Complaint marked as Resolved Thankfully I got my money back finally after infinite costumer care call...goibibo has zero customer support during pandemic. there is zero response, only a computer IVR answers your call and the mails are given automated replies...your bookings won't show in your past trips and in the app or website you would be in no way able to chat or reach any customer care executive. After filling a complaint in consumer complaints a few weeks (around a month) later I got my money back in form of gocash instead of account. But seeing the poor condition of support in goibibo I am happy with this. I would still recommend anybody to not go through goibibo and book directly with airline. Atleast they can't cheat with your money. or book with some other site.
But if you, like me, were stuck for months just keep calling the customer care guys and keep sending mails...Try with different numbers. Try calling as if you are going to book a new ticket(these calls they are attending). Also call your airline and double check if they have cancelled and refunded the amount to this site? They(airline) might give you a transaction id as well. File a complaint here. And wait...maybe you might as well get your money back like me.
