Dear Sirs,

During my visit to Rajkot - Gujarat-India, I wanted to deposit a cheque of Rs.3,500 + in my ICICI Bank's NRI a/c at Nalanda Society Br. Kalawad Road, Rajkot. The officer advised me to have NRO a/c where the cheque can be deposited. I requested to have one in addition to NRI savings account using the details per NRI Savings account. The officer took the cheque in a months time I got confirmation from bank.

I was never informed that there will be charges on this Savings Account. Further to my surprise this new account is opened with different branch of ICICI Bank at Rajkot with differnt ID. Upon quering I was told to keep balance above INR 15,000.00 which I maintained. However the bank has levied charges in Nov.09.

Please advise me.

    On 18th of June, 2009 I bought fuel of Rs 1000 from ANAND FILLING STATION, New Delhi using my ICICI credit card. But my credit card bill showed an amount of 1000 and another amount of 520 from the same petrol pump on the same day.

    It seems that the petrol pump staff swiped my card twice, once for the right amount (Rs 1000) and other for a wrong amount (Rs. 520). I have signed the slip of Rs. 1000 and never signed for Rs 520. ICICI bank has sent me the slip of Rs 520, which shows my credit card details but the signatures are not mine.

    Though the amount in not a big one but I am reluctant to pay the amount for which I have never been given the fuel.

    I have launched a complaint for the same with the ICICI bank but all in vain. As per ICICI normal process they cancelled my credit card and reissued a new credit card to me. But today they have sent me an email showing their inability and asking me to pay this amount (Rs 520).

      I had a credit card ( [protected]) which I stopped using 4-5 months back. No reasons. We have shifted from our address which was initially registered with you. I haD personally dropped 2 Letters at the ICICI Bank Sahibabad Branch, Kaushambhi, mentioning our New Mailing Address. I have left my job also. The statement used to be mailed to me at my official mailing address. This was also communicated in the letter that I left at the branch. Despite of all these measures......I NEVER EVER recieved a call from the customer service to pay my balance.

      Please also be informed that during all these I NEVER changed my LandLine number which was very well registered with you. Customer service could have called me easily.

      1. However, I recieved a call from a collection agency on 12th October 2009 to pay my outstandings. They came to collect my payment on 26th October 2009 and I made a payment of Rs 4719/- IN CASH to the agent named GOVIND who had come from a collection agency named ELEXATE MARKETING PRIVATE LTD OR ELEVATE MARKETING PRIVATE LTD. Below are the details:

      RECEIPT NUMBER - C[protected]
      DATED - 26/10/09
      AMOUNT - 4719/-

      2. I again start recieving calls from the customer service asking me to pay the outstandings.........
      3. I give them the details and tell them to cancell the card.
      4. They tell me that unless they recieve the payment they can not process the cancellation.........7 days after that THEY STILL DO NOT RECIEVE THE PAYMENT.
      5. I get a call from the collection agency on 10th NOV asking me to confirm the credit card number as THEY HAD NOTED A WRONG NUMBER...!!!!
      6. 10 DAYS AFTER THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL DOES NOT GET THE PAYMENT.
      7. On 20th Nov 2009 I had a word with Sujata at Customer Service[protected] and she registered the complete thing and generaterd an SR[protected]
      8. She also mentioned that I will recieve a call within 6 days and will have my issue resolved.

      9. I definitely recieved a call after 5 days....but FOR MAKING A PAYMENT ....NOW OF 4981/-...!!!!!!!!!!
      10. I again repeated my history to some Mr. Neeraj and he very politely updated the SR ( at least that's what he said to me on phone )
      11. Today, 3rd December 2009 I AGAIN recieved a call .....AGAIN asking me to make a payment of 4981/- by some Mr. Sunil. On my insistence he gives me a fax number to have the Receipt faxed to him ........ at[protected]....

      PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THIS SUPPOSE TO MEAN?????????
      IS IT THE CUSTOMER WHO'S SUPPOSE TO FOLLOW UP?????? WHERE IS MY MONEY.....????? WHERE IS THE HARD CASH THAT I PAID TO THE FRAUD NAMED GOVIND???????

      ON 26/10/09 I MADE A PAYMENT AND TILL 03/12/09 CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT RECIEVE IT....?????????????

      I WANT THIS TO BE LOOKED INTO IMMIDIATELY AS YOU MAY SEE THAT A CC IS MARKED TO RBI OMBUDSMAN TOO.

        I used my SBI atm 622XXXXXXXXXX454(AC.No [protected]) card to withdraw Rs1000/- from ICICI ATM at Bowenpally, Hyderabad ATM ID S1AN0854 on 30/11/2009 but the cash was not delivered because of link failure also printed slip was not recieved. A hand written note was pasted stating "transaction slip not available" on the ATM machine.

        Later on from my SBI ATM mini statement i came to know that Rs 1000/- was debited. I called ICICI/SBI customer care and they assured that the money will be reverted back to SBI account. But till date money is not recieved back.

        Kindly help.

        Now SBI is offering car loan for 8.5% and I'm paying 11.75% for housing loan from ICICI. What a pity!!

        Public sector bank car loan interest is much less than ICICI housing loan!!

        ICICI Bank housing loan interest rate very high, hope for reduce the same.

          I have been complaining for more than half a year that I have not been replied properly.
          1) Bifurcation of total payment made by me for prepayment of loan is not provided. Pl provide the amount & @ what rate viz. service tax, educational cess etc.
          2)Original sale deed is not been returned
          3)4 Nos. of PDCs not returned despite of written intimation within one month of closure( as per your email received) You ahd sent an email with attachment of scanned copy of cheque ( as per your claim) which was not compatible to get opened.
          4)Action taken report of my written complaint dated lodged at ICICI, Sakar-II, Ahmedabad.

          I haven't got satisfactorily reply of my previous emails dated , 24/04/2009 & 08/05/2009, 12 / 07/09 ,16,/09/09,23 / 09/09,29/11/09 are listed below.

            Dear Sir, My name is Amit Kaushish Mob- no-[protected]. I was using ICICI credit card no. [protected]. Once a late payment fee & some intrest charges incurred in my account due to late payment for 5 days. I requested to custyomer care to waive off the amount. They assured to waive off the same in next statement. But it was not adjusted & it increased in the next payment. After that every month I paid the usage on date but the same late payment fee & intrest charges incurred every month & increased month by month. Now this amount is 8200/- as on 5 Nov-09. I have paid all the amount which I have used & nothing shoul be due on me.
            I request you to please adjust the same at the earliest & waive off the amount. I want to get my accoun updated, so please look in to this & do the needful.

              Hello,

              Sub: Non Receipt of Cash from SBI ATM, though the amount has been charged to my account of ICICI bank.

              I am having a saving bank account with ICICI bank. On 18th April I have tried to withdraw the cash from one of the SBI banks ATM. I tried two times, (different amount both the times) but didn't get any cash as display and slip shown transaction failuer. However to my surprise the ICICI charged my account with the amounts I had tried to withdraw that day. Detail of both the transactions is as follows:

              Name of Account Holder: Saurabh Pashine
              Account Number: Saving Account[protected]
              Date of Transactions - 18th Apr, 09
              Name & location of ATM - SBI ATM, Paldi, Ahmedabad
              ATM ID - S1AN00530601
              Transaction ID - SB6411369 & SB6410995
              Amount Debited in My Account -Rs.7900.00 & Rs.500.00 (Total Rs.8,400.00)
              Amount Received from ATM - NIL (for both the transactions)

              I tried to take this matter with ICICI bank after three months since i didn't get the auto reversal (which i shoudn't have expected) however they could only provide me was, the service request (SR[protected] and comment that acquiring bank has said that transaction was successful and hence they can not process my request.

              My request is to please look into the matter with reference to SR[protected] and take the necessary action to setoff my loss of Rs. 8,400.00.

                Matter of Fact

                ICICI Bank has Given Home loans on unregistered documents to fraudulent people on our 15 FLATS.

                Mortgage one property twice by ICICI BANK. (Means Not maintaining Mortgage register).

                Despite of having known this fact, Bank has not taking action against culprits since last six months.

                Knowingly above fact , Bank Sold these fraudulent loans to ARCIL.

                ARCIL has purchased the loan without verifying Documents.

                ARCIL NOW trying to take forceful and illegal possession of our flats for the loans which we have NOT TAKEN AT ALL.

                Boss. Even in chennai, GIC has (by name SUN) has fundded 2 floors o[censored]n-authorised residential flats, by accepting bribe from the builder who is a police cop. A owner (close to legal system) is also a part of it..

                    Wrong policy charges & harrashment from ICICI telecallers & cheating
                    My ICICI credit card no is: [protected].

                    I have wrong ICICI LOMBARD policy chareges put on my ICICI credit card.

                    This issue start on Sep 2008, My husband have recieved call from ICICI Lombard for Mediclame Policy, He have listen compete call but showed no interst in theie policy as He have already had the same policy of diferent company. But after that thay are saying it is whole family policy
                    But i was shocked to see the insurance policy chares in my mothly statement. regarding this i have called first ICICI custmer care and later ICICI Lombard .
                    We have not recieved any polocy document from ICICI Lumbard after receiving policy document I shocked to see it was ony singal policy instead of family policy again I have called first ICICI custmer care and later ICICI Lombard .to change my policy but they started taking very roudly & started puting my calles on hold till i cut the call.
                    I again call ICICI cutomer care but they also not helped to resolved the issue.
                    Than .After lot of calles with ICICI Lumbard they have cancelled my policy and after three months
                    In March 2009 i have finally blocke my card to sotp the instalments going every mont o ICICI Lombard, all in when.
                    In August i have recieved first call from ICICI recovery dept to whome i have told whole issue of my account, but they said they cant help only suggest me to pay the outstanding.
                    After that in SEPT i have recived same call from ICICI how also not helped me.
                    from OCT 2009 i have recived hundreds of call from delhi, These peoples were taking very roudly and have no manners of taking. I am fedup of there calles & feel harrashed.
                    In 2nd April I got mail from ICICI Bank Credit Cards Team. I Reply that mail to rsolve this issue. again I got mail on 6th july 2009 & four mail in Sep 2009 , two mail in October, & 3 mail in Nov I tolk to Ms kalpana , jyoti, luxmi on 17th Nov 2009 Salma in Hyderabad ICICI Bank Credit Cards Team. On 26th nov 2009 talk to Mr. Purn Chander he also denied to help.
                    After that i have written lot of mails to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com in to resolve the issue but not recieved any help.
                    In April 2009 i was get cheated by Mr. of ICICI caller who told me that he will settel my account in only the service charges.
                    maybe clloection agent but now recieved a letter from ICICI Credit Card Line marked my bank A/c [protected] and. Rs.5243.61 line in my bank A/C This is my last request is that is any one avaliable there in ICICI who have the rights to solve this issue.
                    if not then dont expect any thing from me.

                      i have paid the full amount of my credit card icici bank no is [protected] in the name of Anita Khandelwal in the month of 5.3.09 , and the it was said from the bank that now no dues is on my side , but sir my name is still on cibil as not payment list ,deatil of my all decument i am sending to you for your kind consideration . document attech for your kind consideration

                        I have requested to re-issue mine Internet Banking Password for ICICI bank atleast 5-6 times, it was never dispatched to my communication address always returned from courier service.
                        Currently I have place a request to reissue my Cheque Book first time it was returned from Courier services. Then again I place same request in this time I have decided to track it, I have taken mine Docet no and locatl contact numbers.
                        I am continuousl calling but nobody is picking my call.

                        Its to track any thing what is dispatched through Express IT courier services.

                          I am continoulsy receiving calls from ICICI Home Loan (Recovery Agency). All my current EMI are going on time, two EMI for Mar'08 and Jun'08 are pending as per bank record informed by employee of recovery agency. I have told me to give me some time go enquire the same beacuse of old issue and has come in notice four days back,but they guys are calling continously on my cell and forcing me to deposit the amount without reconciliation. I am asking them to give me details of their recovery agency name and head of customer care or recovery department of ICICI Bank , Jaipur. They are not giving me any detail regaring this. Please assist me to know the particulars to close the issue as soon as possible.

                            Dear All,

                            See the way Aviva and ICICI Bank and playing with the customers money. One sells the policy by mis-informing the customer and other authrise the transaction. Aviva fraudlently despite giving more than a month notice produces the bill to ICICI and they also authrised it even when I told ICICI Bank to not authrising the transaction (twice).
                            Now they are playing with me by sending me to each other. They both are harrassing me for more than a year.

                            Pls send me the commnets and mention other such instances where Insurance and Financial institutions are doing such CRIMINAL activites

                            policy. As per their record dated 17 Apr 2008 17 April 2008 where they
                            mentioned,
                            -Customer informed that policy was miss-sold to him by stating he will
                            not have to pay anything after 3 policy years and policy would
                            continue. And he wants the FULL Refund after cancellation of the
                            policy- you want any other proof. They send me letter on investivation
                            on 17Apr and a send me the reply on 05 Jun 2008 when they got the
                            money, AUTHRISED FRAUDLENTLY BY THE BANK ON THEIR ECS which they
                            should not be producing at all. I instructed the bank to make a CHARGE
                            BACK and you kept me waiting for 1 year. And now your are HARRASSING

                                Dear Biju/Joy,

                                I received a sms just now that Rs 9586.56 has been debited from my account XXXXXX507210 without my consent/admittance. Can you please help me to understand the cause ?

                                Again and again, I have been saying that I am not the culprit and also you cannot find any reasons to be making me Bank's Defaulter. I did same whatever I was convinced by Sanjay at the time of converting my transaction Rs 47667.00 into 9 EMIs. He told clearly that there will be grace period for all your EMIs for 6 to 7 days, therefore, he insisted to drop the cheque before 6th/7th day of every month.

                                Even though, I tried many times to remove the disputes, and honestly & sincerely keep calling call center executives, joy, Biju and writing mails to you both.

                                A day before yesterday, I received again two couriers which instructs me to pay the debited amount/ or talk to Arunima Verma on[protected]/3635. I tried more than 25 times, but failed everytime.Lastly I called you(Biju) and discussed accordingly. Yesterday I received a call from Jamal[protected]Mumbai) and he tried to convince me to pay Rs. 4300/-. I said I shall be ok with 1500/- to 2000/-. In the meantime. it gets debited the above amount from my above a/c.

                                Request you all to provide me the solution for which I am not the culprit/Defaulter.

                                  I Visited ICICI bank. Aundh, Pune to place request to enable the payee alerts on my cell phone. I was told by back executive the it will take 2 working days to get this enables. Since the request was not closed in 2 working days I visited the branch again on 3rd day. I was told on 3rd day that it will take another day. Since it the request was not fulfilled on 3rd day I registered a complaint using ICICI customer care call center.

                                  Response of the customer care is pathetic. They keep the call on hold for 10 mins atleast before they give me any update about this complaint status. after several call they asked me to visit the branch again which I believe is unnecesary and very ineffecient way of handling customer complaint. Due to whole episode my payment to other banks are getting delayed.

                                    I paid Rs.100 to recharge for a reliance prepaid (CDMA) number [protected] through ICICI net banking on 21st November 2009.

                                    There is no recharge until now. I called the customer care twice.....according to them the money should be credited to my account within 3 to 4 days if the recharge is not done. This is 27th November & still no money credited back.

                                    This happened earlier too. This is the last time I tried prepaid recharging through ICICI net Banking, enough harassment. If you cant run it properly then stop the service....don't harass customers for trusting you. When we call customer care they say we are not responsible for reliance server....it's their fault. Please don't run something which you can't bear responsibilities for. I would suggest to stop the reliance recharge immediately, if you don't have any direct control over that. Or at least try to credit the money back in time if something goes wrong.

                                      a) On 26th Oct.09 I have lost Rs 1000/- from my a/c in ICICI ATM counter(counter no-11) in Bhubaneswar due to link failure.

                                      b) Now bank itself is denying the fact desparately & not cooperating at all to get my money back.

                                      c) Instead of giving phone no gave me fax no,when everyone could connect over phone they said unable to contact,

                                      d) Send mail nodal officer many times & got reply-we acknowledge receipt of your communication.we will attend to your mail prompltly & revert to you within 2 working days but never replied.

                                      e) Always from Mumbai office said transaction was successfull,money can't be reversed to the a/c without providing right bank proof or documents to me.

                                      f) Is this the transparency & customer dealing ?

                                      g) Who will solve this problem & help me to get my hard earned money back?

                                      Send mail to Nodal Officer:

                                      I Shri Pabitra Kumar Maji holding account no[protected], debit card no-[protected] and complain no[protected] wants to state that on 26.10.05 at 12-17 p.m . used my ATM card to draw Rs 1000/- from your ATM NO-11 in Bhubaneswar.But before the completion of transaction (withdrawl)there was a link failure.{On the screen –“Is being processed…….” Was showing}.Immediately I told this to the security named Jatindra Rath.He told me not to worry and after relink you go for another processing.so, accordingly I went for transaction and withdrawl Rs 1000/-.After that I took a mini statement and found instead of one time deduction of Rs 1000/- it has deducted Rs 2000/-(i.e.Rs 1000/-*2 times).
                                      As per security man’s advice after another customer’s transaction, he asked me to withdraw Rs 100/- and check the mini statement (12.22p.m.).But there was no change in the balance statement.He then asked me to leave for 2-3 hrs. and come for mini statement to check the balance.At 17.13 p.m.I took the mini statement, but there was no change by this time also.
                                      He(security)then asked me to check it after 24 hrs., but the same was repeated.Then I went to the bank(ICICI bank at Shreya Square in Bhubaneswar) & through the no-[protected] I launched a complain & they gave me the complain no[protected] & told that after 7 working days Rs 1000/- which was wrongly deducted due to link failure will be credited to my account.
                                      On 30th Oct.09 at 5.01pm I received a message through the no-[protected] that “we are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been fully paid as per our records”.At that time I was out of Bhubaneswar & was not carrying all the docs.& debit card.So I could not contact immediately after getting the message.
                                      On 1st of Nov.09 I also sent a mail through customer.[protected]@icicibank.com & received a mail that they will reply by 11th Nov.09 but on 4th received the same message“we are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been fully paid as per our records”..I also met branch manager Ms Kirti for the same.She assured me that within 7 days money will be credited to my account & gave me a phone no[protected] but to my surprise she gave me the fax no(I tried many times that no & came to know that she had given me the fax no) If you are not taking this issue seriously it would compel me to take legal steps.

                                      a)I hope you could not understand the complain launched & its cause,
                                      b)Both the transactions are shown fully paid on the account statements which is not correct,
                                      c)The first transaction of Rs 1000/-was not paid to me due to link failure but it is shown paid in the mini statement(which is my complain),
                                      d) My complain is that I have not received the money due to link failure, but your ATM team says it is fully paid. Where is the money gone ? Who is the culprit?
                                      e) i. You should maintain transparency with customers. When everybody else could contact me over phone, only you people are unable to do so which I think is a sheer bluff.
                                      ii. Your bank manager instead of helping the customer, knowingly gave fax no to avoid the situation(although she promised that Rs 1000/- will be credited to my account after she talked to the ATM team in front of me in the bank).
                                      f)Is this the transparency & dealings you maintain with your customers?For your further informations I also maintain debit cards of other banks for many years.But this type of fraud incident never happened to me.
                                      g) We are waiting for the ICICI nodal officer’s reply from Mumbai, after that I will take necessary steps.

                                        Regarding NOC

                                        I have taken a loan from ICICI bank i pay my regular installment in time,now i complete my loan in time & now they asking me for extra payment for late payment of installment they are not issue NOC. they have direct debit charge CFO charges without any intimation & they force me to pay compulsory otherwise they are not issue NOC.

                                        It is a sheer harassment.
                                        I want to know to whom should i complaint.
