Refund not received from 2 months

I have have booked my tickets from amazon pay account later on i cancelled it goibibo are showing that refund is done in amazon pay account but I still haven't received my refund yet and it's been like 2 months.
and we cannot connect directly trough the agent from goibibo because it's still closed due to pandemic situation. customer care service is pathetic.
it's very disappointing from goibibo sercive...

Dear All,
My flight got cancelled due to covid 19, Iwas assured that I will get the equivalent Credit shell of my money paid.
When I used the credit shell to reschedule the ticketes, Initailly it was successful but latter I came to know they have cancelled my ticket with out my permission and information.
I had rebook the ticket in the same airlines on higher price. This iz totally cheating as airlines have already refunded them.

    I have booked Air ticket(Singapore Airline) from Sydney(Australia) to Delhi(India) in Nov 2019 for travel date 16April 2020 for two passengers through GOIBIBO website.

    PNR AMDLUTXLE

    Singapore Airline informed me in March 2020 that due to COVID19 travel restrictions, they have cancelled my flight and asked me to get your full refund from travel agency you have booked your ticket with which is GOIBIBO in this case.

    I have informed GOIBIBO about the cancellation in March 2020 and they said they will give refund in 60 days then I followed up in June 2020, July2020 then Oct2020 and in Nov2020 but every time they promise that they will refund the full amount but I have not received it yet. And now even on their website they have mentioned that they have refunded the full amount but actually I have not received the money yet in my account.

    I have tried to contact then on phone, email and chat and now they are not responding at all and not updating me.

    Please help me to get the amount refunded for cancelled air flight.

    It been a month filing this complaint and goibibo is not responding. On their website under my trip section they are showing that they have refunded but amount has not yet deposited in my account.

      I cant use my credit shell amount which was credited for cancellation flight. whereas credit shell amount is not usable for booking flights. it showing invalid credit shell. I couldn't contact goibibio customer assistance to solve this issue. plz resolve this problem as earliest.

        I tried to book a bus using my go cash but the ticket did not get confirmed but the go cash got debited and the customer care also not able to connect and I am struggling to get the money back to my account

          As per the recent order issued by DGCA and the supreme court that the full amount with interest will have to refunded to consumer due to Covid lockdown is not being adhered to by Goibibo group.

          I am giving the details of the booking ID and the amount paid. The credit shell has a refund which is less than half the total amount paid at booking time.

          Request you to take this matter urgently and refund full amount with the balance from the credit shell as well to the original payment gateway..

            My flight was cancelled in march due to coronavirus and aurline was refunded my money to goibibo but goibibo was credit my refunded money in the form of gocash+, so that i withdrawal my gocash+money into original payment mode. But till now i didnt get my refund into my account and they deducted my gocash+ from my goobibo account also. Please take my request for your reference booking id:GOFLDANDDFAA[protected], PNR NO: OT9QVL. MY AMOUNT WAS 18730/- rupees.

                I have been trying to reach you constantly but there is no response from your side. I booked one hotel from you with free cancellation and modifications were also free. Now when I have changed the dates you are saying that there is no refund. So please check and let me know.

                    I Have Goibibo Credit Shell Balance Available For The April, 2020 SpiceJet Flight Booking That Got Cancelled Because Of Current Pandemic. I Was Trying To Use The Balance To Book New Journey From The Same Source To Same Destination But I'm Not Able To. I Tried To Contact Goibibo Customer Support Via Email And Contact. I Received Automated Email With The Steps To Follow In Order To Use Credit Shell But Those Steps Are Outdated And Not Working At All. Their Contact Numbers Aren't Reachable Either. I Am Trying To Reach Them From Whatever Means Possible But No Response.

                      I had booked a room from goibibo on 20 th November 2020 and my money got deducted. And because of some technical issue booking didn't done and my money Rs 12, 648 was deducted but I didn't get the refunded money till date I have every proof . Please help me

                        I have booked ticket on goibibo but due to covid19 the flight was cancelled. But they have not refunded thre amount i asked for, instead they have provided me the credit shell which i am unable to use.
                        Also i dont have any plan of future travelling.
                        Kindly refund the amount to original payment mode.

                          I had booked flight via PNR HFLCXV FROM Varanasi to Ahmedabad for 29th May. Due to covid i had to cancel it. Indigo Airlines processed refund to goibibo on 26th August of which confirmation is attached. Since then i am following up in every manner possible with goibibo but my voice and complaints were unheard.

                              Hello, I have complained before also but to my surprise I did not receive any reply from goibibo. I am reporting again about my refund which is not provided to me yet for Pnr. PECIHL for two passengers dated 22nd November 2020 from Nagpur to Mumbai. I intiated cancellation through a link provided by ibibo/ goibibo stating the flight regrets change in timings instead of 13.35 - 15.15 to[protected] and rebooting from flight 6E5389 to 6E6404. I received a mail from Sheetal Customer care www.goindigo.in stating that they intiated total refund of 8030 INR on 29th October 2020 itself, the same day I cancelled tickets and the problem is with the agency I booked and not them, and the agency is not other than goibibo app.

                                Ive paid 42k and the cancellation was due to covid. I was assured last week when ive called up ur call center that only convenience fees of 1500 for dharmshala to del and another 1500 on del to Mumbai. And i was assured that it will be done in my bank account. Total refund of rs 38000 was assured, As per supreme court verdict full refund needs to he done to customer In their bank account.
                                The booking was dine in feb-20 and travel date was 6may20.
                                Tiltdate no refund and no revert...

                                  Also called to customer care multiple times no resolution...
                                  My hotel booking was done at refundable mode and after cancellation my credit card was debited without my consent

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have tried to book hotel through Goibibo.com on 25th November 2020 for an amount of Rs.4071. When I entered the payment details and confirmed it, my account was debited with Rs.4071 and in the confirmation page I got an error message that the booking is not confirmed, check with bank. When I checked my account it is debited with Rs.4071. Because booking was not done So I booked again for the same hotel. That time, my booking was confirmed and I was again charged Rs.4071from my account to IBIBO WEB PVT LTD GURGAON. So, where is the amount which was debited from my account first time. Please enquire and refund my amount soon. Below is the message which I have got from my bank while the first transaction.A/c XXXXXXXX00056718 has been debited with Rs.4071 on[protected]:35:03 thru IBS vide reqid[protected].The second transaction was successful and I got the booking confirmed.Ac XXXXXXXX00056718 Debited with Rs.4071.00,[protected]:41:47 thru IBS vide reqid[protected] . So, please revert me the amount of first transaction as early as possible. Why your customer executives services are not available, I still haven't received my refund . It is clearly specified in my bank account that I was charged twice by GOIBIBO for the same amount. So where is my amount of Rs.4071. Are you trying to cheat me. I had trust in IBIBO, thats why I made booking through IBIBO. But you people are not responding and resolving this issue. If you are not ready to refund my money, then I will file a complaint in consumer court and publish in all the social media that Goibibo is a fraud. I am also attaching the bank statement which clearly specifies that I was charged with Goibibo twice for the same amount. Thanks

                                      Sir, I didn't receive any refund for my cancelled Oneway Flight from HYD to BAH (GOFLIMTANDD94BF[protected]. It's been a month still no money credited to my bank. When I check the status on app, It shows it is still processing.. Please process my refund as soon as possible. Let me know what is the issue. Why it is getting late. As per your refund policy, It shoud be credited to my bank within 15 days. Now it's been 32 days. Still no update regarding that. I tried calling them several times but there is no response from customer service team. My refund amount was around 40000 rupess. Please refund the money. Please help.
