My husband made a flight booking from your app and now he wants to reschedule his flight. Customer care number is just useless it says v r hvnd lots of call so visit app or website. When v try to connect through app response comes after 15 20 mins. V r trying for last 2hrs but not able to reschedule the flight. Who is responsible if the flight cost increases?

    Hi,

    I had booked a return travel ticket from amsterdam to kolkata via goibibo. Jet was the primary flight operator (Mumbai to amsterdam) of the international part. No issue was there while coming to kolkata but now jet has stopped their operations formally and even they put a public notice on their website today 17 apr 2019 that today was their lasy flight and they are suspending all other domestic and international flights. My return ticket is scheduled on 23 apr 2019, so when i asked goibibo to check with a jet to start processing the cancellation and refund, the executive said they dont have any confirmation on jet flight cancellation and i should wait till last moment.
    I asked them its already a public notice, why cant you raise a refund request on behalf of passenger?

    They dont have any answers neither they agree to take care of the fare difference.

    Why should i suffer till last moment and why cant goibibo raise a refund even after jet put a formal notice of flight suspension?

    a) full name, address, contact number

    b) primary invoice / ticket

    3) addressees

    Nobody has a duty to reply to anonymious or indeffinite complaint.

    The service provider shall not answer the question similar to
    "who will pay the unknown difference to anonymous?"

    If the passenger does not know his rights (amout he is entitled to, the term) in a particular sutuation,
    such passenger has a duty to present documents and, if the necessary for him,
    the passenger can hire a legal professional for an agreed fee or to refuse from further demands.

    Nobody has a duty to serve free of charge.

      My wallet is locked and i can not use money. It is a cheating by goibibo to their customers. It is not ethical practice to cheat its own customers

      Go cash earned is showing credited is my account but i can not use and msg is notification showing that any suspicious activity is done in my account but no advance notice is given before a action like lock the wallet and not mentioned any genuine reason of lock. It is a planned cheating by a reputed online site.

        We were booking the flight ticket from Delhi to Brussels through goibibo website and the date for booking was 21 April. After the payment the booking date is changed to 28 April. I wanted to change the booking for 21 April, tried calling the number provided but due to some high volume I am not able to reach the customer care (emails, phones, chats). Please help us resolve it asap. Its an urgent case.

        Even when we chatting with the support they are showing wrong bookings (details attached).

        This is very bad for the company to do something like this. We expected more response from company with such a reputation.

          Yesterday I had booked a hotel for three nights stay in Kolkata through GOIBIBO WEBSITE.

          Yesterday I had call to hotel care taker-[protected], they denied to check in because electricity is not available at hotel @ 12.30 night.
          Hotel care taker was confirmed to OYO to this problem.
          Hole night I was calling to OYO -[protected](night 12 :30 to 1:30 Am on my mobile) but nobody help to me at that time & I was stay on road hole night.

          So I am very unhappy to GOIBIBO & OYO services. request you to please refund my full amount.

          Because this is not my fault, that is your poor services

          Facts of the case!

          1.[protected] we have booked OYO hotel booking in Kolkata through goibibo website.
          2.[protected]@ 12:30 am around my flight was delay around 5 hours . I was reached Kolkata 12:30 am & go to hotel, I was called to hotel care taker but hotel care taker was denied to check in due to non electric facility on that time, just I was called to OYO & explain to this matter but no body help.& whole night I was stay on road.

          3. Then I was cancelled to hotel booking.
          4. I was called goibibo customer care toll free number but number is not valid.

            Whomsoever this may concern,

            We have booked 8 rooms in travel inn, dharwad (Oyo - 22528) for the apr 21st under the customer name "sneha kulkarni". Go ibibo booking id - htlddecwxq, hotel booking id - [protected]

            The hotel guys had called up today and cancelling the booking, reason given was for maintenance.
            How can you cancel at last moment when the purpose of booking a room was for the marriage events. I am not sure are these rooms has been assigned to some other customer for more money.
            Is this how you treat your customers? I am raising a complaint with department of consumer affairs and district consumer dispute redressal forum against you guys.
            Oyo, travel inn, go ibibo, whomsoever responsible will be escalated.
            Will be taking legal procedures if not satisfactory.

              I have booked business class ticket through Goibibo on 16th April 2019 for two persons. I have received a confirmation mail stating that the booking is confirmed and it clearly shows Business class in the mail. But I have received a mail from Emirates that the ticket is confirmed in Economy class. I have booked for business class then why its Economy from Emirates?

              Tried a lot to reach goibibo team but no use. They does't have provision to contact them neither mail id to reach them on this issue.

              I don't want to change my travel dates. Make sure I should get the Business class tickets immediately.

                1. 11th june 2019 9W260 flight is not considered as connecting. It is stated on the separte ticket.

                2. The Jet Airways does not confim the suspention of their 11th june 2019 9W260 flight today.

                  I have done two bookings using my credit card for my cousin mrs vijayalakshmi iyer and her husband mr vs iyer for bom-phl-bom. The journey is to commence on apl 26th. Unfortunately, mr iyer had to undergo emergency angioplasty and he is not fit to travel now. Hence we have been seeking re-scheduling the journey dates for both the passengers for the past one week, but in vain. So many calls were made to the call centre. We are given only false assurances. British airways which is the carrier asked us to route the request only through goibibo.com. Please resolve this immediately. Mr iyer could be contacted through[protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com.. A man who has undergone angioplasty only a couple of weeks back, is put under tremendous tension.                   Does this service provider issue the tickets orally and free of charge
                  to the relative of the passenger?
                  I was forced to lodge the complaint since Mr Iyer was talking to Customer Support people for more than 8 days. He must have talked to at least 10 people. Still nothing was done. Only after I listed this complaint, some action is taken. It is very poor service and I will not recommend your agency to any of my friends and relatives.

It's been 8 hours i have not received any confirmation email, helpline numbers are not working, my registered number is not receiving an otp so i can't even ask for support online.                       After the verification of the above data and phone/email,
                      the operator usually issues the ticket to the correct phone number or email within minutes.

                      no ticket and no refund is received,
                      the user needs to hire the lawyer or a legal profesional
                      for the legal action via the nearest ditrict court in the state of India.

                            On 12th April I booked a flight from Mumbai to Bangalore from my mobile app registered with [protected], having pnrAIHIRQ. After booking I, immediately got a message that due to payment issue, booking was incomplete, also I got message from bank for amount being credit. I tried to see this in my trips but it does not shown any booking till Saturday. Hence I booked another ticket. But today, it showed the ticket on app, as I was having two tickets, I cancelled it, and I received 0 amount refunded.
                            This cancellation is due to your fault, hence refund my full amount with interest.
                            Even I should be paid for inconvenience caused due this this error.

                            1. 'Where is the ticket or receipt? Nor the ticket or receipt is not seen.

                            Nobody has a duty to reply to anonymous or to an unidentified compalint.

                            If the author needs the refund, he or she does not have eyes or he or she does not know the rules, the author has 2 options

                            1. To forget about unidentified refund.

                            2. To hire the professional aiming to bring the legal case in the dictrict court.

                            Prior to do so, the responder has 10 days for refund.

                            The professioanal, whom you are due to pay, must explain the expected amount.
                            Expected expences start from rs 6000.
                            Reasonable expectation: judgement + reward.

                              I am trying to check refund status for one of the failed booking with goibibo. Website shows refunded but i haven't got the credit. The support executives are just not helpful and app doesn't give me option to type a free text so that i can ask for reference id and send it to my bank for further investigation.
                              I tried to call support centre but they didn't handle me appropriately and this the second time i am facing this issue with goibibo in past 6 months now they have stopped taking calls at customer support service centre.

                                        Dear goibibo team

                                        I have cancelled a booking with booking id amdwz459o on 29th march 2019. I have received a confirmation mail also from goibibo on the same day that my booking is cancelled and refund will be done.

                                        But so far i have not received my refund. Few times i contacted your customer care. After keeping me on hold for more than 30 minutes, they told every time that they will call back but they never called back. Now if i contact your customer care, i am getting only the message that due to call volume could not attend my call. And i tried many times and getting the same message. Hence your customer care is not able to be contacted.

                                        Hope you will acknowledge this mail and will return my money at the earliest.
                                        Repeatedly you are replying that my mail is short and can not be resolved with the following reply.

                                        "we have examined your complaint and it appears to be a bit short. Short complaints rarely get resolved and often are left ignored by companies. Please expand your complaint in order to have a higher chance of having your issue resolved."

                                        What do you mean by short? What details you want. The way in which you are handling this issue, it seems you try to cheat me.

                                        I am not able to contact goibibo through phone and by mails. You have blocked all the medium so that i can not contact you.

                                        If you are not returning my money, i will initiate legal actions on goibibo
