My flight was cancelled in march due to coronavirus and aurline was refunded my money to goibibo but goibibo was credit my refunded money in the form of gocash+, so that i withdrawal my gocash+money into original payment mode. But till now i didnt get my refund into my account and they deducted my gocash+ from my goobibo account also. Hello, I have complained before also but to my surprise I did not receive any reply from goibibo. I am reporting again about my refund which is not provided to me yet for Pnr. PECIHL for two passengers dated 22nd November 2020 from Nagpur to Mumbai. I intiated cancellation through a link provided by ibibo/ goibibo stating the flight regrets change in timings instead of 13.35 - 15.15 to[protected] and rebooting from flight 6E5389 to 6E6404....

Ive paid 42k and the cancellation was due to covid. I was assured last week when ive called up ur call center that only convenience fees of 1500 for dharmshala to del and another 1500 on del to Mumbai. And i was assured that it will be done in my bank account. Total refund of rs 38000 was assured, As per supreme court verdict full refund needs to he done to customer In their bank account.

Cancellation email of spice jet is attached. The airline agency confirmed that they have refunded the amount to Goibibo. However, in goibibo website it is showing we have travelled. Also, they have not refund to me.
