I have booked flight on Goibibo website dated 31 Dec 2019 and due to COVID my flight got canceled. When I asked for a refund they have only given ₹599.00 rupees out of total amount ₹3878.00. I have contacted Indigo as per instructions given by Goibibo and Indigo given complete refund of ₹3000.00 against PNR-CGRL9M to Goibibo wallet. Given detail is for refund and not for credit shell and I haven't received my refund to my bank account since 18 November 2020.

    Hi,
    Goibibo is neither refunding nor redeeming my credit shell of rs. 3529.irs been two months that I am following up and they are just asking me to wait for 7-10 days everytime

      Really fed up of calling you unable to reach you i dont know what kind of services are you providing no proper information what need. None of the customer care no are connecting fed up doing calls.

      I had booked flight on apr 7th and 20 it was cancelled due to covid. Now i want to reschedule date but unable to do there is no proper way to do in website.. I need a call back from your side immediately . Why are you troubling like this really fed of doing so. While booking it will take immediately
      but any other your website will not perform
      worst services.

        Dear sir,
        I booked first time from goibibo and harrassed by hotel and also did not get support from you also because i didn't get any customer care no to share my problem and find solution because all i get is compurerised voice response or chat. I m very hurted because hotel is not giving me invoice and they are saying that i have to give rating but i didn't find any rating option in booking.
        If you find this mail please help me and arange a call ask hotel to give invoice or give me option to give rating .why are not giving me option to rate

          I have booked a bus ticket from Chennai to Bodi. Due to the cyclone situation on the day of travel from TN government had cancelled all the buses. To confirm the same with Travels I have called multiple times, but have not picked the call.
          Goibibo does not have customer service to check hence I have enquired in your site looks like Bus got cancelled by Travels and got a reply like we will get back to you after checking with travels.
          But after that I was not able to cancel the ticket as well, which is worst part in the system and neither you have cancelled my ticket and not allowed me to cancel as well on the previous day.
          On the travel day before at 2pm i got a call from travels, saying bus time got changed instead of 8pm changed to 6pm, by that time I could not be able to reach my pickup point. I asked for a refund with them and they said check with whom I have booked.

          From that time I am trying to call, no way I can call goibibo customer care.

          Still it shows I will get a call for a refund. Because of your system I was not able to cancel my booking even for half refund amount.

            Agreed, they charge convenience fee both ways.while booking and also while this cancellation due to Covid. Atleast the balance amount should be credited to my account. I do not foresee any travel due to my age in the foreseeable future ! They are not approachable and the website / app do not help. They have now put the amount in "wallet" for future use.

            No communication yet. From my above complaint, the portal personnel can get full traceability of mine, the portal has all my details...e-mail id, mobilenumber etc. I am awaiting contact. Hope they act responsibly and resolve the problem.

              PNR No E7HFKZ to travel form Hyderabad to Patna on 25th April, 2020 (departure time 15:35) and from Patna to Hyderabad on 27th April, 2020 (departure time 18:20). It was unfortunate that the travel to and from were cancelled by the TRAVEL AGENCY itself due to Covid-19 impact. My point is that, since none of our guys ever travelled by the above airlines, I just want to have my money back without any arguments or excuses. There was no fault on our side and so I am not interested to listen to your arguments. Moreover, the amount is not Rs.100 or 200. It is above. Rs.20000/-.

                It was unfortunate that the travel to and from were cancelled by the TRAVEL AGENCY itself due to Covid-19 impact. As everybody knows that the impact continued over a period of 6 months or more. Nothing could be done either by the travel agency or by travellers. In this regard, I contacted the people of GOIBIBO as well as the airlines operator on e-mail to claim the money as refund. But they simply said/argued that no refund would be entertained however. Here, I would like to state that the importance of our trip was broken and over. Why should I not demand my money back? As said by the above agencies that no refund would be entertained, should I be forced by them to make another engagement to travel to the same place or some other place without any purpose? It’s highly ridiculous. Why should the travellers be at a loss? And as per GoAir the initial travels between 25th March and 3rd May 2020, we are eligible for Full REFUND. Court also gave guidelines regarding FULL REFUND.

                    I received a text message from goibibo on 9th Aug 2020 stating that the refund application request 5690672 raised by goibibo to Air France has been approved and I will receive refund in 10 days. But till date i have niether received refund nor are they replying to my email.

                      Hey there
                      i have been receiving lots of calls and messages regarding my Booking
                      ID from Goibibo GOFLDMTIOS08B[protected] GoAir says that the flight
                      PNR E5FZTS is cancelled and the same time GOIBIBO send messages to
                      check in for the same flight as it shows confirmed status in the app.
                      In this worst scenario what a customer should do? what should i do if
                      my 1st flight is cancelled and the second flight is thereon?

                        For my booking id GOFLIAND[protected].Refund was provided by the Airline's but GoIbibo hasn't provided me with refund yet.On mailing a hundred times they responded with asking for my bank details and sent me a sum of 1 rupee whereas I had to get a refund of 43488 rupee.Prior to this my queries were answered via mail but they haven't been replying since.There is no response from GoIbibo on mail.And on Twitter and Instagram they just send me a link to list my issue and they'll call back in 48 hours and they haven't been calling me either.I just need my refund as soon as possible as it's already been almost 9 month since the flight got cancelled.

                          My booking - PNR-YSZYJR dated 27.12.2020 for Delhi to Cochin by Air Asia flight I5-791 has rescheduled or cancelled as per SMS received from AirAsia on 13.11.2020. I have forwarded this SMS to goibibo customer care. It is clearly written in the SMS that flight number I5-791 changed to I5-968 due to operational reason and the new departure time is 5.30 pm. (It means rescheduled beyond 12 hours and eligible for full refund). Same day I tweeted to Goibibo that to refund the entire amount as I do not want to travel at 5.30 pm. I also sent e-mail on 14.11.2020 for refund. I also contacted customer care of AirAsia to know the status of flight. They said that the flight number changed and new departing time is 5.30 pm. I requested to them to refund and in reply they said that the entire amount can be credited to Credit Shell valid for 730 days. I asked them to refund the money. Since the ticket is booked through Goibibo, they said to contact goibibo. Since 13.11.2020, I am writing to goibibo to refund the amount. Nobody is attending the mail/tweets. Every time they sent a link in reply to tweets. When i tried to contact customer care through phone, only recorded messaged is played and disconnected the line. No human being is there to attend the call. After two weeks, they are saying that the flight I5-968 is operating and new departure time is 5.20 am with a delay of 25 minutes. It means the Airlines has again changed the flight time from 5.30 pm to 5.20 am. Since I do not want to travel at 5.30 pm, I have booked another ticket on Vistara. hThey have not taken any action to my e-mail/tweet dated 13.11.2020 and not refunded the amount. So, if any loss is caused due to lack of services on the part part of goibibo, they alone are responsible and customer is not responsible for that. Even today the booking is live. I need entire amount as refund.

                            I have done hotel booking through Goibibo on 29th Nov 20, At the time of booking it was showing free airport transfer included in this price on Goibibo site . but it is no where mentioned in the voucher and the hotel is also denied it when i called them. Can you please clarify this and arrange for the transfer as per your offer.

                              We have booked 2 return tickets in the name of my father Mr Wazir Singh Kapoor for 1st and 5th April 2020 respectively. Due to Covid-19, it was auto cancelled by Giibibo itself. Supreme court cleared it that if the airline is cancelling any tickets due to this situation they have to give a full refund to the customers.
                              I have booked these tickets from 2 airlines named AirAsia and GoAir. I have confirmed from both the airlines about a refund. Both the Airlines told us that they have already processed the refund to Goibibo in the month of June and August respectively.
                              This time I want to charge a big amount of penalty also on Goibibo this fraud done by them.

                                I have tried to contact Goibibo through various ways like calls & mails but not able to contact them.
                                I have written to them on there mail but got response that they have stopped using that mail anymore and to use there online 24*7 express care but it has no option to proceed further for contacting them.
                                I have a refund to take from them of Rs 12355/-

                                  Hi, I’m sai karthik Bolla. My flight was cancelled by airindia itself due to COVID. Airindia people are saying that I need to contact goibibo for refund and since March 2020 I have been trying to contact goibibo. Still no response from goibibo. Whenever I call them they are saying we will only respond to new bookings. There is no way to contact refund section. In the app there is no option to chat with person or call except an AI. It doesn’t know anything and surely cannot solve my problem. There is no single person in goibibo for me to contact and solve my issue.
                                  Now it’s December. It’s been 10months and still no response. So I want to file a complaint against goibibo. Please help me.

                                    Refund not received from 2 months

                                    I have have booked my tickets from amazon pay account later on i cancelled it goibibo are showing that refund is done in amazon pay account but I still haven't received my refund yet and it's been like 2 months.
                                    and we cannot connect directly trough the agent from goibibo because it's still closed due to pandemic situation. customer care service is pathetic.
                                    it's very disappointing from goibibo sercive...

                                    My flight got cancelled due to covid 19, Iwas assured that I will get the equivalent Credit shell of my money paid.
                                    When I used the credit shell to reschedule the ticketes, Initailly it was successful but latter I came to know they have cancelled my ticket with out my permission and information.
                                    I had rebook the ticket in the same airlines on higher price. This iz totally cheating as airlines have already refunded them.

                                      I have booked Air ticket(Singapore Airline) from Sydney(Australia) to Delhi(India) in Nov 2019 for travel date 16April 2020 for two passengers through GOIBIBO website.

                                      PNR AMDLUTXLE

                                      Singapore Airline informed me in March 2020 that due to COVID19 travel restrictions, they have cancelled my flight and asked me to get your full refund from travel agency you have booked your ticket with which is GOIBIBO in this case.

                                      I have informed GOIBIBO about the cancellation in March 2020 and they said they will give refund in 60 days then I followed up in June 2020, July2020 then Oct2020 and in Nov2020 but every time they promise that they will refund the full amount but I have not received it yet. And now even on their website they have mentioned that they have refunded the full amount but actually I have not received the money yet in my account.

                                      I have tried to contact then on phone, email and chat and now they are not responding at all and not updating me.

                                      Please help me to get the amount refunded for cancelled air flight.

                                      It been a month filing this complaint and goibibo is not responding. On their website under my trip section they are showing that they have refunded but amount has not yet deposited in my account.
