I had a booking with goibibo in my wife name with booking reference gofldiosc2ed[protected]

I have received a email from goibibo that the money has been refunded but same has been not received in my bank and my bank advised to contact goibibo as no refund received on their end
On app only chat option available and keep telling the amount is refunded but i didn’t get it

No customer care number to contact...

This is with further reference to several email communications regarding refund for cancellation of spicejet flight (Pnr # xbsxxx) which is yet to receive by me.

I contacted spicejet and they informed me that they have refunded the amount on 12-aug-2020.

It's almost 50 days i have cancelled the flight but till date i am struggling to get refund from goibibo. I don't know why you are not able...

I had booked a hotel at lajpat nagar delhi and pictures present at goibibo application and the actual premises situation are totally different and on top of that when i called up go ibibo customer care team they initially denied for changing the hotel but later on agreed upon it and asked me to wait for 10 minutes but later on team denied for changing the hotel i waited at hotel for 3 hours at their reception like a fool and team had no solution...

I am trying to book a flight from credit shell given by Indigo Airlines for the PNR YL4M9T which was booked on goibibo platform. I also received a mail and an SMS from Indigo Airlines stating that they have protected my booking in the form of credit shell for the mentioned PNR. I booked a round trip flight dxb-del and pandemic stuck because of which the airline cancelled all the flights. I cancelled the booking (Pnr-v5nqa7, for delhi to leh flight on 06.06.2020 for one person amounting rs.7750.00) made with goibibo by consulting directly with air vistara (The airline for the ticket) customer care on 14.05.2020 with confirmation of full refund, and they also sent mail for full refund confirmation. I had booked indigo flight using goibibo service available in kotak mobile banking app; however the flight got cancelled due to lockdown.

Also it was confirmed that the amount will be blocked (In credit shell) and we can use the same amount in our next flight booking.
