I have never met such a worst and unfriendly Customer Support like ABN Amro, currently, RBS. I have being billed for LIC premium of Rs.12498 as part o[censored]tility bill payment which was not credited to my LIC account. When contacted the Customer Care, they gave me a reference number for the transaction, which was refused by LIC and refusing that they have not billed incorrectly. I had no alternative and had to pay the dues since I did not want to fight back and get blacklisted in CIBIL.

    I used to pay my Idea postpaid bill via ICICI bank netbanking from Idea My account on ideacellular.com.

    The bill was usually around 700-800 per month and I used to pay it.
    ICICI bank has put some kind of stupid restriction that only INR 500 can be sent in a single transaction. I have called custemer service first time I got reply that this restriction is from Idea Cellular not from ICICI bank, I contacted the Idea Cellular and received the reply that restriction is from ICICI bank, Once again Contacted ICICI Custmer service executive Infrmed me with regreat that information given by first time was worng and restriction is made by ICICI bank with gaidline from RBI. And this restriction is for Mobile recharge online bill pay and internet shoping. If you want to do transaction via net banking more then 500 then make it in parts of 500 only,So that means, I have to pay bill of 700 then payment is to be madee 500+200 in 2 separate transactions or use Credit Card or Debit card option in place of netbanking option. This is just wasting the time doing unproductive work such as bill payments.

    I have cheked with people having account in other banks are not having such a restriction.

    This is a completely wrong and people friendly decision made by ICICI bank as in today's world, with inflation on the rise and more and more money being spent, what problem does ICICI bank have if I want to pay Rs 500 or Rs 5 lacs? There is NO RBI restriction that says the maximum limit is INR 500, why does this bank want to do these kind of ridiculous things?

    I want ICICI bank to lift this restriction so that people can pay bills hassel free.

      Sir , I have account[protected] ICICI ,DWARKANAGAR VISAKHAPATNAM, NAME ASEM INDRAJIT SINGH
      on 21 feb 2012 morning at around 10 am i used my icici atm card at an sbi atm machine at port blair, andaman and nicobar islands to withdraw cash but the cash was not dispensed and the decuction of 25000 rs was shown in the withdrawl slip(i made three transactions of 10000,10000 and 5000 rs each) i did not got the cash but deduction is shown . sir please get me the amountback into my account.
      (there is no icici bank or atm machine at port blair)

        Dear Sir/ Madam,
        I opened a fixed deposit in ICICI Bank about a year ago. At that time they were offering me a credit card on the fixed deposit. So, I have taken it. But due to some financial crisis I had to dissolve the Fixed deposit before its maturity date to get the cash. At the time of dissolving the fixed deposit bond I have also handed over the credit card in the Khairatabad, Hyd ICICI Bank branch. I was not told about any charges that would incur if I handover the credit card in the branch. I simply handed over the fixed deposit bond along with the credit card and was expecting the amount to get credited in a day or so. But, when I checked about two days after I was shocked to know that ICICI Bank has not only charged me premature closure charges, they have also paid me 1% less interest than mentioned on the bond and on top of all of this they have charged around Rs.770 for closing my credit card. I am totally upset but due to busy with work I never got time to discuss or complaint about this issue. Its been 2 months now. Please help me get my money back.

        icic bank — Closure of Credit Card

        Hi,

        I have been trying to get my ICICI bank Credit Card closed for last six months, but no one has paid interest as ICICI. I have been making payment of minimum amount.

        Can some one please guide me how to get this done by settleing the amount ?

          Hi - I am a ICICI customer for last 10 years. I recently moved to U.S and got the same problem which many are facing OTP. I tried to change my mode of communication to e-mail to get my OTP but did not get a positive response. When I tried customer care to get my international number registered for OTP, they directed me to ICICI website. I tried thru the links available but not able to find the request. Any help I can get on this will be really great.

            Hello,

            ICICI bank customer care promised me to open tax saver FD account in 1 day( even internet banking/terms and condition show same).

            I was supposed to submit reciept of this FD as an investment proof on my income tax, whcih could not happened because of ICICI negligance.

            Based on ICICI personal i opted, even after 5 day i do not have any feedback after many complaints, already my money is deducted and no response.

              non credit of reward points
              icici bank has its tie up and the bank awards loyalty points via www.payback.in to its customers when purchases are done either by credit or debit card.
              i am holding an icici bank account (acc no[protected]and an icici bank credit card.

              now the problem which i am facing is that the points pertaining to my debit card purchases are not getting credited to my payback account (payback card no [protected]) automatically by the end of the month. i have to get after the call centre of payback and repeatedly lodge a complaint for the same.

              on the other hand icici bank says that they are not responsible if the points are not getting credited.
              this time the points for the month of Jan 2012 have not been credited.

              as a customer it is causing a great inconvinience to me and at the same time its a cheating and fraud case againt icici bank and the website payback.in

                My name is sunil kumar Kuna punitham.i am working in IT Company. Last few days onwards i am getting calls from ICICI BANK Credit Card people. They are keep on asking that i need to pay outstanding amount 70000/- + amount. Actually i don’t have any credit card in ICICI Bank. And also i am not related with ICICI Bank family. Long Bank i got same type of call from Hyderabad ICICI bank and they told same thing. At that time i have asked name of the customer and account details. After that i went nearest ICICI Bank and asked details about that account. Then i came to know that person name is sunil kumar and his date of birth is matching with my date of birth but his present and permanent details and also his mother name is not matching with me. Even his signature also not matching. Then i have shown my pan card and my personal details to ICICS bank people. At that time they told me by mistakenly call came to my mobile and at last I got call from ICIC Bank Manager from Hyderabad and she told me sorry about the calls and also told me that now onwards they are not going to call and disturb.
                But once again now I am getting calls from pune about same thing don’t know how many times I need to tell them I am not a right person.
                Same name with date of birth how can they decide the person. They have to check mother or father name and address location photo and signature and also with PAN Card number or passport number. with out these details they are simply calling and telling outstanding amount and I need to pay.
                Because of this I am fully disturbed with my personal life.i don’t know how many time I need to explain them about I am not right person.
                Even the actual person name also not matching fully with my name....simply they are checking with Date of birth.
                Could you please tell me what to do for this type of thing…please help me on this…how to give police complaint on ICICI Credit Card Department.

                  I made the HSBC credit card bill payment Rs 922 through ICICI visa credit card payment online on 13/Feb/2012. On that date money war debited from my icici account and received the message transaction is successful. But on friday 18/Feb/2012 I got the call from HSBC credit card and they said no payment is done. Credit card bill payment last day was 17/Feb/2012. Now I have to pay late fee towards HSBC.
                  Now who will pay late fee to HSBC , is ICICI banks will do that? or I have to pay?

                  Please take the appropriate actions against ICICI bank if they are not able to solve this.

                        Today i deposited Rs 20000/- in my account no xxxxxxxxx882 and my account was credited with Rs 19835/- only. Rs165 was taken under ANW charges...I dont know for what reason. I would request you to correct this error immediately..!

                          Sir,
                          ICICI executives had called in Aug 2011 and suggested to take the Credit Protection Plan insurance policy for Rs 1499/-. They told they will deduct the amount from the credit card automatically. After that they did not sent any documents and only a confirmation mail was sent. We were not sure whether the policy started or not. In January we got a message from ICICI that we have an outstanding amount of Rs 3400/-. On inquiring we came to know that the policy started long back and money was deducted, for which neither the insurance company nor the ICICI had informed us. Further ICICI had been putting late payment and interest charges on the insurance policy amount taking it as outstanding amount. Though we had registered for transaction messages on mobile, we were not getting any message on mobile also.

                          The ICICI executive offered to close the account for Rs 2500/-. Now when we agreed to the same and are requesting the ICICI team to close the account for 2500/-, they are agreeing to it and continuously increasing the amount by putting ate payment and interest charges. Kindly Help us out.

                              I am ashish arora i live in delhi , i had taken a loan on my Jaipur property on agreement date 16/06/2007 of Rs 15 lacs in starting the whole one year i was harassed by bank people because of non ecs present , my account always have the amount balance but still the ecs was not clear, in that case the bank people make me a regular call and on quarterly basis they take a instalment cheque from me on behalf of letter by bank that due to technical reason your ecs is not present in your bank account so please issue the cheque of instalment without any further charges. after one year when the problem was sorted out from that day my ecs started clear on one shot.

                              Even after that the bank people still makes a call to me and harras me because in the mean time the two installment was still pending , i had conversation with more then 20 of their executives that please send the same type of written letter and collect your installment current date cheque immediately because it was not because of my fault , their is a icici bank fault from the first day, some of their executives commit me for that but no body came forward, this thing is happening from last 2007 . Every week some of them call me for that some in a decent way some in a hard language but nobody is giving a positive response to close this matter . I need this letter just because of safety at the time of loan closure because i had learnt that thing that icici home loan never update their customer details or problems on their system that's why every time i have to say the same story to each of their person .

                              If the bank do the fault then why should i bear for that why should i harassed by their employees and agencies.

                                I was working in ICICI Bank from the period 7th August,2008 to 19th Oct,2011 EMP ID 164994 in my service period i have given my best efforts to the company for the better out put, in 19th of Oct 2011 i have left the company with complying all the formalities and taken all the online and offline clearance and after a month when i am asking to the company for my reliving letter they are replying that i have loan pending, for which i am surprised .

                                All the clearance letter with full and final settlement letter with Zero loan liability letter received from the bank is attached for your kind perusal.In this matter i have given several mails to the company and even if to the MD and CEO but i have not yet received the reliving letter.
                                So requesting you to help me in this matter all the relevant documents are attached for your reference.

                                    This mail is in regard to a SR lodged on 04.02.2012 ( Sr No.[protected] complaining that my BSNL Bill is not uploaded for payment. I have been using the Internet portal for the past two years to pay my LICI premium and BSNL bill and to be honest there was no issue , only on 02.02.12 I got a call from BSNL stating that the bill for January is unpaid , I checked with BSNL and they confirmed that there is no payment from the Bank. I called up your Phone banking team and asked the phone-banking officer the reason why the bill was not uploaded. I even said that I am OK if I need to pay the bill from my end only this time but please ensure that once I pay my bill from my end it should not get debited from my account and next month it should be debited as it was happening all these days. I was told that I would get an update on my mobile as soon the update is available. I called up again on 07.02.12 and this time I was told that the TAT for a SR is 5 working days. I called up again on 10.02.12 at 9.30am and the officer transferred the call to his so called floor Manager named JYOTI who was not at all polite and confirmed that I would get an update by 10.30 am on the same day . There was no update so again called up on 11.02.12 at around 12 pm and asked about the update, the agent said that he would arrange a call back from his manager by half an hour. Call back was arranged because what according to me is that OUTBOUND calls do not get recorded . However I did get a call back and surprisingly from the same person Ms JYOTI ( based in Mumbai ) and she informed that the Sr is already closed and I need to pay the bill. She was rude on the call and her behaviour is not acceptable. I want to know why I did not get any update ( If the bill is not paid within 15th BSNL Barrs outbound calls and I would have to pay a Late fine anyhow )and why did it took 7 days to inform that I need to pay the bill from my end. This a perfect and burning example of ' khayaal aapka 'right ? So basically calling up the phone banking is wastage of time and money because its not a toll free number . I now like to know whether next month I would face the same issue or not.
                                    Please revert because I have to rethink whether I and my family members will continue to keep relationship With ICICI or not.

                                    I gave pin change request they mentioned like "with in one week you have received the pin". But still I cant receive also I clarify with my branch in alwarthirunagar they didnt receive any think like pin docs and all.

                                    So please kindly check with request no "SR[protected]" and clear this issue.

It seems that I have not received any payment for the same as the certificates are lying with me. Would be very happy to know the status of the bonds. The Certificate nos and amount are given below.

                                        ICICI Direct deactivated my account without informing me. I had submitted PAN card verification form along with the proof with their executive in September 2011. Still they deactivated my account at the beginning of January 2012 and I was unable to log in and trade. I had to call them repeatedly until they informed me that I had to re-submit the PAN card verification form (they had messed up the first time). The executive who came to my home to collect the papers informed me that the verification will be processed in 3 days time and the account deactivation was not because of the pending verification and he would get it activated in 2 days time. I had to wait for 13 days before the PAN verification process was completed. I again had to contact the bank to question about the deactivated status of my trading account, this time I was informed that I had to apply for a re-activation of my account which would take 12 days. That is a total of 2 months deactivated state of my trading account. They make it very difficult to close the trading account with the bank as well.

                                        I have had to re-submit my personal documents with the bank for 3 times over the past 8 years. They keep claiming that their records were lost. I am sure the bank will create a lot of problem during closing of trading and savings account with the bank as well.
