For my booking id GOFLIAND[protected].Refund was provided by the Airline's but GoIbibo hasn't provided me with refund yet.On mailing a hundred times they responded with asking for my bank details and sent me a sum of 1 rupee whereas I had to get a refund of 43488 rupee.Prior to this my queries were answered via mail but they haven't been replying since.There is no response from GoIbibo on mail.And on Twitter and Instagram they just send me a link to list my issue and they'll call back in 48 hours and they haven't been calling me either.I just need my refund as soon as possible as it's already been almost 9 month since the flight got cancelled.

    My booking - PNR-YSZYJR dated 27.12.2020 for Delhi to Cochin by Air Asia flight I5-791 has rescheduled or cancelled as per SMS received from AirAsia on 13.11.2020. I have forwarded this SMS to goibibo customer care. It is clearly written in the SMS that flight number I5-791 changed to I5-968 due to operational reason and the new departure time is 5.30 pm. (It means rescheduled beyond 12 hours and eligible for full refund). Same day I tweeted to Goibibo that to refund the entire amount as I do not want to travel at 5.30 pm. I also sent e-mail on 14.11.2020 for refund. I also contacted customer care of AirAsia to know the status of flight. They said that the flight number changed and new departing time is 5.30 pm. I requested to them to refund and in reply they said that the entire amount can be credited to Credit Shell valid for 730 days. I asked them to refund the money. Since the ticket is booked through Goibibo, they said to contact goibibo. Since 13.11.2020, I am writing to goibibo to refund the amount. Nobody is attending the mail/tweets. Every time they sent a link in reply to tweets. When i tried to contact customer care through phone, only recorded messaged is played and disconnected the line. No human being is there to attend the call. After two weeks, they are saying that the flight I5-968 is operating and new departure time is 5.20 am with a delay of 25 minutes. It means the Airlines has again changed the flight time from 5.30 pm to 5.20 am. Since I do not want to travel at 5.30 pm, I have booked another ticket on Vistara. hThey have not taken any action to my e-mail/tweet dated 13.11.2020 and not refunded the amount. So, if any loss is caused due to lack of services on the part part of goibibo, they alone are responsible and customer is not responsible for that. Even today the booking is live. I need entire amount as refund.

      I have done hotel booking through Goibibo on 29th Nov 20, At the time of booking it was showing free airport transfer included in this price on Goibibo site . but it is no where mentioned in the voucher and the hotel is also denied it when i called them. Can you please clarify this and arrange for the transfer as per your offer.

        We have booked 2 return tickets in the name of my father Mr Wazir Singh Kapoor for 1st and 5th April 2020 respectively. Due to Covid-19, it was auto cancelled by Giibibo itself. Supreme court cleared it that if the airline is cancelling any tickets due to this situation they have to give a full refund to the customers.
        I have booked these tickets from 2 airlines named AirAsia and GoAir. I have confirmed from both the airlines about a refund. Both the Airlines told us that they have already processed the refund to Goibibo in the month of June and August respectively.
        This time I want to charge a big amount of penalty also on Goibibo this fraud done by them.

          I have tried to contact Goibibo through various ways like calls & mails but not able to contact them.
          I have written to them on there mail but got response that they have stopped using that mail anymore and to use there online 24*7 express care but it has no option to proceed further for contacting them.
          I have a refund to take from them of Rs 12355/-

            Hi, I’m sai karthik Bolla. My flight was cancelled by airindia itself due to COVID. Airindia people are saying that I need to contact goibibo for refund and since March 2020 I have been trying to contact goibibo. Still no response from goibibo. Whenever I call them they are saying we will only respond to new bookings. There is no way to contact refund section. In the app there is no option to chat with person or call except an AI. It doesn’t know anything and surely cannot solve my problem. There is no single person in goibibo for me to contact and solve my issue.
            Now it’s December. It’s been 10months and still no response. So I want to file a complaint against goibibo. Please help me.

              Refund not received from 2 months

              I have have booked my tickets from amazon pay account later on i cancelled it goibibo are showing that refund is done in amazon pay account but I still haven't received my refund yet and it's been like 2 months.
              and we cannot connect directly trough the agent from goibibo because it's still closed due to pandemic situation. customer care service is pathetic.
              it's very disappointing from goibibo sercive...

              Dear All,
              My flight got cancelled due to covid 19, Iwas assured that I will get the equivalent Credit shell of my money paid.
              When I used the credit shell to reschedule the ticketes, Initailly it was successful but latter I came to know they have cancelled my ticket with out my permission and information.
              I had rebook the ticket in the same airlines on higher price. This iz totally cheating as airlines have already refunded them.

                I have booked Air ticket(Singapore Airline) from Sydney(Australia) to Delhi(India) in Nov 2019 for travel date 16April 2020 for two passengers through GOIBIBO website.

                PNR AMDLUTXLE

                Singapore Airline informed me in March 2020 that due to COVID19 travel restrictions, they have cancelled my flight and asked me to get your full refund from travel agency you have booked your ticket with which is GOIBIBO in this case.

                I have informed GOIBIBO about the cancellation in March 2020 and they said they will give refund in 60 days then I followed up in June 2020, July2020 then Oct2020 and in Nov2020 but every time they promise that they will refund the full amount but I have not received it yet. And now even on their website they have mentioned that they have refunded the full amount but actually I have not received the money yet in my account.

                I have tried to contact then on phone, email and chat and now they are not responding at all and not updating me.

                Please help me to get the amount refunded for cancelled air flight.

                It been a month filing this complaint and goibibo is not responding. On their website under my trip section they are showing that they have refunded but amount has not yet deposited in my account.

                  I cant use my credit shell amount which was credited for cancellation flight. whereas credit shell amount is not usable for booking flights. it showing invalid credit shell. I couldn't contact goibibio customer assistance to solve this issue. plz resolve this problem as earliest.

                      As per the recent order issued by DGCA and the supreme court that the full amount with interest will have to refunded to consumer due to Covid lockdown is not being adhered to by Goibibo group.

                      I am giving the details of the booking ID and the amount paid. The credit shell has a refund which is less than half the total amount paid at booking time.

                      Request you to take this matter urgently and refund full amount with the balance from the credit shell as well to the original payment gateway..

                        My flight was cancelled in march due to coronavirus and aurline was refunded my money to goibibo but goibibo was credit my refunded money in the form of gocash+, so that i withdrawal my gocash+money into original payment mode. But till now i didnt get my refund into my account and they deducted my gocash+ from my goobibo account also.                                 I Have Goibibo Credit Shell Balance Available For The April, 2020 SpiceJet Flight Booking That Got Cancelled Because Of Current Pandemic. I Was Trying To Use The Balance To Book New Journey From The Same Source To Same Destination But I'm Not Able To. I Tried To Contact Goibibo Customer Support Via Email And Contact. I Received Automated Email With The Steps To Follow In Order To Use Credit Shell But Those Steps Are Outdated And Not Working At All. Their Contact Numbers Aren't Reachable Either. I Am Trying To Reach Them From Whatever Means Possible But No Response.

                                    I have booked ticket on goibibo but due to covid19 the flight was cancelled. But they have not refunded thre amount i asked for, instead they have provided me the credit shell which i am unable to use.
                                    Also i dont have any plan of future travelling.

                                      I had booked flight via PNR HFLCXV FROM Varanasi to Ahmedabad for 29th May. Due to covid i had to cancel it. Indigo Airlines processed refund to goibibo on 26th August of which confirmation is attached. Since then i am following up in every manner possible with goibibo but my voice and complaints were unheard.
