I had flight tickets on 25th March from Bangalore to kochi and kochi to male on 25th March 2020 and returning ticket from male to bangalore. Due to lockdown, all the flights got cancelled by the govt. But my money which they refunded was only partial payment. They have deducted some amount which is not fair because we did not cancel any flight and so according to that they should give a complete refund to us.PNR for the flights are as followsbr...

I had booked a ticket on 23rd March for April 1st 2020 from Dubai to Lucknow which was cancelled due to COVID-19 nations wide lockdown and then later on airlines refunded the booking to its travel partner Ibibo Group. Airlines confirmed that in writing

From 2 month I am following up to Goibibo for refund they are giving excuses that they tried many times to refund in my account but that getting failed they ask me my bank details...

I have booked 3 air tickets cost Rs. 43000 by goibibo for Spicejet and flight cancelled.

Now, It is cleared they given credit shell balance for future use.

But I am trying to book tickets continuously but system does not allow to book.

Spicejet told they cant help as your agent is goibibo.

And there is no contact done in goibibo...

After getting refund amount from airlines before 1 rst Sep and after follow up over mail and phone many times refund is not yet paid. I attach their mail confirming of getting it from airlines....

I booked a flight from Memphis to hyderabad using Goibibo . Due to COVID-19 flight has been cancelled. When I check airlines(United ) I am eligible full refund. Some how I got Travel certificate .

I did request United to refund full amount instead of Travel certificate as it cannot be used in third party sites .

United confirm that Gobibo need to raise request using BSP link . Despite of sending multiple mails...

With the above reference we booked flight tickets from Mangalore to Visakhapatnam on 09/04/2020 From Visakhapatnam to Mangalore on 14/04/2020. Due to Covid-19 pandemic the said flights are cancelled and the refund amount Rs.9, 765/- refunded by Indigo Airline to Your concern. I repeatedly contact for the same refund amount it is under process....

I was having 2 tickets for Siliguri on March. Hence because of covid flights got cancelled.
Goibibo system cancel one ticket and refund 2500/- out off flight was more than 8000/- although received 2nd ticket credit shell.
Now I'm trying that credit shell amount for flight booking which is showing invalid.
