Hi I successfully booked a hotel ticket on 15/Aug/2014 around 11.30 AM, for Jaipur Heritage hotel for two days, 15 and 16 Aug 2014 through goibibo for 2040 Rs booking id “HTLQASWWW4” Around 5pm on same day i called in hotel, just to confirm my arrival. Hotel staff told me that my name is not with them and their hotel is ful. I called goibibo and tell my story, goibibo executive told me that they will check with hotel and call me back in half an hour. But i did not receive any call from goibibo and after waiting for an hour i called them again and tell same story again. This time they told me that ticket could not get confirmed due to some technical failures and amount will be credited back to my account. But I did not get any information from goibibo untill i called them. In mean time i am receiving messages from goibibo regarding "Please take identity proof, hotel hotline numbers". But did not get a single message regarding my hotel could not get booked. Around 6.30PM goibibo executive called and told me that they were unable to book same hotel as it was full and told me to go for a fresh transaction. At that time i did not have my laptop and was unable to book using mobile internet explorer. Goibibo executive told me that i need to download and applicationas this facility is not added in mobile explorer. This time i was not interested in booking but goibibo executives are calling me again and againand convincing me for new boking and told me that this time they will take care for it. Last I thought to take second chance and go for booking. It was around 8 PM, again i booked a hotel "Hotel Silver Plazza" for 15 August only for 720 Rs and could see message "Goibibo will confirm my ticket in an hour" though amount was debited from my account. After this i did not receive a single call from goibibo and before that i was receiving calls from them in 5 minutes interval. Around 8.30 pm i called again but no one is picking the phone and 24 hour help line number "[protected]"is useless and no one pick the phone after 9 pm in night. Around 2 clock in night i reached to Jaipur hotel silver plazza as i have no other option as all hotels were full. Hotel staff told me that my booking is not with them. As it was around 2 am in night I did not have any option, so i took same room for 1700 Rs. In morning around 10:30 AM i talk with hotel staff and they told me talk to goibibo, if they will confirm e will refund my amount. So i called goibibo again and told the complete story, executive told me to wait for 30 minutes, as they need to check with Hotel SIlver plazza. I waited but could not get any response from them. Around 4 pm when i checked out from my room, goibibo executive called me and told me regarding refund for both my transactions which i will get in 3-4 working days. After all this i came to below conclusions :: 1) I realised that goibibo executives will call you untill you make payment. At time you paid the money they did not bother about you. 2) I do not have any idea where to go in Jaipur as it was 2 clock in night. But this did not matter to goibibo as they got money. 3) Do not fool people by saying 24*7 customer support as after 9 pm you will not get any response from goibibo either by mail or telephone. 4) I paid 1700 Rs for a hotel room, which I got for 720 Rs. When I talk with goibibo for refunding 1700 Rs, as this was fault at goibibo site not mine. But as usual they say NO. 5) In end I would like to say that never go for goibibo as they are totally irresponsible, unprofessional, unethical. I am looking for total refund of 2040 + 720 + 1700 = 4460.

    I have booked a flight ticket from Chandigarh to Guwahati for 20 September. The payment has been made around 13 hours ago but I have not yet received any confirmation. My account on goibibo website does not show any ticket details but the payment was deducted from my account within a few minutes. Please look into the matter and help me as soon as possible.

        i had boked 2 bus tickets from bangalore to goa by garden city tours and travels date of journey 14/8/2014 .I was surprised to know the ticket booked for the above mentioned bus was not in service from few months, which was enquired by my end to the bus operator not from ibibo. therefore i demanded full return of the sum which was confirmed from ibibo and was asked to wait for 7-10 days for the sum to show in my account but i had to complain again and was informed there was some technical issue from ibibo hence money was not transferred and this happend twice . So i demand my full return along with token of apology as ibibo has wasted my time as well failed to keep its promise .my booking id is gobus0ab[protected].

          Dear Sanjay Bhasin and team, I am using this platform because I feel I am not being heard via customer care and another level management chanel set by Goibibo. I would like to report the case of non refund of ticket booking amount after the bus cancellation in last minute by the operator. THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS THE BUS OPERATOR DENIES THAT BUS WAS CANCELLED. To be precise, bus operator cancelled the alternate bus we got offered after the cancellation of first bus we booked and told me that bus in cancelled and we will get the refunds from the booking website. However when I called goibibo after 2 days of this incidence, I got to know that bus operator confirms that bus was not cancelled and and hence goibibo says that I am not eligible for any refunds. I am detailing the incident point wise, below: - I booked the bus for two passengers from goibibo for travel from Hyderabad to Nagpur on July 17. Details of the bus are mentioned below (e-tickets attached): Booking ID: GOBUSb33de[protected] [First booking - Cancelled by operator - goibibo offered alternate bus.] Operator PNR No. SKBRS[protected] Sri Kaleswari Travels, Travel Date: July 18, From Hyderabad to Nagpur, Seat L6, L5 - On July 18 evening, I got a confirmation via sms from the operator that the bus I have booked is cancelled and I should contact the respective booking site. - I called goibibo team the same evening (July 18) and informed about the same. The customer care executive offered me the choice between paid amount refund and another ticket to the same destination. I choose to have bus tickets to the same destination. He confirmed our tickets from Hyderabad to Nagpur via Dhanunjaya AC sleeper bus. Details of alternative bus are given below: Operator PNR No. LMR48332-ND121 [Alternate bus offered by goibibo - Cancelled at last minute - No refund so far.] New Dhanunjaya Travels Travel Date: July 18, From Hyderabad to Nagpur, Seat L1, L2 - We got picked up by Sharma Travel's Volvo bus (bus registration last digits - 8496) from RTA office, Kondapur spot. Phone number of the bus helper is +[protected]. He called us to pick us up from Kondapur to Nampally from where we were suppose to be picked up by actual New Dhanunjaya's travels bus. Also, we were getting calls from New Dhanunjaya Travels from phone no.[protected] to make sure we reach up to the pick up bus in time. - When we reached Nampally point at around 11:15 PM of July 18, as soon as we got down out of the bus, there was a guy from New Dhanunjaya travels standing to check the passengers who have arrived. Once he checked all the passenger names on the list, he told all o[censored]s that the bus in cancelled due to breakdown and we will get the refund from our respective booking websites. - After 2 days of this incidence, I called goibibo helpline, where customer care executive heard my part of story and told me that he will write an email to the bus operator to confirm that if bus was cancelled. Once he gets the confirmation, he will refund the booking amount. - I waited for one day after which I got an email from goibibo (email attached) that bus operator confirmed that bus was not cancelled and I am won't be getting a refund. - I am not sure that what system goibibo has made for simple refund that I have to call so many times and write multiple emails. And even after that I get to know that I am not eligible for refund. Looking forward to your revert and offcourse the refund of the amount and most of all black listing of such bus operators.

            Don't believe goibibo for the full refund. i[censored] cancel the ticket they will give u partial refund all the time and will turn back to give your remaining amount. Fully cheating customers money. Even i[censored] cal so many times or drop mails to [protected]@goibibo.com they will never respond properly. They will make you to be back of them. I don't know about hotels and flights. I am facing this problem on bus booking third time. So please be aware.

But there was some error so ticket did not get generated. I sent a mail to ibibo.com that day only but did not receive any response yet.                   I have booked my flight(PNR No-44TVR4)form Mumbai to Lyon for the journey on 9th June 2014 with a total amount of approximately Rs.59000(with reschedule cost), but due to some unforeseen reason I have to cancel my ticket on 7th June 2014.It is more than one and half month since I have cancelled my ticket and I haven't got any refund yet.I have put lot of mail as well as call and the service guy keep telling me that it will be refunded within a week or in 2-3 working days as they have got the refund from airline.Moreover when I called this week on Monday, they are telling me that they have got refund and it will be refunded soon in 2 working days but due to no refund in my account, when I am calling them again then they are telling me that the airline hasn't refunded the amount yet.They are not even giving satisfactory answer and moreover the call is not free and they are putting me on hold for more than 10 minutes everyday.

                  I am very much upset with your service and consumer support.
                  Inspite of frequent calls to you about my refund status, you guys are keep telling me new things everytime, I call.as for example, one day I got response that airline has refunded the amount and it will be reflected into my account within 3 days, next time I heard that airline hasn't refunded my amount and when I called on again someone told me that it has been refunded to my account but truth is that I haven't got my back till now.

                  I have contacted the bank and they are saying that there is no refund done on the date 4 august 2014 for the amount of 24, 554.More over they are investigating into the situation right now.

                  I am suppose to get Rs 37, 052 not Rs.24, 554 so where is my rest of the money??

                  Also, please note Goibibo is a facilitation platform and shall be in a position to process customer refunds against flight tickets only if the same have been refunded by the respective Airline.

                      i booked spicejet flight from surat (departure 17:00 hrs) to new delhi through goibibo on 23/06/2014 for the travel dt.24/06/2014 & paid Rs.8493/- through HDFC Visa Credit Card. soon i got msg on my mob no-[protected] that Rs. 8493/- had been deducted. further PNR GOFLDb64e [protected] was alloted. thenafter i got msg on 25/06/2014 that my ticket was not confirmed due to technical computer processing error, so txn was unsuccessful. and also that refund would be credited to my HDFC Visa Credit Card A/c after 10 working days. sir, i regret to say that till today, i did not get confirmation from GOIBIBO about any credit made from their side or not. please intimate me soon so i can claim from HDFC BANK authority.                         We had done a group booking from goibibo to a resort for 27/7/2014. Booking ID:127316HTL5VYPQYA Their website said that the rooms were available. We booked 8 rooms and paid the full amount. But after a few days when we called up the resort, they said that no booking was done. When we called the customer care, they said that there was some misunderstanding on rate issue between goibibo and the resort. They kept us hanging for more than 15days, everyday saying that they'll call us back and never returning one single call. PATHETIC SERVICE!!! They would not even let us talk to their managars. Only the customer care support guys (Ajita, Anandita, Amit) would talk to us and procrastinate. Then finally they gave a totally different reason that no rooms are free!!! How is that possible because we booked the rooms which were free! To cross check when we called the resort, they said that the rooms were blocked for us but pending payment from Goibibo. I dont understand why they had to play a game for 15 days! And later answer that there were no rooms free in the first place. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Never go for this rubbish site to book your travels since they can cancel it at the last moment! Worst Experience ever!

                                I have ordered for IFB Dish Washer consumables on 11th July 2014 and made payment thro' SBI vide reference no.12684401 GW7241184 [protected] and the recipient is INB Ibibo web Pvt ltd. But I have so far not received the order confirmation so far.(Till 15 th July 2014.) I suspect That there may be fraud . I request you to kindly redress and refund the amount at the earliest.                                   Consumer Complaints GOIBIBO – REFUND NOT GIVEN.

                                  Booking id – GOBUS7F2E[protected]
                                  My journey dated 20 June, 2014 from Agra to Lucknow was booked from goibibo.com, by VOLVO Bus ( Dep time – 10:00 AM from Agra ) . The bus broke down in between Agra and shikowabad (at Toll tax gate) . No arrangements were made by vendor. I had to go from my own . The conductor told that money would be refunded from respective sites . On 21st June I had a talk with company’s representative and he told it would be refunded within 4-5 days .
                                  Till know my refund has not come . Again I had a talk with their representative and they told to wait. I even sent many mails but they always say that we are in talk with the vendor . NOW IT HAS BEEN 25 days since the booking .
                                  And my money is not refunded . Kindly help me .

Before doing so they have not inform us to take backup of important mail. There are more than 2000/- important mails. Now i need few important mails which are very important for me. Kindly do something for me and reply what to do.

                                        Hi All, Below is the email I wrote to GOIBIBO - to: management goibibo date: Thu, Jul 3, 2014 at 6:29 PM subject: Re: Complain of Bus Journey mailed-by: gmail.com Will you again say this is happening first time in your operations? 1). Booked a bus ticket as shown below: Booking ID – GOBUSMOB7370e[protected] PNR- XES4FX 2). My wife and 4 year old kid was travelling alone due to some emergencies: 2). When they entered in the bus somebody else was sitting on the booked seat(1st and 2nd number seat) 3). when we asked about this to the operator they said madam you can sit on the other sit seat 3rd and 4th numbers by mistake this ticket number 1st and 2nd is booked 2 times due to online transaction failures Please note there is no prior notification from bus operator side directly to the travelers 4). after their request my wife shifted to other seat which was 3rd and 4th number 5). In shridi somebody came in midnight and asked is very bad manner saying 3 and 4 number seats are booked on our name, they were shouted like anything on my wife and fighting like a tow market 7). My wife was afraid and she called me and I agreed her to be calm and shift to the given seat that seat number was 5th and 6th number which was one of the worst seat and not even safer. My Question are: 1). How to booked same seat to two different person? 2). If this is happened from bus operator side, did not they informed you about this change? 3). Should not this be prior inform to the passenger who is travelling? 4). Does not highways are safe for travel in nights for ladies and kids? Please reply so that I can logged further complaints .                                         Goibibo — not refunding

                                        I booked a ticket in Sharma travels pvt ltd from Tirupur to Bangalore on 15th may, they took money from my account but the ticket was not booked and till now the money was not refunded.

                                        Refund of Amount

                                        I have cancelled the bus ticket on 25th March 2015, but still the amount is not refunded. There is no option to talk with customer care person also. PNR No : DEOB47085 and booking ID is GOBUSf[protected].

                                        GOIBIBO CHEATERS THEY SHOULD BE BAN

                                        NOT REFUNDING MONEY OF MY CANCELLED AIRLINE TICKET...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...
