    Refer to subject booking. i have been two time debit against this single booking. and I have been following up since three week but there is no response.

      Hi Team,

      My chennai-Nagpur flight got cancelled due to mis-connection, and I can see refund completed status at my goibibo account with number 77******55 but it is showing that refund has been made to account [protected]@dummymobemail.com.

      This is not my account. I am not able to connect to any of goibibo support associate and even the chatbot or emails are not giving digestible answers. Its been 2 months I am trying to reach out some human support for resolution.

        I Booked Spicejet Return Flight Tickets From New Delhi To Bengalaru From Goibibo For April, 2020.
        But Because Of Lockdown
        Flights Got Cancelled
        And Airlines Issued Credit Shell
        Which Can Be Only Redeemed/Used
        At Goibibo Only For Making Another Flight Booking.
        But After Making Numerous Attempts
        Am Unable To Do So.
        There’s Always Some Error From There Side.
        And After Calling Everry Customer Care Number Available On Google And Same IVR Automated Options
        No Result
        Am Feeling CHEATED

          Hi,

          I tried booking flight ticket from goibibo.
          I initiated the ticket booking and then selected source and the destination.
          After selecting the seat goibibo asked for the payment.
          I did payment from phone pe UPI, but after that it doesn't automatically redirected to goibibo site.
          My account debited with amount 4295 rs. But ticket details are not available in the app. Even I haven't received any sms or email confirmation on the ticket.
          Please help with refunding my amount.

            Complained Earlier Regarding Medical Emergency But Still After 2-3Days We Are Not Getting Refund. The Booking Was For Goa For 3 January 2021 To 6 January 2021 For Two Persons With Goibibo ID - HTLWZV4SVR And PNR - [protected] Got The Call From Your Support Team On 29 December And She Told That We Will Discuss From Hotel And Let You Know. But Now No Call From Goibibo Side. Please Resolve And Refund As Soon As Possible

              I received a mail (attached herewith) 23rd Nov, 2020 saying that my flight got rescheduled to 21:35 hrs from Bangalore which was supposed to go in the morning 7:40 AM.

              I called goibibo customer care to cancel the flight which has been accepted and later on i understand the fight got fully cancelled and didn't take off.

              Whenever, i call goibibo customer care, they say your case is registered and they will call to adjust the credit voucher with future flight booking.

              I have been waiting for more than a month now but till date no response.

              Please help.

                Dear Sir,

                With reference to above captioned subject, i would like to inform you that i have booked a bus ticket from Vijayawada to Visakhapatnam on 28.12.2020.

                The bus had scheduled at 2.30 am on 28.12.2020 at Svkdt Travels Shop No 37, Gayathri Towers Near Police Control Room, Governorpet, Vijayawada 2. As per schedule, we have reached the boarding point before 2.00 am on 28.12.2020 but unfortunately the bus has not come to the boarding point, we have been waiting at the boarding point till 4.00 am on 28.12.2020.

                I have called to travel representative mobile number [protected] many times which is shared in e ticket but the call was not connected and the said number was switched off and no travel person available at office at that moment. Then, because of your inappropriate service or response, I didn't get any other bus leaving for Visakhapatnam and I failed to attend my next day's commitments. We took a hotel room for that night and next morning booked another bus at the Bus stand and came to Visakhapatnam.

                Then and thereafter, I have been trying to contact Goibibo customer care number many times to lodge the issue but which is not connected to your representative and while lodging a complaint through Goibibo APP or Website with your automated chat assistant 'GIA' but it is always responding incorrectly and not even giving proper response.

                Herewith, i am sharing a screenshot of my location at that location and location image and e ticket for your reference.

                Therefore, I request you to refund my booking amount.

                Hope, i'll get a quick or proper response.

                  Hi Sir/Mam,

                  I had booked flight tickets via goibibo and they were cancelled due to lockdown during pandemic. I can see the refund in the form of gocash+ in goibibo site and although it says that this can be fully withdrawn in Bank account which was used for transaction but it is not happening. There is no way to contact goibibo customer service. There is only a chat bot which is not at all useful.

                  Kindly look into this matter urgently.

                    Not received the processed No Show Claim Amount.

                    Booked the flight through Goibibo, But didn't travel due to personal reasons.
                    Contacted Indigo regarding No show refund and confirmed the refund.
                    Refund is processed by Indigo to Goibibo but Goibibo not processed the amount to my account.

                    Unable to contact Goibibo regarding this issue in any manner.

                    I request Goibibo/Indigo to resolve the request at the earliest.

                      I was booking hotel at south gate residency Ernakulam through goibigo website on 1 January 2020, My booking not confirmed but amount got deducted. There is no proper customer care to connect my call to goibigo and there computerise customer care chat could not answering my query of refund.my Rs.2974 has been lost.

                          The airlines ( Indigo) cancelled my tickets to Port Blair in the month of November and refunded the full money to Goibibo but Goibibo still haven't given the refund to me. I have tried to contact Goibibo and register a complaint to them but it seems they don't have a customer care anymore. It's extremely irritating to know that I haven't received my refund even after one full month and Goibibo isn't even bothered to return the money.

                              I made a train ticket from Goibibo on December 2, whose money was deducted from me but I do not have a ticket and I am still waiting from that day but there is no solution nor any possibility of getting money now and then. And they say that if your money did not come to us, then how should we return that which is the entire data of the money that I sent to you, the screen shot repair number was sent to me through this, that is why I sent it to the people. They are saying that your money has not come to us, you contact the bank and the bank says that we have sent money to them: - Now I do not understand what to do, what to do to goibibo hair, I want to say this much I am a small amount of 3336 but for a middle class it is very big amount

                                        I had booked on 21st December, 2020 of Shiva Palace, Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh for 2night (26th Dec & 27th Dec) x 2 days . I have paid online payment of INR 14101/- for the same.

                                        When I reached at hotel on 26th Dec, 2020 around 1PM for check-in with my family, hotel owner (Himanshu Gupta [protected]) had refused me to check-in because hotel owner (Himanshu Gupta [protected]) said Hotel Shiva Place did not have any tie-up with Goibibo since last two years.

                                        After that, I tried to call Goibibo customer care many times but I could not reached due to worst service of Goibibo. Hotel person suggest me to contact Goibibo zonal representative of Madhya Pradesh (Tarun Bhardwaj +91 [protected] & Swati Dubey +91 [protected]) to call. I contacted and explained all situation but both person are irresponsible and did not respond positively.

                                        Even after two hours of struggle I was not able to check in with my family at Hotel Shiva Palace Pachmarhi.
                                        I searched other hotel in Pachmarhi for 1 room stay with my family of 5 members and I spent INR 7000 for 2 nights.
                                        It all happened due to Goibibo. I strongly suggest Goibibo to return all my money as soon as possible.
