My name is omkar suryakant kokate, i booked my flight from russian, volgograd to saint petersburg. It's been 8 hours i have not received any confirmation email, helpline numbers are not working, my registered number is not receiving an otp so i can't even ask for support online. You are countinously send me 1 night free coupon on 2 night booking (BESTBOGO) but this coupon is not applied on any hotels . Don’t massage me again, If you send daily massage I raise my complaint in consumer court. Every time goibibo send fake msgs for increasing their visitors on their site. Very very fake and cheap marketing done by Goibibo

1. To collect the receipt and make a claim on the refund to the receipt issuer.
2. Alternatively,
2.1. Remind yourself
- the site, where you had made booking on 21 Mar 2019;
- air carrier, date and flight number
- last and 1st name of the passenger
2.1. Make call to the operator of the site and tell
"On 21 march 2019 i made a reservation, paid but I have not rcevedeticket"
After the verification of the above data and phone/email,
the operator usually issues the ticket to the correct phone number or email within minutes.
3.0. If in 10 days, following the complaint of the pasenger or of payer - the credit card user,
no ticket and no refund is received,
the user needs to hire the lawyer or a legal profesional
for the legal action via the nearest ditrict court in the state of India.
Legal charges start from Rs 6000.
