I cancelled my hotel booking on 21st august 2020. They promised me the refund amounting to rs 5684 within 3-13 working days. Its been more than 15 days and the amount has not yet been refunded in my account till now.

Also, their customer care number is not working and there is no option for me to raise the ticket.
Also, email to them bounces back.

Kindly help.

    This is pawankumar from chennai. My flights were cancelled due to covid 19 lockdown in india and hence could not travel both to and fro for the above booking id on april 24 from chennai to colombo to singapore and on may 8 from singapore to colombo to chennai. I had cancelled on your go ibibo site in may itself and for last 2 months whenever i am seeing the status is showing as refund is in progress.in whatsapp also it messaged that u will receive credit shell. But i have neither received credit shell nor refund. Tried reaching your customer care 100s of time but not able to speak to any agent. My 62398 is pending for almost 3 months now. Pls contact me immediately on my mobile no [protected]. Pls give your mail id so that atleast i can send a mail.

    I had raised a ticket in your online support[protected] and had received a mail from shweta gurai your customer executive stating

    "this is in reference to booking id - amdlp5ty9 and airline pnr - lp5ty9.

    Your concern is regarding the full refund.

    Please be rest assured we have accepted your flight booking cancellation and refund request.

    Refund process will take 45 to 60 working days.

    In case, refund comes before that we will process the refund automatically in bank account."

    I had also got sms on july 9 stating that your goibibo booking refund request for your booking goflic60b[protected]. As per the process refund application 5779111, 5779112, 5779115 and 5779116 has been raised to sri lankan airlines on july 5 2020

    Today it is more than 60 days since request raised 120 days since original cancellation on your mobile app and
    1. No refund has come.
    2. The tickets which were appearing in my goibibo mobile is not appearing and saying there are no tickets booked.
    3. Not able to reach customer care as no number.

    I am really fed up and dont know what to do. This was my first international booking and i had used goibibo considering its reputation. But i am hurt with the kind of response and would never advise any body to ever use go i bibo.

    With covid managing my finances has become really tough and i am left with no option other than to escalate further if the same is not resolved on war footing basis.

    Pls understand the agony of the customer and have some empathy towards them

      Booking id - gofld939b[protected]. Refund related to pnr ccuigl not credited to bank account even after 13 days time period since it was processed on 25th aug. Done follow up many times, but no satisfactory answer received from goibibo team

        Dear sir/ madam,

        I had booked a flight for 18th may 2020 with indigo from ixd (Allahabad) to cok (Cochin) via blr (Bengaluru) 6e-5997 and 6e-316 and the pnr number is ilh 48a. The booking was made through goibibo mobile app on 17th february 2020. But due to covid-19 pandemic the flight was cancelled and credit shell was issued by the indigo airline valid till may 2021. Later when i tried to book a flight with the credit shell but it was unavailable. When i contacted the airline they informed me that the credit shell is transferred to the booking agent company, goibibo on 06th july 2020. For many days i am trying to get back my money.

        So please help me to get the refund from goibibo.

          Dear sir,
          My air ticket booked through ibibo having pnr: g97bjg (Airline: go air) got cancelled due to flight cancellation by the airline. Since ibibo was non-accessible on their customer care number as well as web page & mobile app, i have cancelled the ticket by talking directly to the airline, goair. The airline has confirmed the cancellation and informed that the full refund amount has been refunded to ibibo on 22nd aug-2020. However, i have not received the refund till date.
          Please note that several times i tried to update the details of cancellation done directly by the airline and raise the refund request on ibibo web page as well as on app, but the web page / app page was not accessible due to error on ibibo system. There was no provision to intimate or update the details with ibibo.

          Since the airline has already refunded the money to ibibo, i request for an early resolution for getting my refund.

            HI Goibibo Team,

            I had a flight on 17th March 2020 with Indigo airline booked from Goibibo.

            On 15th, i recieved information from indigo that the scheduled flight got cancelled and they proposed a new and totally different itenarary. They gave the option to either accept the alternate flight or get the full refund.

            I choose the option to get the full refund and cancelled the flight with the airline directly. Also raised the refund request in goibibo also.

            Till now i have not recieved any refund and did not get any information on when i will recieve it.

            Its been more then 6 months. This is too much of a time.

            Please reply and tell me the status.

              Dear Sir/ Madam
              I had a flight booking from Nagpur to Visakhapatnam (travel date 30 March 2020), but due to lockdown, the flights could not operate. I had booked the flight ticket online on Goibibo website and had chosen Indigo airlines to travel.
              I recently received an email from Indigo airlines that the money was refunded to Goibibo on 19 June 2020.
              When I called the Customer care of Indigo airlines on 6th September 2020, it was learned that the amount was fully refunded (without any deduction) to Goibibo company.
              As on date, I am unable to find any customer care email id or customer care phone number of Goibibo (does not exist even on goibibo website).
              I tried to find goibibo email id on the internet, I could find it, but when I sent an email, it bounced back.
              I request for refund of full booking amount.
              Attached ticket.

                    I book the hotel throught goibibo for 6 nights with free cancellation/modification facility. For 6986 rupee
                    I then modify my booking from 6 nights to 2 nights and at the time of modifying.in dashborad it's written that for 4 nights you will get a refund of 4434 rupee within 3-4days
                    But nothing is happend it's now 16days and no refund i was get. I contact the goibibo customer care. They repeating themself and said allow some for time...16 days is not enought for them to refund my money. I am very disappointed from goibibo service and how they are taking my concern so lightly. I am tied of asking help from goibibo for my refund amount of 4435. Please help and resolve my querie

                        We are senior citizens and have booked our tickets from bangalore to torronto
                        On account of pandemic all our flights of airindia were cancelled.
                        We have cancelled our tickets and we are waiting for for our refunds.
                        We are unable get our refund since you are not available over phone. And our mailsto customer support has not been fulfilled so far.
                        Kindly refund our money of. 190000 by return by crediting to our credit card and oblige.

                            We have booked out flight tickets from bangalore to toronto through goibibo by air india.
                            Since all the flights were cancelled during may and return ticket during. August we have cancelled our tickets.
                            We have enquired with air india and got confirm that amout has been refunded to goobobo
                            We are trying to contact goibibo since then they are not at all responding
                            Because of this my rs, 190000 is blocked
                            Please try to help me from this problem and save me from this clutch of misery and tensions

                              Due to covid airlines cancelled all the flights and my tickets also got cancelled by the airline.

                              Goibibo instead of refunding full amount deducted whooping 10, 941.00, from my ticket and gave me as go cash points which is of no use to me.

                              My ticket cost was rs. 53, 369.00 and got refund as gocash is rs. 42, 428.00.

                              They have deducted 10, 941.00 against the order from the government of india, and are not replying to any of mails nor phone calls.

                              Please assist me to recover and file a consumer complaint as well as criminal complaint for cheating the customer.

                              No reply nor any update has been given, spoke to kuwait airways, they are saying ticke t was booked with goibibo you need to talk to them, and goibibo never reples.

                              their reply:-

                              This is in reference to the email below.

                              Kindly be informed that as per the tickets status it have been refunded. Please check the same with travel agent as the booking was made through them

                              However, Kuwait Airways do not intervene in the refund of tickets purchased through travel agents.

                                I had made a booking for 27th march round trip from mumbai to bangkok with pnr cb5usa. The ticket was cancelled and sinc then approx for 6 months goibibo has not taken a single call neither do they call back. I have posted on social media multiple times and they promise refund which never reflects. Now goair is on the verge of shutting down. Who will i hold responsible if i don't get my refund? I have the refund acknowledgement email from the airline too.

                                    I booked my flight for 20May.But it was cancelled due to covid19.I keep on trying to get my money refund for 2-3 month.But they are not refunding my money.I cantact airlines they told to contact tarvel agent Goibibo for refund.They should refund my money since the flight itself was cancelled.I dont want resechudle i want my money back.

                                      Sir i have booked ticket on 01 march 20 for rs 3050 for traveling date as 29 mar 20. i have tried to contact with goibibo before journey date but could not as i didnt received any response. and requested for cancellation as lockdown started and all flights were cancelled, but the ticket is showing booking done and no other option available . as per airlines ministry guidelines refund has to be given to customer for that period. the company has still not initiated any refund for the same. please resolve the issue.

                                        I paid online booking from goibibo and at the time of check-in hotelier asked me for extra amount. He said that he has my booking details but didn't got my payment which I paid online.
                                        I called up goibibo customer care several times to get my issue resolve. But even after waiting for 1.5 hours at the hotel lobby, my issue wasn't resolved. Later I paid the difference amount of Rs.388.44/- to the hotelier and then he allowed me for check-in.
                                        I need the amount refund which I paid to hotelier. Even after mailing all the details a month ago, this issue is pertaining and company didn't helped me out.
