    I am unable to book the flight using credit shell, I check with spicejet they said you need to contact goibibo, I am trying from last 1 week no response worst support

      I have been a done hotel booking through your site and payment done through google pay. Payment status also confirmed. I received a mail as my booking status confirmed. After reaching the location they were asking about some code or something and we missed the room. after that we stayed in another after paying the rent.
      right now I lost my money on booking.
      So pls help me regarding this as soon as possible.

        I had booked flight on oct 26th 2020 with PNR KMT5HA. the same has been cancelled by airlines and they had even initiated refund ( I came to know through inquiry with airlines). confirmation mail regarding the same also received from airlines. The same has attached with goibibo to claim refund. But the same is in pending status from goibibo indicating confirmation pending from airlines. Apart from all refund status will be process after 20 to 30 days . what is the necessary to refund my claim amount after 20 to 30 days even when the airlines already initiated refund?

          Dear Sir,
          On 11th Feb. 2020 through Goibibo I booked following two tickets for air travel from Mumbai to Kochi and back in the month of April 2020 with my family members :
          1. Mumbai to Kochi by GoAir on 20th April 2020 – PNR QFPLVE (Ticket value Rs. 23, 930/-
          2. Kochi to Mumbai by SpiceJet on 24th April 2020 – PNR E8B1RS (Ticket value Rs. 27, 498/-)

          Due to Covid-19 lockdown the above flights were cancelled.
          I requested Goibibo to refund my airfare as per Govt. Rule and send a mail on 30th Sept. 2020 accordingly.
          Goibibo informed me to write to their Express Care facility in their website.
          After spending lot of time and effort I could not find any option in their website to apply for refund. I tried to contact Goibibo through their toll free numbers and other telephone numbers but could not speak to anybody.
          Goibibo's app is also not atall helpful for lodging any refund request.

          I want my airfare to be refunded as per the Supreme Court judgement dated 1st Oct. 2020.

            I was trying to do a web check-in on 13th oct 2020 for a spice jet flight SG-8184 flying on 6th nov, 2020 from Pune to Delhi. I chose to pay through UPI for seat selection, I received 3 different requests from goibibo for payment in 2 seconds. I chose one of them and paid. An invoice of the same is attached below. I received a message from my bank about payment deduction too but the payment wasn't updated on goibibo app. And it's still showing that I need to select a seat and complete the check-in process for the above mentioned flight.
            The booking is done under the booking id: GOFLDMTAND94E8B[protected].

            I tried several time chatting with their chat bot Gia which couldn't understand my query. None of their customer care numbers are reachable. There is no official email for registering complaints.

            Please look into the matter and do the needful.

              Goibibo has not refunded me the amount of RS 5000 that has been already refunded by Indigo.
              I made my flight tickets booking via Goibibo where due to some mistake from Indigo they cancelled our ticket, but the moment they realized their mistake they initiated my refund i.e on 26th September to the third part which is Goibibo here. Its been almost 20 days now where I have been trying to connect with Goibibo be it Mail, Facebook, customer care number, Goibibo App, Instagram but they are not clearly responding on any of them.
              I need my refund asap.

                Flight was cancelled due to pandemic from Dubai-kolkata. My Flight was on 27th July, 2020. It is almost 4 months, I did not receive my money. I contacted 30-40 times through various channel. ( Phone call, Tweet, email, Goibibo Chat support ). GOIBIBO is not refunding my money. Booking Id: GOFLIIOSB11A[protected]

                  Had cancelled my flight due to COVID. In the month of April. Received a mail from goibibo stating that my refund is under process. But haven't received the refund. Can't even speak to the customer support team.

                    I have booked flight from Bengaluru to Katmandu through GOIBIBO for 28th April 2020 and return on 14th May 2020.

                    The flight was cancelled because of Covid situation. But there is no refund from GOIBIBO till date. Not GOIBIBO has listed this under completed trips. Worse part is, there is not even a single valid customer care number for GOIBIBO.

                      I made a flight booking and the money got deducted twice and only 2nd time the booking was made. Im not able to connect these people and they are not giving any response. Rs.2536 is deducted and they are not responding and no way to contact them. Such a fake company

                        Hi,

                        I had booked a flight SQ25, from JFK to FRA. Booking ID: SEA[protected] Booked on: Jan. 23, 2020, 4:06 p.m. with Goibibo.

                        I have received an email from Goibibo on 14Mar2020 that the flight is cancelled and Goibibo ensured that refund would be initiated.

                        On not receiving any refund, when I enquired again on 25Jun2020, Goibibo assured me that refund will be initiated.

                        Now when I am logging in to my account on Goibibo, I see that no trip booking history log is available on my account. Also my name has been changed and "ggl6jxv39znr070pm" is shown as my name in profile.

                        I would like an enquiry to be initiated into this and my refund to be initiated along with any interest payable since 14Mar2020.

                          We booked a ticket on Goibibo for SpiceJet on April 2020, due to Pandemic lockdown the flight was cancelled and asked us to either reschedule post lockdown or to cancel so we chose to cancel and refund was processed within 3 weeks to Goibibo. When I wento Goibibo it's is showing as flight already departed, and there is no one to answer my questions except computerised replies which is just ridiculous without a proper response for the problem. The mails are even ridiculous saying select the option of your problem and there will be nothing to select.

                            I was trying to book Flight 6E 242 Pune to Hyd (5.20 a.m.) for October 13th. I see that from the payment page, the screen of goibibo crashed and the money has got deducted for INR 3885. Reference no.[protected], Narration[protected]IBIBOGROUPPRIVATELIM.

                            I have checked net banking and the payment has been deducted. But I have not got the booking ID, neither any confirmation. Please refer the screenshot from your app. Therefore, either please confirm the booking because I have not got any message from Goibibo or refund the amount. I am raising a complaint on the app but it constantly keep giving error and there is no mechanism to resolve.

                            Please kindly assist urgently with the refund.

                              I have booked round trip flight from Goibibo for 30 mar -2020 from Dubai to Amritsar and for 12 April 2020 Amritsar to Dubai.
                              They given credit shell since flight got cancelled due to Covid.
                              Now i am trying to book flight from Dubai to Amritsar by using credit shell.
                              But in their website no option available for using credit shell.

                              Customer care not approachable. No email option available to get information.
                              Very worst support.

                              How can i get my money back instead of credit shell? or any option so that i can rebook my flight

                              Could you help me to resolve this.

                                I booked a flight ticket on 7 th of october, but cash was debited and booking was not confirmed. Cash of Rs 3839 was transferred to IBIBO web private limited [protected]IGAJOTGNH8. I did the transaction through net banking.

                                  My flight from Singapore to Bali on 19th April 2020 was cancelled and refund amount was processed from Scoot Airlines to Goibibo team, yet Goibibo team is not giving refund back to my account since 3 months. I’m continuously following up, however I’m not getting any reply or status of my refund amount.

                                    Already refund processed in April but still in month of October didnt received refund, there is no valid email id to write down as they only provided customer care phone number, nothing in writing.
                                    As there are many frauds happening, we want refund details in written.

                                    We asked Indigo Airline they have processed one month before but no reply from Goibibo.

                                    Amount is quite huge.

                                      I have booked a flight for chalasani raghuveer on 11 th October 2020 on goibibo . Flight number 6E-6E 6237 MAA to HYD for 15 th oct . I made payment through UPI, payment deducted but no booking id or confirmation . Customer care is a digital assistant no proper response to any of my mails .                                         Hi, My flight ticket was refunded by Indigo as it was cancelled due to lockdown. But since I had booked through goibibo, refund is supposed to come through them but they r with holding it as credit shell. When I try to book new flight from se operator for same person using credit shell, they r deducting the amount but telling money not received and so booking failed and not giving back the refund. And no way to contact any customer care at all. It's just automated messages and IVR.
