This complaint against Cibil. I sushil ramesh sharma applied home loan from HDFC bank, They have checked my credit report from Cibil & it was showing that I was co-applicant with my father in ICICI home loan No.LBMUM[protected] for Rs.500000 taken in apr 2006 & show outstanding as Rs.385000. Asp per the sanction letter which I have was showing my brother Amit Ramesh Sharma as Co-applicant with my father in above loan.

If my status will not be changed by tomorrow then i have no choice to file suit against cibil which is providinf false information about me & spoiling my credit image.

The same thing I experienced with ICICI bank. My Brother took home loan from ICICI bank in may 2011. He is sole owner of property and my name is not at all on Sale agreement even I did not submited any of my documents for his loan, but still ICICI sent my name to CIBIL.

Tell me what to do now because When I applied home loan in HDFC bank same way they said cibil report has my name.

    On 22/09/2009 icici bank deducted Rs,1295 from my credit card for CPP ASSISTANCE SERVI PV L.
    this is for credit card insurance which i never appled in written or on phone.
    but then also they decudcted from my card.
    Now CPP ASSISTANCE SERVI PV L is not ready to refund for the same.
    my icici credit card no is [protected]

    Please help.........

    On 06/11/2009 icici bank deducted Rs.687.05 and 804.69 two amount Total is 1492.19 from my credit card for CPP ASSISTANCE SERVI PV L.
    this is for credit card insurance which i never appled in written or on phone.

    Now CPP ASSISTANCE SERVI PV L is not ready to refund for the same.

    I faced the same problem with ICICI Bank & CPP. My creditcard was debited Rs1295 on 26/11/2009 for CPP Assistance without my knowledge. Even thought I filed a transaction dispute in ICICI bank, there is no action has been taken till date.
    This is really a misuse, I got the same issue.
    I received an alert on my phone today.
    This really sucks.
    I'll cancel the card.

    I am holding ICICI EMI since almost 3 years

    My Card no is [protected].

    Since the date I received the second statement till date, I have been paying late fee of RS 600 and sometime charged RS 1000.

    The reason I get failed to pay the minimum amount due on the Due Date is that the Due Date which ICICI has set for me is every 21st of month. It is not possible for me to pay the minimum amount on this day.

    I have requested many time to your customer care executive to change my Due Date to every first of month so that I can pay my minimum amount due with out any failure but my request is never heard ending up me paying more than 25000 as late fee.

    Since I am a handicapped person and can’t visit the branch very often to pay the minimum amount.

    I would request you to reverse the entire late fee which has been charged till date.

    As long as I don’t get my late fee reversed and I am not going to make any further payment to ICICI

    Let me telling you again that I am not a defaulter it is just that ICICI didn’t set a Due Date as per my convince, I have failed to pay the amount on due date

    I would request you to check my entire track record and do the need full

    Furthermore I had taken a personal loan in past from ICICI and it was paid and completed with out any failure. It was just because the due date was set as per my convenience.

    So I am not a fraud person or a defaulter to bank.

      Hi
      I have applied for home loan from ICICI bank for 29 Lacs.

      Which was approved after approval the documnet for Disbusment was signed by me before disbusrsmnet without any date and assured that the Disbursment will happen once registration of my flat will happen.

      I have done registration of my flat on 12 of October.

      After that i come to know that disbusrsemet check has been issued on 30 september without registration and Mortgaging the property.

      This was done to include the disbusment in the September Sell targets of Sales Manager.
      When I raised this with them that without registration how they can issue check.

      then they offer me the amount of interest of 12 days .

      I want to know following things

      How Bank can issue a check/DD without Mortgaging the property.
      Why should I pay the interest for the days which i have not utilize.


      Now I have taken Loan from AXIS bank.

      I have wriiten to Durgadas Sabal to cancel my loan on 14th Oct.
      So I will not pay any interest on that money.
      Because I cant do the banking with such a bank where employees can do any thing to fulffiling there sells targets.

      I have the Photocopy of documnets which dont have Date,which was taken from Me.

        Dear Sir,

        My spouse have two cards in same bank ( ICICI bank ) we have Purchased one card but payment made to another card,

        whenever we receive call from icici , we clearly inform we have already made payment, they aggree after three month we found we wrongly paid to another card, we approch bazullah road branch they misguided u pay once again and utilze excess amount card, after we approch call centre after pressing long numbers one gentle men told we will refund excess amount and once again pay for correct card and icici bank reverse all late fee and other finance charges also this all happens in march 2009 , we made payment immedtly and we received excess amount also.but still they are not reverse again send in person and late fee statment also.

        In july 2009 one agency person came to home i clearly explain all the issue .

        He agree to aexplain agency manger and reverse all isuue.




        Please look this more serious and solve this issue immedtly.

        ICICI Credit Card — LATE FEE WAIVER

        Sir

        I had sent a cheque for Rs.5720/- on due date and which u have credited. Unfortunately due to some error on the cheque the cheque submitted for payment was delayed. If your collection agent had informed me the same immediately i would have done it within no time. Becoz I always write my mob no. to solve such issues. The error was one of the digit was missing on the cheque.

        Since I am the Platinum Card holder as well as a regular customer making payments without any delay with having good track record with ICICI, I request you to kindly wave the Late Fee of Rs.600/- and adjust from my next.

        Would appreciate your support and favourable action in this regard.

          I am RAJESH DUBEY have an account with ICICI Bank, A/c No.[protected],Branch-Saket E-30, New Delhi had lost my ATM Debit Card. My Last transaction was IDBI Bank ATM at Munirka, New Delhi, date[protected], time arround 8.30 pm and our available Balance is Rs.8875/-.
          There after I have complaint with FIR to Vasant Vihar, Neh Delhi dated of[protected]. and also complaint to
          ICICI Customer Care complaint ID is[protected].
          With the direction of customer care I have sent the required document to DEBIT RECON TEAM, A WING 6th FLOOR, AUTOMN ESTATE, CHANDIVALI FARM, ANDHERI, MUMBAI-400072 by Speed post of date[protected].
          But still I am not getting my new Debit Card. Please help me.

          ICICI Bank Saket — Poor Service

          During last 4-5 months I have went many times to ICICI Bank Saket to get Demand Drafts printed. On an average the time taken for getting a single DD printed is 1 hour(had to wait for three hours once). The reason being the printers(all 3 or 4 of them) never work properly. To get one DD printed I have to visit the place atleast twice. And I am often advised to get the same done at the Malviya Nagar or a nearby branch. This has been going on since last 5 months.

            This is with reference to the Home Loan account no LBMUM[protected] held in the name of Savita Thakur my mother. we hace closed this loan on 09th Sep 09. but as on date i have not received the original documents of my property. I have visited several times at ICICI Mahalaxmi branch at mumbai, but I got no satisfactory response from them. I am now very much upset with the kind of services ICICI bank has provided me. It seems like my original property documents are lost or misplaced by ICICI and now they are giving excuses for the same, request you to please enquire about the matter and get this complaint resolved on priority.

              Hi Consumer Forum,

              ICICI Bank, ICICI Lombard is continuously calling me for last 1&1/2 Years in name of Mr. Ajay Dhingra ([protected]@yahoo.co.in) on my mobile phone no. [protected]. I told many-time to their telesales, that this number is not of Mr. Ajay Dhingra and they should update in their database with correct no., which they are not doing.

              I am receiving daily calls from ICICI Bank call centre with 0141 STD code where a automatic calling machine directly call my number and assign a sales person to talk. I am also getting call & SMS for Insurance renewal, Credit card bill payment etc. But I am not receiving and SMS from Mr. Dhingra's bank account, that means he has given his original number there.

              There Telesales asked me to go to ICICI Bank and give written application, which I tried but branch is saying they cannot accept this as only Ajay Dhingra can update his information.

              Earlier I had also sent email to Mr. Dhingra, but he is not acting …it seems to me that this is intentional act…as he might be a former employee of ICICI Lombard and knows that it is impossible for a person to update mobile no. of any other person in ICICI Bank.

              Mr. Ajay Dhingra also has Credit Card from ICICI Bank with xxx4x007 as last 5 digits ... recently he has also updated his email ID form [protected]@REDIFFMAIL.COM to [protected]@yahoo.co.in but had not updated mobile no.

              ICICI Bank doesn’t provide any email ID for customer complains where I can complain; instead they provide online form inbuilt in their website. Also online form ask Service Request no (SR no.) which I don’t have and don’t know how to get it (don’t want to call ICICI Tollfree no. as it is just answering machine with only fixed option)

              I am tired speaking to ICICI telesales and bank persons who cannot act on my request. Kindly help me, how I can update mobile information and how can I make ICICI to act on my request.
              I have email ID of Mr. KV Kamat CEO – ICICI Bank (kamath.[protected]@icicibank.com or kv.[protected]@icicibank.com) ....should I email him.

                My loan account no.LBMUM[protected]

                At ICICI, Part payment reflects almost after 2 months that means you are continuously charging the interest with the old principle amount which is equivalent to full and final settlement charges (that charges 2%). That means there is no advantage of part payment. No proper reply from ICICI associates also. very negative behavoiur.

                My request to all please do not take loan from ICICI Bank.

                  Dear All

                  This pertains to the Settlement for my ICICI - AMEX credit card [protected] ref. nos. ICWE1MUM/032009/32180/4

                  I had solicited the settlement in March 2009 and as per the requisite conditions made the payment of Rs. 36000 in installments completing in June 2009. Details as follows

                  1. Cash Payment of Rs. 2000 [22/03/2009] - Receipt nos. C[protected] dated March 22nd 2009 - collected by Siddhi Business Solutions.

                  2. Chq Payment of Rs. 2000 [Axis Bank 202640 dt. 30/03/2009] - Receipt nos. C[protected] dated March 22nd 2009 - collected by Siddhi Business Solutions.

                  3. Chq Payment of Rs. 8000 [HDFC Bank 471972 dt. 02/04/2009] - Receipt nos. C[protected] dated April 01st 2009 - collected by Siddhi Business Solutions.

                  4. Chq Payment of Rs. 12000 [HDFC Bank 471973 dt. 02/05/2009] - Receipt nos. C[protected] dated April 01st 2009 - collected by Siddhi Business Solutions.

                  5. Chq Payment of Rs. 12000 [HDFC Bank 471974 dt. 02/06/2009] - Receipt nos. C[protected] dated April 01st 2009 - collected by Siddhi Business Solutions.

                  According to the settlement conditions; all these five transactions were to be considered towards the settlement of Rs. 36000.

                  In June i received a statement which still did not reflect the 'zero balance' as per assured at the time of settlement in March 2009.

                  The discrepancy was pointed out by me on a number of occassions to ICICI Bank Customer Care call centre, who reassured the same would reflect after 45 days of the settlement completion...i.e. 45 days after June 02nd...i.e. July 17th 2009.

                  1. Complaint on June 16th 2009
                  2. Again on July 04th 2009 – SRN[protected]
                  3. Again on Sept. 24th 2009 – SR[protected]…asked to chk after 08th Oct 2009 – Mr. Deepesh and Mr. Sandeep
                  4. Again on Oct 11th 2009 – SR[protected]
                  5. Again on Oct 27th 2009 –[protected] – Mr. Uday

                  I got a rude shock when ICICI collection team [Mr. Naresh Shetty] called back on Oct 27th 2009 – claiming that the settlement had gone void due to non payment of the settlement amount of Rs. 2000...this was also confirmed by the call centre saying that the cheque payment on March 22nd was considered but cash payment on the same day was not.


                  Two Discrepancies with the collections:

                  1. All the four chq payments have been cleared from the respective account. Also though the initial cheque and cash payment was collected on the same day…still only the cheque payment was accounted and the cash payment was not account. I had initially pointed the same to Mr. Shakti Hadkar of Siddhi Business Solutions – collection Agency…but he had reassured and had me talk to some of his senior to get the settlement done.
                  2. The May 02nd cheque was banked late by ICICI bank and funds collected late and hence it showed a violation of the settlement. This logic was given to me by your customer care centre. The onus of the cheque being deposited lies on the bank.

                  ICICI collection Agent Mr. Naresh Shetty [[protected] / 66493417 / 66493494] was very rude to begin with and used threatening language.

                  The Bank is not willing to give in writing the stated reasons as to the status of the settlement and has been dragging its feet since June 2009

                  Hi,

                  Many times I approached for settlement for card [protected], but there is no positive response, Last time I met Mr Manjeet Singh (Astt Manager – Debt Management) he said you will get settlement letter between Rs 5000 to 6000 /- with in seven days, now whole month has been passed no settlement letter I received.
                  Recovery Agency people are still coming, Mr Manjeet committed to me no body will come to your home for payment.
                  Now I am contacting Mr Manjeet they are not picking up their phones, if he is not able to face & solve a simple problem then why he is sitting this managerial chair.
                  I am ready to pay but after receiving settlement letter and settlement should be in between Rs 5000 to 6000 /-

                    Hi,
                    My Friend took Personal Loan from ICICI Bank, in which I was co-applicant, and primary applicant was my friend, ICICI bank disbursed the full amount of personal loan to my friend which was not in my knowledge because there was delay in certain process and it was almost that ICICI will not issue loan.

                    Later, due to delay in payment of few installment by my friend as per agreement, ICICI bank didn’t approached me and neither sent me any information / communication about non-payment or delay in payment in regard to personal loan even though myself being me as co-applicant / guarantor as per agreement, instead of contacting me or sending any communication to me, ICICI bank reported my name with CIBIL as defaulter.

                    Now, the above loan is already paid-off / settled is completed on 05-DEC-2008 also “NO DUES CERTIFICATE” was also issued to Main Applicant on 21st March’2009, a copy of same is with me, “ICICI Bank is no ready to issue “NO DUES CERTIFICATE” either with joint name and nor to me.
                    I requested ICICI bank to update CIBIL, but nothing is done till now, as per CIBIL report issued to me in March’09, total outstanding is over 1 Lac.

                    I have following question and looking for answer for those:
                    1. Complete Recovery process of ICICI bank.
                    2. Complete process on how and when information is sent to CIBIL?
                    3. ICICI bank reported to CIBIL about negative information when 2 installments were not paid, whereas they have not reported to CIBIL, when my friend started paying the installments again.
                    4. Now the Loan is already paid-off as one time settlement, what is the responsibility of ICICI bank to get it updated in CIBIL database?

                    If someone can share with me complete details, maybe some documents / guidelines RBI might have issued or CIBIL might have issued which these bank are bound to follow, which I can give it to ICICI and get things fixed, because right now I am running from one corner to other corner and nothing else, none of the staff at ICICI is helpful because every person speak his/her own and no one ready to give in writing.

                    Looking forward to your kind co-operation in the said regard!

                    Personal Loan — about cibil information

                    i Hitesh Gill had a Personal Loan from Ge Countrywide. i complete my loan there after they got my name in cibil. when i apply for a loan in another that time they told me tht your name in cibil. so i am requesting you please...solve this as soon as poosible.

                      I got the email statement which shows, its a "CHEQUE RETURNED"

                      Statement was showing that "CHEQUE RETURNED" in the statement, first I was shocked and kept thinking how can cheque be returned because I have not issued any cheque in favor of ICICI credit card amount to Rs.10000/- (Ten Thousand Only) for last 9 months or more nor asked anyone to issue a cheque for my credit card which can be returned and as per RBI guidelines any cheque issued is valid for 6 months only, No one from bank informed me and try to explain me about same, the most sad part and ICICI Bank mentioned "CHEQUE RETURNED", ICICI Bank would have used any other description that would have been appropriate and stand valid, even asking for the copy of cheque returned, no one gave the cheque copy nor respondent back in correct manner.

                      Till 06 days from the email sent there was no reply to email, and on 03rd Oct'09, I again initiated the call & I spoke to phone banking officer and then I got the first reponse and later in the day Naveen Kumar, Customer Service Officer from ICICI bank I got the first reply via email as well and then first time it came to my knowledge that "its rectification of double credit wrongly" and till that time due date has already lapsed.

                      Till 03rd Oct'09, I was very sure, its a technical issue and its Not a "CHEQUE RETURNED" because if I have not paid any cheque, so how can it be return.. and it will result to statement issue, after telecon, I simply asked for the letter for clarification and via email also I asked for letter.

                      I responded to email on 05th Oct'09 and got second response again from Naveen Kumar, Customer Service Officer, ICICI Bank Limited who was handling this ticket that I will receive the email by 07th Oct'09, after receiving no reponse from ICICI bank customer care department till 09th Oct, 2009, I sent the reminder in afternoon on 09th Oct. 2009.

                      On 10th Oct'09 I receive the email the letter requested will be sent and it will take 10 days to deliver, I was very positive that issue is resolved, but letter received was not to satisfaction.

                      After receving the letter, on 19th Oct'09, I replied again with request for letter and then constantly followed up on email on 20th Oct'09, 21st oct'09, 22nd Oct'09 and 23rd Oct'09, I didn't received any response for 5 days, whereas reminder was sent daily to resolve the issue and close the matter.

                      On 22nd Oct'09, I received a call from ICICI bank payment recovery and I explained everything to her and the she connected me to customer care department, after speaking to her I felt that this call is like a threating call from ICICI bank to make the payment or else, which I reported via email to customer care, but never received the response nor apology till now.

                      On 23rd Oct'09, I visited the ICICI Bank, Sec-8, Rohini, Delhi and where executive connected me to customer care and one lady was supporting and told that its a technical issue at ICICI bank and they will help me to fix it and assured me to Issue letter.

                      But after speaking to you today in afternoon and with below email from you today is very clear that ICICI bank and already reported to CIBIL and again has totally tarnished my credibility, with no fault of myself.

                      Can anyone help me with giving me problem guideline!

                      I searched the entire web and didn't found anything on Process of CIBIL or Guidelines to Bank on reporting to CIBIL.

                      Looking forward to see the quick reponse, next due date is 29th Oct'09 and I am keen on resolving or closing before 29th Oct'09.

                        I want to register a complaint against ICICI bank credit card department with the following explanation:

                        1) On 18/11/08, I had paid United airlines the necessary fees using my ANZ bank visa card for them to issue me an air ticket booked using my frequent flyer miles. Earlier, I had tried to pay this charge using my ICICI credit card, but when United informed me that the charge with ICICI didn't go through, I paid the same using ANZ visa card.

                        2) However, what happened was that United ended up charging me the same amount on ICICI card as well as on ANZ card. Thus, there was a DOUBLE billing for the same single charge. Since, the ANZ card was a debit car, the money was instantly taken away from my account and so, I contacted United and epxlained them about the double billing. However, United didn't respond and so, I had to contact ICICI to get the double billing charge reversed.

                        3) I had contacted ICICI back in December, provided them all the necessary documents about double billing and they eventually credited my account in late Jan. 2008. They mentioned that it can take upto 90 days for them to investigate the case after which the credit may be permanent if merchant (i.e, United) didn't provide proof on how the charge was valid. Even after the end of April 2008, there was no explanation either from ICICI or United and so, the credit posted by ICICI to my account in Jan 2008 was deemed permanent and mattter was closed.

                        4) However, to my surprise, ICICI re-charged the amount back to my account on 15/09/09, i.e., after 270 days, without any proper explanation. After several communications that failed to explain them that this was incorrect, they sent me some form of document from United, which was INCORRECT. I brought this to their notice at least 10 times an sent them the proof of DOUBLE billing, which they purposefully didn't acknowledge and kept replying me that the matter was resolved in bank's favour.....

                        5) What ICICI has done is against visa laws which states that disputed transactions need to be resolved within 90 days. Also, they re-charged my account after 270 days of initial credit without providing correct proof and dis-regarding the evidence that I sent from my side. All my telephonic calls to them from overseas (I am currenty outside of India) falled on deaf ears as well.

                        6) I want to register a complaint against ICICI bank credit card department for mis-use of their authority and for charging my account incorrectly against visa laws.
                        I have the necessary proof to prove my case and will really appreciate the concerned authority to take my complaint and deal with them.

                          As there were Transaction Disputes of Rs. 2000/- to my Credit Card Account (No.-[protected]) which had never been resolved by the Concerned Dept. of ICICI Bank, I had also tried to send the related documents as proof but ICICI bank rejected the same just saying that the dispute period was over and hence the matter remains closed.
                          Now that of the Disputed Amount of Rs.[protected]/-, I had already paid Rs. 6434/- on 24-April-2009, my ICICI Credit Card Account has not been closed despite my request.
                          When I again enquired about the same through their Dispute Settlement Branch (ICICI Bank, Sector-8, Rohini, New Delhi), they say they are helpless.
                          ICICI Bank employees of that Rohini branch also confirmed that ICICI Bank always had the motive of Ruining the credit history of Innocent Customers.
                          Please look into this issue as ICICI Bank doesn't respond to calls or mails through Customer Care too.

                              Sir/Madam. This incident happened with me on 13th oct at my home town - agra.I was to receive a personalised chequebook from icici bank. When your delivery boy mr.mirza jamal ahmed came to deliver the same, he refused to accept my defence identity card as a valid proof of identity and asked for pan card / dl/ ration card instead.It was indeed rediculous! I tried to explain him that a defence i card is rather more authentic than any of the others, which may easily be forged. He did not agree and added that "as per conditions quoted by icici bank, a defence i card is valid only within the defence campus and since i was on leave it had no value". Upon this, i spoke to your AOM (agra) mr sharma. I was amazed to learn that this ignorant gentleman holding the portfolio of an AOM, agreed to what mr jamal said and further suggested that if i would give him a photostate of my i card in question, he would give me the cheque book. I told him that i was bound by law not to give such a photocopy and that i did not have any other proof, as asked for, at that point of time. An arogant mr sharma would just not listen!! Helpless, i had to search for pan card and after about an hour's search and humiliation i could finally get hands on my chequebook. When i took the issue up with the branch operations manager at icici sanjay place agra, he appologised and said that there were no such instructions issued by the bank. Request,educate your staff to prevent sufferings to customers!!

                                  On Aug 25th I used Indian Overseas Bank ATM, (Radhanagar Branch Chennai) to withdraw 800Rs using my ICICI debit card. There was a small delay in taking the money from the ATM. The ATM machine took back the money that I dispensed. I thought the money would be returned to my account automatically.

                                  I registered a complaint with ICICI bank customer care on Aug 26th (Complaint Number SR[protected]. The phone banking officer informed me that I do not have to inform this to IOB bank. ICICI bank will follow up with IOB and return my money in my account. The number of days to resolve this he said was 12 days. So I waited for the 12 days and subsequently did not check the credit of the money until 1 month.

                                  When I called up the Customer Care on October 15 or so, the bank people say that the transaction was SUCCESSFUL.

                                  When I have not received MY Money how can the transaction be successful. After repeated shouting with ICICI people, there is NO positive response from them. They keep on saying the same stupid words that your transaction is successful !!!

                                  I'm demanding my Money back, there is no one to hear my complaint from the bank. How can a bank ATM take back the money and NOT return it back to a account. How can IOB bank ATM cannot document what is returned back to the ATM !!

                                    RBI Reference number: RBI[protected]
                                    Amount: Rs.16500

                                    ICICI Bank RESPONSE IS We find your fund transfer through NEFT is successful.And they gave me RBI transaction reference.

                                    SBH BANK RESPONSE IS We have not yet received the fund. And we have no idea to track the transaction using the RBI reference number.

                                    How can i contact RBI using this reference. Any one can help me to track the transaction using this reference number.

                                    since transaction to till today the beneficiary didnt receive amount
                                    I am not understanding that it is passed around 15 days
                                    and how more time banks will take to sort out this problem.
                                    I am very sad this type of banking.

                                    It shouldn't take this long. Any transfers, should happen within 4-5 days time.

                                    You may do the following troubleshooting ;

                                    1. Ensure that the (1) beneficiary account number (2) Beneficiary Bank's IFSC Code are Correct.
                                    2. Get M103 or MT103 transaction number from ICICI. Give that number to SBH's Net banking section to track. I hope in India, there is a hub in Mumbai for all net banking transfers NEFT/RTGS etc.

                                    It is possible that in some cases the Net Transfer can go into Suspence Account in the hub. The suspence account will not be verified until the transferer raise an complaint.

                                    I hope you can come out of this crisis very soon. Good Luck !

                                        I availed the cash loan of Rs. 248000/- on 28/10/07 thru' Card # [protected].

                                        I paid 21 instalments. The O/s amount after 21st instalment was Rs. 160762.58.
                                        A pre closure fee of 3% on O/s amount was mentioned to me while availing the loan.
                                        Thus, I should have paid Rs. 168742 ( 3% on 160742, 1.5% for a months' interest).
                                        But, the bank demanded from me to pay Rs. 171160/- asking me to pay the 22nd instalment + one month's interest and 3% pre closure fee.

                                        I have paid Rs. 171160/- as per their demand. But I think they have charged Rs. 2418/- in excess.
