Hi Sripathi, Same happened for me with Bangalore IBIBO. Was your money credited back?

The same thing happended with me on 17th Oct 2019.

The same happened to when checking my monthly statement of last month I have asked SBI credit to look into this but how can we report this further.

i have done online trasaction but amount has deducted bt product was not booked and amount not refunded so please solve problem as soon as possible

I have done online flight booking trasaction but amount of Rs 4212 has been deducted but the ticket was not booked and amount not refunded so please resolve the issue. Already I have mailed to bank about transcation of which query resolved stating transaction has been done, better contact your service provider" but since ticket was not booked so from the IBIBO WEB i need the answer. Kindly look into the matter and refund my amount to the respective accountvfrom which it was deducted.
