I had booked two tickets with PNR: HVJFN & HVHYQ in AirIndia : AI-473 for 8th May'2020 from New Delhi to Bhubaneswar. Actually I booked ticket for my family and for 2 of my friends family. We have to go for holiday to Mata Vaishno Devi. We booked train tickets from Cuttack New Delhi and for our return journey I booked ticket in your flight. When I tried to contact Air India they told me, as I had booked ticket through GoIbibo I should initiate refund through them. That I had done on 4th Sep 2020 for my E-Ticket Nos.[protected] to[protected]i.e. 12 nos.). Till now I didnt get any refund. Rather in their site they are suggesting me to reschedule my flight with same travelers. What an harassment is this. Why my family members as well as my friends' will go for a travel in this terrible situation that to before 31st Mar 2021. So please try and understand the matter. We are not regular traveler of flight, So please refund my bookings.

    I have booked the below flights with IBIBO for flying with Indigo airline but due to lockdown all flights got canceled and the government issue guidelines to airlines to refund money without any deduction of fees.

    I got information from Indigo airlines that they have refunded Rs 67778 to IBIBO.

    So if airlines have already paid back the money why IBIBO is holding my money as a credit shell. You are the only travel agency to facilitate the booking of the flights.

    It is your duty to credit my bank account on an immediate basis.

    Trying to call at your support/customer care but it is on voice assistant only. No personnel is available to speak to resolve this issue.

      Respected sir,
      I had booked air ticket through GO air airlines, ticket booking refund number-PE9F3U date of booking 10/7/2020 for Ahmedabad to Chennai through go ibbibo. the date of the journey was 15/6/2020 but the flight was cancelled by the airlines. later on I requested directly by airlines to cancel the ticket and refund the money airlines cancelled my ticket on 10.9.2020 and advised us that money is refunded to agency account i.e goibibo and advised me to get the money refund in account from you.

      earlier I thought the same will be refunded in my account automatically by you, but instead, it has gone to my credit shell but unfortunately due to my son studies we don't have to travel anywhere, so I request you to please refund my money into my account.registerd. the total amount of due refund is 18930/.

        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights booking transaction failed refund amount

        The issue that I have experienced was: I booked my ticket from Delhi to Bangalore on 14 oct 2020 during booking two time my transaction got failed but amount debited from my account. now its 21 oct 2020 but no refund i received

        It occurred on: 14/10/2020

        Please refund my amount asap. i already attached screenshot of declined payment

            Dear Sir,

            I tried booking a hostel named Hashtag, Goa. BOOKING ID HTLPHRE5MG. I tried paying with Google Pay but nothing happened then i payed from PhonePe UPI and money got deducted but payment showed pending and then canceled. My Rs. 1015 got deducted from UPI and Goibibo showing no booking status.

            Please Help!

              My ticket was booked for 24 may 2020 which was automatically cancelled by airasia airline due to the covid pandemic
              But the amount is not yet refund back to my account nor any updates regarding my redund. Please check & update asal

                I booked flight for journey from jaipur to hyderabad on 5 th April 2020 but due to lockdown flight was cancelled.hence later on I contacted indigo for refund of my flight ticket charges. Subsequently indigo informed me that they have refunded my flight ticket charges to goibibo hence I should contact goibibo in this regard but goibibo is not refunding my money.

                  Dear Sir/Madam
                  I booked two tickets with goibibo on 03rd Feburary 2020. Due to Covid the flight was cancelled and I am fighting eversince to get my money back. Here are the details of my ticket:
                  1) Flight booked for 18th Arpril 2020, from BRU(Brussels)-MAA(Chennai) via IST(Istanbul). goibibo booking ID GOFLI2A[protected], PNR of the Indigo flight LLTVMQ and PNR of Turkish airlines SFKEG4.
                  2) The passangers are Ananth Kaniutraja Santhana and Sophia Mary.

                  On the website I see refund was processed since 6th Oct 2020, Before that this trip itself was missing from my trips. And since 6th Oct it is the same as the screen shot attached. Today is 20th Oct 2020. I have tried everything-- calling the customer care(which is no longer answered at all. The IVR gives an automated reply and disconnects) writing mails to thier non existent mail address. All have just been a waste of time.

                  3) I have called up Indigo airlines as well to help me out and they have confirmed that the money is already refunded to the third party vendor of goibibo(transaction id[protected]. That means its Goibibo which is withholding the refund amount.

                  I want my full refund of Rs 55, 543 back to my account immediately. I have been a loyal customer of Goibibo but this is true fraud of fooling the customers and not listening to their issues just turning deaf ears to their complains.

                  Thankfully I got my money back finally after infinite costumer care call...goibibo has zero customer support during pandemic. there is zero response, only a computer IVR answers your call and the mails are given automated replies...your bookings won't show in your past trips and in the app or website you would be in no way able to chat or reach any customer care executive. After filling a complaint in consumer complaints a few weeks (around a month) later I got my money back in form of gocash instead of account. But seeing the poor condition of support in goibibo I am happy with this. I would still recommend anybody to not go through goibibo and book directly with airline. Atleast they can't cheat with your money. or book with some other site. But if you, like me, were stuck for months just keep calling the customer care guys and keep sending mails...Try with different numbers. Try calling as if you are going to book a new ticket(these calls they are attending). Also call your airline and double check if they have cancelled and refunded the amount to this site? They(airline) might give you a transaction id as well. File a complaint here. And wait...maybe you might as well get your money back like me.

                  I do not know if it was thanks to consumer complaints or not but I finally got my money back in the form of go cash and am more than happy with that. They deducted a small conveyance fee for some reason(*sigh*) but mostly all money was given back. I would be booking another ticket anyways so it doesn't matter that they gave me in form of gocash and not in account.

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights booking refund

                    The issue that I have experienced was: My flights (scheduled in April & May 2020) were cancelled due to Covid and SpiceJet refunded the amount to Goibibo, which they placed in a credit shell. But I now have no plans to travel on that route nor with the set of passengers. Thus, I need complete refund.

                    And there is no option to do that online and there is no customer service to connect with. The Chat option they offer is more like someone answering FAQ's.

                    It occurred on: 15/10/2020

                      I had booked a round trip to Nagpur (NAG) from Bengaluru (BLR) dated May 15 – May 19. However, due to amid Covid 19 situation and imposed nationwide lockdowns, the flights were cancelled. I applied for refund with the airlines and I received email from IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) saying they have processed the full refund to the travel agency account used at the time of booking the reservation but unfortunately the money would go to agency account i.e. Goibibo.
                      I understand the COVID situation and limited working. Goibibo has unethically retained the money with themselves by not processing refunds. Moreover Goibibo email id and customer care contact number is not reachable after six months of lockdown period.

                      On 26 Aug, 2020, I received reply from Goibibio Helpdesk that "We have initiated the full refund process from our end. Refund amount would reflect in your original payment mode within next 7-10 business days depending on the bank processing cycle." It has been almost two months still I haven't received refund in my bank account. I want to ask what refund process & processing cycle? How many days it will take to complete 7-10 business days?

                      Also, Goibibo has deleted my booked ticket history from their site so I am unable to take any action it on website or app.

                      Till date I haven’t received any call from Goibibo and still I have not received refund in my account.

                        Flight was cancelled by Etihad. Goibibo neither notified me about this nor made an attempt to refund. It has not been 45 days. They are not responding to my queries.
                        According to the orders passed by supreme court of India, they are obligated to make a full refund.

                              Respected Sir / Madam,
                              Sub:- refund for cancelled flight PNR FKTPGT of Indigo airlines
                              I have not received refund for cancelled ticket of the cancelled flight dated 1/10/2020 . When i contacted Indigo airlines i was informed that they have refunded the full amount the same day of my cancellation of flight. The reason for cancelling my flight was that the flight was cancelled from Indigo airlines side. Goibibo cannot be reached in any way. Goibibo has not refunded my amount yet. I cancelled the ticket after the flight was cancelled on 25/09/2020. Indigo refunded the amount on 25/09/2020. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                Today I got a call from goibibo ([protected]) asking about bank details through mail to refund the amount, but still now I have not received any mail from goibibo.
                                I have been doing the followup since April by sending several mails & twitter, but no from goibibo is helping me.

                                When ever i twitter @goibibo i get the below message.

                                We are pleased to inform you that we have initiated the refund process due to failure at PG. The applicable refund amount would take 7-10 business days to reflect on the original mode of payment. Thanks

                                But still now i have not received the refund.

                                  I booked the ticket from GOIBIBO for my journey with PNR RFFQ7F. I had requested for refund which is not given completely and there is deduction of convenience fee.
                                  I am not able to raise complain on goibibo site or I am not able to connect given customer care numbers.

                                  I learnt from airlines that they have given complete refund including convenience fee. Requesting you to plz revert back on same.

                                    I had booked a ticket to Nagpur from ranchi
                                    flight booking id GOFLDIOSFF55D[protected] which was cancelled on 6 th oct and refund was initiated for amount Rs 4546 from goibibo side in form of go cash.
                                    My account was deactivated by them before they initiated the transfer and now i can neither check if it is transferred nor use this money.

                                      Return flight was booked from Mumbai to Bangaluru for travel from 13.04.2020 till 19.04.2020 as return date. GoIBIBO has initiated a return for the travel ticket from Mumbai to Bengaluru and has credited it to their IBIBO cash in my account.

                                      They have still not credited the return journey ticket as it was cancelled due to the lockdown and It was mandatory for all the flight bookings cancelled due to this to return the full amount as per the DGCA.

                                      I have written mail to them but they have not responded back neither have initiated the payment.

                                      Request you to support me in getting the return payment as the amount is high for me.

                                        I had booked tickets with Goibibo on 29th Feb 2020. Travel dates were between 20 May - 10 June, flights were cancelled by the airlines due to Covid-19. I got an email confirmation from the Goibibo team on April 28th confirming me that the flight has been cancelled and whether I would like to avail the refund. I replied on the same day confirming that I want the refund. I followed up again on 19th May to check the status? I got the response saying "We really wish to help you more in this situation, however we would be able to process any applicable refund only once we receive the same from the Airlines". I then sent a reminder email on 3rd June, 11th June & 9th Aug but no response.

                                        How were you affected?
                                        I had booked total three tickets, my money is stuck with them neither I am able to get the refund or any response from the team about any other alternative.

                                        What would you like Goibibo to do to resolve your issue?
                                        Give me my money back or provide an alternative flight arrangement.
