I booked my flight for 20May.But it was cancelled due to covid19.I keep on trying to get my money refund for 2-3 month.But they are not refunding my money.I cantact airlines they told to contact tarvel agent Goibibo for refund.They should refund my money since the flight itself was cancelled.I dont want resechudle i want my money back.
Please help me.

In their app they are asking for sumiiting refund claim.i summited many times but they didnt refund.

Please help me.

    Sir i have booked ticket on 01 march 20 for rs 3050 for traveling date as 29 mar 20. i have tried to contact with goibibo before journey date but could not as i didnt received any response. and requested for cancellation as lockdown started and all flights were cancelled, but the ticket is showing booking done and no other option available . as per airlines ministry guidelines refund has to be given to customer for that period. the company has still not initiated any refund for the same. please resolve the issue.

    Sir i have booked ticket on 01 march 20 for rs 3436 for traveling date as 26 Mar 20 and lock down started. i have tried to contact with goibibo before journey date but could not. and requested for cancellation, but the ticket is showing credit shell available for rs 2852. which is less than the amount i have paid. as per airlines ministry guidelines refund has to be given to customer. but the are providing credit shell which is no use for me now. please resolve the issue

      I paid online booking from goibibo and at the time of check-in hotelier asked me for extra amount. He said that he has my booking details but didn't got my payment which I paid online.
      I called up goibibo customer care several times to get my issue resolve. But even after waiting for 1.5 hours at the hotel lobby, my issue wasn't resolved. Later I paid the difference amount of Rs.388.44/- to the hotelier and then he allowed me for check-in.
      I need the amount refund which I paid to hotelier. Even after mailing all the details a month ago, this issue is pertaining and company didn't helped me out.

          I have booked one flight from goibibo.. the money deducted from my bank.. and it was showing that the money gone to the goibibo bank..but in there website it was showing payment failed.. and there is no customer service for goibibo.. its totally fraud case from their site.. I have attached the proof also that 4000 rs cut from my bank and it went to their account

              I booked a flight from Goibibo in Feb 2020 for travel during April 2020 but due to Covid the flights were cancelled. In July the Airline refunded the booking amount however Goibibo has not refunded the said amount to me. Not only that on checking through their App I was shocked to see that they have erased all my booking records from my Goibibo Account. I have the booking ID of Goibibo but there is no one to contact as their Customer Care number is on Automation and I feel like they have cheated and robbed me of my money.

                My air ticket booking number is gofli73d[protected] from budapest to kiev to new delhi. This travel was cancelled dur to lockdown and later raised for refund which was subject to airlines clarification. I received the confirmation status on the webpage that refund has been initiated and will be credited to the bank soon.

                Currently, goibibo's customer care is unable to reach and call gets automatically disconnected. Current status has been reversed as it shows about the refund claim raise only. Confirmation has been removed from the page.

                      Hi am saravanan
                      I have booked ticket of indigo airlines thru goibibo, travel date was june 11 2020
                      From mumbai to tirchirapalli but the flight was cancelled by indigo airlines because of covid lockdown issues, i have received the ticket amount as credit shell

                      Now i want to use the credit shell for my new booking, previously i booked ticket for my family me, my wife and my son, now i want to travel alone for my work

                      First there is no option of credit shell in goibibo payment page
                      Another option that mentioned from goibibo website like
                      From the (My trip) page, there you get to book with same passengers list like me, my wife and my son, now i want book ticket with my credit shell only for me because of covid reasons i don't want my family to travel with me
                      Pls help me to book my ticket

                        My round-trip from kharkov to delhi and back with booking id 'amdwvia7n' and pnr 'wvia7n' got cancelled and i raised a request for the refund on 14th june 2020 however there is no update from goibibo, helpline number is not giving option to speak with customer care executive, management/escalation email addresses are not functional, no way left to contact them.
                        Multiple times i raised on https://www.gobibio.com/support however i am not getting response.

                            Goibibo has not refunded for the flight cancelled due to covid-19 even after waiting for 4 months.

                            I was badly stuck in dubai and there was no action even after multiple requests.

                              Dear team,
                              I have send request to goibibo for cancellation refund of full fare for the untravelled ticket fare, since cathay pacific had cancelled the flights due covid-19 pandemic. I send request in march 20, you have also raised ticket but till date no response from your end. Cathay pacific also send confirmation mail with a request to raise the full refund through the agent.
                              My reference no: qhvb7n.
                              Please refund the untravelled ticket full farr amount without further delay. Almost 5 months over for pending refund.

                              I am shocked to see the complainant by travellers who have booked through Goibibo.
                              I have done a great mistake of booking tickets through Goibibo
                              My rs190000 is blocked and my travel plans have been checked
                              I am supposed why our government is taking up the issue of resolving the issues of its senior citizens
                              I hereby request the directorate of civil aviation authority should act and try to help it's citizens
                              They should initiate action against these nuisance creators for senior citizens

                                This is to draw your attention to the unethical and unscrupulous methods of making money which people of such a reputed company like goibibo have resorted to in these unprecedented times of pandemic. The experience that i have had with goibibo has really made me question the integrity of this county's largest online travel agency.

                                Call it a misfortune or a mistake but on the 29th february 2020 i had made a international flight booking for a two way trip to switzerland for a stay of 9days from 27th may 2020 till 4th june 2020 with goibibo. Booking id-ndc81ygdt, pnr-pnr-n3v2fw.
                                The booking costed me a hefty amount of rs.92, 606 and was paid using a credit card loan with emi of rs.11, 000 per month for a period of 12 months.

                                Even though, owing to the covid outbreak, all the flight got cancelled as per the government guidelines, till 24th of may none of the officials at goibibo bothered to call or provide an update on the application regarding the status of my flight on the 27th of may 2020. To my dismay, i could still see the flight as scheduled on the goibibo app so on 24th may 2020 i was left with no option but to send an email on their mail id requesting to provide an update on the same after multiple failed attempt to get on a call with the customer care executives to know about the status of my flight.

                                On 27th of may 2020, i received a mail from the gocare support team stating that my booking cancellation request has been successfully submitted and the amount will be refunded once it is received from the airline. However, on 29th may 2020 post the call with customer care executive, mail received from go care team said that since no information about the refund was received from the airline's side, hence my ticket ref#31536480 stands resolved from the goibibo's end. I received a similar mail on 30th may 2020 marking my ticket ref#31563721 which was again raised by me to refute their earlier mail.

                                After calling gocare team multiple of times and following up on the query relating refund of my flight charged with no suitable response from the go care team in the month of june 2020, i again dropped an email seeking update on 8th august 2020 but didn't receive any response.

                                On 9th of august, i called the gocare team to follow up on my query and this time to my surprise i received a response with an pdf attachment of cancel ticket voucher for booking id-gofliand91ea[protected] giving details of refund amount including amend charges refundable as rs.93, 016.
                                Though, it gave me a sigh of relief but still i connect with the go care team on the 11th of august 2020 to confirm the mode in which i will be receiving the refund. I got to know from one of the customer care executive, sourabh gautam, that my refund money has been received from the airline and hence i was asked to share the bank details in which i want the refund amount.                                 Also, i was told that my refund will be reflected in my bank account within 24-48hrs from the time i share the bank details.
                                Note that i also have a recording of the entire conversation with sourabh as a proof.

                                On the contrary on 12th august 2020, i got a call from goibibo that they have not yet received the refund money and are still working with airline to get the refund for my pnr-n3v2fw. Also, post the call i got an email today that says my "ticket 31745226 has been marked resolved".
                                This only goes to show that the intention of goibibo is malicious. The company wants to defraud it's customer and keep such a hefty ticket amount to themselves instead of giving back the money to it's rightful owner.

                                I am really disappointed with the travel company which holds such a good reputation in market.

                                I request the higher authorities and all those responsible at goibibo to please take immediate action for getting the refund back into the account of the people for the ticket amount against a flight that got cancelled due to covid

                                      Goibibo hasn't refunded my ticket from 3rd March, 2020. Bangkok Airlines has already refunded the airline in March. I have made 100+ calls & written a million mails. Goibibo has absolutely no answer about this pending payment. I haven't received a call back from the refund / backend team for all these months.
