I Praveen Srivastav Using the Icici Bank Credit Card in 2008 after the default the payment, bank representative approach to me and give the proposal settlement the outstanding so I agree of this proposal and I pay the 1st installment Rs 5000/- cash and rest 5 PDC check issue the in-favour of Icici credit card A/C in Nov-2010 . in the min time there is no communication from the bank to me any issue of payment . again month of November-2011 in Chennai branch ( Collection Dept. ) again call to me and approach to me regarding payment . but I have no issue regarding the payment but Icici bank officer touch on phone my relative and office person and tell wrong information regarding me .

Sir , this is not my fault because I Have agree with bank to payment in2010 but bank staff does not check produce in time in my account . so does not making the payment on time .but till time bank force to me heave amount with interest making one time payment .

I am not comfort in one time payment .

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Credit Card Settlement Issue

I have closed/settled my ICICI Bank Credit Card on 12th August 2008 by paying Rs.13, 000/- cash to the collector who came. He gave me a simple receipt of ICICI Bank, which I still have. He said the settlement letter will be provided to you by way of an email attachment in 2 working days. I have waited for 2 days and called the customer care as the guy who came to collect and the guy who made this settlement offer are not responding for my calls.The call center people told me it takes 7 working days not 2 working days. So i waited for another 5 days and called the call center again, this time they told me that money is deposited in my credit card account, but it is not against settlement but as a payment. I told them this is paid against the settlement of the card. For this they said they opened a request for settlement of the card and that an agency will call me for settlement. I told them that I have already made the settlement.

Later I have received Rs.13, 750/- in my ICICI Bank Savings account. This amount is blocked by the ICICI Credit Card department as outstanding payment.

I have called and emailed many times to the customer care, but of no use. I was given numbers to call, which obviously will not be answered. I tried tried and now I dont have stamina to call any more or wait anymore.

So I have now approached you for help. Please help me in getting my amount in the savings account refunded.

I will provide the necessary details upon request.

ICICI Bank — settlement Cheating

I have a card from past 3 years and 07/08/2009 I received a call from ICICI bank collection agency stating that my account has pending with around 95000 and it came for settlement and it has been approved for 23000 and its need immediate payment. I asked for approved letter the told me that the will send in 2 working days after paying only I can get the docs then I sum discursion has don on that The agency name is G.R.A Phone number [protected] on 12/09/2009 I paid the amount 23000 in cash but my problem is started now on 16 /09/2009 I went to bank I asked for NOC the are saying that the don’t have any information on settlement so pay total amount or ells convert into EMI the don’t know who is collection agent or who’s collected the amount what the told you. You have to pay remaining amount. That time I found that they are cheated me I don’t have any way to do be cause at the time of payment I don’t have money of 10,000 so I taken hand lone at the rate of 10% , i lost my money . Can any one help me out on this?
I future I can’t believe any ICICI people or any ICICI product. And people don’t believe ICICI its fake bank with full of Fake people .

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Credit card Settlement issues

Hello,

Instead of settling my credit card dues I am getting statement for dues to be paid off. 2 days back I had a Lien on my saving account for Rs. 12000/- marked. After several calls made to customer care the lien was removed but my account which had a balance to Rs./- 22054 is now showing a balance of Rs./ 10054. The statement says Withdrawal towards credit card Rs./ 12054. Due to this my A/c suffered a Bounce on Home Loan EMI.

I want you take immediate action against this and refund my deducted amount as the next clearance for my Housing loan EMI is on 14 of this month. I am Attaching a copy of the Settlement letter received from ICICI bank and also a copy of the Bank statement.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Regarding Card Settlement

Hi,
This is ragarding the credit card payment and settlement of the card for which i have asked them for the settlment in the month of Feb 2009. They had asked that they will arrange for the call back and they did not do so. The reason mentioned is my mobile was not reachable. When i asked on which number they tried calling, they have told a wrong number when they had the correct number with them.

I have a salary account with ICICI bank and now they have marked a lin in my salary account of amount Rs 13,275.

I am not ready to pay this amount and would like your help in this regard.

    i have credit card of icici bank no [protected] i have not used card since 2-3 yrs. Many executive from collection agency came and took cash for settelement but then also i was charged in next statement this thing happen three to four times i was tiered and then refused to pay when i was trying for car loan i was told that your name is in cibil and cant get any loan so i contacted icicibank for settlement, One executive came and told that you need to pay 16500/- i have not used single paise then why to pay 16500/- then after few days he came and told to pay 9000/- but refused to give NOC for settlement. kindly guide me what to do

      It was Nov 4, 2011, when i submitted a bank to ICICI branch, Karauli. It was a foreign bank cheque and I was told that it would take 21 days to get cleared. After more then 4 weeks now, calling the karauli branch, visiting a branch at malviya nagar jaipur, calling customer care many times, calling the account holding branch at Kolkata at least for 50 times by now, No body has been able to tell me the location or status of this cheque. The response of the executives at all places have been terribly apathic and insensitive. There is no way you can file the complaint to them.
      The IVR system over phone takes at least 10 min to give you a response and 60 % of the times executives say their system is down. What nonsense is going on in this country and why a bank like ICICI is behaving like a municipality clerck?
      can you please help me with tracking of this cheque? at least they should tell me whether it is lost or it is into a particular process?

            I am Dinesh kumar working at chennai as a programme analyst,I am having a salary account in ICICI bank and on 29/11/11 my father deposited Rs.10,000 but I received only Rs. 9,835 where the transaction details said that ANW charges : Rs.150 and s.tax :15.I called the coustmer care regarding the same issue but they didnt respond well,so please take nessaccary action and let me know about this issue.

            I had approached the customer Care of ICICI regarding such a similar experience to me. They said it was due to my remittance through another ICICI branch...It is so absurd when they say they provide core banking facility..As this was the first time I faced such a reduction, they promised to reverse the amt 165/-..I think they may reverse it soon... People who have faced such a problem, approach the customer care.they may help you too..!

              When I went to the home branch for clarification of the EMI on home loan, people were busy selling insurance policy from the branch and kept me waited for nearly an hour and I had to leave the branch then though they claimed that I am an Privilege Customer. In this regard I have sent them one Unhappy SMS which is nothing but an instrument to generate bank revenue and no one will be assisting from there. No call back was there as committed. In this regard I wanted to escalate the issue but even after couple of mails they are not willing to give me the reference number with which I can escalate the issue. The content of the two mails below where in both the cases I have asked for the SR.

              I feel the EMI or the Tenure of my Home Loan is not correct. For that I went to the home branch but no one was ready to assist there. Instead every people were eager to discuss investment plan as I believe they get some commission if they can sell it. On this note I send an UNHAPPY sms and as usual there is no response. Looks like this sms system is another way to generate revenue. Just formalizing the complaint so that I can refer to the SR and go further. The branch is situated in a position that is worth and is generating revenue for the bank but most of the staffs there are very unprofessional.

                  Hi,

                  I am Karukkuvel Rajan from Chennai. I have a very bad experience with ICICI credit card department and their services towards its customers.

                  I had a Platinum credit card and I was using it for quite a long time. I am a genuine payer and I pay my dues on time much before the due dates. On 18/08/2008, I had lost my card in an exhibition in Chennai. The person took the card is from the shop in which I made my final purchase. After I reach home around 10 pm night, I got a message that I made a purchase for Rs.48500 and then only I realized that my card was lost.
                  Immediately, the same night I went to that exhibition back again and enquired in that shop where I had made my final purchase. I asked for the lost card and the guy from that shop told me that he found that card and surrendered in that exhibition’s office. I went with him and checked in the office room and he could not show to whom he gave that card. That night they were closing the exhibition and packing their things. So I could not do much and I collected the contact number of that guy who had saw my card last. Back home I called customer care and blocked my card during that night itself. The customer care told me that the person who has used my card swiped the card for Rs. 1 three times in a different swiping machine in that same exhibition and after confirming that he can use the card he swiped the card and bought a laptop for Rs. 48500.

                  Then the next day(19/08/2008) morning I went to police station and I made complain about my loss of card. The inspector(Mr.Lawrence) asked me who is the last person who saw my card and I had mentioned that guy(his name is Manzoor) and inspector wanted to speak to that guy. So I called him and gave the phone to the inspector and inspector started to threaten him since he is the person who saw the card last, he has to come to that station and answer them. But he was saying he is on the way back to Bangalore and he cannot come. But inspector insisted him to come and threatened him like he will send Bangalore police to his home for enquiry. Then he was saying like he will try to come in a day or two. Then I collected the FIR copy and came home. Same day(19/08/2008) I had I applied the dispute in ICICI website.

                  That day(19/08/2008), I started getting messages from that guy Manzoor who has accepted that he made a mistake and he is the one who had took my card and bought the laptop. He was asking apology and begged me not to file complaint. He was saying his father will die if he comes to know about this misconduct. I had told him to pay the money and then I will withdraw my complaint. And he promised that he will pay the money in a week. As promised he deposited Rs. 10,000 to my credit card number. And on 26/08/2008 he deposited another Rs. 20,000. That week representative from ICICI came home and asked me to fill dispute forms and collected the FIR copy and contact numbers of Manzoor. And that representative promised that ICICI bank will take care of collecting the remaining due Rs.18503 from that guy Manzoor. I told inspector Lawrence and he also confirmed me that bank will take care from there on since I had given them enough proofs to the bank.

                  On 30/08/2008, I had received a letter from ICICI bank stating about my disputed transactions and they have initiated resolution of my complaint and a temporary fraud credit will be done. The case reference number is SR77828655. In that letter itself they had mentioned that “You will be pleased to know that we are temporarily reversing the charges billed to your account towards the disputed transactions. This credit will reflect in your next statement. If the complaint is resolved in your favour, we will make the reversals permanent”.

                  On 02/09/2008, I have a received a temporary credit of Rs.48503 to my card. Later on 15/09/2008, I had received another letter from ICICI bank saying that “We are pleased to inform you that the dispute is resolved in your favour”. On that day(15/09/2008) they have debited my card account for same Rs. 48503. But since they had confirmed me that these disputes are resolved in my favour they should have reversed only Rs.30,000 which I had recovered. Then I would not have anything pending in that card and dispute would have been closed on that day. From that day onwards

                  I tried to reach customer service asked them to reverse the transaction correctly and nobody took response and corrected.
                  I approached ICICI bank, Regional office in Chennai and wrote emails to customer care. They kept on saying since I blocked my card after the card has been used I should pay the amount. But they are not answering for the letter which they had given me saying that the dispute is resolved in my favour. Now they have blocked my two savings accounts with them. ICICI have spoiled my reputation. For their mistakes I am suffering with CIBIL score and not getting new loans even though I earn more than 1Lakh per month. I checked with a local civil lawyer and he had confirmed me that my side it is clear and I can file a case if I wish to. But I want to clear this trouble without going to court etc. The current due for Rs. 18,500 is Rs. 65,154..ICICI bank asking me to pay a settledment of Rs 26,000 for the disputed transactions which I did not concurr.

                  Can someone help me how do I get these people understand ask them to reverse the transactions correctly. Should I file a consumer case against them? Please advise.

                  ICICI Bank Credit Card — Payment Dispute for the lost card

                  I am residing in Bangalore. I lost my Credit Card of ICICI Bank on 4th November 2007 and it was swiped by someone at two shops in Bangalore only between 5:15 pm to 6:00 pm. The total amount used was Rs.19, 746.00. After that I immediately called the ICICI Customer Care and blocked the Card. I also informed the nearest Police Station for lost card and they gave me an acknowledgment for the complaint. After that with the help of ICICI Customer Care I raised a transaction Dispute with the Bank and sent one letter and complaint acknowledgment to the Mumbai Head Office of ICICI Bank.
                  After that I received a letter from ICICI Bank saying that I have to pay the amount to them which I haven't payed them till now.
                  Now from last week i am getting calls from the ICICI people that I have to pay the amount and that too in cash and they will close the account.
                  I would also like to mention the following points
                  1. At the time of giving the card the bank people say that there is an insurance cover if the card is lost or stolen.
                  2. The bank people also did not provided me the details of the shops so I was not able to go there and get information about the transactions.
                  3. The Bank people also did not verify my signatures.

                  Kindly consider my application and help me out to resolve this issue.

                  In the last month there was a wrong cash debit from my credit card and after a long follow up I got it back on 20 th of last month.But on 1st this month they again taken the same from my account.As discussed with the customer care exec I fax one dispute letter to bombay office three days ago.But its not get back yet..
                  we are settle my credit card a/c through ref. no. ICNO1NO!/022009/28031/1. Letter no 0550781 dt on 28, 02, 09.but their representative tourcher every month .bank sent a new credit card statement . They are torcher unnecessrily.We want to closed my credit card ac.urgently.

                  Myself, Manoj Kumar Rout, holding an ICICI Credit card had given a standing instruction in December 2006 to my ICICI Credit card no.# 4477 XXXX XXXX 7004 for the bill pay(utility bill payment service) towards payment of my airtel Mobile (Mobile No.[protected] and Airtel account Number[protected] .

                  On May 2008 my airtel Connection converted to a corporate connection with the same mobile number but different Airtel account number(Mobile Number: [protected] and Airtel Account Number:[protected], So I called ICICI customer care to cancel the standing instruction and that is the only way we can do it. From May, 2008 onwards my company started paying the bill till date. After that no payment made through the utility bill payment (From ICICI credit card) till February 2009.

                  Though the bill amount for my connection was Rs 1316 for the month of February 2009 however, on 18th March 2009 a amount of Rs 21551.76 has been debited from my account and credited to Airtel Hyderabad on 28th may 2009. I raised so many requests towards the refund of the amount debited wrongly from my account (Request no # SR[protected], SR[protected] etc.), but all in vain. In fact for all my email communications with the bank I got number of contradictory replies. At the end I got to know that, AIRTEL can’t refund that amount to me as my connection is a corporate connection. With the help of my company representative Airtel refunded that amount on 8th sept. 2009 to my company and I got a cheque of amount Rs 21552.00, in favor of ICICI credit card# 4477 XXXX XXXX 7004 on 25th Sept. 2009 from my company.

                  Though this is the fault of ICICI credit card, they are denying it and charging late payment fees and interest and forcing me to pay another Rs. 10,500.00 for the same.

                  For your kind information -
                  1. If ICICI is correct saying, I did not cancel the standing instruction then why any payment hasn’t been made from my card for a period of 10 months (between May,2008 to Feb,2009) and suddenly on the month of march 2009 Rs 21551.76 debited from my account against my real bill amount for the concerned month was 1316.00
                  2. And the other thing is, while giving standing instruction I had mentioned the Airtel mobile number as well as the Airtel account number which was assigned to me with a copy of the bill at time of submission of application, but while the connection converted to a corporate connection the Airtel account number has been changed. So how the amount has been debited to a different account.

                  They are disturbing my peace of mind by harassing in different ways and imposing late payment fees and interest charges for the transaction that hasn’t been made on my part.

                  Please guide me to file any legal action against the bank or the issue could be resolved in any other way. Any help would be highly appreciated.

I have paid Rs.2700/- pm for 12 months so far. In the month of January 2011 a pay order for Rs,2700/- drawn on Hyderabad was dropped in icici bank atm at rajivnagar cross roads near motinagar and the same draft was misplaced at your end and the same was not accounted for. Again I have obtained a duplicate draft and dropped at kalyannagar branch and the same was returned by your branch saying that it is stale cheque. Hence I have dropped another cheque of sbh sanatnagar branch and the same was debited to the account. Thus I have paid 12 installments as per original agreement. However to my surprise still you are showing an outstanding of rs.4580.82. You have imposed late payment charges and other charges which i request you to reverse immediately as the interest charges service tax are already included in the amortization schedule. I submit that i have paid rs.2700/- instead of rs.2600/- whereby i have paid an excess of rs.1200/- and i request you to refund the same.

                      I would like bring your notice to the transaction where I am stuck with no solution as yet.

                      On 14th Nov 2011, I had withdrawn Rs.20,000 (10,000+10,000) from SBI ATM (in Barrackpore, Kolkata) using my ICICI Debit Card. On the very same day I had again tried to withdraw Rs.10,000 again (in HDFC ATM machine in Barrackpore) but there was a error message saying "You have already cancelled the transaction" and I did not receive the money from the machine but the same amount was deducted.

                      The very same time I have called the customer service executive of ICICI bank and informed them regarding the same. They assured me of the correction in 7 working days. Request No.[protected].

                      As I was in need of the money, I called the customer service team again on 19.11.2011 to check if I am getting back the money within the time span committed to me. The executive received my call confirmed me that the request is in process and I'll get the solution on 22.11.2011.

                      On 22.11.2011, I called the customer service executive in the evening after checking my account balance (money has not been credited till that time) . I spoke to Mr.Venkata Ramana who informed me that Ms.Prachi Madgarkar has closed the Complain/Request on 21.11.2011.

                      This is shocking that Complain/Request can be closed without the solution.

                      Mr.Venkata Ramana had no solution except committing me another 7 working days with a new Request No.[protected].

                      Please look into the matter and help customers get solution at-least by the time they are committed.

                        ICICI collection agents have been harassing me and my family. As we are not able to do the payments as we lost 2 of the family members who used earn and support the family. We sold all small jewels we had and ready to pay all that we can. they dont listen. we said we are ready to face legal charges. but they are not following that but started harassing.

                        I am not sure how to escape these harassments. If they continue there is no option other than suicide for my family and ICICI is responsible for this.

                        I will disclose all my details when I die. I am preparing all the documents and recordings.

                        Please help me, my family and all others that are going through humiliation and harassments from the illegal people by ICICI.

They have also refused to accept that the Field executive whose name was Gaurav abused me or harrased me. I am really annoyed by the communication they have sent me which nowhere mention the apology.

                        When i talk about the ECS it had some Technical problem which i am not aware of and even their executives never gave me a solution on the same. Their exectives only collected payments and few times they had collected bouncing charges i.e. Rs.225 which is not applicable in such cases(Technical problem).

                        All i expected was an apology for such a harrasment but i feel that there is no use.

                        You can do what you want to do and i will do what i should.

                        This is with regards to the harassment that I am going from the past 3 months from calling who are calling me (during ODD HOURS) and tell that they represent the PRESTIGIOUS ICICI Bank. (Please call on [protected] for loan details)

                        I had taken a 2 wheeler loan from ICICI Bank in 2006 which I paid as per the tenure. I always used to keep sufficient funds in my account all months for the EMIs. Once the loan tenure is over, I started using the bike as my own as the loan is successfully matured and settled. I even called the Customer Care for my NOC and I was assured that the NOC would be mailed to my postal address which I never received.

                        Now its 2013, after 7 LONG YEARS all of a sudden ICICI has wokeup from a long sleep, I received a call from a person who said to be representing ICICI Bank and my 3 EMIs are pending. THE STRANGE THING IS WHOEVER CALLS ME IS NOT READY TO TELL HIS NAME AND EMPLOYEE DETAILS even after asking them repeatedly. They keep on calling and ask to pay the pending amount (Rs. 5000) and also threatened me that "IF I DONT PAY, IT WOULD NOT BE GOOD FOR ME". Is this the response that you expect from a normal person when asked for name and Employer details. I dont think ICICI is hiring such an UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL AND COUNTRY PEOPLE to represent themselves in the market.

                        I would to inform one of the incidents that happened. One afternoon a guy called me and informed that he is representing some AGENCY OF ICICI BANK. When I asked him for his NAME and the NAME OF THE AGENCY, he denied and he aroused to such an extent that he said the below words to me "I WILL NOT GIV U ANY INFORMATION. JUST LISTEN TO ME, GO AND PAY THE PENDING AMOUNT ASAP ELSE IT WOULD NOT BE GOOD FOR U. I WILL DRAG U TO THE POLICE STATION, I KNOW THE COMMISSIONER OF THIS CITY, WHAT DO U THINK OF ME HA". These were the exact words told by that UNKNOWN UNNAMED GUY and this is the same told to all my family members whoever picks the call without even respecting the Gender. If this is not THREATENING and HARASSMENT, then what is it ??????

                        One more funny thing "THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHETHER THEY ARE SPEAKING TO THE RIGHT PERSON". It is very unfortunate that ICICI has come to such a stage that they are hiring such a low class agencies.

                        My Question is, what was ICICI Bank doing all these 7 years??????. I[censored] calculate the Rate Of DEPRECIATION of the 2 wheeler today, it may not cost more than 2000 to 3000 rupees and they demand me to pay 5000 though my loan is settled.

                        ICICI is one among the most harassing banks when it comes to RECOVERY. So was the Bank waiting all these 7 years for me to pay the amount once again which I have already paid.

                        All the viewers please suggest me what to do in this regard and what is the solution for the HARASSMENT and THREATEN that I am facing day in and day out from these unethical people. Awaiting for a positive and customer friendly resolution from ICICI if possible.

                          My name is Sadaf Kausar residing in Delhi. My brother was seeing your programme "Pehredaar" (Saturday, 19th November, 2011) when he told me that I should also approach you to get my case solve.

                          Last year on 29th December, 2010 two transactions of Rs. 500/- each were done through my bank account for some recharge. I got this information on my mobile that two such transactions were done through someone whom I don't know. I immdiately made the complaint in the bank i.e. ICICI Bank in which I am holding my Salary Account and my complaint number was SR[protected] and they told me that we will look into your complaint and let you know about it within one month.

                          I called them mnay time but didn't get any positive response from them, they just told me that they are looking into my case.One of the CCE of ICICI Bank told me that this amount will be soon crediited in your account. But in February, 2011 they called me up and told me that their was no fraud transaction done and they will not repay any amount to me.

                          After seeing your programme my brother told be that I should you to get my money refunded from the bank and also I should get a compensation for the mental harassment I got from the bank being their old customer.

                          I had also made the complaint in Police Station but out of veil I didn't get any positive response for that.

                          Total amount was Rs. 1000/- for which someone had done some recharge of the phone number [protected] (i am not aware of this number) and the most shocking thing was that this was through net banking. After this I closed my net banking and till date I have not continued it.

                          For your knowledge I am also enclosing the copy of complaint I made with the bank, the bank statement which shows these transactions and also the copy of complaint made in the Police Station.

                          Please do look into my matter as I would be highly greatful to you.

                            I had submitted my complaint in different forms as mentioned below with in "" about ICICI Harassment on Credit card/loan. after few days one ICICI lady had talk to me and come back to me on settlement. Few days they had stopped calls and setty ICICI agent calling me again and abuse me also say illegally they recover.

                            Now i have no option to write complaint to RBI ombudsman and wait. i want to take this battle to Lok Adalat too.

                            I had settlement with Citibank, they had done very gently and understood my problem and did settlement as per my financial situation, where as ICICI is very harsh and bad.

                            as per my current situation i am ready to take jail, because i am not in position to settle so much amount and i am not able to earn so much being outside.

                              In my experience, the forex rate provided by ICICI Bank are very low compared to the rate published by RBI and other nationalised or private banks (HDFC )in India.
                              ICICI should fall in line with other banks and compensate to the people who have been inconvenienced and complained against this.
                              I appeal to their customers to come forward and share their experiences/evidence so we can go to court/banking ombudsman for redressal.The least we can do is switch to more ethical banks.

                              ICICI — Duping

                              With reference to My Policy No. 08583836, the policy have not been approved by me.

                              As when i received a call from you Call Center, she asked me whether i am interested in such a policy i told her i am not interested in the same. But she said its a good policy and she would just the policy documents to me . I can study the same and if interested i can go for the policy otherwise i need not to reply for the same.

                              I received a call from the verification department also and i told the same thing that is not taking the policy its just been sent to me so i can read all the facilities provided to me by the policy.

                              Then after some time i again received a call asking whether i have received the policy or not, till then i have not received anything and i told them very cleary the same thing. In spite of this suddenly i got a letter from ICICI credit card division stating that 7640.00 premium amount have been converted to EMI, i was really shocked that how this would have happen. I called the ICICI CC people and told them about the same. They assured me that they will cancel the same. But in actual when i received my statement the amount of 7640.00 till stands DR. to my account. The great CC person have cancelled my EMI not the whole amount.

                              Really this harassing of the customer, really being associated with bank and credit card division for so long and get this harassment in return. The call center numbers are not easy to get to the CC executive to talk have to wait a lot many times. But still i succeed and they now tell me that i should call ICIC Prulife CC, as they have nothing to do with it.( Great Answer).

                              Then i called the CC of the ICICI Prulife, he gave me a reply that he will get back to me in ten says, i have not signed any document to get the policy how can you people do such a thing.
                              I don't need the policy at all. My due date of my Credit Card was 26th and have made the rest of the payment. I don't want the Credit Card people to charge me the late fee etc.. on the same amount.

                              I just want the My policy to be cancelled with immediate effect and the reversal for the same should be made from my Credit Card account also.

                              " THIS IS MY ISSUE AND THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY AND NOW I CAME TO KNOW THAT THESE PEOPLE INSPITE OF TELLING ME THAT WE WILL CANCEL THE POLICY BUT NOT REFUND THE MONEY THE POLICY IS STILL ACTIVE .

                              ICICI PEOPLE ARE ROBBING PEOPLE OF THERE MONEY PLEASE HELP ME TAKING ACTION AGAINST THEM."

                                I had a requirement of a personal loan for some personal expenses, but was not sure if i will be eligible for the same, since i already had a home loan and a car loan, also since i am working in a bank myself was aware of the eligibility criteria that banks have.
                                My primary bankers are ICICI bank since the past 10 years, an executive named Anil from the Chembur branch of ICICI called up convincing me that not 100% of my requiremnet but atelast 50% of the same can be funded by ICICI. I repeatedly told him that I would only want to apply for a loan if the funding is possible considering my eligilibility and would not want any case showing as declined with the bank if the eligibility does not work.
                                But he with 100% confidence and post checking with his seniors told me that it is possible, and collected all necessary documents and signatures.
                                Today it has been over a week i have not heard from him, his number is switched off and upon me checking with the bank i got to understand that my case has been declined; but without any intimation to me from the bank.
                                I think this is a highly unacceptable behaviour from ICICI bank and his executives, would request the bank to please look into the matter and ensure that necessary actions are taken against the executive in question.

                                  I intended to withdraw cash of INR 3000 using my HDFC debit card on 07th November 2011 at 1.42PM. However, I got cash of only INR 1600 while the withdrawl statement showed INR 3000 debit in my account. During the same time, there were a team of two people inside the ATM room who completed loading of cash in the ATM. They were there when I got only INR 1600 and said it is a common issue with this ATM and I would get the credit in my bank account in two/three business days. When I raised this issue with HDFC Bank, to my surprise, ICICI bank presented a successful transaction of INR 3000 withdrawal. Could some one look into this pls as this is a serious concern for all the people withdrawing cash in this specific ICICI bank ATM.

                                        IN REPLY ICICI IS SAYING THAT IT IS THEIR POLICY TO CREDIT PART PAYMENT IN SUBSEQUENT MONTHS.HOW COME MY PART PAYMENT IS ADJUSTED LATE WHEN I PAY IT MUCH EARLIER.BUT THEY HAVE BECOME NON RECEIPIENT TO CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT AND THEY SPEAK THEIR OWN LANGUAGE.
