I have contacted goibibo customer care services so many times during the last one month, and I have tried all possible ways of getting my refund.

Date of Flight Departure: 4th April 2020
Date of Refund Received: June month
Date of request for the refund in my account: June month
When my flight got canceled, I tried to contact Goibibo to take initiative as my travel partner and ask for my refund from Singapore airlines, they told me that we can't do anything about it and can't help you with that. So I directly contacted Singapore airlines and convinced them to get my refund back from them. Finally when they agreed to give a full refund without deducting a single penny, then I told Goibibo about it, and then they credited the refund amount in their website's wallet. I immediately sent an email stating that I don't want money to be there in any wallet, and I wanted it on my bank account or original mode of payment. for which I haven't got a single reply from them.
Then on 5th Oct 2020, I again tried to call them stating that I want my refund back on my bank account, for which they assured that they will transfer the said amount within 3-7 working days. Then, they asked me for my bank details, which I provided immediately. Exactly after one week, I again called them back saying that I haven't received any refund yet, to answer that they told me that they have tried to pay but due to some issue, the payment got canceled, and hence they will try again and now the new waiting time was again 3-7 days. I have waited and still haven't got any refund and hence called again, and I got an answer, that payment has been done from their side, and I should already have received the same. so I denied that I haven't got any refund, so as to prove they ask my bank statement, and hence I provided them my bank statement immediately. Now, after providing that I again waited for some more days, and tried to contact them and asked about my refund, they told me that due to so and so rules, they can't transfer the refund to my Savings account and they can only process the refund on the original mode of payment. if I want to transfer money to my bank account then I need to provide a letter of authorization. after that on the next day, I told them I am agreeing with them, and they can transfer my refund in the original mode of payment instead of my bank account. Then, they told me they will do the same within again 3-7 days. for which I have waited, and obviously haven't received payment, then I called them again, and they now told me that, since your payment time is more than 6 months, we cannot transfer the amount to your original mode of payment, and we need to manually transfer the fund to your bank account only. now at this time, they have asked me for my bank details for the 4th time, and then now they asked me to submit my canceled cheque, which I submitted immediately. Then again they told me to wait again for more 3-7 days, which I waited, then after 7 days, today I have called them, and they are telling me that the ticket is in progress, and the refund team is working on it. they refused to give me an answer which I asked that what was your refund team doing on my issue for the last 7 days? they gave no answer, then I asked, have your refund team processed the amount from your side? they haven't answered, then I asked, can you give me any contact details of your grievance department, they told me that they don't have any kind of department, then I asked about their CEO's email id, they haven't given me one. and they told me that they are working on it and wait for some time you will get the amount (the answer I am hearing now since more than one month) there is no solid action taken from their side and no good answer I received from them.
