I have very bad experience with goibibo, want to have my refund and i am not able to connect with any one whom i can call.
I had raised issue on website/application as well. Only response i get is "we will initiate the refund to you once reflects in our account".
I have been facing this issue from last 8 months.

    Hi

    This is with regards to refund i have received in form of gocash

    First of all the total ticket amount was 21749, however i have received gocash of 10068 only. Would
    Like to know on what bases was this amount credited.

    Second how can i transfer gocash into my bank account. As the refund needs to be in cash and not
    Credits

    Also gocash expires if not used in 90 days, please let me know the process of refund of amount 21749

    In case you are not able to help me on my query, do let me know the concern person details or would
    Have to file a case in consumer court for the unfair treatment. Supreme court has anyways ordered to
    Refund all amount to customers where flight has been cancelled due to covid pandemic

      Refund: i have booked a ticket from odessa (Ukraine) to delhi and back from delhi to odessa that was of 26th of june and return was of 29th of aug through goibibo due to lockdown all fights got cancelled, later i spoke to the airline they shared their policies to me regarding refund i shared the same to goibibo in the month of june and july since then they are dragging this and had not spoken to the airline i was calling them and mailing them too to know about my status of refund they were telling that there is no refund from the airline i told them that i have all the policies which the airline only had shared it to me which i shared them then they asked me to mail all the mail in pdf's i shared with them this was taken by them in the month of august which i was kept on telling them since july. Later also i was kept in touch with them i am only calling them they totally sat quite they neither called me nor a single mail later in the month of october i came to know via message that they raised a request i. E on 8/9/2020 and waiting for the airline's confirmation. People who had booked ticket with me they got their refund. This type of behavior can not be tolerable. Then why they are telling a fake story when they did not raised any request to the airline. People who had booked ticket with me they got their refund. This type of behavior can not be tolerable.

        This i my booking for 16th April due to lock down flight got cancelled, as flight is of Air India i have call them & they confirmed that thy have refunded the full amount but goibibo is not refunding the amount further they have made there customer care unreachable so that customer cant raise the complain also, this very frustrating & felt like cheated.

        Request goibibo team to refund my money in original payment mode asap.

              I booked a for march 2020 but the flight was cancelled due to covid. The ticked was cancelled and i got a message that credit shell is available from goibibo

              Now when i want to use the credit shell for a new booking for the same passenger, same carrier and same destination i am not getting an option to pay via credit shell. Also when i try to see how much balance i have in credit shell based on pnr i am getting error that unable to fetch credit shell.

              I am not able to contact goibibo team by any means. Please help on this.

                Due to covid flights got cancelled and airlines returned the money to goibibo. Instead of transferring the money to our accounts goibibo has kept the money in gocash+. We need the money to be transferred to our account immediately.

                  Hello sir
                  I had booked a round trip thtough your app and due to wrong dates indigo airlines helped me cancel within an hour and they have initiated complete refund on this booking. I am checking on goibibo app. It shows zero refund. I am trying to connect to customer care since 3 days now. Can you help me at the earliest please? It's urgent. I can't reach you guys and my Rs.6011 are stuck please!

                    Very bad service by Goibibo. I had booked flight for 8 june 20 with PNR number Q3J4PL but unfortunately flight got cancelled by airlines due nationwide lockdown. I raised refund request but they have given credit voucher of Rs.14156 after longtime but I spent total of Rs.16720, Where is the balance money I don't know. Even for a credit voucher they have many restrictions, if we booked for 3 travelers then have to book ticket for 3 or more members. How to bring more travelers if booked travelers already went to destination. I raise this concern to google play and I got replied from GoIbibo team that to reach out at[protected] /[protected] /[protected] and at goibibo.com/support but no one is supportive, Earlier they were having email support but now they removed, Tried with "[protected]@goibibo.com" mail id that is not responsive now. Same thing also tried with GoAir airline but they are also not responsive.

                    I requesting you to please refund my money back to my source account because I'm facing financial crisis.

                        I HAD BOOKED 2 TICKETS FROM GOIBIBO FROM TORONTO TO KOLKATA ONE SIDED BUT DUE TO COVID 19 CRISIS FLIGHT HAD CANCELLED BUT AS OF NOW I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY REFUND BACK. SO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL AND GIVE MY REFUND BACK. I AM FACING A BIG FINANCIAL CRUNCH AND IN A NEED OF MONEY BADLY.

                        There is no follow up on the above querry. A mail came from goibibo that RA has been raised and it will take 60 days for the refund to be there in my account but there is no update till now on the same. I have been sending mails to the kedar basak, who called me up after I posted the complaint but there is no reply from him.

                        Goibibo’s tagline is appreciate your understanding and patience but unfortunately the company itself doesn’t understand anything. These people are cons, who believe in taking people’s hard earned money. Their customer service is pathetic. You can’t speak to any executive as they have only pre-recorded stuff.

                        I hope this company goes into bankruptcy after paying everyone’s refunds and will realise the value of money once it’s gone from their end.

                        I am praying and hoping we get our money back at the earliest. It’s going to be a year since I booked my tickets.

                        I will never ever recommend goibibo to anyone because of their ridiculous service and cooperation.

                        I am attaching the pictures of the RA raised by the company for further action to be taken at the earliest.

                          I had booked for 2 persons for travelling from Kolkata to Hyderabad on the 28th of March 2020. I had made the payment and it got debited from my account but the transaction shows payment failed on your side. Amount Rs 6984, ref :BIL : GI: 001945, PAYMENT MADE FROM ICICI BANK.

                          Attaching in the email what my bank had written and asked from the merchant to provide to further investigate in the matter, ,

                            I booked a flight for 31/3/2020.
                            Got cancelled due to lockdown.
                            I hv the proof of ticket booking.
                            PNR EJUZYW.
                            They are not refunding... infact they are not showing my booking in past booking records.
                            No coustomer care no is reachable.
                            Please help...it's mentally frustrating.

                                  I had booked a return journey air tickets from Trivandrum to Chennai for travel on April 9 and return on April 13, 2020.
                                  Due to the lockdown imposed following COVID pandemic the airlines had put my tickets in credit shell with facility to rebook it on dedired dates before March 2021.
                                  I have tried several times to rebook the ticket and sent mails to the travel agent. I have tried to reach theem on their customer care number which to my sismay has been shut down. When I contacted the concerned airlines Indigo and Air India for booking the tickets they had directed me to get it done through the travel agency Goibibo as I had booked the ticket through Goibibo. Despite seveeal attempts to reach Goibibo I am not getting any response from the travel agency.

                                    I had cancelled my To and fro ticket from Mumbai- Lucknow-Mumbai with Go Air Airlines but it is neither updated in the Go ibbo records nor refund is processed. Moreover, when I click to view details a blank page is visible only. No action can be taken on the ticket from my end.

                                      I booked indigo flight ticket from Kolkata to Bhopal via New Delhi PNR EF92NV Flight No. 6E-966/6E-2022 for September 16, 2020 through through you. However, the airline resceduled the flight via Lucknow and caused me some problems and I changed flight to 6E-434 direct from Kolkata to Bhopal since I availed flexi fare facility. As a result an amount of Rs. 1641.00 was refundable to me. Un fortunately I am yet to receive the amount. I therefore, request you to do the needful to refund the amount to my account at the earliest. Revised fare summary is given below.

                                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                                        I wish to submit a complaint against Goibibo for fraudulently retaining my convenience fee and for the poor service they have rendered.

                                        I had booked an air ticket from Chennai to Srinagar Via Mumbai on 5th of Sept 2020 for the travel date 11th of Sept 2020. The PNR of this flight is CGMRNH.

                                        On 6th of Sept, while I was checking the flight status I came to know that airline has cancelled the flight because of Covid-19 restrictions and didnt give me an option to reschedule the booking though I was eligible for that. (I will write separately on that).

                                        Following the information recieved from the airline, I tried to reach Goibibo through different modes like phone, whatsapp, self support but all in vain.

                                        There was no information from Goibibo about the cancellation of my flight. The funniest part is that even after the cancellation of flight by airline on 6th of sept, Goibibo kept sending me updates on my forthcoming travel and also about the completion of this travel from Chennai to Srinagar. It was very disturbing to know that Goibibo does not have an update and kept sending me update and post travel feedback request for sevral days. I have all the messages.

                                        I tried a lot to get in touch with Goibibo to inform them about the flight cancellation and about the full refund that I am eligible for but in vain. There IVR does not have an option to connect customer service.

                                        Meanwhile I booked an another ticket and called Spice jet (Airline) for refund which they informed me that they already processed based on my previous call and same has been sent to agency Goibibo account on 7th of sept 2020.

                                        Goibibo on their part has been lazy and didnt process the refund which resulted in have my credit card charged for the statement date 16th Aug.

                                        I have been trying to get in touch with Goibibo since then but in vain. I have sent an e mail on 22nd of Sept 2020 to goibibo on [protected]@goibibo asking for refund but again got a generic reply. I have tried sending e mail to CEO and management team of Goibibo (emails found on internet) but it seems the e mail IDs are wrongly updated.

                                        Finally on 1st Oct 2020, I was able to log on to Goibibo and request a refund based on airline cancelling the flight (this option was not enabled till 1st of Oct). Goibibo has now acknowledged the request and initiated a refund minus convenience fee.

                                        Since, the flight was cancelled by airline I am eligible for full refund including the convenience fee that Goibibo has charged.

                                        I am still not able to reach Goibibo on customer service number and this has put me in a lot of mental agony. I would request that Goibibo be asked to make a refund of full money and also be penalized for the poor service.
