It has been around so many months but GoIbibo is not refunding the money, seems like they are using my money for scams like scam1992, it's been more than 6 months but they always keep telling me that they'll refund in 10 business days but never refunded, on Oct 22 they again asked for bank details but never refunded my money.
It is for my GOIBIBO BOOKING ID GOFLDAND6D0AC[protected], for my Flight booking of Indigo, PNR ABQY4L which IndiGo has sent to GoIbibo for refunding but they seems not wanting to refund my money, I've tweeted and tweeted but they just don't want to refund my money

No action taken from their end yet, I have not recieved my refund yet they keep giving me dates and all this company is nothing more than a scam!

Whenever there is a reply there is link, and when I opened this link look what it opens GoIbibo homepage, irony is that GoIbibo is being used by millions of people and the service are so cheap, they are money looters, scammers

    I have booked flight for Jun 18-2020 from mumbai to Jabalpur.
    They given credit shell since flight got cancelled due to covid.
    Now i am trying to book flight from Jabalpur to mumbai by using credit shell.
    But in their website no option available for using credit shell.

    Customer care not approachable. No email option available to get information.
    Very worst support.

    How can i get my money back instead of credit shell?

    Could you help me to resolve this.

        I have received email communication from Goibibo that i will get full refund for my booking on 14th March 2020 for flight from Ranchi to Zurich via Delhi in Swiss air. This flight was not operational on 14th march and they have cancelled the flight.

        I got clear communication from Goibibo that i will get my refund. I haven't received my refund amount or any communication for the same so far. I am helpless to contact them as they have changed their contact method. They are using automated chatbot which is not helpful at all. I dont know how to contact or what further steps i need to take to get my money back.

          I have booked flight a ticket on 23rd march 2020 for dubai to Lucknow on 1st April-2020 booking reference no is. GOFLIIOS[protected] and PNR no. XMUPAQ,
          Due to covid-19 pandemic flight cancelled by airline

          Refund already processed by airline they (Airlines) confirm me that they refunded to travel partner ( Ibibo group )

          But i am chasing for the refund from last couple of months No refund amount received into my account

          Please look into this and take appropriate action.

          See the attached file received from Goibibo in that Goibibo is saying that they have received cancellation request for this booking I don’t know who submitted them cancellation request although airlines already cancelled the flight itself because of COVID-19 lockdown and also transferred the refund to Ibibo Group

            I booked an indigo flight for April 20th with pnr GLB46A ..which was cancelled later on...I called go ibibo...they told they initiated refund...I got mail too...but the amount was credited till now... I checked and confirmed with bank officials..they didn't receive any amount ...I request go ibibo to look into this matter. The amount refund should be 8665rs

                I amrita Chaudhary have booked my ticket on 10 February 2020 for Ukraine to India round trip selected date was 1 July 2020 & return 30 august 2020 through goibibo i have`nt got my refund till now it is been 8 months and still no update worst Experiance ever traveling with goibibo my ticket no.[protected]

                  Booking ID - GOFLDAND5EEA[protected] - My Go air flight for 3rd Apr. got cancelled due to covid.
                  Since then I have been trying to apply for refund.

                  There is no way to contact the Goibibo group. They just have IVR options available, they just send the link on mail to apply for refund but that is not working.

                    I booked flight ticket on 14th march 2020.                         After having conversation with goair, they confirmed that the flight was cancelled by them.so, they confirmed and agreed to refund the whole amount ( Rs.5874) because it was a mistake from their end. I have the recorded conversation and the email confirmation provided by them also.
                        They said they will refund the whole amount and will transfer to goibibo (the booking agency).
                        So, I want the complete refund. Goibibo is befooling customers by giving wrong message and eating money.
                        I need proof of ticket cancellation by the customer which is said by goibibo on the basis of which they are deducting the money from my total refund amount.

                        I need prompt and genuine reply from goibibo to resolve this issue.

                        I've tried to contact goibibo through calls and chats but there is no positive response received from their side.

                            The issue that I have experienced was: Payment done on google pay also amount deducted but goibibo showing payment pending, I'm trying to contact goibibo but unable to reach any contact number and also Through app, application not showing my booking trip

                            It occurred on: 5/11/2020

                            Accept the payment and confirm the booking for the same .

                              Hi,
                              I have booked a flight ticket from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam last week and tried to cancel it while the refund insurance is active. However, Goibibo didn’t allow to cancel the ticket through website, app, chatbot and even through call to customer care.

                              I have even posted my complaint on Twitter and still no response. Today, I am no more eligible for refund of my ticket value and they are sending me messages to web-checkin. The worst part is inly the cancellation doesn’t work and the rest all do.

                              Very pathetic service!!! And zero customer support.

                                I made a booking from Toronto to Ahmedabad with the booking id - GOFLIEDB[protected] for 26th August 2020. Unfortunately due to COVID -19 I cancelled my booking on 24th June 2020 and requested for refund.

                                I was told to get a refund for INR 14334/- after reduction of all cancellations charges and I was told to get the amount in my bank account in 2 weeks time but now it has been 4 months and I haven’t got my refund. I tried to call customer service but non of your operator are active due to COVID and you online service name GIA is pathetic, it only shows the refund amount but don’t have any answer about when the refund will be made.

                                Do take a note of this things and revert me back and also refund the money, does it take 4 months to refund, how poor your online services are if it takes so much time. I want my refund as soon as possible and revert me with it. Improve your services it is really bad. Be a bit helpful to your customers, don’t give the lame excuses of Covid we have waited long enough for the refund.

                                    I had booked a flight ticket through Goibibo in April 19 2020. As lockdown took place and all flights were cancelled so Spicejet cancelled my booking and made the refund to Goibibo from where i had booked my tickets. After trying hard to contact them through twitter and Email, I have failed to get the proper reply regarding my refund issues. No one from Goibibo side has contacted me yet to short out my problems.                                       I have tried to contact and write to goibibo customer care several times regarding an urgent issue which is related to editing a hotel review, but the goibibo group has been unresponsive throughout.
                                      Kindly give me a contact number or email id where the issue can be addressed with immediate effect.
                                      Also note that the fast service site that you often keep quoting is ineffective and the robot gia is unable to help in any way.

                                        Hi, I am Dulam Abhilash Rao, (GOFLIMT742EB[protected]) . I have booked flight ticket from South Africa to Hyderabad (India) on 12/10/2020 . On 15/10/2020 I received a mail from Etihad saying my flight has been cancelled. I contacted Etihad airlines for refund since i couldn't find any contact number or email ID to raise request for refund. They responded since i booked through IBIBO they couldn't raise refund request. so I opted for cancellation in IBIBO then after few days it was asking me the email or communication from airlines i have attached the screenshot of the email communication.

                                        But its saying it will take almost 60 days to process my refund request. Since i paid from my credit card the bank is charging huge interest. Please try to understand my problem and refund the amount as soon as possible. It will be a great help to me.
