Had booked booked flight ticket vide booking id no. Gofldand27f6d[protected]. However, i had not completed the journey due to covid-19 pandemic and the ticket cancelled by airline. Further, amount refunds/credit cell made by indigo whereas i have not received any amount in respect of above booking/cancellation.

I booked airline indigo ticket through goibibo. And make payment through google pay (Upi payment). As payment is sucessfull and get confirmation from google pay also but didnt get ticket confirmation.

Due to covid flights got cancelled and airlines returned the money to goibibo. Instead of transferring the money to our accounts goibibo has kept the money in gocash+. We need the money to be transferred to our account immediately....

Very bad service by Goibibo. I had booked flight for 8 june 20 with PNR number Q3J4PL but unfortunately flight got cancelled by airlines due nationwide lockdown. I raised refund request but they have given credit voucher of Rs.14156 after longtime but I spent total of Rs.16720, Where is the balance money I don't know.
