I was booked on an Airindia flight (AI 803) on 13 Sept, 2014, at 10:30 a.m from Bangalore to Delhi, through goibibo.com · At 4:30 a.m on 13th morning, I received a call from Airindia and was told that the flight was cancelled. · They offered to accommodate me on an earlier flight (around 6 a.m). As that was cutting it too close, I refused and they promised to give me a 100% refund. · I then contacted goibibo and they confirmed that the flight was indeed cancelled. They asked me to cancel her ticket on their website upon which she would be given 100% refund in 7 -10 working days. · It is close to 2 months now and I am yet to receive her refund. · After repeated attempts to get them to address this issue, they respond saying they would give my refund after levying cancellation charges!!! First the airlines inconveniences me by canceling the flight; then they delay repayment; then they want to charge me for it! This is downright cheating!

      Dear Sir, This complaint is with regards to cancellation fee charged by Goibibo. First point is Goibibo website has wrong information, whether that is intentional or by mistake is unknown. In the cancellation policy section notes on GOibibo website, it is mentioned "Note :Cancellation policy mentioned on website OR on ticket is of bus operator and is not decided by Goibibo. Goibibo does not levy any cancellation charges. Service charge will be refunded, if collected." So from above note it is clear that Goibibo doesn't collect any cancellation charges. I booked a ticket with PNR "TYR[protected]" on durgamba travels and their website clearly says "More than 24 Hrs before station departure time: 10 %" So actually Goibibo should have deducted 10% of 650(ticket price) .But they deducted 130 rs which is clearly a mistake from their side. Attached screenshot which has relevant information from Durgamba website and from Goibibo I had sent queries to Goibibo 2-3 times and they are not replying to me correctly .All they are saying is that 130 rs is deducted correctly. I request you to take action against Goibibo for cheating.

        I booked 3seats from chennai to bangalore. This is my booking number GOBUSbba[protected] for 29th september. Since there was unrest in hosur due to a politicians arrest there was a news that all the buses from chennai to bangalore were cancelled. I called up the operator who did not pick the call at all. I would have called like a 100times and nobody picked the call. Hence I cancelled the ticket by choosing operator cancelled. But they had resumed the buses. Hence I directly went to the K.P.N travels and enquired with them. They also said the tickets were cancelled and I had to book it again. The webpage also showed that the ticket was cancelled. find the attached screen shot. When I called up the customer care they are told me that I wont be getting a refund. i raised a complaint against this and the issue has not yet been resolved. Now a customer care executive named kishore is trying to close the ticket saying its resolved. In an other mail he is telling me that they are following up rigourously with KPN travels. where as i do not see any progress. Complaint No: 743608

        I booked my ticket from coimabtore to ernakulam. This is my booking ID: GOBUSe0dc[protected]. Now no need to travel on that day. So i tried to cancel my ticket from march 29th. but i couldn't cancel my ticket. All other tabs are working except that cancellation tab. I clicked so many time but it shows blank pages. I want to cancel my ticket immediately and need refund also. My travelling date is March 31st at 22:45.

          We booked through GoIbibo for Tropicana U Resort hotel at Alibaug for 2 nights for 2 Adults and 1 child of 12 years. The booking voucher sent to us through email and available online showed correct booking for 2 Adults and 1 Child.However, when we checked into the hotel, they informed us that you have to pay for the child as the child booking is only for 1 year old child for which the hotel does not charge anything but for 12 year child it is Rs. 1100 + taxes per night. We had paid Rs. 13, 227 for 2 nights and GoIbibo.com booking Voucher clearly mentions the booking is for 2 Adults and 1 child with all meals included. But it did not mention the age of the child. Now they claim we selected 1 year as the age of the child. There is no proof they are able to show us about this and neither we can show what was selected as the age of the child. By not mentioning the age of the child in their voucher, they found a new way to cheat innocent customers like us. When we asked them to show us the hotel tariff for that day for other guests so we are satisfied with the rates for 2 adults, they are not willing to share that with us saying the rates change for each guest and the information is confidential.Can anyone help me recover my extra Rs. 2700/- I had to pay at the hotel U Resort Tropicana inspite of my making 100% payment in advance to GoIbibo.com one and half month in advance. THIS IS NOT CHEATING BUT TOTAL LOOTING.

            Respected SIR, Im SOURAV PARIDA im writing on behalf of my younger sister in which she faced a lot of problems because of goibibo sites as we had booked bus ticket from here... kindly help me in solving the problem i faced and request you to solve as soon as possible so that i can recover my losses due to goibibo. (This complain message i wrote to the ibibo site) i booked to and fro ticket from Banglore-mumbai-Banglore Complain 1: On 23rd oct 2014 my bus timing was 5:15 pm from Banglore but the sea bird agency shifted timing to 9:30pm as a result my destination time was delayed due to which i lost an opprtunity in my career because of your worst service i ever had. #better learn from redbus service(which i was unaware of this but now i got & will spread this message to all public sites)# Complain 2: for 23rd oct 2014 the type of bus i booked was Sleeper but they provided/adjusted me to seated type bus but my journey hour was 17 hrs but i adjusted not in sleeping rather in seating. this means ur goibibo travel agencies are gambling here in ur company and that to you are responsible for it as you permitted the agencies to do business in your site Complain 3: My return ticket was from Borivoli, Mumbai to Banglore at 13:30 on 26 Oct 2014 bt before the day of travel i was calling to the 2 phone numbers mentioned in booked ticket print agency o[censored]nited travel in which one phone number was working and another number was not working as a result the working phone number not responded to my phone number and on the very next day(journey date 26 Oct 2014) i called the same number then he responed & said "he will send two numbers to my phone number and contact to them they will say pickup place and timing" as a result non of two phone numbers responded to my call and just few hours(1-2hrs) before the depature i contact to the united travel ageny office phone number from google search as a result they said "where is the pick up place of your booked ticket " i said "borivoli " they said"Bus is cancelled" i said "there is no confirmation message/mail to me & how can you cancel immediatly without prior information to the passenger atleast should inform 1 day day before of journey so that we could arrange alternate with the issue cancelllation " they said"we already sent information to the ibibo site so as to inform you all" they cut the call then in the mean i called ibibo but all the channel was busy n i tried a lot but after half hour i talked to customer care executive but they said their is no information about cancellation o[censored]nited travel bus and executive asked the phone number of the agency who said about the cancellation of bus and i gave the phone number but nothing information we got about the bus then i called the same bus agency number still he said "where is your pick up point" i said "borivoli" they said"bus is cancelled" and i asked them "goibibo is saying that they dont have information about cancellation o[censored]nited bus travel " they said"you ask them they know and we dont know anything other than cancel of bus journey" i went to the bus stop with all my heavy lugguage and waits for 5 hours for the bus to arrive but with my heavy head ache i cudnot understand what to do and even dint get any other instant buses to banglore and finally booked a hotel and ticket for next day for which i lost my 1 day payment of my working job, wasted money for 1 day booking of staying in hotel, spent extra Rs1900 for booking my ticket. As A whole the matter is still not solved and money is not refunded to me Im going to case a file against Ibibo.com for heavy loss of my wealth & health and for cheating innocent people like passenger booking from ibibo site. Im aslo going to spread on social/public sites and return my money to be refunded & other money lost/wasted only for your bad service and non trusty organisation.               Dear Sir I had booked Hotel Shanti Surbhi Mahabaleshwar through goibibo.com tendering an online payment of Rs 19152 /- on 15.10.2014 Booking ID :HTL2ZYG62T . However I had to cancel the booking on 21st Oct 2014 after my father in law suffered a heart attack and had to be hospitalized. While making the cancellation at 02.46am after my father in law suffered the attack I inadvertently had selected the goCash option . The mail from goibibo informed on the cancellation that the money would be refunded in 3-4 working days . Having not received the amount even as of today 28.10.2014 I called up your Hotel section and the lady executive on explaining my case informed that since I had selected the goCash option the money has been transferred to my goCash in my goibibo account and there is no going back & would never be refunded to me and can only be used for bookings through goibibo.com . What goibibo.com has done to me is beyond comprehension .This fixes me up with goibibo.com and my own money has been literally 'snatched' away from me which has put my limited finance a salaried employee in complete jeopardy . I cannot contemplate that a reputed service provider as goibibo.com can resort to such measures and will not refund the amount to the customer notwithstanding the selection of the goCash option. I am an ONGC ( OIL & Natural Gas Corporation Limited the National Oil & Gas Company of Govt of India- Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas -MOPNG) employee and am sure many of colleagues would have used your services and will try and find from my HR deptt in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MOPNG) regarding this aspect & what needs to be done .                 Had a very worst experience with GOIBIBO team... one day prior to my trip, the bus operator informed me about the trip cancellation, Have informed goibibo to cancel my ticket and do refund, but they asked me wait till they get confirmed with the bus operator. Almost three days over, no updates from goibibo.they said bus operator not answering the call, but the bus operator answering my call, what a convincing response from GOIBIBO. Really appreciate you GOIBIBO team, if you are doing like this, no one will choose you, even if you announce 100% discount, finally...you are going to shutdown your company...thats the appreciation for your great work done.                   Hi, This is regarding a flight & hotel booking made from GOIBIBO website on 25th September (booking id "GOPKG935A[protected]"), but the transaction got failed due to unknown reason to me, however the amount (Rs 13, 226) was deducted twice. Regarding this I had a word with Ms. Rachna at GOIBIBO customer care on 28th September, wherein she promised me to revert back and to get the amount refunded in a days time. However, its been more than a month after discussion and I have still not received the full REFUND back. They have only refunded a approx Rs 2, 000 for hotel booking, however the remaining amount of approx 11, 226 is still pending from more than a month. #Goibibo team kindly look into it and refund the amount back.

                    I had booked 2 bus journey tickets from Hyderabad to Goa for 19th of September (Booking ID:GOBUS82ae[protected]). The bus operator cancelled the journey (the reason they didn't tell).I cancelled the tickets and Goibibo promised me to return my money within 5-7 working days. But, the refund has not been made yet. I have called their customer care number 'n' number of times, but they always promise that the amount will be refunded within 24 working hours, which obviously never happens.

                      I booked a ticket on 22nd Oct, 14, the ticket was not booked and the money got deducted. I called the customer care they said that there is a problem at indigos end so the ticket was not booked. The associate told that they would refund my full amount in 24 hours. I haven't received any reference no. From them regarding cancellation. I called back again today and they told me it will take 5-7 working days. Why is goibibo setting wrong expectations with the customer. They are very slow in updating the daily fare price changes. I want an update on my refund. Vinisha.[protected]@gmail.com

                          On 26th September I booked (GOBUSeceef[protected])ticket for (18th October )Mumbai to Kolhapur with return journey for 26th October with low fare charges(RS400 per seat).Now Goibibo & Labbik Travel agency cancelled ticket without any prior information or any communication for seat adjustment when charges are high(RS850 per seat). After many fights they agree of there mistake & Goibibo ready to give me Go Cash amount on Goibibo website. but still I have not received for same. This was took 5 days.                             I booked an international flight ticket on Bangkok Airways via the travel site Goibibo.com. Unfortunately, due to family reasons I had to cancel this ticket. While I understood the downside of this cancellation because the ticket I had booked was non-refundable, I was hopeful that considering the fact that I was cancelling the ticket almost 3 months in advance, I would at least get some refund. I was even willing to obtain a credit value for that amount which could be utilized in the future which I thought was a fair proposition. However, the nightmare that followed was one the most annoying experiences anyone can go through. I experienced the absolute worst of services from GoIbibo. You name it; I experienced it – whether it blatant lies such as denial of past events, horrendous customer service agents who simply refuse to help, two parties pinning blame on each other, providing conflicting updates etc. Bottom-line is - Everything that a company can do to harass their customers, they did to me. Below is the detailed timeline chronology of the terrible service that I was subject to: • Jul 9th - Booked a return ticket from Mumbai to Phuket on Bangkok Airways via online travel site GoIbibo • Aug 17th - Cancelled the ticket online on GoIbibo's travel site • Aug 24th - Received phone call from GoIbio's customer care center that ticket will be cancelled • Aug 27th - Called GoIbibo's Customer Care center to charge a penalty amount and give back atleast some part of the refund. In case refund request cannot be processed, made a personal request to customer executive to give me a credit note which I can use at a future time since calcellation was made almost 3 months before flight date. Customer Case exec informed me that this was "not in their hands and that only Bangkok Airways can take call on this" • Aug 28th - Called the Mumbai office of Bangkok Airways. Was informed that they cannot do anything and it was the travel agent, i.e. GoIbibo in this case who can provide a refund for cancellation of ticket • Aug 29th to Sept 10th - Called Bangkok Airways Mumbai office and GoIbibo office numerous times during this time period to get this issue sorted out. Both kept putting the responsibility on the other party • Sep 14th - Finally, sent an email to both GoIbibo Customer care and Bangkok Airways Customer Care center to please help me out as both were simply putting responsibility on each other • Sep 15th – Received email from Bangkok Airways Revenue dept - Phumsiri Supornrat that Bangkok Airways Customer Servce dept needs to look into this • Sep 15th – Received an email from Bangkok Airways Customer executive - Ruthaiwan Pochanapimol that only the travel agent can cancel / refund my ticket • Sep 18th – Called GoIbibo again to please help resolve this problem and was again informed that as per company policy and their arrangement with Bangkok Airways, this discretion was in the hands of the airline • Oct 5th – Called GoIbibo yet again to please close. (Was diligently following up because I am aware that as the travel date gets closer, it is that much for difficult for me to receive any refund money. Didn’t want this to drag on post the date of journey has passed because then it would be impossible to get any refund / credit. Wanted to ensure that they could consider my request due to the advance notice.) However, this time I received a shock from GoIbibo’s customer exec Rahul Rajan that ticket has yet to be cancelled. (Very bizarre thing to say, considering the timeline chronology above. It’s very apparent that ticket was cancelled way earlier on Aug 17th itself). The exec kept repeating the same line over and over again that “the ticket had not been cancelled earlier and that at this point he cannot do anything”. Requested to talk to his superviser / manager so I could explain my predicament to someone who could help me. Surprisingly, he said that his manager, Anish (whose last name he refused to reveal) cannot attend my call right now. He asked me to call again during the next shift if I wanted to talk to the manager • Oct 8th – Received email from GiIbibo stating the following, “CHARGES A/P 2041(INCLUDING ALL TAXES) + GOIBIBO 500 = CC 290 =2831” • Oct 8th – Received another follow up email in the next half hour that, “KINDLY IGNORE THE PREVIOUS MAIL, IT WAS SENT BY MISTAKE BY US. BELOW MENTION INFORMATION PROVIDED REGARDING YOUR BOOKING.” • Oct 13th - Message received from GoIbibo with the subject line: "Relax! Your refund is under process" I hope this incident serves as a reminder to all to be careful of this so called cheap travel websites. I warn you all to be aware of this nexus between these online travel sites and the respective airlines with whom they are affiliated with.

                              I have booked bus ticket from goibibo bus for Hyderabad to Mumbai, journey dated on 06/10/14 at time 16:45. At the time of boarding there is no prior information from goibibo bus has been provided that, the bus has been cancelled by operator. At last minute the operator has confirmed that the bus has been cancelled, however goibibo has not confirmed the and took about 1 hr 30 minutes time to give the final conformation on bus cancellation. Further, goibibo is not able arrange the alternate option and made the journey hell.

                                Hi, I had booked hotels with the above reference number. I have been making calls and emails to both merchants HDFC bank and IBIBO but to no reponse and clarity. As per HDFC bank " Our investigation revels that your query pertaining to cash back towards the purchase done at GOIBIBO, which is not offered by HDFC Bank credit card divisions. Hence, we request you to contact GOIBIBO customer service regarding the eligibility of cash back" It is just going ON for a lifetime, please let me know whether at all i am eligible for a cashback since i booked the hotels within the specified cut off of 30th sep. PROMO offer-GOHDHOT. I have already spoken to the customer care for both entities (IBIBO and HDFC Bank) quiet a few times and i have been made to run pillar to post.     Please resolve or let me know the escalation matrix. Thanks

                                  Hi I was booking the flight from Chennai to port Blair and date i have selected as 16 th dec and return as 22bd dec .I don't what happend and when page refreshed the date changed to 16th oct and return 22 nd oct . I opted for rescheduling the flight as 16th dec onward and 22nd dec return . I have been asked to reschedule online from their website . I rescheduled and received message that customer care will contact me within 2 hr . I did not receive call from their end . I got one call from from[protected] number but they did not spoke anything and then call disconnected . Then i received message that contact to this number number within 2 hr [protected] or contact air line or elase your booking will not be rescheduled. I contacted customer care but they did not do anything and suggested me to cancel the rescheduling and again apply for reshedule.Then when i gain going for the rescheduling then error message is displayed and i was not able to reschedule . I called customer care at least 10 times but they were not able to resolve the issue Finally i think i have to move to consumer court . I have send the mail also regarding all details

                                  They are saying their website is having some technical problem and forcing me to cancel the ticket and book the fresh one.
                                  What i can do in that case .
                                  I am planning to go for the legal option.
                                  I called then more than 10 times since day before yesterday but no one from their end has contacted me .

                                    Hi, I'm writing this email to your bring to your attention my disappointing experience with goibibo.com.I have been a regular in booking flight tickets with goibibo.com, and when i was in urgent need of a bus ticket from bangalore to hyderabad, Goibibo.com was my obvious choice. On 6th October 2.40 am, I booked a bus ticket from Goibibo.com for hyderabad.Following are the details of the bus ticket as per email sent to me after payment confirmation-From: Bangalore To: HyderabadNew Dhanunjaya Travels - Volvo A/c Multi Axle Semi Sleeper(2+2) Seat number : R13, Departure Time : 12.30pmBoarding point - Opp To Hebbal Crime Police station bus stop Booking Date : 6th October 2014, Booking ID : GOBUS66c0a[protected]Online Payment - Rs.800Name of Passenger- Surabhi Sinha, Contact no - +91 [protected]On reaching the boarding point at 12.20 pm we tried calling the operators number- [protected], [protected] to get the details of the bus, but it was unreachable .Calling the goibibo helpline - [protected] didn't prove to be helpful either. It was busy a couple of times after which my call was received finally(around 1 pm) by operator named Shweta who checked with the booking details and informed that even she couldn't contact the tour operators.Finally she offered a callback after 15 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes we tried calling the helpline again which was reachable only after 4-5 times of calling.This time the operator just placed on hold for about 8 minutes without bothering to inform about the status of the bus.On calling again I had to request a manager to speak to me as it was already 2 pm . This time my call was attended by Harish who called himself the highest authority present at the helpdesk. On informing for the umpteenth time that the bus had still not come, he asked us to wait till 6.30 for another bus. After hours of waiting this suggestion was not helping at all. On requesting to provide an alternative arrangement so that I should reach Hyderabad on time and being a single lady travelling i didn't want to take risk by delaying this any further, Mr. Harish refused any assistance and asked us to arrange ourselves an alternative. He also assured that the complete amount will be refunded as soon as possible.We somehow managed to get another transportation for the journey to hyderabad but around 5 pm I received another message informing of another ticket booked on my behalf for 5.30 pm.On calling the ibibo helpline I spoke with Deepak who refused to acknowledge any refund and said that the refund can be processed only after confirmation from the tour operator.Not only did I not get the bus service for which the payment was made and confirmed, I was kept waiting for hours and was not informed before hand about any delay and also no alternative was provided for the inconvenience and delay caused.Moreover the responses of the staff at the goibibo helpline was cold and frustrating.I request you to please assist in this matter so that I get back the refund of the bus ticket for the service which was never provided.

                                      Hi, I did a hotel reservation from Goibibo.com seeing the images provided by the site and reading the reviews. By booking id is: HTLHAE7L5Z. I booked it for “Hotel new Slimog”. Moreover image provided on booking confirmation is also not correct. The image provided on ticket is of ”Slimog Garden” just a block away from the “Hotel New Slimog”. I had to check in on 2nd of Oct and Check out on 5th of Oct. Although I had to check in because I had not option at that time because I was with my family. Geyser was not working, floor was broken at various places. By the evening of 2nd Oct I checked out because I didn’t want to ruin my trip. On 2nd Oct around 8 or 9 PM, I first called Goibibo .com for my cancellation and compliant but they didn’t responded. Again several time I called but same the result. Now, today on 6th of Oct they are calling me and saying, you check out time has passed so representative can’t help me. On my situation he given me some email id ad told me to drop a mail regarding this ([protected]@goibibo.com and [protected]@goibibo.com ). The representative was not sure that what to do so I am writing to you people. Is it ok to provide wrong image in email or on website? I don’t think so. We have laws regarding this. Please suggest.

Reference:[protected]IGZ1597359 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA O Either SBI Internet banking service has been compromised and passwords are leaked, or This is some fraud web service used to do fraud transactions(Cyber crime) by targeting different accounts online. It's a Gurgaon based service and should be investigated under CYBER CRIME.
