Hi this Rishik Bhuyan. I have booked a bus ticket from guwahati to tinsukia for 7th october 2020 on A R Super using the goibibo website through gocash available. The deducted Rs. 815 from the gocash but i didn't get any confirmation. Now i want my gocash of Rs. 815 in my account. The booking id i received is GOBUSc9dcddf98b....

I have booked two flight through goibibo and flight has cancelled during lockdown.

Indigo airlines has released my refund to goibibo but goibibo is not release refund. I am trying to contact to goibibo since last six month but not customer care, chat & email ID & proper web portal option available.

Refund pending from Goibibo.

This is regarding my payment to goibibo regarding seat booking for PNR LPGW7U. The payment was done on the goibibo app for seat booking for 700 rs. Seat booking failed but payment was received by Goibibo. Airlines mentioned that they have not received any money from Goibibo. So I had to make seat booking again. Refund not given since last 6 months

My tickets were cancelled by Goibibio (mistake made at their end) and then was promised refund for which they have sent confirmation emails as well but have not received my refund for last 6 months and i am stuck in india and cant travel to my home country...

Flight Cancellation and refunds

This is in reference to my flight booking through Goibibo ( Ref# GOFLDANDde1db[protected]). Due to Covid-19, e were unable to travel.

These flights were from Pune to Bagdogra and return
Starting on 22nd Mar by Spicejet and Return on 29th Mar by Airasia

The starting flights were cancled and return flight were rescheduled to 30Sep, 2020 via Airasia directly.

We did not get any update from...

My refund is not given.

I have booked flight through goibibo, and I cancelled the ticket under covid-19. But they said that we will transfer your money on 11 to 13 September, but haven't sent money to my account. And not responding to any of my queries. It is fraud because they are sending wrong information about my refund and not responding to it....

I had booked a flight through goibibo and my journey date was 5th April from HYD-IXC and 13 th April IXC-HYD. I checked with the Airlines they have refunded the full amount. I am yet to receive the refund amount from goibibo. I am not able to reach out to the concerned team as there is no proper response its been 2 months i am yet to receive the refund.

Ticket cancelled due to covid 19 but refund not received

DEAR TEAM,

I HAD BOOKED 2 TICKET FROM GO IBIBO MUMBAI TO SAUDI ARABIA RETURNED BUT DUE TO COVID 19 CRISIS FLIGHT HAD CANCELLED BUT AS OF NOW I DIDN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND BACK SO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL AND GIVE MY REFUND BACK.

Flight cancellation and refund

I have upcoming flight from Canada to Mumbai and return with American airlines booked via Goibibo. connecting flight from London to Mumbai and Mumbai to London is not operational due to covid and i want to cancel the entire flight trip. I got confirmation from goibibo support team that i am eligible for full refund. After which i send then email confirmation to go ahead and cancel/refund my tickets.

But its been 2 weeks and...

I booked Indigo flight from Chennai to Ranchi via Delhi (2 flights) through Goibibo on 17/09/2020. Due to some personal reasons I cancelled the same calling the airline helpdesk directly. I got a complete refund acknowledgement mail from Indigo (Rs. 6518/-), I raised refund request in Goibibo after that.

I only got part refund til now(Rs.3107/-). It is pending with the rest of amount. I contacted support team via mail, didn't...

There are few compliants:

1. Why there is a deduction when flight cancellation is not my fault. Goibibo should refund the whole amount.
2. Please share the cash back details (Which date and account you have credited the cash back) of rs 723 as i have not received the cash back.

I have recharge the rock international online site of rs. 19246/- through federal bank fednet on 04/09/2020, with the help of my federal bank net banking but app says failure of payment whether my amount is debited from account, i think its stuck on the gateway, so please process the refund to my account.
