We have our own boarding and lodging in belthangady SAMANYU LODGING it's in karnataka. We have not been registered or partner with goibibo. How can any customer book rooms through goibibo? Because other day one customer came and asked for the room that they ve booked online. Is it possible? I paid for 3 night hotel in phuket, Thailand and get confirmation but today I reach the hotel and manager said he doesn't have confirmation of payment so I call 3 times to goibibo but doesn't get solution till ..I get totally disturbe now I have no balance in May phone and I waste 300 Bhatt to call goibibo...
