Myself NABIN KUMAR, a debit card holder of ICICI Bank, Bistupur Branch, Jamshedpur have not received my PIN number till yet. I have called so many times to customer care but in vain.. It is almost since last 1 year that i am running from pillar to post for my PIN number..Kindly stop my account as i have faced a very good experience with this much reputed bank.

    My friend in Delhi deposited Rs. 540 into my savings account in ICICI bank. My account is in Tirupur branch. But the bank has charged me Rs.150 towards ANW charges. But this is not fair that i could not pay this much amount for such a small transfers. I need a refund of the ANW charge.

        Sub:Haressment from [protected] regarding my personal loan.

        The No. [protected] become horror to me since call from this no means a lots of abusive words for me. This seems that my family is toys for them. Now i am afrid that he will reach my home to abuse or kill me.

        The matter is that i had a pl in 2008 and due to my job loss i can not pay my 1 yr emi. And now today on 20/06/12 a phone call came to my home phone no. and said that he is SI from Pune and there is a case(case no. 420/138/9)launched againest me from Mr. A. k. Chaundilaya who was introduced as Legal adviser of ICICI Bank and tommorow(21/06/12) will be legal hearing of my case in court, if i want to hold it then i have to pay 50,000/- on today itself on immediate basis.But i said to him that as i m not working now so it will take time to repay but he didnt hear and started talking abusive languages then i told him that ok pls do legal process so that i can represent my situation to higher athurities after that i have gone out side my home. After few hours when i was not at my home he called again and scolded my mother very badly.As of Now i am starting my business and said him to pay you as i get the spare money. but he stated the abusive word and ask me to pay.My family is in very fear full situation and need urgent solution.

        So request to you kindly help me. I will pay my all debt as get extra money.

          This is Irshad Ahmed we submitted form with Rs11000 deposit on 15/05/2012 for new a/c open on Kharadi Branch Pune after doing documents formalities staff say me your a/c will be open within 7 days but after 5 days staff say me your form have rejected then we demand for return my money branch executive Umesh Majhi tell me you can come and receive your money on cash I request him please confirm your staff he say me no problem I talked my Manager when we went branch we have to stay 2 hours and finaly say me today I can't do therefore I talked to branch Manager he sy me you just fill net transfer form I will transfer your money after 2 days we did not get money then I did complaint consumer Forum then salve my problem due to my job transfer I am living in mumbai so we had to go two times in Pune. We faced much Physical Mental Problems
          Finaly we want to say without. consumer forum we can't get my money easily. ICICI bank not for simple people. if you are so active. we can open a/c in ICICI bank

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I was already registered by complaint, but not responding from your side, so once again launch complaint. Sorry.

            I was used ICICI Bank credit card. I got call from Shiftthought Consulting (company) on 12th June 2012 and they told my credit card details & also my personal details. I thought that call from ICICI Bank only I have been selected among lot of customers for this special offer as a special customer & don't pay any charges. Please verify your credit card number and expire date details. You will get gift vouchers with in 7 days without any charges.
            After ending call, I observed, in my credit card account Rs. 5,499/- deducted. I don't know my personal information who's gets shared to shiftthoughts consulty.
            I have find the shiftthought consulting customer care, didn't find the even customer care number. I have not received any further communication through sms or email. I was also informed ICICI Bank, but they not responding.
            Please I want the amount back & punish to Shiftthought Consulty & if Bank, then also.

              When the Bank sent persons to my residential place in recovery of loan matter, I complained to the RBI's Ombudsman. The Bank's response letter is herewith sent for further action from the bank side. If the bank came for settlement at that time, I need not lost the money for the last three years. As the bank denied to my communication about the recovery persons, I met lose of many with mental distuption.

                Dear sir I made a transfer on 2nd of May from my ICICI bank NRE account Number[protected] to my account in INDUS bank account number[protected]. Till now the amount is neither credited in my INDUSBANK account nor ICICI bank account. When I approached these banks they are not giving proper reply and till now I don't know where is my amount. The transaction request number is 30851930. Please kindly help in this regard. Because of non credit of the amount I suffered a lot to adjust my financial commitment. So I request you to do the needful with interest and compensation.

                  when customer care people called us for taking your icici pru.plan they convenced us for new plan,they told me this plan is under mediclaim plan which we required, who covers 3 lacs mediclaim with 4 family members...they gave us wrong information regarding their existed plan, they did not contact us, they didn't recd our call also,they swith off their mobile, we dont know about banch, branch manager & what is our exact policy?please help us. because of me my other friends took this policy also.they asked me always. your tel.operator always called us when they want to conye us,please tell me what to do?

                        I have received a demand SMS from the ICICI Bank Credit card department against my credit card No.[protected] which was expired on 31.03.2012 and since November, 2011 there was no payment dues against that card. The Card was blocked by the ICICI Bank Credit card department as soon it was expired on 30.04.2011. So there is no question of further use of the said card by me or any body else.

                          ICICI BANK INDIRANGAR BRANCH : These guys are not giving any locker to a regular consumer. They say that its 1 year waiting for any locker type.
                          But if I invest in their investment plan they will give me locker within 1 week. I told them that I have already invested in one of their investment plan 2 years ago and still continued investing in that plan, on this they told me that I should invest in another plan to get a locker.

                          This does not make sense to me if there is 1 year waiting period how they are giving lockers in 1 week. I am frustrated and will stop doing transactions with ICICI bank if the continue to do so.

                            I am having my salary accout in ICICI bank . But few days back 84 Rs/-(28.09 Rs * 3) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG". And when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer...

                            I am Albin Mathew having a saving account in ICICI bank bank at N R Road Banglaore. My account no. is[protected]. My friend deposited Rs 3000,but I was deducted Rs 165 as ANW charges.
                            I was informed when I opened the account that I will not be charged for any transaction below 50,000 and I can have N number of transactions with in India. So please do take corrective actions against the charges. Please look in to the matter and let me know the solutions as early as possible.

                            My a/c with ICICI bank is [protected] On 20/07/2011 By Cash :30000 was paid into my a/c by my brother in law at Tiruvarur. the bank has charged: ANW-Chrgs :150 S-Tax :15
                            I really do not know why the bank should collect this amount when it is paid by cash in another ICICI bank branch

                            Today I got a mail from ICICI Bank that the same amount has been reversed to my account and I verified it.
                            This is really good response from the bank and also they have demonstrated that they wish to retain the long time customers like me (since 2000).

                            For eg
                            10-08-11 My account was credited with 15000INR but I received only 14835INR.

                            20-08-11 My account was credited with 40000INR but I received 39779INR.
                            By Cash :40000 ANW-Chrgs :200 S-Tax :21

                            23-08-11 My account was credited with 15000INR but again I received only 14835INR
                            By Cash :15000 ANW-Chrgs :150 S-Tax :15

                            I want to know the reason of these deductions.

                            I have Saving Account with ICICI Bank Ltd. Rajkot with Account No.[protected].
                            One of my relative deposited 1500/- in my account from ICICI bank itself.
                            But there is some deduction is showing in my mini statement.

                            It's as follows:-

                            Can you please let me know what is the reason behind this deduction.

                            I am Pavan, having a saving account in your bank at Khairatabad, Hyderabad. My account no. is[protected]. My Brother deposited 49000rs. respectively on 12th December, 2012 within the same state. You have deducted 276.28rs. as ANW charges. I've called to the customer care , they are saying that outside branch deposit will have charges, As far as my knowledge within the same state and country they don't have any charges against the deposit below 50k. So please do take correct action against those people because I think they are spoiling the image of the bank and reverse my money as soon as possible.

                            I am Karan Singhmar, having a saving account in your bank at Dwarka sector 5, Delhi . My account no. is[protected]. My friend deposited 45000rs. . respectively. You have deducted 225rs. as ANW charges plus 27 rs as service tax. The guy who opened my account told me that till 50, 000rs. there will be no charges and you can have N no. of transactions from outside the city but within India, because it is so called nationalised bank. So please do take correct action against those people because I think they are spoiling the image of the bank and reverse my money as soon as possible.

                              Today when I analysed my Transaction. I for ATMDEC CHG in previous months.
                              This particular charges are applied when transaction is declined by other bank but as per RBI rules
                              anyone can withdraw from other banks. so why this charges are levied . I want to officials of ICICI Bank to act upon it and reverse the amount which is deducted on the name of ATMDEC CHG throught out.

                              I am having my salary account in ICICI bank . But few days back 84 Rs/-(28.09 Rs * 2) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG". And when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason.
                              More ever it is also legal as per RBI rule.

                                  I am an icici bank customer for more than 8 to 10 years today i went to icici bank nanganallur branch to deposit cash to pay my icici lombard insurance but accidentally the token machine was not working so somebody from bank told me to pay cash in counter no.3 so i went to pay and i was giving the slip and cash to a person name prakash.N (Time exactly 3:15pm) but he never care me for 5 minutes and he is chewing something and doing some behaviour like he is a hero..I think he saw some movie and doing all sort of head weighted behaviour stting inside the counter...Icici should watch his behaviour in cc cam actually this type charcter makes me anger that i should close my account and i should not pay my icici lombard insurance.

                                    I use my credit card (Credit Card No. 5239XXXXXXXX4003) on 06/06/2012 at HPCL petrol pump(AUTO CARE CENTER) for Rs 600(Total Deducted Rs. 615) on ICICI bank machine. As per rule petrol surcharge should be refunded when credit card is used at HPCL pump on ICICI Machine. But Uptil now i not get any amount refund to my account after 7 Days. Please refund my petrol surcharge (Rs 15) to my credit card as early as possible.
