I am writing to you to bring it to your notice about an issue that is troubling me, about flights (Pnr - vlw87d and pnr - b6p64f)

The issue that i have experienced was: my flight tickets (Pnr - vlw87d and pnr - b6p64f) got cancelled by the airlines due to pandemic situation and the airlines have sent the refund amount to goibibo as i booked the ticket through goibibo. They have sent the refund amount on...

I had made a flight booking from Birmingham to Bangalore for 13 May 2020, however the flights were cancelled due to pandemic situations. It is been more than 130 days since cancelling I have not received refund yet. Goibibo kept on blaming Air India for delaying refund but the fact is goibibo is not making any progress on the refund.

I request that goibibo submit refund application to Air India, if not already submitted, or...

I have booked the international flight ticket from goibibo on 12/3/2020 for the travelling date 08/04/2020 beacuse of covid-19 the lockdown imposed and unable to travel. I want to cancel my ticket than i called several times to goibibo customer care and emailed too but the numbers are not working as well as email too.

Although the airline indigo has a credit shell enabled for pnr zklifg goibibo has no option of letting us use it or do a refund.

I believe this is deliberately done by goibibo goi should look into this scam!!...

I have booked the train ticket on 26th aug 2020 for which was not confirmed and got canceled due to wait listed after the chart preparation. Got the message from irctc in 28th aug that they have credited back my amount in ibibo group account for which ibibo group has not refunded back in my account since 20 days. It has been almost 5 months that i have been waiting to get a refund for a flight that was cancelled by airline during lockdown airline pnr aijhkz (Bangalore - vadodara) journey date 16th april 2020 booking date 4th april 2020.
I have made at least 500 calls to your customer care number but in vain. Indigo has already processed the full refund on 5th may 2020 from their side but i don't know what fun is goibibo.com getting out of holding...
