I have booked a flight ticket on the name of HRUDAYSAI THAILAM with Turkish Airlines, PNR being T7DHPX from GOIBIBO website with their Booking ID: AMDK6N6QV. Due to Covid-19, all the flights were cancelled. The amount I paid at the time of booking is INR 45, 774/-. I requested goibibo later for refund as Turkish Airlines given the option for refund. It took me nearly a couple of months to get the refund from GOIBIBO. Surprisingly, the amount that I have received as refund is INR 39, 907/- only. When questioned GOIBIBO on the same, why should I have suffer or incur a loss of INR 5, 867/- for a flight that hasn't flown at all; they raised a complaint with reference number: 31764060 and confirmed me that a discrepancy amount of INR 4, 748/- can only be processed and the rest is being deducted as processing fee that is laid by the banks which they can't do anything. I said YES for that refund. Since that date, it is nearly 40 days and yet I haven't received my amount. When I called the customer care on this, the call is not being reached to any customer care executive. Even, I couldn't raise any other complaint from their app or website. Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The money got deducted and the screen displayed a Technical error. My Ticket didn't get booked and no mail confirmation came. I am not able to contact customer care as it is not giving the option to talk to anyone. nor the booking is coming under cancelled orders..
Can someone look into this?
When I will get a refund.? The amount was huge for me.
