This is in reference to your query regarding the booking confirmation for the booking ID:- GOMUPKGINTAND09a4830 .

We would like to inform you that as per you request we had initiated the full refund for Booking id - SEA[protected], SEA[protected] from our end . So the amount will reflect within 7-14 working days in your same account from which you had done the payment . This mail is send by goibibo team on April 3 2020 but i have still not received any refund as a valued customer you have cheated and done fraud i have send you all flights cancellation certificates which was given by air asia. Also i would like to highlight when i go to the "My Trips" section. they have removed all my bookings from the "My Trips" section. of that particular PNRs.

This is clear cut fraud case. I need my money back otherwise as a social media influencer i will take the next step.

This Trip is not showing in my trips section. How your product executive has marked this ticket number 31265511 resolved without providing refund. The product executive was Sukhwinder Singh.

I want my full refund back ASAP.

    My local travel agent Cosmo Holidays booked ticket from CCU to SIN on 05.02.2020 and SIN to CCU on 10.02.2020 (Copy Attachedfor Singapore Airlines and due to the pandemic we have cancelled the trip with Cosmo Holidays. That time also we have talked with Singapore Airlines and Cosmo Holidays they have assured us that we will get full refund or we may get time for future travel as it is a pandemic period. But now it is almost 1 year over we hove not received any refund for ticket. Where as in your website you have confirmed about the refund of Air tickets Airlines and date wise (Screenshot attached). I can't understand who is doing the miss communication Cosmo Holidays or Goibibo. Please help us by getting the full refund.

      I had booked round ticket from Mumbai to Bagdogra for 26th March.
      On speaking to the air line they processed the refund to Goibibo in September.
      But yet Goibibo has not refunded my amount in my bank. Nobody is receiving the calls or replying to mails. Please look into this matter as soon as possible

        I booked a ticket From Pune to Jaipur for 24th March 2020, which has been cancelled for all passengers. My PNR number was U7ZP2K. I haven't get my refund for that flight. Please proceed.

          Had booked flight on 15th April 2020 in AirAsia airline but the flight was cancelled due to some reason and had also got refund in AirAsia wallet but unfortunately i got a message from AirAsia saying, i'll have to contact the travel agency to get refund and they deducted entire refund from wallet. so, when i tired contacting Goibibo, i just got Rs 93!! as refund and not the entire 11, 333. This is unfair as the flight was cancelled by airlines, i did not cancel it and Goibibo isn't refunding entire amount.

            Hi,

            The flight I5-2472 (BLR-CCU) on 5-Feb-21, that we booked via goibibo is canceled due to Airspace closure at BLR on account of Aero India 2021.

            I called up AirAsia and they had done the cancellation 3-4 days back.

            Since I booked the ticket using ur platform, can you please confirm me when will I get the refund amount!

              I was booked ticket in the spicejet PNR NO - N8NTKS for travel date 12.06.2020 but on that time flight was cancelled & the ticket amount showing in credit shell 50108/- but after three month when I tried to rebook the ticket it is showing the ticket was booked through travel agent (GOIBIBO) so we have to contact with gobibo for reebook.
              now from last 3 month I am tried to contact the goibibo but not responded. so request you to refund the amount.

                We have not get any refund for hotel cancellation and flight cancellation since december, 2020 from goibibo. There is no customer care number through which we can connect with an executive and there is no email id for the complains. Kindly help us

                  I, Navin Singh Srivastava, regret to put my complaint on Goibibo for not refunding airline tickets which were booked between 25 march to 24 May 2020 even after repeated government instructions to refund 100% amount against booking.

                  The following are the details of my flight bookings for which amount is to be refunded.

                  1. Goibibo booking id - GOFLDAND15B[protected]
                  a) Reference PNR - CFV4MC dated :6/4/20 and Reference PNR - KJJIRW dated : 12/4/20. Amounting Rs :- 34, 380.00

                  b) Reference PNR - N8BHSF dated :3/4/20 and Reference PNR - E8R4VC dated : 14/4/20. Amounting Rs :- 12, 839.00

                  I would request you to kindly arrange to get my refund for my booking amounting of Rs :- 47, 219.00 for which I shall be highly obliged.

                      This is Saket Anand a user of Goibibo. I booked a GoAir flight from Pune to Delhi to Patna PNR: A3W88F that was scheduled on 18th Dec 2020. Unfortunately I got a message from airline that the flight is cancelled for all passengers. I have initiated for cancellation and amount refund request from Goibibo and also updated to airline for refund. As per confirmation from GoAir airline they have refunded the amount to the agent (Goibibo) on 18th Jan 2021 but amount is not yet credited to my account and also not getting any response from Goibibo. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                        Hi Gobibo,

                        i have raise a complaint to your support team, my PNR ""A3ZLSY".
                        Direct airlines i have cancelled this ticket because it automatically travel completed (Covid time).

                        flight are cancelled and i got 0ne year validity to travel using those tickets of money.
                        Airlines provided new rule that we can cancel the tickets, so on 29th i cancelled the ticket.

                        The refund was invoice i got from GoAir with amount of 4806.00,
                        but as of your app refund money status processing showing as 665.

                          Hello, this is Soumili Chatterjee a user of Goibibo. I booked a Indigo flight from Kolkata to Kochi PNR: T2S5XM that was scheduled on 28th Feb 2021. Unfortunately I got a message from Air Asia that the flight is cancelled for all passengers. So they have initiated a refund for the same. Then I informed Goibibo, though I don't know why I had to inform them. They should have informed me regarding the cancellation of the flight. Then they checked with Air Asia and charged a service fee ( I don't know why? Because the harrasment was faced by me. I had planned everything. I did not recieve any service from Goibibo, I had to inform them about the cancellation.) Then Goibibo informed me that they have initiated the refund on 26th Jan 2021. It was mentioned that the refund will reflect in my account within 29th January 2021.
                          Today is 31st January 2021 and still no sign of the refund. The refund has not reflected in my account. Goibibo is showing that the refund has failed due to refund transaction failure. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                          Still nothing has been done from Goibibo end. So refund transaction attempted and no communication from their side.

                            I have booked round trip tickets through goibibo.com on 08.02.2020 from Hyderabad to Delhi scheduled on 01.04.2020 returned on 13.04.2020 with the booking ID - GOFLD26E6F[protected]. Unfortunately, we could not travel because the concerned flights got cancelled due to Covid-19 epidemic. Concerned airlines had cancelled the tickets, however, goibibo.com isn’t reflecting the full amount in credit shell.

                            I have been trying since last few months to reach them through the customer care, through the mobile app(got an error) but all in vain.

                              I tried to book hotel Montana, Lonavala on Jan 24, 2020.

                              I opted for pay through Google pay.
                              My money got deducted and payment showed successful from Google pay receipt.

                              But hotel is not booked and Even I didn't get the money back.

                                I have canceled my Flight with the Airlines wherein, they have processed a refund of Rs 9650 to my Agency account which is Goibibo but they are delaying my refund for 25-30 working days for no reason.

                                I have all the emails from my airlines confirming the refund been transferred to Goibibo's Account.

                                Request you to please help me get the refund as soon as possible.

                                I have attached the email copy received from the airlines for your reference and kind understanding.

                                Your kind support in this regard will always be appreciated and cherished for a long.

                                  I belong to the middle-class family & my 20k has been stuck in this agency.

                                  My family forced me to get this money back so I am depressed & feeling to do suicide for this agency.

                                    I have booked ongoing and return tickets from Bangalore to Srinagar scheduled on 31.03.2020. The travel wasn’t possible due to COVID-19 uprising. Concerned airlines had cancelled the tickets, on my request, however, goibibo isn’t reflecting the full amount in credit shell.
                                    I have been trying since last few months to reach them, but all in vain.

                                        My Flight(Gulf Air) was from Delhi to Manama(BAHRAIN) on 20th march 2020.But flight got cancelled from airline side. I had raised refund for the same which till date not received. Goibibo is simply revising TAT since Sept month onward no response for refund only revising TAT with excuse that pending from airline side. Whereas Gulf air has already refunded back to the customers who has taken ticket directly from them or through Makemytrip or other sources as my other friends also got the refund. GOibibo is simply playing with customers.Its been more than 10months now refund not credited back.Please look into the matter.
