haven't get any of the flight details to my mail or through sms.
                    Kindly look into it and solve the issue as soon as possible.

                      Sir,
                      I have booked Air India flight from Trivandrum to Chennai for a travel on 25/4/2020 goibibo booking ID :TUA1F1B8K and return journey on 03/05/2020 same air India flight goibibo booking ID:TUA1F1J08.The both the journeys cancelled by airline due to COVID 19 lockdown. The Goibibo mytrips page showing my ticket cancellation as Covid 19 cancellations working with airlines to get the refund. But Now it is not showing anything. When I checked with manage my booking link it is telling no such booking was done.
                      In this scenario, I have requested several times goibibo to request refund from airline and credit it my account nothing is happening so for.

                        This is in reference to your query regarding the booking confirmation for the booking ID:- GOMUPKGINTAND09a4830 .

                        We would like to inform you that as per you request we had initiated the full refund for Booking id - SEA[protected], SEA[protected] from our end . So the amount will reflect within 7-14 working days in your same account from which you had done the payment . This mail is send by goibibo team on April 3 2020 but i have still not received any refund as a valued customer you have cheated and done fraud i have send you all flights cancellation certificates which was given by air asia. Also i would like to highlight when i go to the "My Trips" section. they have removed all my bookings from the "My Trips" section. of that particular PNRs.

                        This is clear cut fraud case. I need my money back otherwise as a social media influencer i will take the next step.

                          My local travel agent Cosmo Holidays booked ticket from CCU to SIN on 05.02.2020 and SIN to CCU on 10.02.2020 (Copy Attachedfor Singapore Airlines and due to the pandemic we have cancelled the trip with Cosmo Holidays. That time also we have talked with Singapore Airlines and Cosmo Holidays they have assured us that we will get full refund or we may get time for future travel as it is a pandemic period. But now it is almost 1 year over we hove not received any refund for ticket. Where as in your website you have confirmed about the refund of Air tickets Airlines and date wise (Screenshot attached). I can't understand who is doing the miss communication Cosmo Holidays or Goibibo. Please help us by getting the full refund.

                            I had booked round ticket from Mumbai to Bagdogra for 26th March.
                            On speaking to the air line they processed the refund to Goibibo in September.
                            But yet Goibibo has not refunded my amount in my bank. Nobody is receiving the calls or replying to mails. Please look into this matter as soon as possible

                                Had booked flight on 15th April 2020 in AirAsia airline but the flight was cancelled due to some reason and had also got refund in AirAsia wallet but unfortunately i got a message from AirAsia saying, i'll have to contact the travel agency to get refund and they deducted entire refund from wallet. so, when i tired contacting Goibibo, i just got Rs 93!! as refund and not the entire 11, 333. This is unfair as the flight was cancelled by airlines, i did not cancel it and Goibibo isn't refunding entire amount.

                                  The flight I5-2472 (BLR-CCU) on 5-Feb-21, that we booked via goibibo is canceled due to Airspace closure at BLR on account of Aero India 2021.

                                  I called up AirAsia and they had done the cancellation 3-4 days back.

                                  Since I booked the ticket using ur platform, can you please confirm me when will I get the refund amount!

                                    I was booked ticket in the spicejet PNR NO - N8NTKS for travel date 12.06.2020 but on that time flight was cancelled & the ticket amount showing in credit shell 50108/- but after three month when I tried to rebook the ticket it is showing the ticket was booked through travel agent (GOIBIBO) so we have to contact with gobibo for reebook.
                                    now from last 3 month I am tried to contact the goibibo but not responded. so request you to refund the amount.

                                      We have not get any refund for hotel cancellation and flight cancellation since december, 2020 from goibibo. There is no customer care number through which we can connect with an executive and there is no email id for the complains. Kindly help us
