While I was booking a flight ticket, money got deducted from my credit card account and booking got failed, hence ticket was not issued. This happened on 12 October 2020. There is no way you can speak to goibibo customer care or there is no email id. You only get automated reply. My bank has confirmed that money has been received on merchant bank account on 13th Ocotber with Authorization code 026202. Could you please help me.

Have contacted goibibo through twitter and mark its CEO in the same twit. Thay replied quickly and resolve the issue.
Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
While I was booking a flight ticket, money got deducted from my credit card account and booking got failed, hence ticket was not issued. This happened on 19 October 2020. There is no way you can speak to goibibo customer care or there is no email id. You only get automated reply. My bank has confirmed that money has been received on merchant bank account on 19th Ocotber with Authorization code [protected] IGAJQWCIH7 . Could you please help me.

      Dear Sir
      I had booked tickets for 4 passengers (PNR G8W9MC split later for 3 passengers with additional PNR and EYHN4J & CBCPVJ.
      The Airline has confirmed that they have processed refund on 15th Oct 2020, response to my grievance# 2309996 and 2342818 registered at Ingram portal and have asked me to contact travel agent Goibibo.com.
      However Goibibo.com doesn't have a customer support number which works nor e-mail id i can write to to contact. They only provide a web form to raise refund request which gives error and no other options.
      Kindly consider this and take necessary actions to get Goibibo respond annd refund. Thank you

      It is regrettable that this Goibibo is totally a bunch o[censored]nprofessional and unethical people who doesn't care about customer service. There is no way to contact them other than their chat app which take us nowhere near the issue nor they would respond to provide resoltuion.
      The airline has confirmed that they have processed the full refund of 4 passengers paid in middle of the month and the amount is stuck with Goibibo which doesn't care to refund promptly. At the same time, I already received without much delay the refund of tickets booked through Amazon-Cleartrip. Goibibo is useless and would prefer and also recommend not to use any of their services heceforth.

      Today i was able to raise a ticket with Goibibo.com on refund base on directly cancelled with airlines, which they say will take 21-4 days for revert after coordinating with airlines. Note that the airline has already refunded the full amount to Goibibo exactly like Amazon-Cleartrip (which is already credited to my account last week) and still they need that much time. Totally unprofessional & unethical!!!

      Regret the typos up there. Please find the right message below.

      Today I was surprisingly able to raise a ticket with Goibibo.com on refund based on "directly cancelled with airline", which they say will take 21-45 days for revert after coordinating with airline.

      Note that the airline has already refunded the full amount to Goibibo.com exactly like Amazon-Cleartrip (which is already credited to my account last week) and still they need that much time. Totally unprofessional & unethical!!!

        It’s been more than 6 months following up with Goibibo about my refund status. Everytime they ask me to wait for 10-12 business days. The amount has already cleared from the airlines bt Goibibo is not crediting it into my account.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I had booked an indigo flight ticket on 4th September for a travel date 30th September 2020. Due to some personal issues I extended my journey date to 31st Oct 2020. one day I tried to do a web check and then I saw that my flight time had been changed. Due to change in time I cancelled my booked ticket on 17th Oct 2020 and got a cancelled receipt showing a refund amount of Rs. 4106.

          I contacted the Indigo customer care team regarding my refund . they are saying they have refunded this amount to Go IBIBO.

          Now I requested you to please refund my Rs. 4106 into my bank account at the earliest.

            I had booked the tickets through Goibibo. PNR Number of Spicejet is XF836N. The airline cancelled the flight during April 2020 and initially put the money in the credit shell. After my request, they had initiated the refund through Goibibo. Now Goibibo folks are not responding to emails or calls. Their automated call disconnects after a few minutes. Their website page for refunds does not accept any request. While the airline has refunded the amount, Goibibo is refusing.

              Hi Indian Consumer Complain Firum

              from last Six month, i am trying to contact to goibibo but goibibo help desk is not working. I am extremely dissatisfied with goibibo.

              Finally last month I have raised complain through your forum and my refund amount directly credited in goibibo GO cash Account but I require this amount in my Bank account.

                I booked my indigo flight ticket from goibibo for Hyderabad to Kolkata on 19th October 2020 ( 6E944).
                Money has been deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked due to technical error and it shows payment failed.

                It has been more than 5 days and I have not got refund of this amount. I am not able to contact customer care nor it is coming in bookings or cancelled order. Also the bank customer care says that money has been received in goibibo account.

                Please give me back the refund at the earliest.

                  I have booked my ticket visa GOIBIBO which has fallen on a date after COVID started and requested a refund and was issued the same after 9 months since i started asking for it.

                  I am trying through different means to communicate with the team and all that redirects me to GIA, a chatbot which never understands what customers concern is.

                  I sincerely urge the team to have a forum or email or phone support to address grievances of existing customers whose money is held through you people.

                  It is the value created by an organisation that matters and in this occasion, i dont mind saying I am soo frustrated with the quality of service which GOIBIBO lacked in,

                  I understand the pandemic situation has created a lot of mess and as an organisation, you just need to listen to a customer for which there should be some means of communication.

                  Please help me to get in touch with any of your support team member.

                  For me, I have a similar situation. The airline acknowledged my complaint and initiated the refund. Goibibo is refusing to even respond to emails or phone calls. their customer service number automatically disconnects after a few minutes. These companies have to be taken to task by the law enforcement authorities.

                    Hi,

                    This is my second complaint after not getting a satisfactory response on the first one (first complaint ref: 2320839).

                    I booked my ticket from Kolkata to London amounting INR 48307 (PNR: REVWFI) and was supposed to fly on 20th Apr 2019. My flight was auto-cancelled by the airline.

                    I cannot raise a refund request with the airline directly as Goibibo was involved in the process.

                    Since Apr 2019, I have not received any comforting reply or proof of evidence from Goibibo on the refund request submitted by them. Tried all the possible means - Twitter, Sent mail to the management (including CEO) but they all seem to be thick-skinned and extremely laid-back. Every time the team on the ground shamelessly provided the same vague response "We are following-up with the airline" without any substantial proof if they are actually taking it seriously.

                    INR 48307 is not a small amount and it is my hard earned money. I deserve to know when I would be getting my refund as Jet has started processing the requests. I am bound to question the company's integrity and management intention after my horrible experience with Goibibo since more than a year.

                    I need a comforting and specific response as to when my refund would get processed or credited to my account. If they do not have a specific answer - please prove with the evidence that refund claim has been submitted to the airline, how many times you have followed-up with the Jet Airways team and what is the response from them.

                    IT IS HIGH TIME THAT GOIBIBO TEAM WAKE UP AND START TAKING CONSUMER GRIEVANCES SERIOUSLY. EVERY TIME SHORTCUTS DO NOT WORK.

                    REQUEST CONSUMER FORUM TEAM TO PLEASE INTERVENE ON THIS REQUEST.

                      This is regarding Booking ID: GOFLDAND77A[protected]Rs. 4586) and Booking ID: GOFLDAND7DBDF[protected] (Rs.9216) that both the bookings have cancelled by the airline and GOIBIBO processed the Refund on 7th Oct 2020 and 8th Oct 2020 respectively. However, the amount stated above have been refunded to the goibibo wallet (goCash+) without my consent. Now I am unable to withdraw these funds to my bank account from goCash+ as the option for withdrawal on goibibo app is NOT WORKING and it is redirecting to automated chat session which doesn't understand my query at all. I tried to contact goibibo on call but only IVR is responding. I am unable to contact them in person. I have sent an email to [protected]@goibibo.com but received a response starting that it's a non-responsive email address. Kindly process the refund to my bank account.

                          I have made three reservations in goair airlines via. goibibo for the travel during the last week of March, 2020. The flights have been cancelled by the airlines itself due to pandemic . After a constant fight with the goair airlines we could manage to get the refund from them. (Attached the mail from go air transferring the amount to goibibo, our travel agent). Now Goibibo as our travel agent is just holding our money and they cant be accessible now via customer care phone or mail. Please help me to get the amount holding by goibibo illegally.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I have booked Go Air Flight No. – G8 2610 with PNR C9W3VT travel date – 21 June 2020 for three passengers via Goibibo App with Booking ID – GOFLDANDAC[protected]. While booking this flight I have also taken Cancellation Protection of Rs. – 1797.

                              This flight was cancelled by Go Air. Now as per latest DCGA and Honorable Supreme Court orders, this amount should be refunded to the passengers account.

                              I have talked to your customer care and GOIBIBO customer care many times but both are very unprofessional and they are not providing any solution neither providing me any complain number.

                              Kindly initiate the refund for said PNR and resolve this issue. Delay at your side to resolve this issue will result into further escalation of this matter to appropriate authorities.

                                Booked a ticket for a flight on 15th June 2020 from delhi to mumbai by air India. Received a message on 12th June 2020 that the said flight on 15th June stands cancelled due to COVID. Tried to get a refund from GOIBIBO since I paid the amount there, GOIBIBO says the flight operated when it did not and refuses to refund my money which it got from the airlines. The supreme Court passed a judgement saying that all flights cancelled due to COVID will be given full refund. No way to contact GOIBIBO or the airlines. Cheating going on here.

                                  Goibibo is doing fraud by booking customers travel book. trying to connect them but not able to join. sent more than 50 emails not even replying back. Even marking their SVP Mr. Dhruv Pathak. take some legal action against them.

                                    I had booked my flight from Goibibo app, but the airline cancelled it for some reason. The airline has accepted my request of full refund on my flight from Delhi to Pune (PNR Number - W4J3WW) scheduled for 27/11/2020.
                                    But your Goibibo app has yet to give me any information about it, the app has not been updated about my flight cancellation and the helpline numbers are being useless.

                                        Sir im facing very worsrt experience with goibibo, no proper reply for my mail nor no one attending phone calls. my pnr no S5B7SB three times changed because of flights canelled by spicejet, then Ive asked for refund but spicejet put it in credit shell and validity upto 31st may 21, but goibibo says validity upto 28th feb.21. but both are useless problem using credit shell.while booking goibibo saying not accepted by airlines for the same passenger, so better i need full refund for my ticket that is my request to both goibibo as well as to spicejet
