My name is Hitendra Dewangan. I had ICICI Bank credit card and i already settled the credit card payment in July 2010. Now i dont have ICICI bank credit card. i am applying for another credit card from another bank but they are telling me you are not applicable for Credit card. May be my name is in Black List. Please help, how can i know my name is in black list or not.

    Withdrawal of cash with ICICI card through SBI ATM

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I am an existing account holder from ICICI bank.I stay in Gurgaon and i go to chandigarh.There at Sec-43 ISBT there is SBI ATM cabin there they have 3 ATM machine, i had to withdraw 2,500/- but when i swiped my ICICI ATM CARD in to SBI ATM then after entring my PIN the machine becomes hang and i wait for some time and then i presses CANCEL button 4-5 times and it cancel it.         Dear Sir,

        I Mr. Nanduri Uma Mahesh Resident of Hyderabad at G3 Balaji Arcade, East Anand Bagh, Malkajgiri - Hyd, an Existing Credit Card Holder of the ICICI Bank with Card No : [protected] of Master Card Type. On 20th June 2012, I had one Transaction of Rs/- 1313 at Shiva Shakthi Bar & Restaurant Located at Anand Bagh, Hyderabad. But Unfortunatley, The Bank has deducted the above said amount for Twice on my card. Regarding this, I already spoken to the customer care executive but there is no proper response from their side. I have taken the online credit card machine statement from the restuarant,which was showing me for only one time transaction had done from the restaurant. So I request you to credit the deducted amount for my card as early as possible else, I will take legal action on the ICICI BANK regarding this...

        Individual — Excess billing in June 2014

        Consumer Number : [protected]. Customer ID : [protected] Dear Sir, With utter dismay I would like to draw your immediate attention to investigate the astounding amount appearing in my June Bill: 1287 units (Rs.10210) . Interestingly my May Bill reached with "Zero" amount . As we were away from home, we were unable to registrar a separate complain for zero billing which was also absurd . It is a small dwelling unit comprising of two rooms occupied by only two senior citizens! As it is a flat with multiple dwelling units, please check your records and relieve me from the unjustified burden at your earliest. Regards Kamal Banerjee

          I had applied for a home loan from ICICI Bank as I had been a regular customer of the bank for a long time for its varied suit of products like savings a/c, property loan, credit card, etc.
          I had applied for a loan of 15 lakhs and while applying I was told that I am eligible for a loan of 24 lakhs, so be it through whatever stringent checks they perform I would easily get 15 Lakhs.
          My credit history is good with no defaults or delays on any payments.
          I was told that I can make either of my parent or my wife as my co-applicant and i had opted for my father as he is helping me in financing my down payment.
          And then followed a flurry of phone calls from people of rank and file asking the same set of questions again and again. I patiently answered each one of them, and finally the call from the credit manager. He admitted that my credit history and asked me questions about each entry on my payslip.
          After explaining all that to him, he asked would it be ok to change the co-applicant to my wife. I said it was a family thing and a token of respect for my dad that I would want him to be the co-applicant. I had also informed him straight that if that is a hindrance then I would not want the loan.
          I had other banks as options. He confirmed that it won't be a problem.

          After again a series of procedures, ICICI sanctioned a loan of 14 Lakhs. I was surprised and requested to speak to the Credit manager to understand how this happened. But he was not willing to speak.
          With hardly a couple of days left for the signing of agreement, I agreed to the loan amount as going through the process again with some other bank would take time which I didn't have. Since the sanction was done, I thought now things would be smoother.

          Hradly did I expect that things would get funnier.
          Even after the sanction was done, ICICI informed that they would not be able to disburse the amount unless I change my co-applicant to my wife. I was taken aback and informed the guy who was dealing with me from the bank about the conversation I had with the credit manager. The guy spoke to his supervisors and then one of his seniors called and said they would be able to do it only if I take an insurance along with that from ICICI prudential. I was bemused. If they were not able to enhance my loan amount by 1 Lakh they expected me to take an insurance of 50K. However hard I tried to argue about this point they were not ready to listen.
          With the date of signing the agreement already past and since I started getting reminders from my builder, I finally had to accept their terms.

          Even with all this, I was asked to submit statements of FD and other assets to justify that I had money to pay for the difference amount that I had to pay the builder.

          After I received the Insurance documents, I saw a clause stating that I can cancel the insurance within 15 days. I thought of resorting to that and have applied for a cancellation. It is under process at the time of writing this mail.

          The story doesn't end here. In the welcome letter that I have received for the home loan, it was mentioned that I have been registered for Pre-EMI when I had clearly mentioned that I wanted to pay EMI on the amount that is being disbursed. (it is a property under construction, so the bank would be disbursing the money to the builder in installments). When I checked with the bank, I was told that it was a typo as some clerical person had filled the form incorrectly and it would take two days to get it fixed.
          More than 10 days have passed and I am still waiting for the correction to take place. Today, I was informed that until the correction is done, whatever Pre-EMI I would have paid will not be adjusted to the EMI.

          This is a testimony of the unscrupulous and insensitive behavior of the banks taking into advantage of the trust and helplessness of the customers. Sweet talk at the beginning and as one crosses the point of no return, the mask of "khayal aapka" comes off to reveal the ugly faces.

          I hope ICICI Bank listens to this or else I am going to fight this with all my might and grit.

            respective sir,
            employs false commitment and lack of knowledge about product shows a unprofessional attitude. they convince me to by gold from them in a higher rate than market by saying we have jewellery shop owners who will purchase in a good rate we will organise.and also take loan from us by depositing those gold for which your interest will be payable at the time of closing of loan.one more thing this is not a personal loan I deposited my gold for loan for which they cut higher processing fees and also interest of that processing fees for that month.I got the cheque book to withdraw the loan amount after 20 days but they dont support or behave properly to solve my requirement which they have told within 3-7 days you will able to operate.I have to wait for 20 days for my money which they putted in buying gold for there target.Does the bank will pay me yhe intrest for that.I have given 4 months interest just for a safe side,but due to some problem not able to pay the interest of last 4 month(as they told no interest required to pay) they called me and without any written notice and anything says that pay within a day or we will forward it for auction.I request them to give me some time and is there any letter or list of customers who are asked for such thing.They said yes but we dont show you,we will not give you time directly send it for auction and the manager said I have a buyer ,he will take immediately but the price he says is 25,400 per 10 gram which they sold me in 29,000 approx-9 month before(27500 that day rate approx).The manager and staffs planed to take some profit by fearing me.they harass me full day for that………….any how I adjust from some where and manage.2nd issue-my son opened a current account to operate business,he requir higher cash deposits without charges ,he paid 43000 approx charges in a month and closed the account disheartedly which the manager and the marketing staffs say s it’s a mistake from our side to don’t have the proper knowledge of the account you required-we will get back your charged ammount-waited for 2 month nothing happened .we are being a good customer all time we have 5 saving accounts and 3 cuttent accounts and promoted several accounts,we done high transactions,purchased gold ,taken loan alwayes supported bank staffs for there target for a friendly jesture and now we are forced to close all the relations with the bank and will definitely look to withdraw maximum accounts with the bank promoted by us and others .we have been cheated all the time false commitment ,maximum staffs don’t know about their loan ,account and other products most of all how to behave with customers.I will definitely go for a legal action.

              Hi,

              I had opened of the gold account with ICICI Bank,Marathahalli Branch in month of May. The details are below :-
              Account No. :[protected]
              Customer no. :[protected]

              However, due to some unexplained reasons, this account never got activated till date due to which I was forced to submit the withdraw letter dated 19th June. But still I am still able to login in to the account using netbanking and I have still not got the cheque of Rs.50,000 which I had issued to open the account.

              The bank people are stating that the account will first open, then you transfer the amt to some other account and close the above account. Now, my question is if they have accepted my withdraw form, then why do they want to open the account?

              Also, as the account is still not activated till date, when it will open and when shall I close it.

              I have already made some 10 visits regarding this account to the Marathahalli branch but the bank people are not co-operating. One time they say that account is closed and they accept the kit, but when I ask them to return the cheque, they say that cheque is required to open the account, they return the kit and they say to withdraw the amount through ATM and close the account.

              I request ICICI people to close this account without any further delay.

                  A withdrawal of amount 20,000 on my account[protected] on May 31 2012, description stating "IPS DX DT 20.05 GR THANGA MALI" is not a valid deduction, I did not do any such transaction.

                  Please note that the same amount got deducted with the same kind of description last year(Oct 5 2011) I followed up with ICICI people then it got refunded on Oct 11 2011, the same issue I face again, please address this issue as soon as possible and make sure this kind of wrong deduction never happen again. Kindly assist.

                  I checked with ICICI customer care and got call back ref #: SR[protected].

                  For the issue, I got a reply from ICICI as follows:

                  We thank you for your patience.
                  Referring to the reference number vide SR[protected], Please note that the transaction was done on May 20, 2012 towards G R THANGA MALIGAI FIRM but claim from the merchant side was received on May 31, 2012 based on which your account was debited.

                  For further assistance, we request you to check with the merchant for further clarification.

                  We look forward to more opportunities to be of service to you.

                  So I started my follow ups again and checked with GRT accounts section.
                  From GRT they have confirmed the issue is from ICICI, and the amount needs to be refunded to my account.It is almost a month over I am doing the follow up on a regular basis.Please do the necessary at the earliest refunding the amount otherwise I may need to close my account due to poor customer service from your end.

                    Respected Ms/Mrs Kochhar,

                    I bring to your notice the appallng customer service by your staff.

                    I, Mr Ramesh Pai, card no:- [protected] had to make a payment of Rs 4000/- with 26th June 2012, the due date, unfortunately, I could make only the part payment.

                    Hence, I called customer service to enquire, how to make make the ICICI card payment, through another Credit card, since I could not use netbanking. One lady told me to go on the site and check for CItibank option, which I duly did, but it only had debit card option!

                    I called up again to check & was told, there is no option to make payment through another credit card & he told me to check with Citibank!!.

                    Then, I asked him to pass on to a supervisor, which he said yes & then remembered to verify details.

                    Unfortunately, since the email address was old & I was on field, did not remember the last payment, but confirmed the birthdate, also I told him that, last payment was made on 26th June 2012 morning of Rs 3000/- & bal was pending of Rs 1000/- .

                    He flatly refused, stating, he cannot see that, & argued with me, stating that I told him, that the payment was made by cheque, which obviously I did not ( You can hear the conversation )

                    Then I requested to pass to a supervisor, since he was wasting my time, he flatly refused for any further conversation.

                    This has really disappointed me, since, this was the last day of the payment & would incur unnecessary charges.

                    Kindly have a hear at the conversation & decide for yourself.

                    Finally, after playing around, you showed your true colors.

                    I was under the impression, you were deaf, but now I realise, you are blind as well. You cannot even see, that your so called external officer has been cc'd in previous mail.

                    Also, I'd clearly told you, Mr. Ramesh Pai had called up on 26th June 2012 & before this call, there was another call made some time earlier, which was confirmed & this was the 2nd call, when your illiterate road side rep started acting smart.

                    Why were other details not verified by him, why did he accuse us of lying, when he had been clearly told, that on 26th June morning, Online payment of Rs 3000/- was made.
                    Why after that, your person, Mr. Ravi Vanker, said, not to worry, since, no interest will be charged, since, the payment amt was of Rs 1700/- only & not Rs 3900/-

                    Why did he not escalate to his senior when requested to do so, after explaining that it was the last day of payment?, why doesnt ICICI afford a toll free number, instead of keeping people on hold for ages & then getting disconnected in this manner rudely?

                    Try to answer things specificially if you a real manager, as I've asked & not type non productive nonsense in half the mail.

                    Your person has made a terrible mistake, if not he, the company should pay for his mistakes, else, if you love him so much, take him home, but compensate us, till then the issue will remain wide open, whatever you say.

Therefore, your allegations in the email below is completely baseless. We have already clarified to you and Mr. Ramesh Pai that officer on call have no options to choose if the call must be recorded or not.

                    We tried contacting you on several ocassions on [protected] however your phone was unreachable. Consequently, we contacted your alternate contact number and spoke with Mr. Ramesh Pai. We have clarified our points to Mr. Ramesh Pai on your concerns and he acknowledged the above facts presented to him in detail. As discussed and agreed by Mr. Ramesh Pai, we waived as service gesture the total of Rs. 198.62 (Late Payment Charges Rs. 176.77 plus Service Tax Rs. 21.85) levied in Credit Card [protected] bill due on July 26, 2012.

                    In view of the above, and our series of communications exchanged with you, we provided you with the best possible solutions for your satisfaction however you have continued to escalate the issue.                     I bring to your notice the appallng customer service by your staff.

                    I, Mr Ramesh Pai, card no:- [protected] had to make a payment of Rs 4000/- with 26th June 2012, the due date, unfortunately, I could make only the part payment.

                    Hence, I called customer service to enquire, how to make make the ICICI card payment, through another Credit card, since I could not use netbanking. One lady told me to go on the site and check for CItibank option, which I duly did, but it only had debit card option!

                    I called up again to check & was told, there is no option to make payment through another credit card & he told me to check with Citibank!!.

                    Then, I asked him to pass on to a supervisor, which he said yes & then remembered to verify details.

                    Unfortunately, since the email address was old & I was on field, did not remember the last payment, but confirmed the birthdate, also I told him that, last payment was made on 26th June 2012 morning of Rs 3000/- & bal was pending of Rs 1000/- .

                    He flatly refused, stating, he cannot see that, & argued with me, stating that I told him, that the payment was made by cheque, which obviously I did not ( You can hear the conversation )

                    Then I requested to pass to a supervisor, since he was wasting my time, he flatly refused for any further conversation.

                    This has really disappointed me, since, this was the last day of the payment & would incur unnecessary charges.

                    Kindly have a hear at the conversation & decide for yourself.

                      I applied to open an savings bank A/c (A/c no.[protected] on ICICI bank Bathinda Branch( IFSC Code : ICICI0000163) with a deposit money Rs.10200 (Cheque No135804,Royal Bank of Scottland, debited on 21-Dec-2010). and after opening of the account, I transferred Rs. 500(Date:1-Feb-2011) and Rs. 2000(Date:10-Feb-2011 ) to this Account from my another bank A/c through net banking. But,after some days my A/c (ICICI )was cancelled due unknown reason, Still now I have not got back the amount of money (Rs.12700/Rupees twelve thousand seven hundred only) deposited in this A/c.

                          As per the above details, the last EMI date of 05 Aug 2012 should be the last
                          Instalment to close my car loan account.

                          But in the Amortization schedule you have shown 05 September 2012 as the
                          Last instalment – the amount is 12,748.00 which exceeds the principal
                          Amount by Rs.9,000.00 (5,96,145.00 less 5,87,145.00).

                              on 24/5/12, I came down to this branch(Bund Garden Pune) for home Loan clearance, we dealt with Vishal Hapse (ID: 190697). He told us the specific due amount & we issued the cheque for the same. Same evening, he called & told us there is a gap of 820Rs & you have to pay it first & then only I can forword your cheque for home loan clearence. (if this was the case, why he didn’t inform us, when we were in the branch.) So, immediately, I transfer the 1000 Rs to my ICICI saving amount. & then only he forworded the our home loan clearence request. At the time of loan clearence, he told us, document will be reach to the branch within 21days(max), & I will inform you as soon as the documents will be here.
                              On 22/06/12 (almost 1 month later), I called him, He said, he is busy & call me back in 10 min. I waited for ½ hour & finally I called him again he did not even receive the phone. Today morning when I called him again & asked him you suppose to call me yesterday, he said “just tell what you want, don’t argue” & he just disconnected the call during the conversation. He called me back again within a min told me your documents is here & before I ask him anything, he again disconnected the call.
                              He is the most mannerless, Rude & arrogant person I have ever seen. Now, my question is, for getting this kind of service, you asked your customer to maintain 10,000 quaterly. & also is this not your responsibility to inform the customer when document reach the branch. & if you telling the customer that you will call back in 10 min & you didn’t do it & on the next day again customer calls he does not even have the rights to asked Why you didn’t call? He even told us to call the customer service centre to know where your document is? I hope you will take strict action against him. Worst Bank. Worst Employees.

                              Today[protected]I went to take DD to the chengalpet Branch. I found very worst costomer service in that branch. Instead of helping they ridicule the layman persons. It is not good for further development of the bank. Also I got my DD within 1 Hour!...?.at the time i watched the activities of the employees their. It was totally bad day for all the customer today...
                              ICICI Bank has the worst service. They should close down theirn bank.

                                Myself NABIN KUMAR, a debit card holder of ICICI Bank, Bistupur Branch, Jamshedpur have not received my PIN number till yet. I have called so many times to customer care but in vain.. It is almost since last 1 year that i am running from pillar to post for my PIN number..Kindly stop my account as i have faced a very good experience with this much reputed bank.

                                  My friend in Delhi deposited Rs. 540 into my savings account in ICICI bank. My account is in Tirupur branch. But the bank has charged me Rs.150 towards ANW charges. But this is not fair that i could not pay this much amount for such a small transfers. I need a refund of the ANW charge.

                                      The No. [protected] become horror to me since call from this no means a lots of abusive words for me. This seems that my family is toys for them. Now i am afrid that he will reach my home to abuse or kill me.

                                      The matter is that i had a pl in 2008 and due to my job loss i can not pay my 1 yr emi. And now today on 20/06/12 a phone call came to my home phone no. and said that he is SI from Pune and there is a case(case no. 420/138/9)launched againest me from Mr. A. k. Chaundilaya who was introduced as Legal adviser of ICICI Bank and tommorow(21/06/12) will be legal hearing of my case in court, if i want to hold it then i have to pay 50,000/- on today itself on immediate basis.But i said to him that as i m not working now so it will take time to repay but he didnt hear and started talking abusive languages then i told him that ok pls do legal process so that i can represent my situation to higher athurities after that i have gone out side my home. After few hours when i was not at my home he called again and scolded my mother very badly.As of Now i am starting my business and said him to pay you as i get the spare money. but he stated the abusive word and ask me to pay.My family is in very fear full situation and need urgent solution.

                                      So request to you kindly help me. I will pay my all debt as get extra money.
