I booked Indigo flight from Chennai to Ranchi via Delhi (2 flights) through Goibibo on 17/09/2020. Due to some personal reasons I cancelled the same calling the airline helpdesk directly. I got a complete refund acknowledgement mail from Indigo (Rs. 6518/-), I raised refund request in Goibibo after that.

I only got part refund til now(Rs.3107/-). It is pending with the rest of amount. I contacted support team via mail, didn't got any response yet. Tried Facebook messenger, they responded, but didn't got any output yet. Furnishsing details below. Please resolve my issue asap, as I've paid amount from my credit card, which is due for payment now.

After around one month of online fight, I finally recieved the amount back. I'm not sure which channel helped me in resolving this as I've tried to raise my concern in different ways. Big thanks.

    Dear team,

    i have bokked returned ticket from mumbai to kochi but for covid-19 my flight got cancelled and i have received my refund on ly rs: 17856/- but at the time of booking have paid 44053/-

    flight details : mumbai to kochi flight no.6e755, airline name : indigo, pnr no : all7qa, date:[protected] start time : 19:00 to 21:05.

    Kochi to mumbai flight no.: sg6283, airline name : spicejet, pnr no :v8uftf, date: 18:55 to 20:55.

    So please do the need full.

      My bank has not received it and i am unable to get in touch with goibibo

        I had booked ticket for ahmedabad - delhi - ahmedabad as per details metioned below

        1. Amd - del - 26/4/2020 indico air lines pnr no. Rpizyh - mr. Divyang madhukaar oza & mrs. Preetiben divyang oza

        1. Del - amd - 30/4/2020 goairair lines pnr no. Echzgk - mr. Divyang madhukar oza & mrs. Preetiben divyang oza

        This flights were non operational due to lockdown because of covid 19 pandemic.

        I had requested refund for the above mentioned tickets, but i have received refund of rs. 5116/- on 20/9/2020 only for my ticked of amd - del of 26/4/2020.

        The refund for ticked of del - amd of 30/4/2020 is refused.

        My complaint is when govt. Has directed to give the refund, how come my refund for del - amd is refused by you.

        Please resolve this asap.

          There are few compliants:

          1. Why there is a deduction when flight cancellation is not my fault. Goibibo should refund the whole amount.
          2. Please share the cash back details (Which date and account you have credited the cash back) of rs 723 as i have not received the cash back.
          3. The amount is still not reflecting in my account (Today is[protected] while your estimated date is 9-10 sep.
          4. Why none of your customer care number or email is reachable. All are saying as invalid or non responsive email.? If you have any customer care number and email please share. (I dont want any robot or app to talk, like gia as this robot is not able solve any of my issue). I am totally frustrated with goibibo support.

          Please refund the full amount as soon as possible.
          On your request i share my statement also.

              I have recharge the rock international online site of rs. 19246/- through federal bank fednet on 04/09/2020, with the help of my federal bank net banking but app says failure of payment whether my amount is debited from account, i think its stuck on the gateway, so please process the refund to my account.

                I had a booking with goibibo in my wife name with booking reference gofldiosc2ed[protected]

                I have received a email from goibibo that the money has been refunded but same has been not received in my bank and my bank advised to contact goibibo as no refund received on their end
                On app only chat option available and keep telling the amount is refunded but i didn’t get it

                No customer care number to contact please check and process the refund to the correct bank from which payment made

                  Dear sir / madam

                  I had booked a flight via goibibo for 26th march 2020 for us (Return flight too) alongwith my wife. The booking id is gomupkgiosd1e7b07601

                  Due to covid, the flight got cancelled. Goibibo is neither refunding my money nor doing my alternate booking. Every time we call at their call centre, it is busy even after waiting for hours.

                  When we fill an online form, they give calls at odd hours and after just 1 call, then send an email that we tried reaching you. When i call back on the number from which they called, it says it is an invalid number.

                  Please get my refund or get it re-scheduled. I am attaching the ticket also.

                    I present my compliments and would like to protest your illegal charges and airline charges for my booking id: tuabl82ge.

                    Please note that we have not cancelled the ticket it is the airline who has cancelled their flight due to ongoing covid-19 (Corona virus) prevailing across the globe.

                    You are requested to kindly credit the amount paid for my ticket either to my credit card.

                    In case if you need any other information please feel free to call me on +[protected].

                    Please refund full amount as you trying to scam us by putting airline fees and your charges for the cancellation done from your side due to non-operation of your flight from mumbai.

                    Please do not aggravate the issue and resolve amicably else we will be forced to take legal action to get our refund with interest from you and we will be forced to complaint to hon. Consumer redressal forum for your illegal activity, also we are going to write to kuwait airways about your charges as inspite of clear direction from the government of india not to charge any cancellation fees you have violated their rules.

                    You are requested to kindly resolve this issue on priority basis.

                    In all we need credit of rs. 53, 369.00 and not rs. 42, 428.00 you are once again requested to refund deducted amount of airline penalty of rs. 8, 614.00 + goibibo fees of rs. 2, 327.00 totaling rs. 10, 941.00 as once again i would like to inform you that "it is the airline which has cancelled their flight, we have not cancelled it."

                    You need to refund us the balance amount of rs. 10, 941.00 as now everything has started unlocking.

                      Hi,

                      This is with further reference to several email communications regarding refund for cancellation of spicejet flight (Pnr # xbsxxx) which is yet to receive by me.

                      I contacted spicejet and they informed me that they have refunded the amount on 12-aug-2020.

                      It's almost 50 days i have cancelled the flight but till date i am struggling to get refund from goibibo. I don't know why you are not able to transfer the refund amount back to same payment mode i. E. To my sbi credit card.

                      I tried several times to contact you through your customer care number but it's getting automatically disconnected before speaking to any customer care officer.

                      And more importantly, i am not able to send any email to your [protected]@goibibo.com email address because i am getting reply as "non-responsive email address"

                      In your system it is displaying that refund amount is transferred to my sbi credit card account on 25-aug-2020 and the case is closed; but the actual scenario is totally opposite.

                      I have also shared alternate payment method but till date refund amount is not credited to my account.

                      I don't know what's the problem at your end; however, if there is any problem from my end please let me know.

                        I booked flight from goibibo and that was cancelled due to covid-19. The same travel website has deleted my whole travel history from my account and i am not able to check my refund status, neither i have received refund from them.
                        Further, i am not able to contact customer care as they have automated the whole customer care no. I am trying to contact them from last 4-5 months still not received any update about my query.
                        I want to complaint for this irresponsible behavior being such a reputed travel website and providing pathetic services to it's customer.
                        This is against consumer right. I should get informed of my booking details.
                        Kindly register my complaint against goibibo.

                          I had booked a hotel at lajpat nagar delhi and pictures present at goibibo application and the actual premises situation are totally different and on top of that when i called up go ibibo customer care team they initially denied for changing the hotel but later on agreed upon it and asked me to wait for 10 minutes but later on team denied for changing the hotel i waited at hotel for 3 hours at their reception like a fool and team had no solution and finally the executive asked me to get money back (Refund) and asked to book another hotel from goibibo again.
                          Seriously??
                          Go ibibo is dealing into these kind of services??
                          Who is going to bear the entire mental stress i faced there?
                          I wasted my entire week off in this experience.
                          For your reference i am attaching the proof that will make you see the difference between fake vs real.

                            I was stayed in lemon tree, banjara hills, hyderabad from[protected] to[protected]. I raised a complaint (Ticket no. #[protected] against this stay.

                            As per discussion on con-call with goibibo agent and hotel person, they have collected service charge which was optional. As per the government law, it depends on the customer whether he wants to pay service charge or not. But here it was forcefully collected.in the resolution, goibibo provide the voucher.

                            As per the resolution of complaint, goibibo provide a voucher of 2000 rupees with the validity of 3 months till 14th june 2020.

                            As per the current scenario, due to covid-19 all the journey was prohibited. Hence this coupon was useless till 14th june 2020.

                            I was trying to connect with goibibo agent from may 2020 onwards. But due to covid goibibo closed all platform to connect with agent.

                            I request to goibibo team kindly issue new voucher with 1 year validity or refund wrongly collected service charges into my bank account.

                                I am trying to book a flight from credit shell given by Indigo Airlines for the PNR YL4M9T which was booked on goibibo platform. I also received a mail and an SMS from Indigo Airlines stating that they have protected my booking in the form of credit shell for the mentioned PNR. I am unable to fetch the credit shell details from the goibibo website. Please find the attached screen shot.

                                    I have booked flight for mar 25-2020 from hubli to chennai.
                                    They given credit shell since flight got cancelled due to covid.
                                    Now i am trying to book flight from belgaum to trichy by using credit shell.
                                    But in their website no option available for using credit shell.

                                    Customer care not approachable. No email option available to get information.
                                    Very worst support.

                                    How can i get my money back instead of credit shell?

                                    Person from this number- [protected] called me and saying they only give voucher code to get money from Google pay or phone pay.
                                    I am asking to send money back to the Original account from which i have made payment (On-line).
                                    But still he say it will be paid through voucher code or use your friend phonepay to redeem this voucher.

                                    I don't want all this. I want the money should be paid back to my bank account only.

                                    Who is attending this issue Goibibo?

                                    may be Hacker. Now his mobile is switched off.
                                    Don't respond to any one saying we will pay money by credit voucher through google pay or pone pay.

                                    He tried to use me some voucher code RFC...AZ on saturday. I Neglected and told him to pay to my account only. Now his mobile is switched off.

                                    Be cautious with this people.

                                    All this happening because Goibibo not explicitly communicating situation about credit shell and the process to the customer

                                    Why there is no update from Goibibo regarding this and why Option to use credit shell not available?

                                      I have booked hotel from goibibo for date -27th august to 30th august. My booking id is htlm95d222. I have booked against full refund cancellation policy before 26th august. I have cancelled my trip on 24th of august. And i still didn't receive refund as of now - today is 25nd september. I called goibibo customer care more than 18 times. Each time i get response that we are working on your ticket and backend team member or supervisor will call back you, but i never received a single call from their end. I guess no one in goibibo cares about their customers and it seems like they are trying for some kind of fraud here. I also get to know during this conversation that goibibo & makemytrip both have merge and no one cares about customer. I request authorities (If any) to take this on priority and provide me refund asap.
