I like to know the status of my refund request.. I raised a complaint on 8th Dec and it's been 3& half months, still I haven't got any refund... I would like to know wen do I get the refund for the flight booking which was cancelled by Airlines itself because of Covid pandemic....

Not getting refund against Train ticket cancellation

I booked waiting list train tickets which was not confirmed but still not received refund against cancellation. Hotel booking - Money received by goibibo but still no confirmation received for hotel booking

I booked a hotel room through goibibo app today and it displayed a booking ID when the transaction was completed. After that, I did not receive any SMS or email confirmation of the booking nor does the "trip" section of the app shows any information of my booking. Refund pending since October

I am trying to get airline booking refund since October.. I am fed up with there automated system.. I am not finding any real time support contact also.. All their support is automated.. Pls help to arrang some human being from ibibo to support further.. This is rediculous.. Infact pathetic

This is to bring your notice that we had following flights tickets and those were cancelled by Indigo due to global pandemic condition. Honorable Supreme Court has already asked the airline to refund the money in cash to the customer. I got the following SMS from Go Ibibo that you have already processed to refund the money to the bank. But I have not yet received any refund to my Bank Account. I changed my time for same day of my flight, payment got deducted but no confirmation yet.
While contacting customer care it's auto disconnecting and when I try to change the time for my flight showing technical error.

False Refund promises

Hi - I have booked air tickets via Goibibo end of Feb 2020. Due to COVID lockdown the flights were cancelled. The travel period was in June 19th 2020. I have been following up with them via twitter regarding refund as the supreme court ordered that travel agency need to process the refund immediately. They have been providing false promises reg refund and finally they have updated in the goibibo app that the refund has been processed 2 months...

Goibibo not Refunding Booking amount

I Booked a Flight From Mumbai to Ahmedabad to Kishangarh from Goibibo, the Second the First flight From Mumbai to Ahmedabad got confirmed but the second Flight Failed with Booking so cancelled the entire book with full refund which the App suggested.

Regarding re-booking of open ticket

I had the round trip booking around Feb-March from Dublin-Delhi-Dublin and have commenced the travel from Dublin-Delhi but due to Covid-19 situation, I have to release the booking of Delhi-Dublin (of 20-Mar-2020 for Booking ID:-AMDV7I389), which is as per the airline policies under Corona Waiver Permitted and the same was discussed with Goibibo agent at that time. Now I'm trying to book that open booking but it's really hard to reach to Goibibo....

Refund for a non operative flight due to covid

I had a booking for 25th march Mumbai - Atlanta for 4 people. Flight was cancelled due to covid 19. It was supposed to be fully refunded. Now Lufthansa airlines is saying thay refund has been issued on 18th september. But Goibibo isnsaying they have not received it.
What shall i do as a common man? Its been 9 months now waiting for the refund. Please help me....

No Refund since 6 months

Did not received Refund of the flight cancelled due to COVID

Flight ticket booking from credit shell account

With respect to the flight ticket booking to be done from my credit shell account, I am not able to modify the details of one passenger namely, Ms.Swara Ranjith. The details populated for the fresh booking is showing as Infant, but actually now she is above 2 years old. The booking ID was GOFLDAND46B[protected]. I need to change the category of the above passenger from infant to child.
