My Flight(Gulf Air) was from Delhi to Manama(BAHRAIN) on 20th march 2020.But flight got cancelled from airline side. I had raised refund for the same which till date not received. Goibibo is simply revising TAT since Sept month onward no response for refund only revising TAT with excuse that pending from airline side. Whereas Gulf air has already refunded back to the customers who has taken ticket directly from them or through Makemytrip or other sources as my other friends also got the refund. GOibibo is simply playing with customers.Its been more than 10months now refund not credited back.Please look into the matter.

    My Return flight from Seoul to delhi was cancelled by the airlines because of lockdown in the month of March.Airlines has informed me that they have processed the refund to Goibibo group in June but even after so many emails they are not even responding to emails and calls .

      I have booked ticker of Airlines from GOIBIBO in FEB 2020. In March due to COVID lockdown has been imposed in INDIA and there is complete restriction on TRAVEL in INDIA. So I submit a claim of refund of those tickets. Detail of booked tickets is as under:

Being of conversation many times with GOIBIBO, I not get any information for process my refund. So I request you to kindly address my grievance and release my refund amount at earliest.

        Respected concerned person,

        I did my payments of Rs. 12171 on Bajaj Finance application login through my mobile number [protected] with Bajaj Finance OTP through my union bank internet banking. So how is it possible for my payment went to IBIBO pvt ltd. What's the problem during this transaction? It is a server problem or application problem, Please help me to resolve this issue for my payment refund.

          I got my flight refund of rupees 4499 on 4th Jan'2021.But on 17th Jan'2021, when I was trying to book my flight through my GoCash amount, it was showing 0 balance. However, my GoCash wallet is still showing 4499 of balance. I don't know why my GoCash balance is fluctuating. Moreover their is no customer care facility available for customers.

            Total Refund provided for Cancellation of ticket to Goibibo wallet is Rs.7849/-

            I have received only a partial amount of refund, i.e: Rs.6202/- in my Bank account .

            Also, I request further step to reverse my existing withdrawable balance of Rs.1057/- from my wallet to my provided Axis Bank account at the earliest.

              I had got a refund from my Airline on 3rd November'20 and till now I have been given multiple confirmations by different people at GoIbibo that it has been transferred to my bank account.

              Finally got a UTR number 10 days back but obviously that too looks fake now as I haven't received any funds as of yet.

                  I have booked seven JetAirways ticket through Goibibo before April-2019 for the travel dates may and June-2019. But I did not get even a single rupee even after several follow up with GoIbIBO team through phone, email. Nowadays they are not replying for emails and not able to contact through phone.

                      I have tried to contact for 4-5 times to the Goibibo and have not received any call by any customer service. My GoAir flight was cancelled to which I had to receive the refund around 26th December, 2020, since then I have been getting delayed every time they ask me to wait one more week. I want the refund to be initiated as soon as possible.
                      I have also given all the bank details as requested by the customer agent. The details of the ticket are mentioned below:-

                      The airlines have already approved the same. The refund is delayed by Goibibo for 3 weeks as of now. I want the process to be accelerated and recieve my refund now.

                        1) Due to Covid my flight has been cancelled on April 2020. i have postponed and paid another 10K for the next available flight even that is cancelled. till then i am trying to reach to the customer care and trying to drop an email ..no response ( i am in abroad now so could able to reach them)

                        2) i have booked one more ticket from Hyd to Del and it got cancelled by the airlines at the last minute.for the same filght my company booked a ticket and they got the refund with in 15days. but the one which i booked they are saying still it is pending with airlines.

                        firstly i didn't find a way to reach any customer representative or email ( both are not working)
                        second they just keep on postponing the refund from last september ( example today they mentioned that they will process on march in november they told its January)

                        please help me with this i am fully fedup with these process.

                          We have done the hotel Apartment booking on Online Portal Goibibo on 16 Jan for Dubai hotel apartment. But when the Guest arrived at the hotel, he was not given the accomodation and they denied the booking after giving the full payment The contact numbers given on their portal are Fake and wrong numbers. No 1 is answering the call

                              I had bookings from Gwalior to Jammu during May 2020, which were cancelled due to COVID, goibibo had turned them into credit shells. Now, to use the credit shells, we have to visit their site and go to the "My Trips" section. But, they have removed all my bookings from the "My Trips" section.
                              They don't have any customer service. My ₹24000 are stuck with them.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I am a 61 year old senior citizen, I booked a flight to visit my son last year through Goibibo www.goibibo.com/.
                                  My flight was supposed to take off from MAA-FRA (Chennai-Frankfurt), FRA-MUC (Frankfurt-Munich) on 5th of May 2020 and the return was planned on 5th of June 2020 from MUC-FRA (Munich-Frankfurt), FRA-MAA (Frankfurt-Chennai).

                                  Unfortunately due to COVID 19 pandemic, the flight has been cancelled. When I tried to contact Goibibo through their Customer Service, it was not possible.
                                  I tried multiple times for many months (more than 8 months), but the line did not go through almost always.
                                  Even the few time it went through they said it is in process, but till now i did not get any refund.
                                  I also tried to email them to their email address but there was no reply.

                                  As last resort, I tried to contact Lufthansa, the airline from which the ticket was booked through Goibibo, they said the refund has been provided already to Goibibo on December 2020.
                                  I still did not get any response from them or I cannot contact them.

                                  I would kindly request you to please provide me help and support to get my refund. Being a senior citizen and just a tuition teacher, this money is very important to me and my survival during this difficult time.

                                    Due to COVID-19 pandemic I have cancelled my Flight journey dt. 07.06.2020 .After cancellation airline AIR ASIA have refunded my booking amount to my traveler agent GOIBIBO.

                                    From GOIBIBO, 11th Sep 2020 I received message that my refund amount Rs.11131/- is in process. On 17th Sep 2020 my GOIBIBO portal shown that amount refunded.
                                    Since I not received the refund so I contact to GOIBIBO helpdesk, they taken my account detail but till today i.e. 16th Jan 2021 no refund came .
                                    On my complaint to GOIBIBO every time I am getting same reply that I get refund within 5-7 days but refund not coming.

                                    Tickets Numbers :[protected], 31810433, 31799442, 31789409, 31845005, 31870843, 31880343 during last 3 month I raised tickets with GOIBIBO all are marked closed by GOIBIBO with same reply that refund came within 5-7 days. Refund is still awaited.

                                      Kindly check my refund. How you calculated, My refund wrongly processed. I paid from my card INR 14642. Due to COVID pandemic, MY flight was cancelled by Go airlines and they refund my full amount. No cancelation charges has been deducted. I confirmed from airlines two three time. Now i checked in your application. My amount showing INR 13763. How the amount was calculated. Kindly let me know. I tried several times to contact you, but the call was connected.

                                      One more thing, At the time of ticket booking. I used my Bajaj finersv Card for payment. This is finance card. I completed my all pending amount to Bajaj card.
