Hi,

I had booked indigo 2-way flights from Goibibo for 17th Aril and 3rd way got cancelled due to lockdown. If I check my credit shell balance on the indigo website, they state that the amount has been sent to the agent and I need to check with them but there is no active no, of goibibo . Also when I check my trip details for the same flight to see for the refund/credit shell status, the screen shows a blank. I cannot see where the money is there as per the govt. norms, they have to be refunded by the agent.
Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Its 17th April and #rd May, 2020 dated tickets.

    I booked return flight ticket for 2 passengers for 12 Sept 2020 & 18 Sept 2020 through Goibibo app. However, on 29AUG 2020 I received text from Indigo AIrline that my fligt was cancelled due to non-operational reasons and they have intiated refund for it to the Goibibo of INR 29663 and Goibibo processed refund back to original payent source i.e. RBL credit card ending no ***********9170 Name as Yogesh Bokhare on 3rd Sept 2020 which was supposed to reflect by 9-10 Sept 2020. But, today is 3rd Oct 2020 i haven't received any amount yet. i'm attaching all the suppoting documents relatted to my above concern.
    I want you to convey my message to Goibibo group that kindly contact me on a call so this issue can be resolved quickly and give my money back as soon as possible.

          I have booked a ticket from jeddah(ksa) to lucknow due to corona the flight has been cancelled it's more than 4 month i am still waiting for the refund. last month in sep 6 i got a mail from goibibo that with in 4 days you will get the refund but still i am waiting for the refund. there is no way to contact with the customer care i have tried so many time to contact kindly help me. the amount which i expected from the goibibo is Rs.32000/-

            I have booked Ticket for Indigo from Abu Dhabi to Hyderabdad.
            I spoke to Indigo pepole, they told money refunded to Goibibo.
            But I could not able to contact customer care, eventhough I was trying to speak to them but I could not able to speak to them.

            This looks scam, this looks fraud??

            I paid Total to Goibibo.I am regular customer to them but still they cheated me.

              I have booked air ticket through goibibo from lko to Guwahati for 09 Apr 2020. Due to covid lockdown all flights were suspended and the ticket was automatically cancelled.

              I have requested airlines for refund and in month of aug 2020, Indigo airlines has refunded an amount of Rs 15, 370/-.

              On 25 Aug, I got a mail from goibibo that my refund request is being reviewed and will be credited in my bank account shortly.

              Till date no amount has been received from goibibo. They are just keeping my money and making interest and profit to their company.

              Fraud company, many times contacted customer service, no option to speak with any executive, only IVR comes and call ends.

              Kindly get my refund processed as soon as possible.

                09/04/2020 Mumbai (T1) (10.45) to Jammu (13.30)
                12/04/2020 Jammu (T1) (10.00) to Lucknow (13.20) &
                12/04/2020 Lucknow(T2) (14.45) to Mumbai (17.05)

                For amount in sum of Rs. 26, 283/- (Rupees Twenty Six Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Three only)
                On confirming with INDIGO we were informed that they have refunded the aforesaid amount to Goibibo and directed us to collect the same from them.

                        I have booked two flight through goibibo and flight has cancelled during lockdown.

                        Indigo airlines has released my refund to goibibo but goibibo is not release refund. I am trying to contact to goibibo since last six month but not customer care, chat & email ID & proper web portal option available.

                        First PNR refund release by Indigo on dated 31st July, but still not provided refund by goibibo. No refund option available in goibibo web portal for this PNR.

                        I have processed Second PNR refund request through goibibo web portal on dated 5th Sep but still no refund.

                          This is regarding my payment to goibibo regarding seat booking for PNR LPGW7U. The payment was done on the goibibo app for seat booking for 700 rs. Seat booking failed but payment was received by Goibibo. Airlines mentioned that they have not received any money from Goibibo. So I had to make seat booking again. After complaint for refund, Goibibo confirmed that the money is with Goibibo and I shall receive full refund. This confirmation was shared by an executive from GoIbibo named Rishu Raj. He said refund of 700 will be processed in 48 hours from Goibibo, as it is not airlines fault. It has been 2 weeks and I am still awaiting refund.

                                    My tickets were cancelled by Goibibio (mistake made at their end) and then was promised refund for which they have sent confirmation emails as well but have not received my refund for last 6 months and i am stuck in india and cant travel to my home country

                                      This is in reference to my flight booking through Goibibo ( Ref# GOFLDANDde1db[protected]). Due to Covid-19, e were unable to travel.

                                      These flights were from Pune to Bagdogra and return
                                      Starting on 22nd Mar by Spicejet and Return on 29th Mar by Airasia

                                      The starting flights were cancled and return flight were rescheduled to 30Sep, 2020 via Airasia directly.

                                      We did not get any update from for any refund from Goibibo for Spicejet flight.

                                      And to our surprise, they cancled our return flight of Airasia without any intimation to us. We came to know now when we did inquiry to Airasia for cancellation of our flights. They informed to us that full amount is refunded back to Gobibo.

                                      Now when we are checking on the Goibibo site, there is no details available. We can not write to them, we cannot contact them by phone.

                                      We can currently clueless about the status of the refund of our money. We are unable to see any credit voucher details also on the site.

                                        I have booked flight through goibibo, and I cancelled the ticket under covid-19. But they said that we will transfer your money on 11 to 13 September, but haven't sent money to my account. And not responding to any of my queries. It is fraud because they are sending wrong information about my refund and not responding to it.
