My flight booking with goibibo with PNR REL7XL & JG8NPB with booking ID GOFLDMUANDca0bb[protected] has been cancelled in lockdown on 25th march 2020, my refund was reviewed successfully on 6th November 2020 as I received message that the refund amount will be credited back to ur original payment mode used at the time of booking and the credit could reflect in 10 days but till now no refund is credited / reflecting in the account. Please help in getting my refund credited back.

    My refund against Goibibo Booking ID GOFLDAND0263B[protected] was reviewed successfully on 14th Dec'20 and it was mentioned that my refund will get processed by 21st Dec'20. However it hasn't yet been processed to my account and even after numerous follow up am not getting any revert back from your end. Kindly resolve the issue.

      Passenger name Tapasya and Ratnesh.

      I have booked flights for LUCKNOW to PORT BLAIR on 1 march 2020 due to covid 19 I have reschedule it on 22 October 2020 but INDIGO have cancelled the flight so they are making refund an amount Rs 14, 832 INR and Rs 1908 INR . I have made refund process to goibibo but I haven't reciev my money yet.
      Please make sure and refund right amount of money witch INDIGO have refunded to me.
      Indigo have also mail to you.

        I have not received any refund yet. Then why the website has shown one leg as refunded and another one in process?[booking no.TUA5SP4X8 ]
        Secondly, if it is not settled yet, why I cannot see it in my travel history under canceled/completed or any bla bla category?
        Now because of this I cannot raise another request or ticket to followup or even talk to support team for its progress or any update neither there is any grievance email contact or portal.
        When I click on manage trip or quick help – pages direct to my history where it is not listed:

        Now because of this, I find no way to report or raise a ticket or any followup with Go Care team. It looks like it is done intentionally because one of my trip which is shown in the complete category was before the trip in the problem.

        I even can’t drop an email because when I click “contact us” -this page also gets navigated to the bookings page

        Also If I check any email address to write a grievance, I get a response that it is a system generated email address and cannot be used:

        Note – these all links have 1 stupid work – to get navigated to that history page for reporting the issue.
        If that is the design then WHY IS MY BOOKING(WHCH IS NOT SETTLED YET) NOT IN MY HISTORY ANYMORE?

        Secondly - why there is no Grievance link to register complains?
        Also why there is no email contact with support team?

          I booked 2 tickets from Kolkata to Bengaluru on 1st March 2020 and it was cancelled by goibibo on 22/10/2020 due to the ongoing pandemic. They claim to have initiated the refund of Rs 8111 but I haven't yet received the amount. The link they have provided to check the refund status is not working. I tried to contact goibibo on their helpline number but no help came from there as well. It is quite unlikely of goibibo to have such an indifferent attitude towards their customer. It seems like they don't want to refund the amount at all. It is quite frustrating on my part to have waited this long hoping for the refund so finally i have complaint against them. This booking made via goibibo is definitely going to be my last booking as i don't want to suffer such harassment anytime in the future.

            I had booked the hotel Comfort INN Prince, bhuj from 16th till 18th December at
            Rs 4746/ including all taxes and charges to be paid at the hotel. I paid the amount
            but received an invoice amounting to Rs 4424/. I have not received the full amount
            invoice from Goibibo. I spoke to Mr Martin and Ms Bhavna from Goibibo who
            confirmed me that the overcharged amount of Rs 322/ would be refunded back to
            my wallet in 48 hrs but still I am waiting for the refund. Since last 7 days I have
            been calling Goibibo and following up for the full amount invoice or refund of the
            overcharged amount but everytime I get assurance of calling back from the
            advisor but the call never comes. I have been using Goibibo since long and have
            never had such issues which is not expected from them. I have attached some documents for your reference.

            It's been more than 7 days and no response received from Goibibo. The service quality has gone down. Shameful people.

              Sir, I didn't receive any refund for my cancelled Oneway Flight from HYD to BAH (GOFLIMTANDD94BF) It's been a 2 months still no money credited to my bank. When I check the status on app, It shows it is still processing.. Please process my refund as soon as possible. Let me know what is the issue. Why it is getting late. As per your refund policy, It shoud be credited to my bank within 15 days. Now it's been 60 days. Still no update regarding that. I tried calling them several times but there is no response from customer service team. My refund amount was around 40000 rupess. Please refund the money. Please help.

                    Hi, Booking ID # HTLJ5APD4C.
                    I called hotel for early check in between 8:00 am to 10:00 am, but they denied. What to do now?.
                    Tomorrow I will be reaching hotel at 8 am.
                    During telephonic discussion with hotel they were demanding RS 1000 for early check in.
                    Though, while booking the hotel it was clearly stated that early check in and late check-out are a part of package.
                    Please look I to this immediately.
                    I tried to reach through chat with gia, but It was unable to resolve.

                    Make sure, I will be reaching at hotel tomorrow morning at 8 am. Ensure about early check in which is as per package.
                    Again I called the Hotel, but they denied about the early check in from 8 am to 10 am in the morning, which is as per our about policy of early check in & late check out.
                    That's why i am cancelling the booking & GOibibo should ensure about the refund of money.
                    I have the call recording with Hotel Representative about what they told me about the booking. I need my refund back.
                    Attached is the image as well which shows rooms are available but they denied for early check in

                      Hi
                      I tried booking flight tickets from Mumbai to prayagraj airport.
                      After seat selection and successfull payment using phone pe UPI.
                      Application was loading for few minutes. I restarted app and then my booking was not showing under trips or anywhere.
                      I checked with phone pe customer support they said that payment is successfully received by merchant.
                      I tried contacting goibibo support but itvshows I don't have any booking.
                      Please initiate my refund as I have to book flight

                              Hello

                              This is regarding Booking ID: (GOFLIMOB38A[protected]
                              the booking have cancelled by the airline and GOIBIBO processed the Refund respectively. However, the amount stated above have been refunded to the goibibo wallet (goCash+) without my consent. Now I am unable to withdraw these funds to my bank account from goCash+ as the option for withdrawal on goibibo app is NOT WORKING and it is redirecting to automated chat session which doesn't understand my query at all. I tried to contact goibibo on call but only IVR is responding. I am unable to contact them in person. I have sent an email to [protected]@goibibo.com but received a response starting that it's a non-responsive email address. Kindly process the refund to my bank account.
                              I would like to withdraw my funds to my bank account that been refunded to me for the cancellation fly, the money are in the wallet but there is no option to do that. Also I cannot add a new card to the account, I try 3 different cards, but most important can someone direct me how can I withdraw the founds or to who should I send my bank details so you refund that money.

                                        As per Baggage policy of Goibibo, 15 kgs is allowed for check in baggage(screen shot of policy attached). Nowhere it was mentioned that only one bag of 15kg is allowed.

                                        I was carrying 2 bags weighing 14.5 kg in total. However, at Spice Jet counter, they asked me to pay Rs750(copy of challan attached) for second Baggage. As per Spice jet policy, only one check-in baggage is allowed.

                                        In view of the aforementioned, a case was taken up requesting for reimbursement of Rs 750, as Goibibo should have updated it's baggage policy based on Spice Jet.
