Hello

This is regarding Booking ID: (GOFLIMOB38A[protected]
the booking have cancelled by the airline and GOIBIBO processed the Refund respectively. However, the amount stated above have been refunded to the goibibo wallet (goCash+) without my consent. Now I am unable to withdraw these funds to my bank account from goCash+ as the option for withdrawal on goibibo app is NOT WORKING and it is redirecting to automated chat session which doesn't understand my query at all. I tried to contact goibibo on call but only IVR is responding. I am unable to contact them in person. I have sent an email to [protected]@goibibo.com but received a response starting that it's a non-responsive email address. Kindly process the refund to my bank account.
I would like to withdraw my funds to my bank account that been refunded to me for the cancellation fly, the money are in the wallet but there is no option to do that. Also I cannot add a new card to the account, I try 3 different cards, but most important can someone direct me how can I withdraw the founds or to who should I send my bank details so you refund that money.

        I tried booking Hotel stay for 18/12/20 night at 11:12 PM. Money deducted a(Rs 4019) and transferred to M/s IBIBO Group Pvt Ltd account, however booking was not made.
        I was booking for 19/12/20. Next day when i reached hotel (Aapno Ghar) i needed to book again.
        Since, my booking was not done so I need the refund of same.

          Spice Jet has refunded the money 19080.

          After that i got a call from Goibibo, I provided the account details 2 weeks back.

            As per Baggage policy of Goibibo, 15 kgs is allowed for check in baggage(screen shot of policy attached). Nowhere it was mentioned that only one bag of 15kg is allowed.

            I was carrying 2 bags weighing 14.5 kg in total. However, at Spice Jet counter, they asked me to pay Rs750(copy of challan attached) for second Baggage. As per Spice jet policy, only one check-in baggage is allowed.

            In view of the aforementioned, a case was taken up requesting for reimbursement of Rs 750, as Goibibo should have updated it's baggage policy based on Spice Jet.

              I have booked a flight from Jaipur to Ranchi on 25th March 2020 and due to covid-19 lockdown my flight was cancelled and i have requested many times but nothing happened and no one replied in this matter my PNR number is XQBF3E.

                On 18 Feb 2020 I have booked a Return Flight ticket (Kolkata-Chennai-Kochi) from INDIGO airlines via GOIBIBO.COM website For 20 Mar 2020 which got impacted due to covid. (Attached)
                Booking ID GOMUPKGAND46B2F44091, Booked on 18 Feb 2020.
                I have rescheduled the filing paying extra change fee to different date 30 Oct 2020 in anticipation Covid will not put this much effect.
                As Covid continues to Harm us, I asked GOIBIBO to cancel they flight via Telephone where the Agent inform me INDIGO is providing full refund if cancelled. After confirming the same with GOIBIBO, they cancelled the flight in their system and INDIGO immediately issue a REFUND to GOIBIBO and send me REFUND amount indication with Credit note (Attached)
                The total amount of refund is 25, 275.
                PNR Break ups are, PNR/Booking Ref.: ZJMTVM Refund amount = 8, 667.00 and PNR/Booking Ref.: QKU1GT Refund amount = 16, 608.00
                Now after repeated mails and calls with different executives of GOIBIBO they are not refunding me the amount. They have only processed a refund amount of 3385.00 (attached) where there is no justification.
                Two separate GOIBIBO ticket number generated where I have follow up Every time they send a automated response “Kindly note that we are currently working on your query and would revert to you ASAP with an updated status/resolution.”(Attached)
                20 days have passed and I don’t have any solution. They don’t have any call canter number .one can only raise a ticket in their website and they will not revert back only generate a new Ticket.
                Please help me to recover my money.

                  Hi, I had made tickets from Ibibo portal to go from delhi to madurai journey date 21/12/2020 as I have planned to go rameshwaram and perform my father teerth rituals(he is unable to come due to medical conditions) and return back tomorrow (22/12/2020). My return flight is of time 4.30 evening. Since Goibibo has listing that delhi to madurai flight SG 8128 could reach around 10 AM same day so I can reach to rameshwaram temple aprrox 1-2 oclcok and can perform pooja. Now it's hard for me to perform rituals and pooja today and I have to do it tomorrow morning. This will bring situation to delay my return flight also. When I talked to Rajeswari customer care executive, she straight away asking 3000+900+ fare difference charges. Why I have to pay charges for Goibibo incorrect listing or delay for the flights who got booked by Ibibo portal. She was not understanding it and when I asked to get help from supervisors and rectify my solution, she straight away made lie that not able to connect anyone. I asked for contact details like email or phone number to connect with supervisor but she refused to give. Goibibo people have such person in front who don't know the business ethics as well. I even had given exapmle of car service, where person goes to service station for car not for thier parts suppliers within warranty. She was unable to understand and forcing me that thier seniors also say same thing what she is saying. How is this business which making my journey worthless, also putting me in risk of quarentine if not having valid return. please help

                      Hello,

                      In the month of January 2020, I have booked Indigo flight tickets through goibibo from Mumbai to Dehradun and travel date was 1st May 2020. But due to covid situation the flight was cancelled.

                      I have been following with goibibo since October 2020 for refund but till now I have not received the refund. Every time I raise a query they tell me that the refund is under process but I believe they haven't yet processed it.

                      Kindly raise this query.

                          I booked waiting list train tickets which was not confirmed but still not received refund against cancellation.                             I booked a hotel room through goibibo app today and it displayed a booking ID when the transaction was completed. After that, I did not receive any SMS or email confirmation of the booking nor does the "trip" section of the app shows any information of my booking. I reached out to the company on twitter and they asked for my contact details and have kept quiet since then. I reached out the hotel as well and they said that they have not received any intimation from goibibo regarding the hotel booking in my name. Basically, this company took my money and is now not giving me hotel confirmation nor responding to my requests for refund of the amount.

                              I am trying to get airline booking refund since October.. I am fed up with there automated system.. I am not finding any real time support contact also.. All their support is automated.. Pls help to arrang some human being from ibibo to support further.. This is rediculous.. Infact pathetic

                                This is to bring your notice that we had following flights tickets and those were cancelled by Indigo due to global pandemic condition. Honorable Supreme Court has already asked the airline to refund the money in cash to the customer. I got the following SMS from Go Ibibo that you have already processed to refund the money to the bank. But I have not yet received any refund to my Bank Account. The refund amount is still showing in my Go Ibibo wallet. Moreover you have deducted the convenience charges from those refund, then why my heard-earned money is lying to my wallet not in my bank account. Please process to refund the amount immediately to my bank account otherwise I will be compelled to think other lawful ways. I am very sorry to say that this type o[censored]nnecessary harassment is unexpected from your esteemed company. I am marking the copy of this mail to both Indigo and Go Ibibo for faster solution. All details of bookings are given below.

                                  I changed my time for same day of my flight, payment got deducted but no confirmation yet.
                                  While contacting customer care it's auto disconnecting and when I try to change the time for my flight showing technical error.

                                    I booked a ticket for four pessangers from Ranchi to Mumbai from Goibibo mobile application, which is scheduled on 14th September 2020 but cancelled ticket for two pessangers due to rescheduling of flight (cancelled ticket on 13th of September 2020).
                                    Sir its more than two months and didn't get refund from Goibibo. The airlines company IndiGo told me that your refund of Rs. 6836 has been released from our side and you should contact to Goibibo for the same. I tried to contact Goibibo almost daily from that day but didn't get any reply.
                                    The PNR number of two cancelled tickets are -
                                    1. LI7RTP (Pessanger Name- Mr. Bikash Yadav)
                                    2. VJQYNM (Pessanger Name- Mr. Subhash Yadav)

                                    Sir please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                      Hi - I have booked air tickets via Goibibo end of Feb 2020. Due to COVID lockdown the flights were cancelled. The travel period was in June 19th 2020. I have been following up with them via twitter regarding refund as the supreme court ordered that travel agency need to process the refund immediately. They have been providing false promises reg refund and finally they have updated in the goibibo app that the refund has been processed 2 months back but until now I have not received it in my account yet and again started following up with him checking why the amount wasn't credited to my account as usual there is no proper response from them. I think to shut the customer mouth they are updating in the app as refund processed but in reality they haven't actually providing any refund. I'm attaching all the 3 flights information here hoping to get this issue resolved as soon as possible as they have dragged it for a long time. PNR numbers are ZVDUYI, PPKHHE and JHT33R.

                                        kochi for 14 apr and return 16 apr 2020 during lockdown flight was not opratable in india and ticket was cancelled automatically vide ticket no[protected] with pnr no- j9y2x and return ticket no[protected] pnr no- zdjsy regarding connected with air india they are refunded to goibibo and same goibibo is not refundin/ credit shell
