I have been raising a complaint with icici branch manager / Customer care and Head services from last one year and i am getting such answers which are not acceptable.

I had applied for the home loan in icici-bank. I was given the offer letter vide application form for the acceptance but i did not sign the application form because i came to know from ICICI Loan executive that the property selected by me is not approved by icici bank. But still the fee of 11030 is debited from my account. After hearing that i got the loan from any other bank.

I called that ICICI Loan executive so many times to refund my Loan fee of Rs 11030 which you have taken but he is saying that it is not possible.

Property selected by me was Lodha CASA RIO .After that i came to know that ICICI bank has been given loan to many other clients of Lodha Casa Rio and what was told to me that property is not approved by ICICI bank. Also some body from icici bank head services department(phone no. [protected]) called me once for understanding my complaint and told me that they have given loan for Lodha Casa Rio property to only their employees. Now my question is if the property Lodha Casa Rio is unapproved for me how come it became approved for other customers of lodha casa rio or how come it became approved for employees of ICICI bank.

I was compled to take loan from other bank.Also it was mentel torchure to me to take loan from another bank immidiately.

Also i was not given any sanction letter. Now their Head services department is lieing that i was given any Sanction Letter.No body even came for any varification of my address as the other bank did.

It is very unfair and fraudulent in ICICI bank part that bank did not give me the loan on selected property and also I have not given the acceptance on the offer vide application form but still bank has taken the money in the name of fee from me.I am a common middle class person and 11030 is not a small amount for me.I would have not been fighting for geeting this money back if ICICI bank would have not given any customer loan for Lodha Casa Rio property.It is a case of double dealing and icici bank guys need to address it strongly.


Offer letter for facility vide application no. which i got for signing is[protected]. I did not sign this document.

It is only once we take home in our lives and even if icici bank offer me that for another loan i will not be charged fee from icicibank, i would accept it because i dont have to buy any more house.

      I, Harekrushna Singh form Kolkata , holding your policy no. 14048625 and this policy was lapsed due to not making payment of premium on time. Before fifteen days, a person named Mr Kumar (Mobile no. [protected]) contacted to me as a reprentative of ICICI Prudential and collected Rs 15000/- by cash from me along with Health Declaration form for depositing the premium for the said policy assuring that he will give the receipt thereof. And thereafter he gave me the receipt . I was surprised when a call received from your company for making the payment for the said policy, because I have already paid the premium.
      At first Mr Vikash Agarwal (Mobile no. [protected]) has contacted to me as Manager (Lapasation) from Main Branch at Chitrakut Building Kolkata.After consultation with him, I have handedover cash Rs 15000/- to Mr Kumar. I am attaching herewith receipt of premium, please let me know the status of policy.

        hi all , i will tel you story about icici bank 2011 year recruitment for their PB section.
        Through out Delhi they hired more than 4000 candidate for this PB section.
        And with in the 7 months this list is now at 1000 only.More than 3000 candidates have resigned or forced to resigned by icici bank officials.
        working culture at branches is very poor with PB candidates.
        Managers use abusing languages with them.
        sales targets is very bad and cant be achieved by even branch manager as well in any condition.
        Please avoid icici bank for any post for your job in any case.

            Issue: The transaction of Rs. 351/- make to johreez.com auction on 12.10.2011

            I have just brief my exact problem

            On dated 30.08.2011, I have make to payment by credit card to Johreez.com the same payment has been rejected and I have paid the amount of Rs. 351/- by SBI online.

            Now, automatically the payment is shown in my credit card statement and debited to Rs. 351/- at Johareez.com auction on 12.10.2011, In that case i have not pass any payment through my credit card but the same has been shown I have talked to customer care of ICICI bank but the same was not understand my exact problem and not solved the same.

            When the amount is cleared i have received massage but in that case on 12.10.2011 i have not received any kind of massage on my mobile phone i have not understood how it can the payment is make by credit card.

            If any one want to me froud than why the payment is made only Rs. 351/- he has to make higher amount upto the limit of card and why the make to Johreez.com same amount i have passe on dated 30.08.2011 whichever is rejected.

            i have approches to Johreez.com and talked to the same but the same has denied that "we have not received any payment in the name of Mr. Sumit Khicha on dated 12.10.2011" . The same mail is forwarded by Johreez.com is affixed herewith.

            ICICI Bank customer care executive told to me for approching statutuay authority i.e. FIR submitted at Police station.

            Today i have received the call from your ICICI head service care and the same told to me, the payment is make by your side due to authantication 3D is given by you, but i have told to them the payment is not made by me than why i am the amount.

            I have just uses the card from 2006 (when Rajasthan Bank) and i have many times uses upto the limit of card and i have make payment on time but the first time i have faces this problem after merging throug ICICI.

            ICICI bank Head service department are taking time to time and the amount is increased upto Rs. 681.90, When i talked to, then told to me the increased by Financial charges & penalties

            I have not understand whenever i have not made payment of Rs. 351/- than why i am pay and when the matter is not solved out why they are increased the amount (through Financial charges & penalties).

            Please look into the matter and resolved i am waiting your reply.

              Hi All,

              My name is Nikhil Kumar & I am so fed up with the services of my home branch (Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai).
              I dropped a cheque in favor of one of my friend on 4th Dec 2011 which was a self cheque. I got a call from ICICI bank says that it's a self cheque so it can't be credited to your account. They returned the cheque to my branch, that's fine.

              When I went to collect my cheque, your executives said that it has been misplaced and give us 1 or 2 days. I again visited the branch after 2 days and they again said the same line. I had been there 5-6 times and called them more than 20 times but I am not getting any proper reponse.
              The person is saying that your cheque has been misplaced by my staff and we are really sorry but we can't do anything.

              It has been more than a month and I am just fed up with this . We have no contact with the person who has given us the cheque (our previous landlord).
              What should we do now as we are in loss of RS 7000 and ICICI bank is not giving any response?

              I have already done that and they are taking the responsibility of this. I am in the loss of INR 7000 and who's going to pay that? Should I file a case against them or go to consumer court?

              Further to our e-mail of January 7, 2012 we would like to inform you that we have investigated your concern. As per our investigations, we are unable to locate the cheque no. 003822 deposited by you. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.

              We understand that our official Mr Ashish Rathod has spoken to you and appraised on the matter. We have issued a letter confirming that the above mentioned cheque deposited by you has been misplaced by us, which you can provide to the drawer to issue a fresh cheque.Further, in case the said cheque has been debited from the drawer's account we request you to provide debit certificate to enable us take necessary action on the matter.

              Based on your feedback we have sensitized the relevant team and appropriate measures have been taken to avoid such incidents in future.

                Subject: Fraud & Theft of Rs. 47,000=00 from my bank account

                Dear Sir,

                I, Mr. Vinayak Chandrakant Kulkarni, a resident of 101, Stanford, Hiranandani Estate, Ghodbunder Road, Thane (W), would like to bring to your notice that, my Savings Bank Account with no:[protected], with ICICI Bank, Mahalaxmi Branch, Mumbai, has been fraudulently debited without my knowledge for
                Rs. 47,000=00 (Rupees Forty Seven Thousand only) on the night of 29.12.2011 & early morning of 30.12.2011, as per the attached statement.

                The sequences of events are described as follows:

                1. I withdrew Rs. 3000=00 by ICICI bank debit card no.-------- from the above mentioned account of mine from ICICI Bank ATM located at Hiranandani Estate at around 8.10pm.
                2. On the early morning of 30.12.2011 I received a SMS on my mobile for a debit of Rs. 47,000=00 (Rupees forty seven thousand only) from the same account number, which I never withdrew from any of the ATMs.
                3. On receipt of this SMS, I immediately checked for my debit card if it was stolen. However I found the debit card in my safe custody.
                4. I immediately called ICICI Bank call center and spoke with Mr. Pradeep & Mr. Harish, informing about this incidence and lodged a complaint with them (complaint no:[protected]. They also confirmed that the amount is debited from my account, and they also informed me that this amount was withdrawn from an ATM located at Vashi Sector -10 between 11.54pm & 12.06am as per the Bank records. I instructed them to immediately block my debit card with immediate effect.
                5. I approached the ICICI Bank Branch at Vashi, where I met with Ms. Shikha Priya & Ms. Prachi Mathur. Both of them informed me that they shall inform their vigilance team to check with the matter by scrutinizing the CC cameras. They also informed that the entire process shall take about 5 weeks to do the investigation and inform me accordingly.

                Looking at the modus operandi of the above mentioned incident and the fact that the ATM card was in my possession during the time of fraudulent withdrawal of my hard earned money as mentioned above, I strongly suspect that my ATM card may be cloned by someone with the help of ICICI bank. Further I would like to bring to your notice that the said ATM card PIN number could have been covertly obtained at your ATM center at Thane during my withdrawal of money on 29/12/2011 at 2010 hrs. The above incident has happened due to your unsafe and deficient procedures which prevalent at the ICICI ATM centers. I have already lodged police complaint regarding the above fraudulent transaction of money from my bank account with Vashi police station, Kasarvadavali police station, Cyber Cell Navi Mumbai and Cyber Cell, Thane.

                In view of the above, I request you to inquire into my above complaint and refund my hard earned money without any further delay.

                Dear Team,

                It is highly disappointing to know how ICICI credit card payment follow ups are done and how the officials behave with customers.

                I got a threatening call for a credit card payment outstanding of my borther for the year 2003. As a woman I was spoken to in the most derogratory way that I could imagine and was made to feel cheap even though I am not the one who had used it. Even on explaining to them they went out and out in insulting me and 2 men vs me alone. They used the most shameful language that I wonder do you use for your mothers and daughters and sisters and that just because it is a woman the only way you can use is to abuse her character and call her names. I am insulted and made to feel cheap for a follow up of 2003 which is shameful for the bank also.

                I shall ensure that this incident is reported to everybody who uses ICICI and say keep your daughters and sisters away as they will be treated like __________________ because the bank decided to follow up on some pending payment after almost 10 years.

                  Hi All,

                  Today i've received a call from ICICI credit card collection department regarding payment...([protected])

                  But actually i never had a credit card from ICICI BANK... and also i never had any relation to ICICI BANK (Not even an Savings Account)

                  First i would like to know how they got my details into their database? for this i verified with ICICI customer care, they say no details are available with my name...

                  But how this credit card collection department people got my number... they even wont verify the official database of the bank?

                  Any one suggest me for legal proceedings???

                    My name is Ayub Khan and I had availed of a car loan from ICICI BANK to buy a Scorpio in 2006. My EMI per month was Rs. 16,745/ which was to be paid till April, 2011. I have paid all my EMIs and the last EMI was paid on 5th April, 2011.According to ICICI, one EMI is still pending but as per my records, I have paid all my EMIs. I am being harrassed by the Bank's officials and they are asking me to pay interest on the pending EMI which works out to more than Rs. 30,000/ . Till date nobody has clearly told me that the EMI for so and so month is pending as they themselves are not aware of the month. I have been corressponding with ICICI Bank since the past 2 years and I have written to various officials but the matter has not been resolved.I need a N.O.C. from ICICI Bank which they are not giving me.Kindly help me out.My telephone No. is [protected] .

                      Sir, My Name is Vishwanathan. When I joined the new company I wanted to reduce the income tax so I went to the ICICI bank to take the good insurance policy. The ICICI employee who addressed me asked me go for the ULIP policy (where I have pay money every yearly)? I told no, I cannot pay on yearly basis. I wanted to take the policy where I can pay the money on the monthly basis.He asked me to take the yearly premium policies again and again. After a long discussion he told me to take the "Gurantee saving Insusrance policy"

                      1. ICICI employee is hiding the truth of the policies
                      2. If the policy holders, dies before the maturity date. the Nominee will get only 5% for interest.
                      3. To get the entire benefits of the policy the policy holder has survie for 15 years or 20 years.

                        Hi,

                        I want bring to your notice about the pathetic operations at ICICI Bank. I have an ICICI savings account in Kukatpally, Hyderabad Branch. I came to USA on a professional assignment.

                        My mobile number (India) registered with ICICI is de-activated and there is no means for me to receive the URN or OTP! It is quite strange to learn that, the phone banking officer says 'OTP' through phone when we provide the account number, PIN, security password and other details to authenticate myself.

                        But, the same does not hold good for URN to confirm a payee!! I was asked to send a postal courier to ICICI bank requesting the change in mobile number with proof of identity (Hard Copies). The entire process can take upto 3- 4 weeks.

                        Spoke with N Number of phone banking officers and all they could say is sorry for not being able to provide URN/ confirm payee even after I authenticate myself with all the necessary details. What is the point of having phone banking service, when you cannot provide a simple service to confirm a payee????

                        ICICI should either provide a feature to change the mobile number online or improve their phone banking services to help us better.

                          I took home loan of around 21,00,000 at 10.25% in Apr 2008. By July 2008 its increased to 11.25% and by Aug 2008 again increased to 12%. After that as RBI gave standard instructions to all the banks to reduce its come down to 10.5% in July 2009. All these months from Aug 2008 till Aug 2009 it was at 12% and there is no intimation around the same. Post which the 10.5% continued till July 2010, increased to 11% in Sep 2010, inceared to 11.5% in Jan 2011, again increased to 11.75 in Feb 2011, again increased to 12.25% in Apr. In the month of May I realised something wrong and went to the bank people in person to check on the same. They told me to pay additional ~Rs 10000 to get the interest rate to revise from 12.25% to 10.5%, so I have paid the same and also paid Rs40,000 towards prepayment in May 2011. Post which it was at 10% only for 2 months and again banker revised the interest to 10.75%. Now after paying additional also there is no benefit as well.

                          With this really bad experience that I am facing from one of the largest home loan issuer bank ICICI.

                          ICICI — ever increaseing intrest and tenure

                          I was approched by a icici bank agent for bank loan with many promises like bank rate is going down and EMI will come down in future ( he himself suggested to go for floting rate). I considering the past name of the bank and non responsive attitude of public sector banks i opted for a ICICI home loan of approx 550000 at floting rate of 7.45% for a 20 year tenure in the year 2006.

                          But since then Intrest rate as well as loan tenure is endlessly going up often without any information to me.Thoue I have een faithfully paying what ever EMI they required of me, now i feel I have been cheated by such a reputed bank.As per information i received today ie 4/3/2010 after paying Rs 225000, still principle amount of Rs541818 is still to be paid to the bank.

                          Please guide me what is there in the loan agrement that can increase the tenure or term of the loan and what clause bank is using to increase the intrest rate and not bringing it down when they are openly propogating that ICICI is offering 8%at floting rate through advertising while they are at present charging 11.45% from me.                             Dear Sir,
                            I tried to pay the fee of AIEE Entrance Exam Fee through Internet, using my Debit
                            Card on 2nd December 2011. I found the amount was debit on my account, but the fee
                            was not paid.
                            I lodge a complaint on your bank Customer Care Service via phone banking on the
                            same day. They inform me that the amount will be credited on my account within 10
                            days, but the amount hasn’t return to my account till date. Even
                            Details as below:

                            After that ICICI bank customer Care official call me & tell to fax the complaint in written form through FAX. hence I have submit Formal complaint in written through ICICI Raigarh Branch, City : Raigarh , State : Chattisgarh. on 27.12.11 (Copy Enclosed as attachment).I faxed the same copy to the fax no : [protected] as per the raigarh branch officials instruction . (Fax Copy Enclosed as attachement)

                            I tried to track my complain on 11-1-12 through customer care. they informed us the complain has get closed , due to no formal wrritten complaint recieved. Even though i filed a complaint through their authenticated branch .
                            So I request you to do the needful immediately and take a proper action against the company. hence this mistake will not repeated.

                              After lot of efforts I could enable my Demat Account by visting ICICI Direct center at Vashi in year 2010.
                              On the 23rd Dec 2011, I called up icici direct customer care, to get physical user id and password delivered at my home.
                              Mr Aditya kumar Das , registered SR[protected] and assured that I will receive the user id and password in 7 working days. After waiting for 2 weeks without any courier till today I spoke to customer care again and today Mr Mukesh Bhatia and Prema Ale after lot of wait on call informed me that no such request was registered. Also to my surprise Mukesh / Prema said that my account is de-linked again. It was never linked infact.

                              I do not understand how ICICI Direct and ICICI Bank people work. This is so unprofessional and rude behaviour. I am fed up with the service quality of icici people. I have one request to sell my shares from my ICICI Direct Account no:[protected] and transfer the money to my savings account so that I can go to some good demat service provider.

                              ICICI bank is really having some of the worst, junk, pathetic and zombies at work who just waste the company's valuable time in office.

                              Is there anyone responsible in ICICI who can take to task these people like Adita, Mukesh and Prema who are just warming up the chaur

                              I wanted to activated my above DEMAT A/C IN[protected] and link it to my savings a/c[protected].For this reason I had written email through the service request email on the infinity login. I had got response to reach the nearest ICICI Securities office which is in Vashi Navimumbai.I had gone there and met Mr Navnath Ugale relationship Manager - Retail on 17th July 2010. He instructed me that he will come to my home and get the POA(Power of Attorney) form filled and collect the cancelled cheque. This was said on 17th July 2010 and he was to visit my house on 18th July which is a Sunday. Knowing that Sunday is non-working day he made a false promise. On getting in touch with him on Monday he said initially that he forgot and later said that Sunday was a non-working day. On Monday 19th July I asked hime to send the POA form by email so that I can fill and send the form and cancelled cheque by courier. He said to do that immediately. But even after 2 days I never recieved any email. Later i called him back on wednesday 21st July and he said the same thing that he will email the form in 30 mins. But till now I have not recieved the form from Him.I am totally disappointed by the false promises from this person Navnath Ugale and have lost faith in the ICICI Direct services. I wish to close my account fully from ICICI Direct and open other Demat Service provider. However save people like me suffer I would like you to take action against this unprofessional person.

                              home office — icici dmat and savings account

                              hello ther,
                              this i would like to bring under notice that i had a dmat acc in icici bank n i paid over Rs.200, 000 as brokerage ...and also i hav a savings account ..where i have been charged a fine of sum 800 rupees every quarter fo not maintaining the 5000 min balance ..this charge is now Rs.3500 .. ..

                              Now mypoint is that i have been a good customer of the icici bank i paid them 200000 rupees as brokerage in 1 year for which they gave me a free platinum credit card and on the other hand they charged 3500 me on that savings acc ...i feel funny to pay that 3500 rupees as fine ...i mean fo what ?? fo being a good customer???

                              P.S- icici bank did not even send me a diwali greeting ..inspite of that fact that i am a platinum card holder n paid then 2 lakhs ...hats of to icicibank

                                Illegal business ethics and Harassment by Bank Manager
                                Kindly note the below points and reply point wise and give me justice.
                                1. My wife and Father visited ICICI bank Chembur branch around a month back (1st week of Dec11) for asking information about the Locker. They met regular banking officer Mr. Jaykumar and asked about the procedure opening the LOCKER. He told them that he is not the person who take cares of Locker, and guided them to Mr. Saurbh Jadhav. My wife and Father went to meet him in next cabin he explained them the formality about the LOCER and told them that currently there is no locker available but we do have some 15-20% quota to the customers who invest 2-3 lakhs with us in ICICI Prudential. You come with this amount of investment then we will immediately arrange the locker for you. My wife told after discussing with my husband we will get back to you.
                                The same day evening she explained me the episode and immediately I called Mr. Jaykumar and asked about the person who takes care of Locker facility, he had given me MR Saurabh Jadhav’s number stating that he take cares of locker facility. I called him and he confirm me the same thing that we don’t have locker available now but if you could able to invest 2-3 lakhs money we have some quota to these customers.

                                2. I had made visit to the branch within two days and explain whole episode to Mrs. Sunderlakshmi, Dy. branch manager and request to look into a matter as it is illegal way to ask the money (I will say Bribe)from customer to get the locker, she confirmed she will find out the solution. She also told me if you want the locker at Chembur naka or Deonar branch she will help. ( the locations in which I am not interested as all 4 of my accounts with station branch) As per commitment she won’t come back to me on the issue and I had escalated the matter to Mr. HEM Divedi (my Wealth banking officer)
                                Also I have log the complaints to customer care with complaint number[protected] and[protected] which has not been addressed till today.
                                The following day Mrs. Sunderlakshi called me and said me sorry for all about and she will do something to allot me a locker.
                                The next day she told me there is no availability of locker, she will provide it at differ location, I refused to agree and then same day she come to my house and start “ CRYING” saying that it will be trouble to me and she may lose the job, supported by her collogue who came along with her.
                                Once again she confirmed me that she will do something and will try to allot me a locker at Chembur station branch only. (I guessed that as per bank officer there are some quotas from where she could manage one for me.)

                                3. I had a conversation with Mr. Saurabh Kumar branch manager (Arrogant fellow and don’t have the manners how to behave with customers) he said that no locker is available and Mr. Saurbh jadhav is nothing to do with the locker. I explained hi all the facts but he remained silent on it and unable to answer all questions asked to him and denied that there is no quota to any customer at all. I said fine I will visit the branch.

                                4. On 24/12/2011 I and my wife went to the bank and meet Mrs. Sunderlakshi, she again told no locker available but as soon as the one get vacant she will allot me on top priority. I said fine give in writing, she said she will give once you meet to branch manager, I said ok, and we went to meet him, he straight away said that we will allot you a locker as per wait list and not on top priority.
                                Asked him following question
                                a. If Mr. Saurbh jadhav is not bank employee (Mr. Jaykumar/ Mr. Harish) why your staffs deliberately send my wife and father to him for locker.
                                b. Why Mr. Saurabh Kumar explained the procedure of Locker allotment although he was not bank employee.
                                c. Why Mr. Harish also told me that yesterday only we had allotted locker to the customer who had invested the 3 lakh with us. How this was happened if there is no locker available from last few months?
                                d. Why Mrs. Sunserlaksmi committed us that she will give the Locker on as and when one will vacant and not as per waitlist?
                                e. Why you are not producing me locker allotment data or the last person to whom you have allotted locker on what date?
                                f. Why he is not bringing the Surabh Jadhav in front o[censored]s for verification? ( We had the proof I his own handwriting where he explained about the 2 lakh investment plan )
                                g. All he above points point out that all are supporting to each other to hide their faults.
                                h. Is it legally correct that on Banking Licensee Does your people has right to do the business of ICICI prudential by cheating the customers like in my case. There are so many who may came across this situation who might have invested the money or left the situation as it is.
                                I lose my control as he is unable to face me and avoid me, he was very rude and arrogantly talked with me and increase my BP and created tension in bank , ultimately He Called POLICE to the branch and told them This family is making trouble here and shouting on staff.

                                5. I talked to policemen and explain them the cheating case of ICICI employee, they advised me to log a complaint in Police station. This is very shame full that your peoples create the unethical business of insurance by cheating the people and calling the Police if the situation they could able to tackle.

                                6. We went to police station for logging a complaint, the officer on dusty called the bank people at police station, but meanwhile I had talked with Mr. Vikas Bahuwala and he told me not to log the complaint as you need a locker, I will find out the solution and will try to allot a locker, asked me a time for couple of days. He explained me that he is not sitting there for charity business and we do have certain Quota for key customers and it’s our decision to allot the lockers whosoever will feel so. I told him that I have two wealth banking accounts and two normal accounts with your bank; we have three Demat a/c with you having investment of 30-40 lakhs including ICICI Prudential (where we had a loss of money). So we are not a key customer to you. He start explaining me about the rationalizing of banking business, we will not survive without this kind of business. Indirectly he was backing up the entire staff.

                                7. As I was requesting him to allot me out of your KEY CUSTOMER QUOTA, he told me within couple of days he will come back to me, and explained me there is no meaning logging a complaint in Police station as it will not help me for getting a locker, so I decided not to log the complaint against any of ICICI employee.

                                8. In next 4-5 days I did not received any call from ICICI bank as it was promised to me, I realize that again these people fool me but in entire episode I understand that there are still lockers available and they don’t want allocate it to me.
                                WHY? WHY ? WHY? WHY?
                                Dose the ICICI bank doing ethical business? These kinds of people running the bank where they will take the bank?

                                Also note the following facts
                                I have 10 different accounts and investment holding with ICICI bank
                                After seeing above relationships with your Bank (More than 40 Lakhs), am I not a key customer for ICICI bank? Don’t I deserve a small facility such as locker? Still your greedy people want me to invest another 2-3 lakh in non profitable insurance policy to get one locker through planned way (Cheating through employee chain) as explained above.
                                Your Branch manager ( worst person i have ever come across) calling POLICE to handle the customer like us?
                                If these issues are not address properly, I will escalate it to Board level and really Quit the relationship with the Bank, will adopt all paths to published this information through electronic media.

                                  On date 2/01/12 i have visited ICICI bank ATM Bhikaji cama place for cash withdrawal Rs 5000/ but physically i received Rs 4900/(500*9 =4500 and 100*4=400) and mini ststement shows debit Rs 5000/ at the same time i called ICICI customer care no[protected] for logged complain (complain no[protected] & many times tri for email but some error of ICICI website complain dont logged in written after 7 days i called for ICICI customer care for check our ststus but person says i could not help because your transaction are completed .I says my A/C[protected] are 6.5 years old but i phased this tipe of problem 1st time .So i request you to pls solve my complain (credit my Rs100/.) as early as possible.

                                    With Reference to the above referred loan account, your good self is requested to please clarify the reason for my wife’s name appearing in the CIBIL as she is a guarantor in the said loan.
                                    Sir, please note that I am enclosing my saving bank statement of account from which the e c s of the loan account has been debited regularly. As full amount of my installment i.e. Rs. 18,443 has been debited in may, 2011 and whereas in the month of june, 2011 Rs. 14,930.00 has been debited instead of Rs. 18443. I thought the loan is cleared and suddenly in the month of July, 2011 Rs. 3,513.00 has been debited. I was of the opinion that some charges might have been debited.
                                    Sir, my installment is being debited through ecs, than please clarify how the question of pending arises. I[censored] feel that the amount is actually due, than please clarify why you have not debited the ecs in my account and without any communication to me you have forwarded the matter in the CIBIL showing me as a defaulter thereby deteriorating my reputation which has taken years to built up.
                                    Sir, please clarify that is this the right way of dealing with a wealth customer and if not than clarify the reasons why it has been dealt in such a degraded way.

                                    Sir, please look into the matter and do the needful in this regard to revert back the entire issue in writing with proper documentation otherwise I will be left with no other option except to refer the issue to BANKING LOKPAL.
                                    As I have visited the ICICI Branch personally today the 9th jan, 2011 and the concerned executive has refused to accept the application, now I am sending this application through Registered Post.

                                      Hi I have a company saving account with ICICI bank for the last 10 months. On 6th January while using my debit card, i found that it is showing insufficient funds. After checking with the bank, they informed that the account is blocked because i have a credit card amount due. I am not using any existing icici credit card. On further investigation, they informed that it is a 7 year old amount for which i have not paid. I am shocked that since last 10 months, they did not do anything and all of a sudden they have blocked the card. I have a 4mnth old daughter and i had to purchase some urgent stuff for her and my card did not work. It was embarassing. Atleast the bank should have informed me of any such happening.

                                      Iam from middle class. My monthly income Rs.10, 000/-. My family members are my father, mother, sister and my wife. I am doing a small scale buisiness.                                       I am having ICICI credit card [protected]. Last month I was lost my credit card and blocked immediately. At that time when i was blocked i was cleared all my payments to the card.

                                      But after I was blocked i am getting messages that i need to pay the dues. I dont know why i have to pay and I enquired customer care they are saying it was some ICICI insuarnce dues. I was shocked to here that news because I never recieved any insurance documents and i never made any polocies. without my permission how bank people transfer money to that insurance.

                                      I am requesting you that please cancel all the payments which you transfer to that insurance polocy and now I am not in a position to pay the amount because my financial status is very worst now a days due to recession.

                                      I think if one person is in a postion to pay the insurance then only companies will take polocies from him otherwise if that person not in a position to pay dont insist/herase it is wrong on companies part.

                                      I am hoping that you take needful action on my complaint and cancel all the payments as well as the polocies.

                                        Sir,

                                        I have a home loan taken in 2003 at 8.25%, which has now become 15.75% ( almost double the initial interest rate). Now I have 15 more months and Rs 3 lak outstanding. I thought of paying Rs 1 Lak as part payment so that the number of EMIs may come down to 7. But, to my surprise, I was told that as per rules I can not reduce the tenure to less than 13 month and I can pay Rs 30K to reduce two EMIs.

                                        Now I am stuck with a situation to pay entire Rs 3 Laks in one go and preclose. Or live with it where they have at liberty to raise the interest rate in the next 15 months as they like. It is totally one sided. When I do not have option to do part payment, at least the interest shall be fixed for the last 13 months.

                                        Is there any way I can file a consumer complaint?
