This is PawanKumar from Chennai. My Flights were cancelled due to COVID 19 Lockdown in India and hence could not travel both to and Fro for the above booking ID on April 24 from Chennai to Colombo to Singapore and on May 8 from Singapore to Colombo to Chennai. I had cancelled on your Go IBIBO site in may itself and for last 2 months whenever i am seeing the status is showing as refund is in progress.in whatsapp also it messaged that u will receive credit shell. But i have neither received credit shell nor refund. Tried reaching your customer care 100s of time but not able to speak to any agent . My 62398 is pending for almost 3 months now.Pls contact me immediately on my mobile no [protected]. pls give your mail id so that atleast i can send a mail.
I had raised a ticket in your online support[protected] and had received a mail from Shweta Gurai your customer executive stating
"This is in reference to Booking id- AMDLP5TY9 and Airline PNR- LP5TY9.
Your concern is regarding the full refund.
Please be rest assured we have accepted your flight booking cancellation and refund request.
Refund process will take 45 to 60 working days.
In case, refund comes before that we will process the refund automatically in bank account."
I had also got sms on July 9 stating that your Goibibo booking refund request for your booking GOFLIc60b[protected]. As per the process refund application 5779111, 5779112, 5779115 and 5779116 has been raised to Sri Lankan airlines on July 5 2020
Today it is more than 60 days since Request raised 120 days since Original cancellation on your Mobile App and
1.No refund has come.
2.the tickets which were appearing in my Goibibo mobile is not appearing and saying there are no tickets booked.
3. not able to reach customer care as no number.
I am really Fed up and dont know what to do.This was my first international booking and i had used GOIBIBO considering its reputation.But i am hurt with the kind of response and would never advise any body to ever use Go I bibo.
With COVID managing my finances has become really tough and i am left with no option other than to escalate further if the same is not resolved on war footing basis.
Pls understand the agony of the customer and have some empathy towards them.
All the numbers mentioned on site are not working.

I am suspecting that their intents are not pure but malicious. And they're not willing to refund my money.
