I had booked the hotel Comfort INN Prince, bhuj from 16th till 18th December at
Rs 4746/ including all taxes and charges to be paid at the hotel. I paid the amount
but received an invoice amounting to Rs 4424/. I have not received the full amount
invoice from Goibibo. I spoke to Mr Martin and Ms Bhavna from Goibibo who
confirmed me that the overcharged amount of Rs 322/ would be refunded back to
my wallet...

Sir, I didn't receive any refund for my cancelled Oneway Flight from HYD to BAH (GOFLIMTANDD94BF) It's been a 2 months still no money credited to my bank. When I check the status on app, It shows it is still processing.. Please process my refund as soon as possible. Let me know what is the issue. Why it is getting late. I book flights from Chennai to Mumbai since corona time that flights was cancelled but amount was until then not refundable I contacted customer service it was not responsible...

I called hotel for early check in between 8:00 am to 10:00 am, but they denied. What to do now?.
Tomorrow I will be reaching hotel at 8 am.
During telephonic discussion with hotel they were demanding RS 1000 for early check in.
Though, while booking the hotel it was clearly stated that early check in and late check-out are a part of package.

I tried booking flight tickets from Mumbai to prayagraj airport.
After seat selection and successfull payment using phone pe UPI.
Application was loading for few minutes. I restarted app and then my booking was not showing under trips or anywhere.
I checked with phone pe customer support they said that payment is successfully received by merchant.
I tried contacting goibibo support but itvshows I don't...

My booking amount refunded by Indigo TO Goibibo.
But Goibibo team was not responding on mail/call.
Indigo Team has refunded the remaining partial amount 13000/- for reference number BNIZRX....

I had booked flight from Singapore to Denpasar and Denpasar to Delhi but unfortunately the flight got cancelled and subsequently my whole trip because of covid pandemic. The booking was in first week of March and i haven't received any refund yet.

the booking have cancelled by the airline and GOIBIBO processed the Refund respectively. However, the amount stated above have been refunded to the goibibo wallet (goCash+) without my consent. Now I am unable to withdraw these funds to my bank account from goCash+ as the option for withdrawal on goibibo app is NOT WORKING and it is redirecting to automated...

I had ibibo mail account with lot of data which was discontinued by ibibo....

I tried booking Hotel stay for 18/12/20 night at 11:12 PM. Money deducted a(Rs 4019) and transferred to M/s IBIBO Group Pvt Ltd account, however booking was not made.
I was booking for 19/12/20. Next day when i reached hotel (Aapno Ghar) i needed to book again.
Since, my booking was not done so I need the refund of same.

Spice Jet has refunded the money 19080.

After that i got a call from Goibibo, I provided the account details 2 weeks back.

As per Baggage policy of Goibibo, 15 kgs is allowed for check in baggage(screen shot of policy attached). Nowhere it was mentioned that only one bag of 15kg is allowed.

I was carrying 2 bags weighing 14.5 kg in total. However, at Spice Jet counter, they asked me to pay Rs750(copy of challan attached) for second Baggage. As per Spice jet policy, only one check-in baggage is allowed.

Hi, I had made tickets from Ibibo portal to go from delhi to madurai journey date 21/12/2020 as I have planned to go rameshwaram and perform my father teerth rituals(he is unable to come due to medical conditions) and return back tomorrow (22/12/2020). My return flight is of time 4.30 evening. Since Goibibo has listing that delhi to madurai flight SG 8128 could reach around 10 AM same day so I can reach to rameshwaram temple aprrox 1-2 oclcok...
