Today i deposited Rs 20000/- in my account no xxxxxxxxx882 and my account was credited with Rs 19835/- only. Rs165 was taken under ANW charges...I dont know for what reason. I would request you to correct this error immediately..!

ICICI Bank — DEDUCTION OF PRIVILEGE QA

Dear Sir,
I had opened a students account in ICICI bank bhowanipore branch, numbered[protected]. As per student account norms no QA is to be maintained. However an amount of 552 was deducted from my account on 23.07.10 and 827 on 11.11.10. No intimation has been given to me regarding any upgradation of my account. Kindly clarify on the matter,

    Sir,
    ICICI executives had called in Aug 2011 and suggested to take the Credit Protection Plan insurance policy for Rs 1499/-. They told they will deduct the amount from the credit card automatically. After that they did not sent any documents and only a confirmation mail was sent. We were not sure whether the policy started or not. In January we got a message from ICICI that we have an outstanding amount of Rs 3400/-. On inquiring we came to know that the policy started long back and money was deducted, for which neither the insurance company nor the ICICI had informed us. Further ICICI had been putting late payment and interest charges on the insurance policy amount taking it as outstanding amount. Though we had registered for transaction messages on mobile, we were not getting any message on mobile also.

    The ICICI executive offered to close the account for Rs 2500/-. Now when we agreed to the same and are requesting the ICICI team to close the account for 2500/-, they are agreeing to it and continuously increasing the amount by putting ate payment and interest charges. Kindly Help us out.

        I am ashish arora i live in delhi , i had taken a loan on my Jaipur property on agreement date 16/06/2007 of Rs 15 lacs in starting the whole one year i was harassed by bank people because of non ecs present , my account always have the amount balance but still the ecs was not clear, in that case the bank people make me a regular call and on quarterly basis they take a instalment cheque from me on behalf of letter by bank that due to technical reason your ecs is not present in your bank account so please issue the cheque of instalment without any further charges. after one year when the problem was sorted out from that day my ecs started clear on one shot.

        Even after that the bank people still makes a call to me and harras me because in the mean time the two installment was still pending , i had conversation with more then 20 of their executives that please send the same type of written letter and collect your installment current date cheque immediately because it was not because of my fault , their is a icici bank fault from the first day, some of their executives commit me for that but no body came forward, this thing is happening from last 2007 . Every week some of them call me for that some in a decent way some in a hard language but nobody is giving a positive response to close this matter . I need this letter just because of safety at the time of loan closure because i had learnt that thing that icici home loan never update their customer details or problems on their system that's why every time i have to say the same story to each of their person .

        If the bank do the fault then why should i bear for that why should i harassed by their employees and agencies.

          I was working in ICICI Bank from the period 7th August,2008 to 19th Oct,2011 EMP ID 164994 in my service period i have given my best efforts to the company for the better out put, in 19th of Oct 2011 i have left the company with complying all the formalities and taken all the online and offline clearance and after a month when i am asking to the company for my reliving letter they are replying that i have loan pending, for which i am surprised .

          All the clearance letter with full and final settlement letter with Zero loan liability letter received from the bank is attached for your kind perusal.In this matter i have given several mails to the company and even if to the MD and CEO but i have not yet received the reliving letter.
          So requesting you to help me in this matter all the relevant documents are attached for your reference.

              This mail is in regard to a SR lodged on 04.02.2012 ( Sr No.[protected] complaining that my BSNL Bill is not uploaded for payment. I have been using the Internet portal for the past two years to pay my LICI premium and BSNL bill and to be honest there was no issue , only on 02.02.12 I got a call from BSNL stating that the bill for January is unpaid , I checked with BSNL and they confirmed that there is no payment from the Bank. I called up your Phone banking team and asked the phone-banking officer the reason why the bill was not uploaded. I even said that I am OK if I need to pay the bill from my end only this time but please ensure that once I pay my bill from my end it should not get debited from my account and next month it should be debited as it was happening all these days. I was told that I would get an update on my mobile as soon the update is available. I called up again on 07.02.12 and this time I was told that the TAT for a SR is 5 working days. I called up again on 10.02.12 at 9.30am and the officer transferred the call to his so called floor Manager named JYOTI who was not at all polite and confirmed that I would get an update by 10.30 am on the same day . There was no update so again called up on 11.02.12 at around 12 pm and asked about the update, the agent said that he would arrange a call back from his manager by half an hour. Call back was arranged because what according to me is that OUTBOUND calls do not get recorded . However I did get a call back and surprisingly from the same person Ms JYOTI ( based in Mumbai ) and she informed that the Sr is already closed and I need to pay the bill. She was rude on the call and her behaviour is not acceptable. I want to know why I did not get any update ( If the bill is not paid within 15th BSNL Barrs outbound calls and I would have to pay a Late fine anyhow )and why did it took 7 days to inform that I need to pay the bill from my end. This a perfect and burning example of ' khayaal aapka 'right ? So basically calling up the phone banking is wastage of time and money because its not a toll free number . I now like to know whether next month I would face the same issue or not.
              Please revert because I have to rethink whether I and my family members will continue to keep relationship With ICICI or not.

              I gave pin change request they mentioned like "with in one week you have received the pin". But still I cant receive also I clarify with my branch in alwarthirunagar they didnt receive any think like pin docs and all.

              So please kindly check with request no "SR[protected]" and clear this issue.

                  ICICI Direct deactivated my account without informing me. I had submitted PAN card verification form along with the proof with their executive in September 2011. Still they deactivated my account at the beginning of January 2012 and I was unable to log in and trade. I had to call them repeatedly until they informed me that I had to re-submit the PAN card verification form (they had messed up the first time). The executive who came to my home to collect the papers informed me that the verification will be processed in 3 days time and the account deactivation was not because of the pending verification and he would get it activated in 2 days time. I had to wait for 13 days before the PAN verification process was completed. I again had to contact the bank to question about the deactivated status of my trading account, this time I was informed that I had to apply for a re-activation of my account which would take 12 days. That is a total of 2 months deactivated state of my trading account. They make it very difficult to close the trading account with the bank as well.

                  I have had to re-submit my personal documents with the bank for 3 times over the past 8 years. They keep claiming that their records were lost. I am sure the bank will create a lot of problem during closing of trading and savings account with the bank as well.

                        As your ATM m/c is install at our site (Zydus Cadila health care ltd, moraiya,Ahmedabad )
                        And we observe that the A/C install for ATM m/c is very haphazard condition , which is aesthetically look very bad,
                        We are complaining to you so many times, but till date no any action has been take at your end,

                        This is a very bad expedience with ICICI and there employee Mr.Anil chopara,Mr Parin who is handling this section and they have no any controll over there contractor.

                            Dear ,

                            I was using credit card of ICICI Bank, and made payment of the card in the month of may, but it didnt reflect in the system of the bank. I send the scanned copy of the amount deducted from my bank, then also i didnt got any kind of response from the bank repeatedly i complained but the result was same, i stopped doing payment and my card was blocked by the bank. My uses was 9000 only which increased to 17000.

                            I had done the settlement of my card after not getting any kind of response from the bank in 9500. After doing the settlement an extra amount of 16591 was debited from my ICICI bank account.

                            When I asked the customer care executive regarding this, he confirmed me that the amount of 16591 will be credited in my account within a week, but it is almost 12 days gone nothing has been credited in my account. When i try to know what actions are being taken for the credit of said amount they used to talk round and round kind of things, put me on hold, disconnect the phone line.

                            I am feeling very depressed and embarrassed with this kind of behavior of bank. Kindly help me out of this situation and provide me solution on urgent basis.

                            hi this is jagannatha, well i bought a miracle credit card from centurion bank of punjab, now miracle credit card, is icici bank, credit card, well i got a credit limit of 25 k i made a tranasaction of20k before making transaction i had called customer care askng for emi, they said yes, but after making a transaction when i had called miracle credit card customer care they said they have withdrawn the facility, evey month they charged me 1000 rs of intrest, so as on date i have paid intrest of 18k now i can pay the amount.. plz help me
                            I have recieved an SMS from ICICI BANK today on 12/4/2010 as the they have not recieved the ICICI credit card payment due .
                            Here I wish to inform you that the payment is already made by droping a cheque bearing No.004100 dated 8/4/2010 o[censored]nion Bank of India for Rs 4604/- at your ATM centre, East street, Camp, Pune on the same day. I forgot to write my name and phone No. on the overleaf of the cheque.

                                I had ICICI bank credit card in the year 2003 and after that may be in 2003 or 2004 i could not remember , i lost the card and i blocked the card with in one hour by calling customer care.After some day i got the lost card and immediately and cut the same and thrown.

                                But suddenly yesterday day after 9 years i got a call from strange person saying the he is working in ICICI and i have outstanding of INR 22,823/- and he is harrasing me and using abusing words and he is asking me to give the present address.

                                When went to ICIC bank web site it shows the statement for INR 22823/-

                                I am totally upset and harassed by this ,even when i lost my card i didnt have any outstanding to pay .Please guide me how to proceed further.

                                On 01Jun 2013, I have received a phone call from ([protected]), identified as ICICI Bank Mumbai. Lady on other line had confirmed from me that, Do I know Paritosh Parmar? which I confirmed that Yes . (As I have work with him in Jet Airways Indore, in[protected] and he is in a facebook contact.

                                Lady on line informed me that he has taken some loan from ICICI in 2007 and now is absconding as there is my reference on the loan they are approaching me.

                                Its was shocking for me as I have never given any reference for Paritosh Parmar and not even I have ever received any such call from ICICI bank in past.

                                Now this lady is constantly calling, misbehaving with me over the phone. I have informed them that his email address id is there on facebook, which i am willing to share.

                                She further accusing me and asking me to make the payments. I would like to loge a official compliant against ICICI bank and Paritosh Parmar.

                                Request your guidance over my email as I am out of India.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I was holding the Credit card of ICICI Bank for around 2 and half years..6 years back i have settled the card and closed my card. Since then i haven't done a single transaction. Every now and then the ICICI collection department call and disturb and also they behave in an inappropriate manner.

                                  Because of this i am having a bad CIBIL rating,and not able to process for any other things. Kindly help me to resolve this issue...I called up the customer service number in chennai....but not giving proper answer to resolve this issue...

                                  Dear Pradeep,

                                  I have gone through your details with great interest.Pls allow me to analyse your situation and inform you few things with the following points :

                                  * SETTLEMENT : First of all you should note that there is a standard procedure to settle any account with any credit grantor.Customer has to make an application [ Hard OR soft mode ] ; Based on which Banks at their sole discretion in a special case agree to settle the account and issue a letter of Settlement for the said account with a vailidity period of accepting the payment. In other words you may understand that The respective settlement has to be paid in favour of the disputed account for which the settlement is desired on OR before the date which is mentioned in the letter of settlement issued by the concern Credit Grantor / Bank.On expiry of that particular date ; that this Settlement offer get NULL or VOID and there wont be any value of that.

                                  Now you know better that whether you have followed the same or not ????It appears from your complain that the above mentioned route was not followed.

                                  ** Secondly As you mentioned about your CIBIL record.I would again like you to understand that In all kind of Settlement cases, Banks use to incurr huge financial losses ; Hence as per regulator guidelines they reserve the rights to put your details as Negative database to Credit Bureaus such as CIBIL ; which appears as SETTLED.

                                  I dont know much about your case that in what circumtances you had to go for SETTLEMENT with CITI.But to add a salt to your injury ; the STATUS can be changed only by the credit grantor, when they report CIBIL about it.

                                  Hence i would suggest you to write to your bank Sr. officials and ask for the resolution.Chances are there that If there are no transaction in your account; Bank may give you some waiver and may ask you to make the Principal Outstanding.

                                      I am holding bank account with ICICI[protected] and in last one month, have got frustrated by their poor service.

                                      My internet banking service was stopped (system identified that ID/Password was wrong) on around 28th december.
                                      I called up the customer care and they harassed me - saying that I forgot my password. Then they reset my account and I was able to login with the same set of ID and Password. Still the customer care executive was not satisfied and I logged in and out atleast 3 times to make him believe that I remember my ID and Password correctly. Thereafter, system again identified my login as invalid and blocked my account.

                                      Then they requested for the screen shot of error message, which I duly compiled and sent across. But the mail to designated email ID of ICICI bank got bounced. I informed the customer car executive of the same, but they kept writing emails that "please send the screenshot". This caused me a lot of mental agony.

                                      Then the bank executive said that size of attached file cannot me more than 1 MB, so I compressed the file and made it 0.9 MB. Still the mail is getting bounced.

                                      Further, the bank promised to send an executive to my place to collect the error message. That person just harassed me over telephone and I received email from ICICI asking for my current address.

                                      Please note that, even after sending the address 4 times to all the concerned addresses (on email) I have been repeatedly asked to send my current address. And these frivolous emails came from same email ID to which I sent my current address.

                                      It has been more than a month since I have not availed internet banking services and it has caused me lots of inconvenience and I have incurred unwanted transaction cost to do the fund transfers.

                                      There has been frivolous phone calls and emails from ICICI bank which has caused me a lot of inconvenience.

                                      I urge all of you who read this email to spread the word, you might be a victim too….if not by ICICI then by some other bank.
                                      Lets empower the customer and teach these banks a lesson.

                                        I have written before to care ICICI bank ( [protected]@icicibank.com and [protected]@icicibank.com) but have got no reply.
                                        Trying to call the customer care but saying tried maximum limit.
                                        Due to emergency I have shifted to Kolkata and haven’t paid the Monthly bill for 6-7 months. But I have paid the amount of Rs1,520, the minimum limit last month ( January 2012).

                                        I am waiting for this month bill and I will pay minimum amount for next 2 months and then I will pay the whole amount after May-June 2012, as I have financial issue.

                                        A guy saying himself Recovery Manger saying I will have to pay the whole amount. I am getting call from him also he is saying he will call my office. I said Do what ever you want to do. I will pay according to the monthly statement.
                                        I am getting call from the number[protected] and[protected]. The name of the guy is Ajit.
                                        As far as I know is that I need to pay ATLEAST the minimum amount of the bill. Please clarify.
