I booked round trip for Nagpur to Mumbai 03 April 20 and Mumbai to Nagpur 04 April 20. Due to covid, I cancelled the tickets. According to court judgement Air line must refund the money. One of flight refund the money 4788/- but one not. Kindly do needful.
I enclosed flight details.

    Spicejet have transferred refund of INR 5392 in PNR A6J9QI, INR 7364 in PNR Y6S5KL on 25 Aug 20. Still the said amount not credited in my account. Goibibo not responding to my queries

      My flight has been cancelled by spice jet airlines due to COVID for which refund was initiated in march only after regular complaint and mail send to goibibo, refund has not been completed.After talk with airlines they told us that refund has been done to our merchant goibibo ask them to credit the same in your account .After contacting Goibibo many time through mail they havn't made any refund or call back for reply .The mail which i recieved is attached in photo section .I dont know how much it will take more but the last option is with me is lodge complain in consumer court now against goibibo who is not supporting his own customer

      Subject : For transfer of Go Cash balance in my credit card
      Dear Sir
      Please transfer Rs 8724/- which has been refunded due cancellation of ticket . Booking Id is GOFLDAND[protected], payment for the same was done through credit card.I am having no use of this amount in Go cash as it has been nine months I have not recieved my money yet.

        I had a hotel booking at a resort at Mahabalipuram via GOIBIBO which got cancelled due to pandemic.I got a written approval from hotel authority regarding my refund.Goibibo team also promised for my refund via telecom.But my refund is not initiated and there is no further response from the team

          I booked 2 fligt tickets from goibibo.
          Booking id-GOFLIMOBB41B[protected] & GOFLIMOBB4CF[protected].
          When i approached Gulf Airline they confirmed they refunded full amountb to Goibibo on 19-july-2020. Despite having many follow ups goibibo is not refunding my amount. Please do favour to fix the issue as soon as possible

            I booked my Indigo Flight tickets from Nagpur to Banglore from http://Goibibo.com.
            The money got deducted and the screen displayed a Technical error. My Ticket didn't get booked and no mail confirmation came. I am not able to contact customer care as it is not giving the option to talk to anyone. nor the booking is coming under cancelled orders..
            Can someone look into this?
            When I will get a refund.? The amount was huge for me.

            I booked my Indigo Flight tickets from srinagar to madurai from 13 oct 2020 http://Goibibo.com.
            The money got deducted and the screen displayed a Technical error. My Ticket didn't get booked and no mail confirmation came. I am not able to contact customer care as it is not giving the option to talk to anyone. nor the booking is coming under cancelled orders..
            Can someone look into this?
            When I will get a refund.? The amount was huge for me.
            I booked flight from Udaipur - Delhi-Patna (14:10- 15:35-) ( 19:35- 21:20)for 12th of December 2020, on 03rd November on Goibibo, my transaction was successful i. e my money got debited from sbi account but booking failed and no else information regarding this issue was given. Trying to contact goibibo its support 24*7 but all in vain.
            Please resolve my issue 24, 452INR has been debited from my account . If required I can attach the screenshot of debited money and provide transaction details also. Booking was made in the name of Mr Sharat CHANDRA, Mrs SONA Kumari +2. Registered email id - vcmlegal.[protected]@gmail.com.

              I was booking cab. My money got deducted through UPI payment but no booking was made and the App got closed. I need my refund in this.
              Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Still no contact made from goibibo side. They just told it will be refunded in 24 hrs. 3 days over.

                    Credit shell balance

                    There is no option to redeem the credit shell balance in goibibo website.I am trying to book new ticket by no option to use credit shell balance in payment page.

                    Respected team,

                    Had booked booked flight ticket vide booking id no. Gofldand27f6d[protected]. However, i had not completed the journey due to covid-19 pandemic and the ticket cancelled by airline. Further, amount refunds/credit cell made by indigo whereas i have not received any amount in respect of above booking/cancellation.
                    Have sent multiple emails to goibibo, but they are not replying at all.
                    There customer care number is also not working.

                      I have booked a flight ticket on the name of PRIYATHAM DHAVALA with Air Asia Airlines, PNR being SZC8WF from GOIBIBO website with their Booking ID: NAKSZC8WF. Due to some technical reasons, flight was cancelled and airlines has processed the full refund after 14 working days . The amount I paid at the time of booking is INR 6, 540/-. Surprisingly, the amount that I have received as refund is INR 5, 730/- only. When questioned GOIBIBO on the same, why should I have suffer or incur a loss of INR 810/- for a flight that hasn't flown at all; they raised a complaint with reference number:[protected] and confirmed me that a discrepancy amount of INR 450/- can only be processed and the rest is being deducted as processing fee that is laid by the banks which they can't do anything. I was very upset by listening from them like how much they are robbing the customers. Since last email date, it is nearly 20 days and yet I haven't received my amount. When I called the customer care on this, the call is not being reached to any customer care executive. Even, I couldn't raise any other complaint from their app or website. My registered email id for GOIBIBO: nagabharat.[protected]@gmail.com & mobile number is [protected].

                        I have booked a flight ticket on the name of HRUDAYSAI THAILAM with Turkish Airlines, PNR being T7DHPX from GOIBIBO website with their Booking ID: AMDK6N6QV. Due to Covid-19, all the flights were cancelled. The amount I paid at the time of booking is INR 45, 774/-. I requested goibibo later for refund as Turkish Airlines given the option for refund. It took me nearly a couple of months to get the refund from GOIBIBO. Surprisingly, the amount that I have received as refund is INR 39, 907/- only. When questioned GOIBIBO on the same, why should I have suffer or incur a loss of INR 5, 867/- for a flight that hasn't flown at all; they raised a complaint with reference number: 31764060 and confirmed me that a discrepancy amount of INR 4, 748/- can only be processed and the rest is being deducted as processing fee that is laid by the banks which they can't do anything. I said YES for that refund. Since that date, it is nearly 40 days and yet I haven't received my amount. When I called the customer care on this, the call is not being reached to any customer care executive. Even, I couldn't raise any other complaint from their app or website. My registered email id for GOIBIBO: nagabharat.[protected]@gmail.com & mobile number is [protected].

                            I booked airline indigo ticket through goibibo. And make payment through google pay (Upi payment). As payment is sucessfull and get confirmation from google pay also but didnt get ticket confirmation.
                            Not received any mail/messgae or any ticket.

                            Customer care support is also closed. Only bots are available for chat.

                            Citi bank told me that you need to talk to upi app (Google pay)
                            Google pay told me that talk to merchant (Goibibo)
                            And goibibo bots told me to talk to upi app (Google pay)

                            Thats not the way you should treat your customer.

                            Worst experience.

                            Just request to you pls refund my money as soon as possible.

                              We had booked an airlines ticket - royal nepal airlines - mumbai to katmandu - travel date 01/05/2020. Booking id amds3ih5y

                              Inpite of multiple follow ups, goibibo has not provided any update on status of refund or credit shell.

                              We have been in touch with royal nepal airlines and they mentioned that refund has been provided from their side to goibibo.

                              Goibibo customer service telephone number as well as email is non responsive and they keep directing the consumers to their app and non-responsive email id with no satisfactory resolution.

                                  I have very bad experience with goibibo, want to have my refund and i am not able to connect with any one whom i can call.
                                  I had raised issue on website/application as well. Only response i get is "we will initiate the refund to you once reflects in our account".
                                  I have been facing this issue from last 8 months.

                                    First of all the total ticket amount was 21749, however i have received gocash of 10068 only. Would
                                    Like to know on what bases was this amount credited.

                                    Second how can i transfer gocash into my bank account. As the refund needs to be in cash and not
                                    Credits

                                    Also gocash expires if not used in 90 days, please let me know the process of refund of amount 21749

                                      Refund: i have booked a ticket from odessa (Ukraine) to delhi and back from delhi to odessa that was of 26th of june and return was of 29th of aug through goibibo due to lockdown all fights got cancelled, later i spoke to the airline they shared their policies to me regarding refund i shared the same to goibibo in the month of june and july since then they are dragging this and had not spoken to the airline i was calling them and mailing them too to know about my status of refund they were telling that there is no refund from the airline i told them that i have all the policies which the airline only had shared it to me which i shared them then they asked me to mail all the mail in pdf's i shared with them this was taken by them in the month of august which i was kept on telling them since july. Later also i was kept in touch with them i am only calling them they totally sat quite they neither called me nor a single mail later in the month of october i came to know via message that they raised a request i. E on 8/9/2020 and waiting for the airline's confirmation. People who had booked ticket with me they got their refund. This type of behavior can not be tolerable. Then why they are telling a fake story when they did not raised any request to the airline. People who had booked ticket with me they got their refund. This type of behavior can not be tolerable.
