DEAR SIR,
I HAVE USED MY SBI DEBIT CARD (SALARIED ACCOUNT) AT ICICI ATM LOCATED AT SECTOR-7 MARKET, URBAN ESTATE, KARNAL, HARYANA-132001.AT 02/08/2008 AT 20:24PM FOR WIDRAWAL OF 4000RS..THAT TRENSECTION DECLINED BY ATM BUT AMOUNT DEBITED BY SBI BANK. I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS ON 04/08/2008.AT MY BANK (SBI, BAOLI, PANIPAT REFINERY BRANCH), PANIPAT, HARYANA. BUT TILL DATE THE BRANCH MANAGER NOT RESOPNDING .THEY TOLD OK... WE WILL DO SOMTHING, WHAT I CAN DO, ... I WILL TRY... THESE WORDS. NOW ITS MORE THEN 80 DAYS. KINDLY HELP.

Do you hold an account with Axis? In that case you can talk to Axis bank authorities, they might look into the issue first.

If it is caused by a system error, the amount can automatically get reversed and start showing up in your account in around 7 days.

    I am an existing customer of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance company & I have purchased policies of my family members for more than about sixty lacs. Out of this policies one of my pension policy no[protected] has been matured on 5th January 2012. I have not received the maturity letter from the company before or after the maturity date. I was also not informed by the company consultant/ad visor about the maturity date. I have purchased this and other pension policies on the condition that I am not interested in the pension option, but to withdraw the whole amount whenever the value of my funds is found good.
    As I have gone to the policies in march 2012 I found that the vest date of this policy have passed away in January 2012, I immediately contact the branch manager Mr Anil Chavan in nashik and asked for the withdrawal of my funds. But I was answered that the maturity letter was dispatch on my residential address in November 2011. My residential address have not been changed from year 2003 and my residence is also not locked for a single day. I did not receive the letter and so I asked for the scan copy of the acknowledgement which is not given to me from the last three months. The Customer care mail do not respond to want the complaint of the customer is and divert attention to the other side. Recently I had made complaint about this particular policy, and the reply received from customer care was for one of my other policy which is Life time super policy and has its maturity in the year 2017. So kindly find out as why is this happening. The customer care is not responding to the customers original complaint but diverting the attention else were living the problem aside.
    Secondly I found that the policy details in your system was not updated according to my policy application form. The details of the company consultant was updated in my folio & no officer of the company had the answer as how this has happened. The company official said they contact me on the detail available in there system and the number was unreachable. If the number was unreachable the company could have contacted on that particular number for the other time or asked the advisor of the company to contact me. But the company did not find it necessary to do so. The consultant of the company was called and asked about how the change has been made in my folio. He refused that he does not know how has this been happened & the updation of customer profile does not come in his job & they have no right to interfere in that particular department.
    After highlighting this points the company official had taken time till 15th jully 2012 to settle the matter by taking decision about returning my fund value or postponding the maturity date still further. I don’t know how the working of the company is as I found many details of my policy were not according to my application form. Now I have corrected the information to receive alert regularly.
    I request you that the co-ordination regarding this particular policy was not made due to the mistake made by the company, so that is not my fault, so please go to the matter and give me justice As this decision will make me think to continue investing with the company or withdrawing all my investments and exposing the working of the company publicly to save the valuable savings of the customer like me, who are investing with keeping faith in the company.

      Dear Sir/Mam,

      On 15th July 2012 at around 7:30 PM, I withdraw Rs. 2000/- from HDFC Bank ATM at Noida Sec 18 Metro station. And I got metro and come back to my home at Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59. At 9:20 PM, I got a message from ICICI Bank that I made a debit card purchase of Rs. 15,900/- from JUMBO ELECTRONICS. I checked my ATM/ Debit Card but it was not there. so I just called ICICI Bank customer care and got the card blocked at the same moment. The customer care executive told me that it will take around 25 working days to resolve the issue and if we found it fraud, my amount will be refunded. I already, lodged the FIR regarding the incident and sent the application and related documents to the ICICI bank Recon Team in Mumbai.
      I am sure that the shopping was made at JUMBO ELECTRONICS, NOIDA ( Great India Place Mall). Since I searched on internet and found only one JUMBO ELECTRONICS Shop in Noida. Request the concerned to please resolve the issue soon.

      I am also very disappointed with the ICICI Bank Debit card Security policy that any one can Sweep the card and shop with any PIN, which is not there in other banks such as SBI. Also request the concerned to please take a note of this also.

      ICICI Bank — MISUSE OF LOST DEBIT CARD

      Hi

      I had lost my debit card on 28th August 2009 for which i had logged a complaint at ICICI BANK that there was a debit of 30,000/- Rs from my a/c (Card was swiped) n i dint even recived a single SMS abt the debits with an hours time i lost 30,000/- Rs for whcih i complaint to the bank as i dont remember by debit card number there was no police complaint logged by when checked wid ICICI bank y there was no SMS from theri end they had my old number updated in their records even after requesting at customer care several times for the change of alternate number ..... till date ICICI Bank is investigating the matter n no resolution given rather they are insisting me to give n FIR copy so that they can proceed further with the complaint.. Please Help

        Hi, I have closed my account many years back and i was surprised to see Rs, 14000 is lean marked from my salary account, which i do not owe. When i called customer care, after going through my history they too are unable to justify on the amount that is deducted.
        I am really confused on whom to reach to get out of this.

        Thanks for the followup. To let you folks know, i have been working with customer care from past 2 weeks. And we together were going through all thestatements, but we were not successful in figuring out the issue. I have requested for more statments.
        I am sure i have paid all outstanding and closed my account by handing over card to ICICI. This is really shocking for me.
        The only request from me is to let me know the root cause of this outstanding amount.

          Please File a complain for this, , according to RBI Guideline Customer is King always and if you file a case this will always in your side because in 2006 icici had done same thing in mumbai and for this they had to pay as loss their branch in that area and they paid more than they made in recovery

            Respected Sir,
            Myself CHANDANSINGH UDAYSINGH KAUSHAL having CREDIT CARD number 5176XXXXXXXX7001 of ICICI BANK wish to bring following incidences in your kind notice:-
            1) On 9th July 2012 I have recieved call from mobile no. [protected] of Advocate Sanjana who told me that on behalf of ICICI Bank she is applying for NON BAILABLE WARRANT in MUMBAI Court as some amount is due on my card. She told me that allready 3 SUMMONS are being served to my earlier company of M/S FDC Limited, MUMBAI address & as I have not responded to so they are filling case for NON BAILABLE WARRANT. She has given my case number 300323/FF/10 as per her records & also given mobile number of Mr. Ankush [protected] (Relationship Manager) for settelement of my CREDIT CARD Account.
            2) When I have contracted Mr. Ankush [protected] (Relationship Manager) for settelement of my CREDIT CARD Account he told me that my balance is Rs.13,002/-( Rs. Thirteen Thousand and Two Only/-) but as Bank wish to settel the account I need to pay Rs.6,777/-(Rs. Six Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Seven Only/-) as base amount charges OR bank will proceed for procecution & ultimately taking NON BAILABLE WARRANT on 10th July 2012.I have asked him to kindly send my account statement as I have not received any account statement for the last five years, for which he told me that as per RBI directives the bank is keeping records for last three years only & as my last transaction was way back in 2006 so it is not possible for him to give whole account statement but he is going to send accont statement for last three years on my mail id immidiately. After this I have reminded Mr. Ankush (Relationship Manager) twice to send account statement on my mail id but he has not sent the same.
            3) On 10th July 2012 Tuesday I have tried atleast 10-12 times to contact Mr. Ankush & Advocate Sanjana on their Mobile numbers but they have not picked up their phone.
            4) On 11th July 2012 Wednesday I have contacted customer care number [protected] , told the whole incidence under the reference number SR 23089818 and later in the day asked for my full account details under the reference number [protected] .

            I have filed freash complint by email to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com & given copy to RBI on [protected]@rbi.org.com. In my complaint I have asked ICICI Bank for written clarifications on following :-
            a) Please send me copies of COURT SUMMONS sent to my earlier company FDC LIMITED , MUMBAI address.
            b) When you are having my PERMANENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS & phone number then why COURT SUMMONS/ LEGAL NOTICES are not served on my PERMANENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS .
            c) Why your own employees Mr. Ankush (Relationship Manager) & Advocate Sanjana are not giving proper information , trying to manipulate the things as per their own convenience & not following RBI directives . As they are your employee then you are also equally responsible for their statements/actions.

                      I had an issue with the Icici loan and I was overseas during the collections guy come to my fathers house, I did inform my father to provide my contact number and my email address. During the period the bank collection person named Manohar shetty from Icici bank called me and I told him that to email all the details, he did email me and I told him to wait until next month when I would be back to india to resolve. I did email him the date for me coming. After which there was no calls or activity and I assumed he was ok with that. Yesterday he went to my fathers house aged 70 years in a car and should abusive words and was drunk at evening 7:00 pm. All the people around came to my fathers rescue but he shouted abusive words. This is the way Icici collection guy do things when he did communicate with me and I was in touch with Shanta kumar from Icici bank. I would like to lodge a complain for the insult and I'm willing to resolve but 1st he would need to aplologise. Loan in name of Vinod kumar m k.

                      I want you complaint regarding the wrong banking practices followed by you and mental and physical harassment by your collections agents and threats to my family members.

                      I have made complaint regarding earlier also for you mis behavior however now they are threatening my family. I already did multiple complaints in 2008 to your collection people who never listened.

                      This is to tell you that my parents are heart patient and if you make any further harassment to them It will not be good.

                          I have already complaint icici bank customer care and already complaint head Banking officer my request SR22752691.. But till date i have not received my cash so please solve my problem and reverse my cash amount .

I was not aware of this branch cash deposit timing which I came to know that cash deposit timing is upto 5 pm. I entered in bank at around 4.57 pm. I filled the deposit slip and at sharp 5 pm bank staff refused to accept my cash deposit.As a customer I was alone at the counter eventhough they have not accepted my cash.Even bank staffs were not in polite manner.I frequently visit in ghatkopar and Mulund branches but i have never experinced any such things.

                            very slow and poor cashier in khar linking road branch Mr.kamble

                            requesting you to please keep a check on your staff in khar linking road branch Mr.kamble as a cashier as he is very slow in is job and interact with the customer in a rude manner.he has aimost reached his age of retirement.
                            please take this into consideration as it is affecting your branch buisness.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have purchased ICICI Guaranteed Saving Insurance Plan under Policy# 16718491 for this policy ICICI sales executive Mr. RajKumar, Mobille # [protected] has promise me for Gold Coin for this policy when enroll the policy. For his promise and Gold Coin only I have enrolled the policy, But after that only I come to know it’s wrong and false promise. He has cheated me and provides false promise for buy a policy.

                              I tried more than 20 times for Gold Coin but He forward call to Mr. Saravanan. Saravanan abuse and threaten me.

                              I was disappointment with your company service. Please advise how to close the policy

                              Can you please take action against Mr.Raj Kumar and Saravanan or advise me how to take legal compliant against your executives

                                  On 02.09.2011 from my ICICI SB account some withdrawals has happened without my knowledge. Immediately i have informed customer care who asked me to type my password wrongly 3 times it will locked, which i did thinking my account is locked.

                                  On 03.09.2011 i got a call from ICICI Mumbai and one lady asked me whether i was transacting, i said no and gave her all the information as stated above. Immediately she said typing password wrongly will not block my account and she took request from me and blocked the same. By this time they had withdrawn Rs.28000/- approx.

                                  After that i gave a FIR at Egmore cybercrime and following with ICICI who raised a dispute request. Periodically i was enquiring with them and they asked me to wait. Now they are telling all transaction has happened thru 3d secure and nothing can be done.

                                  ICICI is one of the largest banking industry and how can they shelve away their responsibilty. After a week of my FIR, the SI from cybercrime called and informed me that all transaction has happened from north india and this they have informed to ICICI.

                                  I am a middle class person and got my daughter married last november. I want ICICI to refund my money at the earliest.

                                    I have taken online FD from ICICI Bank of Rs.49000/ for 6 month and 7 days, the FD no. is[protected] which was open on 29/12/2011 and it has closed on 6/7/2012, as per the FD maturity amount was Rs.50954/ but after timely closer the only amount of Rs.49133/ credited in my account, I call to customer care and also sent the mail but they did not clarify it why the amount of Rs.1823/ deducted, even I also visited to ICICI bank at sector-28 Faridabad but they are also not clarify this.
                                    Request you look into this matter and short out the problem ASASP.

                                      How to unblock icici debit card for online transactions?

                                      Two months back I got the icici debit card with my salary account from my employer.
                                      It is icici debit card (master card).

                                      Now it was given me at same time of opening account.So there is no name on the card.
                                      When I used this card for online transaction first time process asked me to enter Card Number, Name on the card expiry date.
                                      I filled it properly with my name.

                                      We are customers of ICICI bank since 2004. This is the first time I am forced to write a complaint about the bank. This is about the ATM Decline Charges levied by bank. While going thru the complaints by other people I found out that these charges are levied for grounds which are beyond an account holder's control. Going by this standard is it possible for a bank to coin weird reasons and start charging these lil amounts from the account holders?? Is there any regulations which restricts you from levying such charges which go unnoticed for a long time as in my case, I found out today that I have been charged Rs 28 three times for a withdrawl of Rs 5000 from my account on 2nd Nov 2011.

                                      Pls avoid adopting such ways to earn the money and spoil your reputation of being a hassle free bank. This instance has made me think of checking all my accounts with you thoroughly. Till today bank was not the one to be stealing money from your account. but as this shows it is........

                                      ICICI Bank — ATM DECLINING CHARGES

                                      On 13th sept,2011 i tried to withdraw some amount from my saving account without checking the balance in my account. For that single declined transaction they charged me three times. As i don't know such type of charges are also there in this bank, i did not check my account till immediately. Day before yesterday only i came to know those three debits 28/- each for that single declined transaction.

                                      I think these charges are unfair and unethical and that too charging three times for a single mistake is really disgusting.
