I am not received the refund amount which is mentioned on credit note.

If airline take Penalty charges from costumer then they should mention on credit note also. Please look into this

Greetings, I recharged my dish tv acc through your gateway. I received msg from my bank that amount has been deducted, but received another mail stating my transaction is failed. Kindly check the issue the and let me know the status and please refund the amount. Transaction id [protected].
