I had booked a ticket to Nagpur from ranchi
flight booking id GOFLDIOSFF55D[protected] which was cancelled on 6 th oct and refund was initiated for amount Rs 4546 from goibibo side in form of go cash.
My account was deactivated by them before they initiated the transfer and now i can neither check if it is transferred nor use this money.

please refund to my bank account

    Address: Gurugram

    Return flight was booked from Mumbai to Bangaluru for travel from 13.04.2020 till 19.04.2020 as return date. GoIBIBO has initiated a return for the travel ticket from Mumbai to Bengaluru and has credited it to their IBIBO cash in my account.

    They have still not credited the return journey ticket as it was cancelled due to the lockdown and It was mandatory for all the flight bookings cancelled due to this to return the full amount as per the DGCA.

    I have written mail to them but they have not responded back neither have initiated the payment.

    Request you to support me in getting the return payment as the amount is high for me.

    There is no action from the travel booking company. If no action is taken than I have to lodge an official case against the company at consumer courts.

      I had booked tickets with Goibibo on 29th Feb 2020. Travel dates were between 20 May - 10 June, flights were cancelled by the airlines due to Covid-19. I got an email confirmation from the Goibibo team on April 28th confirming me that the flight has been cancelled and whether I would like to avail the refund. I replied on the same day confirming that I want the refund. I followed up again on 19th May to check the status? I got the response saying "We really wish to help you more in this situation, however we would be able to process any applicable refund only once we receive the same from the Airlines". I then sent a reminder email on 3rd June, 11th June & 9th Aug but no response.

      How were you affected?
      I had booked total three tickets, my money is stuck with them neither I am able to get the refund or any response from the team about any other alternative.

      What would you like Goibibo to do to resolve your issue?
      Give me my money back or provide an alternative flight arrangement.

        I had booked a flight ticket - round trip via goibibo portal. journey date was in May 2020 and due to Covid Pandemic, as per government rules, all the flights were canceled. Now in the month of OCT, airlines refunded money to goIbibo for my ticket cancellation. Now the complaint is that there is no way I can contact them. there is ONLY an automated caller system. I tried contacting all the number but no number is working. There is no one who can respond. I hope there must be lot of consumers' who must be facing this problem.

        I seek assistance and direction to get the money refunded from goibibo. This is a big fraud that has been happening from GoiBibo. I strongly recommond NEVER NEVER use any service from goibibo. It is a big fraud.

          I had booked tickets and amount has been debited from my account. But goibibo sote says payment failed. I hav notnreceived tickets yet and money has also been debited. Its been more than 3 days.

            I have booked ticket for travel on 31 may and due tto covid the flights got cancelled.When I asked for refund Air india says to cancel through booking agent GOIBIBO.When i wrote to them they are asking to contact through the booking page and there is no option for cancell, contact them etc.When i click on 24x7 contact the same page is open.Please cancel the ticket and issue a refund as soon as possible

            There is no update from goibibo.I tried to contact on phone and it says to respond to the email send.While opening the email there were three options.But i couldn't click on the option where actually my condition meets, the airline was cancelled the flight and using same PNR no travel carried out.So I tried another one.It also redirect to my booking page.there is an option for cancel.But when i clicked it says "You can raise a request for refund if you did not travel for one of the following reasons. It typically takes 12-15 working days to process a refund." But there is no options.i tried with different computer, mobiles etc.Every equipment same thing is happening.Airline says to contact your booking agent to raise refund request.But GOIBIBO has a well planned options except what I need that is cancel and get the refund
            Please response to my complaint or contact me or cancel my ticket and get the refund

            air India has given refund for forward journey booked through another agent.Still GOIBIBO is not responding to mail or couldn't call even..Sir what steps to be taken?refund was to be credited between February 20 to march 5th.Still I didn't get any refund

              I, Vijay kumar S P (Ph: [protected]) booked a flight ticket from Kolkata to Madurai in flight 6E6291 and 6E7195 via Goibibo website for which my amount Rs. 6635 was deducted through google pay with
              UPI Transaction ID :[protected] and
              Google Transaction ID : CICAgKDNgJL4Yg
              The payment was accepted by merchant website. But, after deduction of amount I didn't receive any confirmation message from your side. GoIbibo website shows that my payment has failed but i did not recieve any Booking ID. "Manage trips" tabs are not responding. I dont have any idea about my amount refund status from goibibo. The app is totally stuck now.
              I tried reaching your customer care, but the voice service was unavailable. The chatbot Gia does not provide proper assistance in this issue as I dont have any Booking ID. This flight booking is very important and urgent for me. I need my amount refunded as soon as possible. Please do the needful at the earliest

                I, Anirban Barua have booked round flight tickets (Booking Id- GOMUPKGINTANDF4C2364) through go ibibo from Kolkata to Bangkok and vice versa on 11/04/20 & 15/04/20 through Airasia FD121 & FD120 which however got cancelled due to the on going covid-19 pandemic. I have tried to contact the customer support multiple times and have also raised a refund request through the go ibibo Mobile app but surprisingly none of the customer care representative from go ibibo contacted/assisted me since then. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and assist me as I'm deeply concerned with the refund request. Kindly find the attachment of the e-tickets & booking details.

                    Today[protected] I booked a ticket but after I completed my booking, my money got deducted, and I have not received any confirmation mail or booking ID from your side. Kindly find details below and respond with booking confirmation immediately.

                    Kindly provide some way for a customer to reach to your team, through phone number no way you can reach to an Agent, email not working. Online till booking will not show you can not connect, don't know how to reach them.

                      Cancellation and the refund request for the booking GOFLDMTAND14BB[protected] Delhi to Kolkata by Spicejet. Spoke to Spicejet customer care on 04 Oct 20 and Spicejet customer care confirmed by email also that they had erroneously deducted cancellation charges for the cancelled spicejet flight of 04 Oct and have now issued full refund for cancelled spicejet flight PNR RDLZHT booked through Goibibo & the refund is credited to MakeMyTrip/GOIBIBO account which was used for booking flight ticket.
                      Haven't got the full refund from GOIBIBO till date. No customer care, no functional e mail & no toll free no of GOIBIBO. So basically ur money stuck for eternity unless u take legal recourse.

                        I have booked onward and return tickets through Goibibo for travel through Cathay Pacific. On 5/9/2019 from MAA to SFO ticket, I am not catch the flight and informed to Airways as well as Goibibo (Agent), eventhough Airways accepting with lessor charges for reschefule on 6/9/2019, but Goibibo collected around ₹3300 and not adjusted any amount from 5/9/19 ticket. Any how I travelled on 6/9/2019 with higher price.
                        Return ticket from SFO to MAA, flight got rescheduled and cancelled by Airwsys, Airways informed to claim the residual value from the Agent. I am following it from March 2020, Irresposiple replty / revert from Goibibo. Airways always insisted to contact the Agent. Frnally I raised Grievance under Ministry site on 13/9/20, it got assigned to Airways, Cathay Pacific asked Goibibo on 24/9/20 to raise cancelled request and on 26/9/20 Airways transferred to Agent for ₹45347 towards refund o[censored]nused return ticket, evev till date I have not received the refund amount from Goibibo, even if they may refund, only lessor amount will offer as refund.
                        Agent is cheating the customer, I am awaiting for the refund from Agent.

                          I have booked a roundtrip indigo ticket through goibibo application. PNR is XG3VFF (doha-kochi)
                          Booked ID is GOFLIIOS0bcb[protected].
                          One way we travelled but we couldn't travelled the return because of lockdown.
                          I called to indigo office for refund. they said they already refunded the money to Goibibo.
                          But I haven't received the money yet.
                          please hrlp me to get the refund🙏🏻

                            I'm trying to connect to the customer support number but the numbers displayed in this ibibo group is invalid. None of the numbers work.

                            The group is seriously into the business of misleading the customers here and giving false information in this complaints forum, which is accordingly not at all following business ethics and this really portrays that the top management is not bothered at all to create a communication channel to call the customer service.

                            I checked their website as well and nowhere i'm able to find their helpline number to talk to an agent to resolve my issue.

                              Credit Shell Refund Issue

                              Please note that I received an email from Goibibo saying that you have credited my account with goibibo credit shell as my flight booking was cancelled with full refund by Indigo airline. But in the email, the email showing associated with GoCash wallet is a dummy email. When I am logging into my account, I dont see the booking or credit shell amount.

                              My parents flights were cancelled due to Covid 19 by airline in March 2020 since then i haven't received my refund yet. CHECKED with airline, they have confirmed the money is with the travel agent not with Airline. Its been 7 month. NEED A RESOLUTIO ASAP.

                                1. I had booked a flight ticket from Delhi to Mumbai to Mahe on 19th and 20th Apr 2020 with PNR number - CZOYAP with ticket number[protected] and[protected] for myself and my son.
                                2. The Airline has not provided the services till now.
                                3. I want my money to be refunded now. I have not yet cancelled the ticket. Further I tried to contact Goibibo customer support but no one is responding and no mail Id also to write them.
                                4. Request help for refund please.

                                  I had goibibo booking from ahmedabad to kolkata with journey date as 06th april 2020 with pnr no. ZGJYQV. Flight was cancelled by airlines and refund was choosen by me. Now status is showing that "refund processed, reflected in account by 25th sep 2020". But still it has not been credited to my account.

                                      Due to Covid my flight booking LCKCVB (for 16th april) was cancelled, Checked with indigo and they have refunded my amount to Goibibo. But I have yet not recieved the amount.

                                      There is no customer care agent number that can respond properly.

                                      Please take proper action as this is not acceptable.
