I have savilngs account in sbi main branch in nellore dist. bearing no [protected] with netbanking facility. while I am doing transactilons in net I wrongly credited the amount of Rs.5060/- (Rupees Five thousand and sixty only) to ICICI Bank account NO.[protected] instead of[protected].

I request you to debit the said amount from[protected] to my account [protected] at an eaarliest

My attitude regarding my complaint is to recover the my amount. and My suggestion is do not register the account if name and account number is not tallied

    On 7-5-2012, I had made on online bill payment (Payment Id [protected] for recharging my Airtel mobile (Mobile number:[protected] by a top up amount of Rs.120. The top up amount was deducted immediately from my bank balance but the top up has not been applied till date.

        Hi,

        I have a 4 units of ICICI Tax Saving Bond (022002-TSB) with face value of Rs.8950 each. The redemption was due on 27th Sep 2008 but I have not received the redemption amount till date,

        The bond holder number is[protected] and certificate number is 3418. The Bond numbers are 7956, 7957, 7958 and 7959.

        I tried to redeem this but was told that the bonds have been already redeemed - I haven't redeemed the bonds and the original bond is still with me!!!

        Tried calling ICICI team for help, but to no avail.

        IDBI Bank — Redemption amount not received

        Hi,

        I have a 4 units of IDBI Infrastructure Bonds (2001B) with face value of Rs.7000 each. The redemption was due on 30th Jul 2004 but I have not received the redemption amount till date,

        The regd folio number is 10IFB1700912 and certificate number is[protected]. The Bond numbers are 904032, 904033, 904034 and 904035.

        I tried to redeem this but was told that the bonds have been already redeemed - I haven't redeemed the bonds and the original bond is still with me!!!

        Tried calling IDBI team for help, but to no avail.

          There is scheme of 150 cash back on first 3 transaction of 500 within 60 days of opening an account in ICICI bank.
          I did same as three transation under 1st month but still i didn't receive any cash back from there side.

          I always call to customer care but they did not reply with any answer, but shocking is that they did not know about this scheme.
          then i call to the manager name as "NEERAJ", but he is saying that this is in process. I mailed with detail to neeraj last two week before.
          But he is not responding me well.

          I dont know why they do like this, 150 is not a big amount, but we are .
          We know our right.

            As per the below mail i have submitted the my PF Form 3 times in your Delhi Office/ Mumbai office, now every last movement when the PF withdrawl amount will come asper the given TAT team says that the form is Not received/Incomplete/signature mismatch if there is any internal issue then why don't you resolved the same internally for the same why i should bear for it. I have resigned in month of oct 09 & still i have suffering for claim of my withdrawl PF amount.

            ICICIBank-Bank Of Maharastra — Amount is not credited in Maharastra Bank, Nagpur

            I have my account in ICICI Bank.[protected]Krishnakamal Lilhare - Secunderabad Branch [Hyderabad])
            I had made a transaction of 3000/- Rs. on 4-Aug-09 thru netbanking to Bank Of Maharastra-Branch MIDC Hingna, Nagpur [Account No. [protected] Nilkamal Lilhare]. In My ICICIbank Account showing transaction is successful but still not credited in Maharastra bank Account.
            I had made a call to both banks but no satisfactory answer is getting. Transaction reference is provided (Ref.:[protected] on 5thAug 09:30 am) by ICICI bank.

              on 17th of june i had applied for a new icici bank account and i was informed that my account will be activated before 7 working days, but it has't being activated since, i've allready complained it to the required personal (Mr.Zachariah Jose-Branch Manager [gudur]) but still my account is not acctivated, i request you to take required action immediately and activate my account as soon as possible..

                My husband was wrongly charged on the credit card usage by the bank. he fought for it and the bank apologised as well but they have balck listed him and he is unable to clear back ground verification for a small loan amount of Rs 50,000.                   Sir, i had to deposit amount of 20000rs through cheque. In the deposit slip of ICICI bank, i wrote incorrect Account no and respectively wrote also the name of account holder assuming it was right. If account no is wrong, even name will be wrong, Isnt it?. I am worried is the amount deposited in wrong account no which i written incorrectly??

                      would like to say that ICICI banks customer service is all gone to dogs. I tried to do online transaction yesterday morning but failed and my Debit card was blocked. I contacted icici customer service executive at 4 PM. yesterday, after verifying my ID
                      he assured me that the same will be unblocked in 40/45 minutes time since again i was trying to do the online transaction, found it was not unblocked till 9 PM then again I contacted ur customer service executive Mr.Basant, he again assured the unblocking will be done in 30 minutes time. But sorry to say you people do nothing but give assurance like our politicians. As while trying to do the transaction next day (today) also the position was not changed and was forced to find some alternative source of payment.

                      This is not the First time this disgusting and frustrating experience from icici Bank customer servce people. In last July also was handed the most bitter of the experience. While leaving for abroad I had purchased icici forax Card but as the online transaction pass word given was illegible /miss print, I requested ur customer service to allot me the same and as I had only a few hrs left for my flight, he assured me the needful will be done in two hrs time.
                      But what a disgusting experience I was issued the alternate pass word at the fag end of my planned stay at UK, jeopardizing my whole tour program me as for the want of the pass word I could not arrange for my online travels and was stuck up at London itself. Resultingly Had to get the refund of most of my unused Foreign exchange. Was so frustrated that had made up my mind to sue the ICICI bank but for some employees at icici Lokhandwala branch, I had to give up the same.

                      But ICICI CUSTOMER CARE people are disgusting lot and now made to firm up my mind to EXIT from this customer UNFRIENDLY and UNCARING bank. I have been maintaining over a lac balance in my saving bank account..But who cares. I hope others also must be facing such lethargic attitude from your uncaring staff.

                        I was pressurised by the bank(Phone banking) to get personal loan on my credit card. Now the bank claims that the loan was sanctioned to me on my own request. Eventhough I contacted the bank regarding the loan matter several times, it denies to accept it. It deducted money from my saving account itself without justice for several years. They harrassed me about the loan repayment. I replied them several time about loan repayment in written. Without cosidering my responst to their phone calling, the bank goes on their own policy.                           Never give your bank credentials on the net. Call the icici bank call center number(pick it from the icici bank website) and you can reset your atm there by answering simple question,

                              I would like to bring to your kind notice that recovery agent put by your ICICI Bank Rohini branch of New Delhi has torured me mentally full day on 03-May-2012. I kep on getting the call for > 100 times full day from phone no[protected] on my mobile no [protected].

                              I am situated in Ahmedabad and recovery agent was calling me for Anil Chaturvedi M no [protected]. Anil Chaturvedi has some dispute case with your Rohini branch and I told very clearly that he works in Tata Motors Ahmedabad as one of the employee and I am also employee of Tata Motor and has no relation ship with Anil and therefore can not do any help to them and they should not disturb me. But full day they have disturbed me and I was busy in high level business meeting. Even the girl who was calling was abusing me and saying that I am a CHOR.

                              This has disturbed me very much. I request you to instruct your recovery agent to stop calling and disturbing me immediately and send me apology letter from them and ICICI bank both.

                                This is to inform you that I had purchased a "ICICI Bank Travel Card Corporate-[protected]" through one of your authorized agent in Rajouri Garden( West Delhi) against advance payment and dealer had charged the card fees......

                                It was a horrible and astonished experience for me that card doesn't work out in Hong Kong; it becomes a very shameful and bitter experience when my card get declines & the reason mentioned that the card is not activated or approved by bank authority......this is the way "YOU DEAL WITH UR CUSTOMERS".

                                WHY YOU ARE QUOTING IN YOUR MAILS I.E "You would be happy to note that your ICICI Bank Travel Card 4731XXXXXXXX8733 is activated and the card is loaded with USD 200"........ this clear shows the consiparacy between your staff and the the dealer.....this the way you cheat with innocent people..... It is a very serious matter; who will bear the loss for 4 days for which avail this facility from INDIA.

                                I sincerely demands the COMPENSATION FOR LAST 5 DAYS AS I FACE A REAL HUMILATION IN NEW COUNTRY FOR NOT HAVING A FOOD & ETC., I HAD A VERY SORRY & CUT FIGURE FOR ICICI BANK SO CALLED CUSTOMER FRIENDLY BANK.

                                PLEASE REPLY IMMEDIATELY AND TAKE UP SOME URGENT FOLLOW UP WITH THE Dealer and the bank personal who has issued this card, otherwise I LEFT WITH NO CHOICE TO REPORT THIS CASE WITH MY LEGAL ADVISER AND LOCAL POLICE STATION TO TAKE UP THIS MATTER.

                                  ReliefIndia is a big scam. Their website also redirects to projection.org and payments are also routed to an alias bank account. I also donated Rs 7500 to them once but later learnt that it was a scam when I myself requested a friend to check up on the child of the name they gave me at AIIMS. The child was there alright ( these scamsters find genuine cases admitted at AIIMS to use) but neither was the child from a poor and needy background nor had his parents ever heard of Relief India Trust or got any money from them.

                                    I am highly depressed and shocked after seeing a letter from you Bank (ref nos.[protected]; which written about the outstanding of Rs16750.37 INR (deliberated outstanding) in credit card account (4477XXXXXXXX7003). This credit card account has been taken in 2003 by me and also closed due to very poor response from your Credit card branch. Please refer attached scan document where you may find the evidence of my communication to your branch long time back (2004-5). I return back the cut pieces of Credit card to you branch along with my application to close account immediately after the teleconference with customer care at that time.

                                    As, I have saving account with your branch in Indore (0041010XXXXX); your Lien/Credit card department forcedly block my balance deposits with this account number without any prior notice/intimation. Why this today?
                                    Moreover, I did not received any notice or communication from the Credit card division/ICICI Bank about the outstanding since 2004 and I was in perception that there is no any concern or problem in connection with mine closed Credit card account.

                                    Then from where this outstanding come suddenly after nine years? Your officers are harassing me now during teleconference? I never hide any information about me since long time with the ICICI Bank records. In addition to that I have Loan, Insurance and saving account with the ICICI Bank and did not face any problem. Then from where this new surprise come in front of me.

                                    I request to senior official of the ICICI bank that Please look into the matter so that I have faith on regulatory mechanism of your organization to pursue further as well as current commercial relations.
                                    On 1st of May 2012 received the letter about the lien marked on my bank account towards unpaid outstanding dues; and immediately call the customer care executive so that the scheduled ICICI home loan EMI on 7th May 2012 will not suffer and I have another surprise of penalty. Unfortunately they did not help me and that’s why I am escalating this matter to you.

                                      This mail is regarding my credit card No.[protected], I've made a transaction of Rs.13000 in the month of March 09, and converted it into EMI, I've been informed by the rep that in the next statement only processing fees will be charged and in the subsequent month EMI will start i.e in the month of May 09.

                                      But to my surprise I've been charged both the processing fee & EMI in the month of Apr 09, I called Cust Care before my Due date and enquire abt the same, He told me not to make the payment and also confirmed that i'll receive call within 48hrs frm ICICI, which i hav'nt received till date.

                                      In the month of May 09 i made the payment of Rs.5821, and also called Cust Care to update the same..I did'nt paid EMI for the 1st month, which i was not suppose to pay as it was a mistake from your side, and i also hav'nt paid the extra charges which i am not liable to pay for,

                                      your customer service is so pathetic, that i finally give up calling it, as i was very confident that they dnt hav solution for my problem, and they dnt even bother abt the customer, Whenever i called cust care i've just wasted my time and money,

                                      I am posting this mail because i am getting calls frm your collection agencies, If after this mail i receive any call frm them i'll pull ICICI in consumer court, and i want my credit records to be clear, why should i pay for your mistakes and negligence.

                                      Your Customer Service is the best way to cause Harassment & Agony to the customers.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        1. CLOSURE OF DEMAT ACCOUNT
                                        I opted for closure of my Demat Account with ICICI BANK, and in connection with this, I have submitted an application in the Trichy, court branch in person in the year - 2008; Then I shifted my residence to WADI, GULBARGA DIST, KARNATAKA.

                                        Even now they have not taken any action to close my account; Still they are deducting amount to Demat Services.
                                        Since, opening Demat A/c with ICICI, I have not at all used the services.

                                        While it is their turn for deduction or any other action it happens immediately without notice, If it is ours request goes a long process to contact the customer care and series of calls thats all- no action.

                                        2. CHANGE OF ADDRESS & NON RECEIPT OF ACCOUNT STATEMENT
                                        Similarly, I have submitted an application along with required documents for change of address and request for sending the account statements in May-2011.

                                        Still, I have not received the any Account Statement.

                                        3. DUPLICATION OF DEDUCTION OF ANNUAL FEES FOR DEBIT CARD 2006,2007
                                        I hve visited the bank branch at SRIRANGAM and shown that they have deducted twice for the Debit card in my name and also twice for the debit card in my wifes name within the period of One year during 2006 and also during 2007. I have given an application for reversal of the duplication amount. In connection with this, they have advised to talk to another person regarding the same which I did so. But, tilldate there is no response.

                                        No one takes the responsibility for such things and our lot of effort and money is wasted in phone calls and they simply hang the call and transfer to different persons which is not having any fruitful results even after successive calls. There is no continuity or accountability of such calls and complaints. Customer care becomes customer trouble. It has to be addressed with some accountability and they have to revert back with actions and feedback instead of repeated followup.


                                        This is the case with lot of companies.
