I had a flight booking from Nagpur to Visakhapatnam (travel date 30 March 2020), but due to lockdown, the flights could not operate. I had booked the flight ticket online on Goibibo website and had chosen Indigo airlines to travel.
I recently received an email from Indigo airlines that the money was refunded to Goibibo on 19 June 2020.
When I called the Customer care of Indigo airlines on 6th September 2020, it was learned that the amount was fully refunded (without any deduction) to Goibibo company.
As on date, I am unable to find any customer care email id or customer care phone number of Goibibo (does not exist even on goibibo website).
I tried to find goibibo email id on the internet, I could find it, but when I sent an email, it bounced back.
I request for refund of full booking amount.
