Sir, April, 19.2012
My ICICI Bank Credit Card no. is [protected]. It is with me from 03/08. Its expiry was last month, so I get new credit card from courier. Old card I replaced with new one. This new card I have never use for any transaction till date 19.04.2012. You can check its status through on line your system.
But today I get a message at 2.37 Pm.
“Dear Customer, APIN has been generated for your Credit Card xx1002. If the same has not been generated by you, please call our Customer Care immediately.” 19/04/2012 2:37 PM
I was in my Office, After This I Immediately call many time to Costumer care immediately, but some time line an-gad, two time I call connected to Costumer care and follow instruction to block card but meanwhile call dropped at mid, after some again calls to center I talk to costumer executives, but I am unable to get any information regarding my card. You can check its status through on line your system. My registered no. is [protected].
Unfortunately after 6.32 I get new message that
“ A transaction of INR 32,700.00 on 19-APR-12 On Card XXXX1002 is made at WWW.FLIPKART.CO. Available Cr.limit is Rs.41,848.88. Total Cr.limit is Rs.75,000.00” 19/04/2012 6:32 PM
I immediately rushed to ICICI Bank Branch there bank was already closed, After my request they attend my problem and they block online card.
After this bank’s employ call to Costumer care many unsuccessful attempted they contact to Costumer care and they record my complain at SR[protected], Executive was Mr. Ismil about at 7.00 PM.
I am a costumer of your credit card since 03/2008. Due to this period till date I was never deflator, never cheque bounced. ICICI award me this credit card on my saving bank status. Kindly consider also this point in mind.
Above my given statement are true in best of my knowledge. I never share my PIN, Password, to any one and never use new card for any transaction till date.
Pl. do not add this transaction in my billing, and find out who do this Misbehavior/ fraud.
Here I attached some photo’s that showing how many time I try to contact ICICI Costumer care but unsuccessful. I was truly conscious for card but some miss happening happened.

    my balance has been unneccessarily deducted as "QAB chgs" (842.70) on 19/04/12.I am facing lots of problem regarding my acc balance,whenever cash is debited into my account, 165 rs is deducted from my account balance.please help me out.
    avineet here.my icici acc no is"[protected]".please resolve my problem as soon as possible.most of the time icici people are unfairely deducting money from my account.I have opened my account in bihar("icici munger") and my minimum balance is 5000rs but when 842.70 rs has been deducted, it was 5700 rs so how they can do this..please help me...

      recently i have attended the icici bank exam in feb 2012.I cleared written test and gd and i performed well in personal interview.I waited two months for the result and then i could not find even a single tamil name in the merit list.if you look at the merit list you could find only khans,singhs,guptas..................i hate icici.I request icici to stop their interview process in tamilnadu.

        Hi,

        This is Brijesh Shyamlal Kuswhaha (younger) b/o Ramesh Shyamlal Kushwaha who is in defaulter list of ICICI Bank Credit Card since March 2009. My brother holded ICICI Bank Gold Card having No.447747******6029. Due to recession he lost his job and because of that was not able to pay his Credit card dues till now.
        So on his behalf, i want to close his dues in settlement form.
        His last statement having total amount due was Rs.57947.49/- which was sent to me by ICICI Bank Executives Mr. Jatin Shinde (debt Manager-cards) dated 20th March 2009. Whereas my brothers total credit limit was Rs.56175.00 but now total dues are reflected Rs.57947.49/- which can't be happened.
        The said amount includes too many charges i.e. late payment, overdue, interest etc.

        As per my ability, i am ready to settle his dues in around of Rs.15k to 20K on behalf of my brother. If possible the same please arrange some professional executives who handle the case smoothly without any harassment.

            Dear Sir,

            I took Auto Loan Rs, 1,40,000/- from ICICI bank (LAN No: LADEL[protected]) in Feb. 2004 and paid all my EMI's through Cheque. My last cheque (vide no. 554324 dated : 1/1/2009) was cleared.

            When I was checking my CIBIL report I found that ICICI Bank has claimed an outstanding about of Rs. 2949.00/- in Cibil report. They never called or updated me about any such outstanding amount.

            Please check to resolve the issue.

              I have been getting calls for payment recovery of my uncle who had taken loan and is not able to do the repayment now. ICICI is saying that my number was given as reference at the time of taking loan but I am not aware about the same and now I am being harresed for the same for no fault of mine and when asked them why dint you do the reference check before so the reply which I got was very rude.

                  I am having S.B.A/C,with auto Sweep facility since begining(2005) to get good interest on saving balance,I am outstation posting now,earlier I was getting it's benefit but now from last few years bank is giving normal interest,I contacted branch&call centre many times after taking leave from office went home station branch but no resolution received till date,I was/am maintaining handsome balance but it feels like cheeting,without my written permission bank stopped my opted facility(for which I have opened account in ICICI)and giving me loss.
                  Pls. correct the interest rate on my account and give me credit balance amount from the date of facility stopped by bank without my permission.
                  By this I am loosing my confidence on one of biggest branded bank and very much puzzled,it looks as bank is tourchering me and available officers are showing them helpless,for which they are paid of,no one accepted my application,shown they are busy with other clients,no one bring my case in to knowledge of higher officials and as i am posted outside allahabad on responsible post,it's very difficult to difficult to take leave on working days every time and do follow up with bank around 350 K.m.
                  if my problem is not understand and not find proper resolution i will be bound to take the help of RBI/Court.
                  Pls. do the needful on top most urgent basis.

                    A person talked to me stating that I was allotted a gold card issued by the central govt..where I can use the card unlimited purchasing with 30% discount ....then I will be gifted by reebok shoe and 3days of a holiday resort coupon.They told my home address very correctly....then only I got the faith and they asked me to type the 14 digit card number,date of expiry,month, and CVV number...within second I got a sms rs 5500/ Debited from my card to cellnext solution...the next day I came to know that it is a scam through forums...I dont know what to do...I kindly request you to recover my money ...whenever I call them they set a voice mail that the number is busy..thus I lost my money and peace of mind.....

                    We refer to our earlier e-mail of April 17, 2012 regarding your ICICI Bank Credit Card 4629XXXXXXXX5019.

                    On receipt of your complaint we have investigated the case and we understand that you had received a call from a fraudster stating that you were selected for a free card. We confirm having done our investigations that the call is made from our bank and would like to state that you are a victim of a perpetrated fraud. It is pertinent to state that our bank has been continuously educating the customers through media for being cautious in handling the credit cards/phishing frauds. We further understand that you had provided the card number and other details to the fraudster in good faith assuming that the person is from ICICI Bank. We confirm that our bank does not have any process of calling the customers to inform that you are offered a free card.

                    It is unfortunate to note that you had not checked the credentials of the person and did not exercise any due diligence in ascertaining his identity before providing the card details to an outsider/fraudster which resulted in a cause of complaint/fraud. In this connection, we like to draw your attention to the terms and conditions of the usage of the card and would like to reproduce the verbatim of the same for your ready reference.

                    The card member is responsible for the security of the card and shall take all steps towards ensuring that the card is not misused. In the event that ICICI Bank determines that the card member has failed to take the steps as mentioned above in case of loss/theft/destruction of the card and the same are questionable, financial liability on the lost, stolen or damaged card would rest with the card member and could even result in cancellation of the card account.

                    The card member is responsible for the security of the card and shall take all steps towards ensuring that the card is not misused. In the event that ICICI Bank determines that the aforementioned steps are questionable, financial liability on the lost, stolen, misused or damaged card would rest with the card member.

                    It is relevant to mention here that customer had indemnified the bank that card member will not hold bank liable in case of improper/fraudulent/unauthorised use of card and bank will also not be liable for any consequence connected with the use/misuse of the card by any third party due to card details falling in the hands of any third party and if the third party gain access to the services including the card account, card member will be responsible and shall indemnify bank against any liability, cost or damages arising out of such misuse/use by the third party.

                    Further, as per the terms and conditions under which the card was issued to and accepted by you, you are bound to make payment for the transactions.

                    To avoid any such misuse we request you not to provide any details regarding credit card account to unauthorized personal or organisation.

                    ICICI Bank has offered the credit card facility to the customers on certain terms and conditions and customers had duly accepted the said terms and conditions agreed to abide by the terms and conditions o[censored]sing the said credit card. However, you had negligently handled the card and provided the details of the card to the person allegedly imposed himself from the bank. Thereafter, card was allegedly misused by the person.

                    In view of the above said backdrop, you were negligent in handling the card and the bank will not be liable for any claim of refund.

                    The outstanding balance due on your ICICI Bank Credit Card 4629XXXXXXXX5019 is Rs. 21, 414.50 as on April 23, 2012.

                    We request you to make the payment of the outstanding balance on your credit card account to avoid levy of financial charges.

                      how can I convert my savings into salary account. the executive promised me that it can converted to salary easily while I was opening this ac.
                      the salary has been coming into this account for almost a year now.

                        sir.this is to draw your kind attension on to the fact that at 9th of may ,2011 i have used the punjab national bank atm at[protected] with the atm code of D5417100 with my icici atm card. i have tried to withdraw the amount of 10,000 from that atm.The atm slip shows the transcation is diclined but i did not received any cash from the same atm. when i have checked from other atm it showed 10,000 less balance in my account kindly see into the matter and try to refund my hard earned money back to me.

                          This is Arun prasad.Iam having AXIS bank debit card.On Saturday (6th april 2012), I tried to withdraw an amount (Rs.1200) from ICICI BANK ATM CHENNAI 070412.
                          The transaction was failed.
                          So I left and have logged in Iconnect to check my account transaction details. I have found that the amount 1200 was debited from my account at the ICICI BANK ATM 070412 irrespective of failed transaction.

                          samething happended to me few months back in axis bank atm in which i got failed transaction for ICICI debit card for 1000 INR. i have logged the complaint to ICICI bank and my money was credited to my account within 48 hours. So dont worry. you will get your money as soon as you approch your bank.

                            I m basically took loan of Rs.50,000 /- from ICICI Bank, and also i paid 11 EMI which is amounting Rs.37,450 /- ..
                            Due to financial and family problem i am not paid rest other 21 EMI, Hence the ICICI People totaly made due As 1,10,000 /-. Every day they irritating by phone calls and behaving like rowdies..

                            Hence I am upset about this..

                            Is is necessary to pay them again which they are asking...

This cheque was deposited in ICICI ATM,Kolkata....so as per Kolkata ICICI bank,it has been sent back to ICICI-bond dept.So my complaints are:
                                1.Before send the cheque they did not inform anything.
                                2.In 5 years customer is getting Rs.15890 , against Rs.15000......whether it is justified.
                                3.Why bank account no.had been mentioned in cheque.......my previous bank account had been closed,I may deposit in my current ICICI savings account.ICICI A/C no.[protected][PRABIR KUMAR DAS]Bhawanipur Branch,Kolkata
                                4.All documents were sent to icici customer care....but not received any satisfactory reply.

                                  hi ,I am Avinash Kumar B i work for an MNC,my salary account is linked with icici bank.As being a salary account i requested them for a credit card,they sent an executive to my place i gave him all the necessary documnets and proofs.After few days i got an mail from icici bank that they have recieed my application and i have to respond to the mail in orer to complete the process.After replying for the mail after 1 and half week i dint get any respone,so i called the Executive office who helped me in applying for the credit card,he checked the status and he said me that my card is declined to the age limit .I called the the customare care and they said that i am under age for the card, i asked them u should not have opened my account also then they said that they are also not sure with the clause and they will confirm with they senior and let me know,then they senior executive said me that they is an age limit of 23 years for the appplying of the credit card.It is really an reepy and foolish reply ,i asked themn does ur executive office doesnot know to helped to fill the application for credit card,then he keep on saying sorry sir your card is declined due to under age.I didnot expect this kind of service from India`s one of the leading bank.
                                  And upon that the customer care executive really are dumbs.

                                  Recently I have received a call from Neha Gupta who is working in ICICI Branch office, Begumpet, Hyderabad, AP. She called me from Land Number-[protected]. She had explained me about new offer on coralcredit card which ICICI bank is providing to corporate employees with zero annual chargesand she said it is life time free card. As I am a salaried employee of ICICI she offered me this services and I was interested in this offer and agreed for it with zero charges and submitted all required documents to concerned ICICI person. Finally before I received the card i got statement which shows joing fee is 500 and service tax is 61 . I called Neha immediately, However, I never got any response from her after that call and later she started ignoring my calls and not answering my calls. If I call from another number then also she is not picking calls. I have also raised this issue with customer care people they gave the service request no :[protected], but nothing happened as of now.


                                  I am really disappointed with the services that ICICI employee providing to a trusted customers like us. Just to reach her daily/monthly target she is cheating the valued ICICI customers.I would request you to take serious action on her and help me in cancelling the card with no charges.
