Dear Goibibo Team,
I planned for a trip from Delhi to Banglore, and I went on the payment screen for the payment, and followed it up but it showed it was failed so id id it again failed.
It showed that the trip was booked but my money has been deducted twice .
I need a immediate refund to my bank account.

I am attaching the details of it.

    I have booked my travel via goibibo for 22 Mar 2020.
    My airline got cancelled due to corona virus curfew but only 10% of amount was refunded. Ideally 100% amount should have been refunded.

    I have been waiting a response from last 6 months from ibibo team but no response yet.

    Pls look into it and resolve.

        I booked a flight for patna to Singapore on 15th March for travel date 18 april.vut due to corona pandemic situation the schedule flight was cancelled by the airlines and sent the email that the refund will be send back to their respective account.but till now nothing have been received from there end.its already 8 months still we are waiting for the same refund to be processed.

          I had made a reservation on GoIbibo.com (reservation ID: HTLGVU5GJA) on 11Nov and then had to cancel it on the 12th due to solve personal reasons. The full refund for INR 11, 232 was processed by Goibibo on Nov 13 but the refund has not been deposited to my account. The original payment was done through UPI and I believe a refund transaction was attempted in the same mode. However, due to some restrictions, my bank was unable to process the transaction and I was asked to reach out to Goibibo to initiate a refund through NEFT. However, I don't see any way of contacting goibibo support to make this request.
          Can you please help resolve this concern?

          I was reached out GoIbibo 2 weeks ago to collect my bank details for an NEFT transfer but there has been no updates since and I am yet to receive any refund.
          I recently received another call from GoIbibo stating that the refund has been initiated. When I told them that I haven't received annu amount from them, they said they'd give me the transaction ID. Subsequently, I received an SMS starting that the complaint has been closed. I've still not seen any refund from GoIbibo. Their complaint resolution mechanism is just pitiable. Really the worst online travel desk in the market.

            The following is my booking information

            The flight is cancelled by the airline, and when i am asking for refund, it is saying it is still operational and you are asking me to contact the airlines directly. First of all why should i contact the airline directly when i booked the ticket with you agency. Secondly, i contacted them and they say they have clearly updated the flight status and "UN" which means unavailable and goibibo should know that information. Can you please sync with the airlines and initiate the refund please. Also, this is under EMI scheme and you have to refund that as well because it is a delay from your side.

              I had booked flight 6E-563 on 19 Mar from Kolkata to Nagpur and my return flight was on 22 Mar from Nagpur to Kolkata.
              But all plans are disturbed by COVID situation.
              I had cancelled the ticket and GOIBIBO said they had processed the refund.
              Till data I have not received the refund.

                Dear concerned
                I had booked tickets for my wife and kids travel to Cochin for 19th May 2020 PNR T2DSKA Booking ID GOFLD9E88A[protected].
                Due to the pandemic and subsequent complete lockdown the flight was canceled and money as per GOIBIBO had been put into credit shell as per the Govt refund criteria then.
                In the recent ruling the Govt has told that full refund will be made to the fliers in the lockdown period.
                I have been trying to reach GOIBIO but nothing other than their automated IVR speaks.

                I have a kids 8 and 12 yr old. In the prevailing situation of pandemic we are not planning any trip in near future.

                I hence request GOIBIBO to refund my entire payment since the airline has already refunded and have already cut the GI amount from my payment

                Please in these testing times a loss of 15672 Rs. is a big loss...

                Please refund.

                  I am waiting for refund for my booking under the PNR JJJQVW. The refund was initiated to my credit card but as I have blocked the credit card it got rejected. As per Goibibo executive they requested for bank details for neft transfer in month of September which was provided to them. I have been following up since 2 month and every time I am getting same reply that it will be completed in 14-14 days. Even the customer care executive are saying the same but this is now 2 months. Enclosed PNR detail and mail following.

                    I had a booking with Goibibo on Apr 9 2020 to Perth from Cochin in Singapore Airlines. Due to pandemic this has been cancelled and confirmed during that time i will be getting the refund as soon as airline refund to Goibibo. I have been following up with Goibibo for last few months and all the time they promise i will be getting the refund soon. When i spoke to SIngapore airline customer care they confirmed all the refund has been sent to the service providers. I posted about this on Social media and even in those platform Goibibo confirmed they will send the refund soon. SO far i have not received any refund. Could you please take this up.

                      Please find details Booking ID GOFLDAND4D[protected] PNR - LQQPVR Lucknow to Kolkata Depart on Sun, 17 May 2020 Airlines- Indigo as the flight got cancelled due to lockdown COVID situation. The refund of Rs.9702/- has been credited in gocash wallet on 06 Oct 2020 but it has not been credited into my bank account. kindly transfer the same into my bank.

                        We are writing to you in context to the following details:-

                        Booking ID – AMDQLL8S9
                        Refund status - GOFLI85DE[protected]
                        Refund Amount – Rs. 73, 949/-

                        Above referred booking was done using following credentials: -

                        Email – [protected]@yahoo.com,
                        Contact no. - [protected]

                        With reference to above, the booking was cancelled by airlines due to COVID-19 and airlines refunded the amount of Rs. 73, 949/- to Goibibo which is further credited by Goibibo, as per the email dated 26th October 2020 at 1:19 PM sent to [protected]@yahoo.com via Goibibo's email id - [protected]@goibibo.com (email copy attached for ready reference), to the wallet associated with Mr. Lokesh's email id.

                        Now we are facing a technical issue which I am listing down for better clarity:-

                        1. We are not able to login to the ID associated to [protected]@yahoo.com. As we forgot the password.
                        2. The user ID was created using Indian mobile number but now the user (Mr. Lokesh Mathur) shifted to USA so while booking the ticket he used his US mobile number i.e. [protected].
                        3. When we are trying to generate the new password using this number we are not getting the SMS as the number is from US and Goibibo system does not take +1 country code.
                        4. We called on following customer care numbers from our other Indian mobile number ([protected]) –

                        a.[protected],

                        b.[protected],

                        c.[protected],

                        d.[protected],

                        e.[protected],

                        f.[protected].
                        but all the efforts were unsuccessful and did not responded as desired because flight booking was done using other contact number and system was not able to retrieve the booking.


                        Now we seek your support to get:-

                        1. Access to our login ID,
                        2. Assign new contact number either Indian or US to the ID as per the system’s feasibility.
                        3. Book new ticket using the refund amount.

                        If above options are not possible then refund the amount to SBI credit card through which Booking was done. Last three digits of the card is 4570.

                          I had booked a round trip ticket from mumbai to Abu Dhabi for travel in the month of Feb 2020. The return ticket was on 3rd May 2020. However, due to pandemic and subsequent lockdown, airports were shutdown. However, the ticket is still valid till Dec 2020. We wanted to cancel the ticket since it was not travelled and we have been trying to contact Goibibo since last 3-4 months for this and there is not a single response from them. We tried several contact numbers or email id at Goibibo but that is not functional. They provide a link which opens up to a page as shown in attachment. Please help us what is to be done further. Booking was done through Goibibo mobile app.

                          Its so frustrating to know that Goibibo does not have any customer support at all that is functional during this pandemic situation. I am never going to use goibibo for any bookings further and will not recommend anybody to use their services.

                            I had booked a round trip ticket from mumbai to Abu Dhabi for my parents for travel in the month of Feb. With a 3-month visa, their return was expected on 3rd May 2020. However, due to pandemic and subsequent lockdown and airports shutdown, the return journey took place in August 2020. This happened from Dubai even after having ticket from Abu Dhabi. This is because of medical emergency where we had to leave to Mumbai for treatments and Abu Dhabi airport was shutdown at the time. However, the ticket was valid till Dec 2020. We wanted to cancel the ticket since it was not travelled and we have been trying to contact Go-ibibo since last 3-4 months for this and there is not a single response from them. We tried several contact numbers or email id at Goibibo but that is not functional. Please let us know further information at below details:

                                I booked a ticket on Air Asia flight I5 556 from Kolkata to Chennai for three persons with PNR F4MKKA for travel on 18th May 2020 Goibibo app. Due to COVID19 the flight was cancelled and the amount was refunded to Goibibo by Air Asia on 29th Oct 2020. But Goibibo has not refunded the amount to my booking instrument and has kept it in it's wallet which it says belongs to my account. Despite of my many attempts to request refund, none of them have gone through because the app is designed in such way not accept such refund requests. You can check for yourself whether my allegations are true or not. This is surely their tactic to not refund the amount and keep it in their wallet. ( Ironically, how can they keep my wallet when I didn't ask them to?)

                                  In Goibibo mobile app, it is showing that I can transfer GoCash + Balance into my personal bank account but while doing so.. system is showing error as attached in the screenshot. Unable to connect with their customer care support executive as post playing recorded message, their call gets disconnected and they are not even replying over mails n twitter.

                                    Due to one of my flights cancelled, i got go cash in my wallet. From there i got an option to transfer it to my account. And i have placed the request as well. However, the amount does not came to my account yet. Its been 10 days now.

                                      I booked flight ticket with kuwait airways via goibibo and booking
                                      id : TUA577W3C.
                                      The flight was scheduled on April 1st 2020 and it got cancelled due
                                      to first phase lockdown due to covid 19 pandemic.

                                      Kuwait airways has already refunded the entire money to goibibo wallet.
                                      Since 6 months I am trying to get in touch with goibibo to get refund to my bank account via their email id or phone number, but nothing works.

                                      Finally I got their reply on facebook and since two months they are giving
                                      fake assurances to initiate refund and wait for 10days every time I raise a complaint with them.

                                      Its been 2 months and I keep following up with them on daily basic and I am not getting any proper response about refund.

                                      now i am really doubting that Goibibo has any intentions of refunding money.

                                      Please help me on this.
