The issue that I have experienced was: I have booked a flight ticket on Nov 5, 2020 but i had to cancel it on 6th Nov. I have not received my refund amount yet.

I book flight 4 tickets from jaipur to Bangalore by goibibo . They deduct amount 27386/- from my account but ticket not booked....

Hi, I have two issues that needs to be resolved.First, my flight with booking id N6EXHU7QC was scheduled on 27 April, which got cancelled due to lockdown due to Pandemic. Now on 7th October I have received message on WhatsApp from goibibo that the money was refunded .Till date I have not received any refund either in my account or in my go cash section. I can't even contact the company on phone or email because nothing is working except...

As per direction of government goibibo has informed that I will get the refund. But from the last two month I am following with them but till now they have not issued refund after sending all details...

I observed a unknown transaction of ₹1115/- debited from my account.
On my e passbook its showing ₹1115/- debited epay to ibibo web Pvt Ltd.
I am sure that i have not done any payment related to these.
Hope to receive my money back

I made a booking of hotel shivalik view on 2nd december...i made payment of Rs.9718 by internet booking booking pnr [protected]... but the payment has been debited twice from my account. Kindly look into the matter and refund my money at earliest.The booking voucher is attached herewith.

I have booked ticket(Round Trip) for Auckland(New Zealand) to Ahmedabad (India) in February-2020 for which I have paid 125663 Rs..
All flight got cancelled due to Covid-19 Pandemic situation in November-December-2020 but till date refund is not initiated. Flight ticket booking details are below.

Due to Covid I have to cancel my ticket from Imphal to Delhi for date 31/08/2020. I cancelled it with Air India .They have put the amount in credit shell against a new Pnr no efskwm I am unable to contact Goibibo after trying many times.then I tried calling and mailed Air India (Airline) as per them as ticket was booked by third party i.e Goibibo refund has ty be processed through them only.
All correspondences with Goibibo were automated...

I have booked my flight through Goibibo in July. it was cancelled due to Covid. now i am not able to book my flight using my credit shell amount. they are trying to cheat the customers.

It occurred on: 2/07/2020

they have blocked my money.

Due to Covid lockdown my Indigo airticket is cancel by airline & Indigo refunded my ticket amount to Goibibo on 27th Aug, 2020. Till today I didn't get my refund, also unable to reach Goibibo for refund status....

I have done a booking on goIbibo, The booking get failed but the amount get deducted from my account.

I have tried to contact customer care, But it is not giving any satisfactory response...

I have booked flight on Goibibo website dated 31 Dec 2019 and due to COVID my flight got canceled. When I asked for a refund they have only given ₹599.00 rupees out of total amount ₹3878.00. I have contacted Indigo as per instructions given by Goibibo and Indigo given complete refund of ₹3000.00 against PNR-CGRL9M to Goibibo wallet. Given detail is for refund and not for credit shell and I haven't received my refund to my bank account...

Goibibo is neither refunding nor redeeming my credit shell of rs. 3529.irs been two months that I am following up and they are just asking me to wait for 7-10 days everytime...

Really fed up of calling you unable to reach you i dont know what kind of services are you providing no proper information what need. None of the customer care no are connecting fed up doing calls.
