Hi, my case is a very frustrating one. I happen to have 2 SB accounts and one of them was linked to my demat. i wanted to close the SB1 that is linked and link the SB2 account.bcos SB2 is used everywhere for bill pay and other stuffs. when i went to submit the form in trichy,TN. an in experinced gal asked me to close the linked SB1 first and submit the form the new link. It was my mistake to believe the that stupid gal. they closed my account with out even verifying if there is any other SB account linked to my demat.

1) After 1 month, when i reached customer care, they tell me that the form did not have proper signatory, even though i signed personally.

2) I submitted another form to link my account. this time it was rejected bcos the form was filled in blue ink

3) I submitted again, this time it was rejected bcos the check date format is not indian date format.

4) I submitted again, this time it was rejected bcos the date in POA is not matching with stamp duty.


i am really frsutrated bcos all these are very lame excuses. Even though i attached all the legal proofs. This has been goin gon for a year now and i lost lots of money. I have submitted one more form, lets see how it goes.

    Dear Sir,

    I had a personal loan with icici bank ltd,i foreclosed it and have a reciept with me,now they are not giving me the NOc and they have even leined the EMI amount from my account and they are not giving me back.i mailed them many times but no reposnse from head office too.local branch and collection peoples also not responding in this matter.kindly suggest me wat to do

    ICICI Bank Ltd. Personal Loan — Not received NOC

    I hve taken Personal Loan of Rs. 1.79 Lakhs. on May 2007 & Perclosed on June 2008 on OS amt of Rs. 1.10 Lakhs with Minimum due of Rs. 1.07 Lakhs (Preclosere Loan principal amount). Afterwords they chareged me Interest of Rs. 5, 715.48 Plus Service Tax. on outstanding Balance of Rs. 3557.13. Several times by mail by phone I asked them the clarification for the same but I have not received any proper calculations for the amt charged. Afterwords I paid an amount of Rs. 3650.00 which was due as per preclosure statement. And for disputed amount I had not made the payment. ICICI Bank continiously charging me interest, Late payment fee plus Service tax on Outstanding amount which not accepted (Interest has to charged on outstanding amount). Then I have got call from ICICI Bank towards make the payment of Rs. 1212.00 towards full payment against Outstanding amount of Rs. 9834.01. And ICICI told me it is a final payment. I made the payment as per the instruction from ICICI Bank ltd. on 17.11.2008. Afterwords ICICI given me statement showing outstanding balance of Rs. 8733.23 and delared me defaulter in CBIL on Dec 2008. I clarfy with ICICI Bank Ltd. at Andheri office they suggested me to pay whole amount of Rs. 8734.00 and assuered me they will provide me the Loan Closure letter for the same.
    I have no received any Loan closure leteer till today. and I have got cheterd from ICICI bank Ltd. for Interest amount which no applicable to me with late payment fees.
    Kindly advice me how can I cleare my record from CBIL

    my personal loan file no is lpdel [protected] i have allready clear all emi in but till date i have not getting noc plz. do the needfull
    My Personal Loan A/C no is LPCAL[protected]. I have completed all the payments towards the loan. Last amount paid in the month of February'2011 but till date I have not received the NOC from the bank. Kindly look into this matter and send me the NOC in my personal mail I'd as mentioned below :

      This is Mr Kartik hold a Big Bazaar ICICI bank credit card is receveing harrasment calls from the recovery people of the bank on my home landline and they are harassing my parents for payments and also they call up my neighbours and torture them by saying that they will go to police and they have different ways of recovering payments and if i dont pay them then they will extract money from my neighbours. therefore finally i have filed a NC with the police and also if required i will file an official complaint with the police also i told them to go legally to the court and file a civil complaint to get the money from me but they are not ready to do that as well and when i went to the branch to settle the acct they are not co-operating as well.         I have ICICI Bank Savings A/C at Brabourne Road Branch in Kolkata since 2003.

        I have maintained the quarterly available balance in my account from Jul-2009 to Sep-2009 well above the minimum QAB (i.e., 10,000 INR ) required to be maintained in my ICICI Bank savings account.

        In ICICI Online Banking, when I enter the date from Jul 1, 2009 to Sep 30, 2009 I could see my available balance for the quarter Jul-2009 to Sep-2009 is 14,350 INR, which is well above the QAB (i.e., 10,000 INR ).

        Still, ICICI Bank has deducted QAB charges for Jul-2009 to Sep-2009 quarter.
        ICICI Bank is doing fraud with me by deducting QAB charges although I have minimum quarterly available balance maintained.

        As ICICI Bank has erroneously deducted this QAB charges, they need to reverse this as soon as possible.

        If ICICI Bank is not reversing this QAB charges and giving justification of QAB as daily / monthly available balance, I would take this matter to Consumer Court and file complaint with Reserve Bank of India that ICICI Bank is doing fraud with its customers by deducting QAB charges wrongly and justifying Quarterly Available Balance (QAB) as daily / monthly available balance.

        I also have savings accounts with other banks in India and they also have QAB but they do not justify QAB as daily / monthly available balance like ICICI Bank is doing.

        I need quick redressal and reversal of the QAB charges deducted Jul-2009 to Sep-2009 quarter.

        now they are making unleagal term and condtion in reversal. pls lets get me back tha 843 Rs.

          I am a very upset ICICI Bank credit card holder.I had an outstanding on my card.I planned to clear the balance so I called customer care in month of Oct 09.I spoke a representative & he imformed me that I need to pay Rs30323 to clear the balance.I made the payment on line on click to pay on 28/10/09.Now I have recived a statement on 20/11/09 asking me to pay total amount due Rs1121.20.I was quite surprised & I called the customer care spoke to girl & she said that I have to pay the intrest.i asked her that I have already paid the outstanding so why should I pay the intrest & to conferm it further I told her that the customer care agaent has given this imformation she did not have any ans so I asked for her manager.He said that it was the reps fault that he gave an wrong imfromation but the quetion is still the same why should I pay when the outstanding has been cleared he still couldnt explian 7 at the end simply hung up the call on me.i called back again I spoke to a very unprofesional rep named Pratima who refused to escalete the call to manager 7 was not ready to listen to my problem.then after some argements the call was finaly trafered to a Manager who was worst than ever his name was Parag & was highly unprofessional.I dought that he was a manger.he was using words like (U LISTEN TO ME ,U ARE TRYING TO BE OVERSMART).The fact is he was not abel to give me a clear ans to what my issue is.He kept on hidding the banks fault & at the end he just hung up on me.I am very distressed & would need some help in how to resolve this matter.

          I was carrying ICICI credit card number [protected] and paying the instalments regularly till July 2008.In August my cheque was lost from the bank and after that even after my repeated contact with the bank, they are not giving me any solution rather levying irrelevant charges month after month. Their agents are started visiting my house at any point of time and harrasing my family in my absence. Also please note that in August 08, the outstanding on my card was approximately Rs 55000/- and now within 4 months it became 122000, 00 and I have never used my card during this duration. I am approaching the bank directly as well thru their agents, but in vein.

          Can I request the higher authorities to look into the matter and give the instruction to the bank to settle my account immediately with my actual dues.

          This is to inform you that I have taken above credit card, which was credit limit of Rs.3000/=. Only once I have purchased items through this card for Rs.3000/= and deposited a cheque No.757821 dated 22.01.2008 for Rs.3000/= of Punjab National Bank, Hazratganj, Lucknow with in due time. I had gone out of India in the month of Feb’08. After retuning from abroad I found credit card statement showing balance of Rs.4456.88. I personally visited your Hazratganj branch and enquired the fate of my cheque. The officer concerned stated that the cheque could not be cash due to differ of signature. It was shocked to me that neither the cheque nor any information was given to me in this regard with in time. Meanwhile I submitted other cheque No.492410 dated 25.03.2008 of the same amount, which has been cleared. I requested the officer concerned for the waivment of one-month interest & other charges that was wrongly debited to my account. The matter was settled after long discussion with the officer and I discontinued the above credit card.
          Now SMS is being received for payment of due against me. As I have cleared total amount of the dues and matter has already been settled why such SMS is being sent to me?
          I again request you to look into the matter and instruct the person concerned not to harass me by sending the SMS.

          My statement on 25 mar 09 shows a cash reversal of 1110. Cust support say they need the cash receipt no paid for the month of aug-08. And I dont have any other go but to find it or pay it. it's really harassing to demand such things from a customer who has paid in CASH.

          ICICI Credit Card — After full payment receiving calls and call for outstanding

          Hi,
          with reference to your maila and card no[protected], i have find that ICICI bank is cheating thier customer just to fulfil there pockets, very reticulous and misconcept behaviour of such a repute and concerned financial company I have seen.

          With reference to your below said mail, i just want to add my CAsh payment slip(C[protected] and your settelement letter(ICICINAG/08-09/0901/05/A).

          If such type of any mail come in future on my mail ID, I'll directely go to consumer court only and from we will decide what to do.

          Your total outstanding payment was already paid on 10th August 2008, against your ful & final settelment request.

          Kindly make wave off all outstanding as I already paid your total outstanding balance.

          bank card — harrasment

          Dear Sir,
          I have made this complain to Head of customer care of Standard Chartered Bank in Chennai in India as well as customer care unit in Oman Muscat. My top up loan was declined indicating that due to over limt of Credit card use and delay payments. Pl see the following details of my credit card summery statements based on last 12 months bank statements.

          I expected to get this loan and decided to pay my son's college fees in Australia who is followinf a Hotel Management Degree . As was unable to pay my son's college fees he has to return back to sri lanka by end of Sep 08. This matter was with all high ranking officers in Standard Chartered Bank in Oman. Pl clarfy this matter and help me to get my top up loan by 30 Sep 08 to secure my son's education. My loan payments were regular to the bank for last 13 months.

          N.B. I HAVE GIVEN OVER 200 EXPACT CUSTOMERS TO STANDARD CHARTERED BANK WITH IN LAST 12 MONTHS ROYAL NAVY OF OMAN.

          ICICI Credit Card — Harresment by ICICI

          Dear Sir,
          We are copmpletely annoyed by the services being offered by ICICI. due to non recipt of the bill i was unable to pay the credit card bill. After repeated reminder i got the bill one month late. i cleared the outstanding on reipt of the bill barring the late payment charges taht were levied. After this i had stopped using the credit card and refused to pay for the late fee etc.which got accumulated to a huge amount approx. Rs.9000 +. I requested the bank to waiveoff all the ill-legitimate amount and cancel my card. But the same was not Executed.
          Now they are haresing my mother by calling her and visiting the home.

Since then such heavy ammounts are being levied month after month.           ICICI Bank — Harrasment for credit card payment

          Hi

          I do not have a credit card with ICICI Bank.
          My mobile number which is mine since the last 3 years, was registered with ICICI Bank for the previous owners credit card.

          ICICI Bank has been calling me several times a month trying to get the payment, even though I have repeatedly stated that they are calling the wrong person. I have also complained about this to the ICICI legal department but there has been no respite from the calls and the smses.

          Please advice.

          ICICI Credit Card — recieving calls

          Respected Sir, My name is Mohd.Ashfaq Ahmed, R/o Nizamabad. Sir v r recieving calls from ICICI Bank for Payments of Credit Card on mobile Number [protected]. Its my Residence Number. we are recieving calls since from 2 1/2 years for Mallikarjun. Already I informed ICICI BANK that this is our Mobil Number, so please kindly Update MALLIKARJUN'S number in their data.

          every time they r promising that it wont b repeated again but the same thing is going on.we r recieving SMS for the payments and phone calls.today i spoke to some mr.Rakesh, he again promised me it wont b repeated again.

          Sir they r repeating again and again, so please take aserious action against them.Ladies r their in my house, they unable to communicate when they recieve the call from ICICI BANK.

          I kindly request Sir to do the need full.

          I had similar issues with ICICI Bank Credit Card. Get in touch with the Nodal Officer. First up all, go through your current/last statement and identify any unauthorised transations.Then check what all charges they have imposed on you and whether they are correct. Remember onething, before taking this complaint to next level, you yourself should be very clear about how much money you actually owe and what are incorrect charges.
          I had ICICI credit card no. [protected] which was settled 4-5 years ago against full n final settlement letter of ICICI by paying Rs. 13000 since wanna to shift from delhi. So due to receiving calls n mails to settle the issue from ICICI I entertained recovery agents. The agents reverted back after 4-5 days with ICICI Bank letter wherein they settled for Rs.13000.00 essentially by paying in cash. I paid Rs.13000.00 and signed their copy for accepting the offer. Thereafter ICICI Bank stopped all calls mails for any dues till 2013 May. Now I m again receiving calls from Jhandewalan about the dues which are still pending in my name. I narrated them all the story but all is vain. Thereafter I shoot up mail on customer care in which response they assured that they will check all the matter with recovery cell. But the calls are still not stopped by Mr sanjay sharma recovery agent. It is requested Bank authorities to kindly honor their words and stop immediately all these kind o[censored]netical business attitude.

            I have been using my ICICI credit card for the past 2yrs now and there was absolutely no problem at all, but in the month of August I forgot to make the payment and just because of that my credit card was blocked which I came to know when I received my September statement it said "Your card has been temporarily blocked due to non-payment" and Immediately I called up customer care and they said that you just have to make the Minimum Amount Due for the card to work again so I made the Min. payment (Rs.2420) but it did not work even after 3 days meanwhile a person from the hyderabad collection team called me saying that I just have to make a payment of Rs.5000 for the card to work also I explained him that customer care guys have given me a similar instruction for the payment of MAD of Rs.2420 but it didnt work and now how should I believe him. For which he said that your MAD is Rs.4860 but I want you to pay Rs.5000 little more than MAD so that the card will work and I did it again which did not work again so I called up customer care again and blasted them up they said something very shocking that my card is PERMANENTLY BLOCKED and I wont be able to use the card anymore and for further info goto CREDIT CARD DIVISION in Ambattur, Chennai I finally went to Ambattur branch in Chennai to check whats happening with the account and the Lady there named "Manju" said its just a temporary block just make a significant amount so that the card will work so I made payment of Rs.10,000 as per her instruction and it did not work so went to Ambattur again spoke to a Collection Manager named "Ranga Rao" who said all of which happened was a mistake from their side that "THE PEOPLE WHO HAS ACCESSED YOUR RECORD DID NOT GET FULL INFO AND GAVE WRONG INFO BY MISTAKE and FURTHER YOUR CARD CANNOT BE RE-ACTIVATED FOR THE NON-PAYMENT OF JUST ONE MONTH ON THIS CARD"

            I know what he said was a whole lot lie because if the above statement is true 93-95% of the credit card holders will lose their cards and banks wont be able to run credit card business...

            Note : They also blocked my other associated and non-associated cards.

            I just want to know who am I supposed to contact or what am I suppoed to do to Re-Activate my Card...

              I had availed a Home loan from ICICI in 2004 and have bee paying the emi's regularly. Due to financial problems i had to sell the property and foreclose the loan. I had closed the loan on 30th October 2009 and till date i'm not getting any proper reply from the branch or customer service team with regard to returning my original documents. I have even escalated the matter to Avijit saha (first level escalation as mentioned in ICICI bank website) and shivakumar tadikonda (second level escalation).There is no convincing reply from these people. It is very frustrating and I really do not have an answer to my buyer. he has set a deadline for giving the documents and I have failed o honour the committements. I will have to pay back the advance amount which i received from him and paid the same to ICICI to foreclose the loan. Is ICICI going to compensate for the losses which I have suffered.
              I, RamChandra Dave, holder of Home loan account No:LHABD[protected], have been facing an issue in recovering the Home Loan documents.

              I have paid the total amount at the time of foreclose of the loan on 29/05/2010. But till date, I have not received the original documents.

              Inspite of repeated telephonic communication with customer care personnel Mr Sujit ghorpade, Kiran Sadhu and Manish, I was diverted with excuses every time.

              Due to lapses in your department, I have been suffering a huge financial loss. Now, I want to know the reason for the delay of receipt of the original documents and people responsible for this issue.

              Kindly look into this matter personally and help me resolve this sensitive issue as soon as possible. I am looking forward for your positive co-operation.

              Also, I would like to add that ICICI home loan service is at its worst condition and every time I share my experience with other people and stop any type of dealing with ICICI bank.

I am having an a/c no.[protected] with icici bank malav parisar branch a.b. road indore.icici bank provide me an credit card no.[protected].but due to recession i lost my job from bharti axa life insurance company and i did not pay outstanding amount.Icici bank agent used abusive language with me and my family member from telephone no.[protected],[protected],[protected],073
                [protected]. meanwhile my father arrange some amount for the operation of my grand mother and give me to keep it and because of safety i have deposited whole amount in icici bank account but icici bank blocked my account without any prior notice. since i am jobless i told the bank agent i will pay whole amount on installment but they told me bank recover whole amount debit from account within 7 days.
                Its my humble request to give instruction to icici bank to release my account temporary so that i withdraw my amount for operation of my grand mother and when my financial condition will stable i will pay whole account in installment

                    My Saving account number[protected]. I am holding this saving account with ICICI Bank Tardeo branch for over 2 years. That time the min balance required was Rs 5000/- which i have been maitaining. The account however was unoperated for almost 18 months. During this course the bank would have increased the min balance requirement to Rs. 10,000/-. Snce I keep touring for my work the increase in min balance information skipped my attention till one day in July'2009 I got an SMS 1st time stating my account balance is approx. 1900/- which stuck my mind that I had Rs. 5000/- than how it has come down to below 2000/- So I enquired with the bank who told me this. Ms. Phiroza in the branch told me to give an application for consideration to the branch manager which i did but till date I have no response from the bank. I did receive a call twice from Phiroza and one more person stating that if i am making some more investment in form of insurance than they are willing to consider.

                    My request is that if the account is unoperated for a long period the account is freezed for security reason than how can they charge penalty. I understnd that if i am using the services and not maintaining the balance they will charge, but here i have not operated the account for over 8 months than how can the bank charge. The nationalised banks min balance requirement till date is R. 5000/- only than too these pvt. banks are demanding higher min balance amount

                    Please help me to reverse the penalty charges.

                        I got a property from Mr. Dinesh Naik this property is on loan with ICICI bank loan account no.LBMUM[protected] of Mr Dinesh Naik.

                        I have approached Axis Bank as I am getting lower rate of interest. However when Axis Bank sent the pay order for foreclosure ICICI Bank denied to accept it they said they will not do any bank to bank loan transfer.

                        Axis Bank is not ready to give the pay order to the account holder. I have already got the registration done. I want the process to file the complaints against ICICI Bank for such approch.

                            I took a home loan from ICICI in 2006.

                            As you know that ICICI always increases the floating Interest rates high and do not decrease as soon as RBI asks when PLR rate is decreased because of this I am paying lots of intrest to ICICI unnecessarily.

                            So I thought to transfer my loan to PSU banks like SBH,SBI or Union bank.But they are charging 2.5 % as pre closure charges to transfer the home loan.I have studied in Economic times and also in blogs that RBI has requested banks not to collect any pre closure charges Srikanthand also High court has also ordered the same.

                            Please help me to transfer my loan with out preclosure charges.

                            ICICI Home Loan — Loan Pre-closure delay

                            Hi,

                            I have initiated a pre-closure for a home loan. They promised that they will provide the original documents within 16 working days. But on 15th day, they said due to technical problem they cannot close it and they are not sure when they can close it. There is no contact persons, no comitted dates provided. Rather they say, call the customer care every 2 days to find out. Based on their original commitment i had planned for things, now it is unclear about the closure. Why should customers suffer because of ICICI's technical problem. If we do not pay the EMI on time, they put penalty, will ICICI pay for the financial impact for this case?

                            I borrowed home from ICICI Bank on 28 November, 2005 Rs. 6, 50, 000/- @ of 7.5% vide application no.[protected]. Now Bank is charges 11.5% interest. I want to pre-closue my account. Will the bank charge pre-closure charges 2% as per agreement or there is any relief by our honourable court.
                            ICICI bank is a fraud bank... When you go for fresh home loans they will attract you with exiting loan scheme and they will behave as if they are the best customer friendly bank. But... But... But... once you are trapped they will show there real color. I will not encourage anyone to take any kind of loan from ICICI bank. They increase their rate of interest every year and you will end up paying the maximum rate of interest compared to other banks.
                            At the time of pre-closure or transferring the loan to some other bank they charge highest rate of interest (almost 3% on outstanding), so please look upon all these aspects before taking loan from ICICI. Any corporate banks are always better than these private banks.

                                I am an account holder of ICICI Bank. My A/c No. is[protected]. The IVR system of ICICI Bank is very very poor. I had placed a request one week earlier i.e. on 11/nov/09 but today when i called, i was told that the request has not been placed and the Cust. Care Exec connected me to the IVR telling me the steps, i followed those steps but no request message ever came up. Instead I finished my whole 100 Rs. balance in my mobile trying to get it done.

                                It is really weird that the so called no.1 private sector bank of India has such poor service.

                                    SO WHAT NEXT …. THE SAME NODAL OFFICER CALLS BACK … THE SAME ARGUMENT CONTINUED VIA TELEPHONE…. AND THE SAME STATUS OF MY ISSUE REMAINS UNRESOLVED.

                                    SHE CLAIMS TO REOLVE MY ISSUE VIA EMAIL STATING THAT SHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY RECORDS IN THE SYSTEM UPDATED BY HER AGENTS IN REGARDS TO WHAT I CLAIM… BUT SHE IS SO BLIND THAT SHE COULD NOT READ WHAT I HAD MENTIONED ON THE FORUM STATING “. Is it the customers fault if your customer service department does not update the records? How can the Nodal officer claim that a customer has not called the Customer Service department if the concerned executive has not updated the account?


                                    ALL WHAT I HAD WRITTEN ON THE FORUM HAD BEEN REPEATED ON THE TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION BETWEEN ME AND Ms. RAO. THERE WAS NOTHING NEW, THE CONVERSATION THE RESOLUTION WAS THE SAME THAT I HAD WITH Ms. RAO BEFORE ADDRESSING THE COMPLAINT ON THE FORUM.

                                    SHE HAS TORTURED ME MENTALLY BY GOING OVER THIS ALL AGAIN TWICE.

                                    SHE IS SO ADAMANT AND NOT AT ALL COOPERATIVE. IRRESPECTIVE ME STATING ON THE FORUM CLEARLY THAT THE EXECUTIVES HAS NOT UPDATED THE CONVERSATIONS I HAD WITH THEM EARLIER…AND ITS NOT MY FAULT AND THAT DOES NOT MEAN I HAVE NOT CALLED THEM.

                                    DOES IT MAKE ANY SENSE TO YOU Ms. RAO? I RAISED THE ISSUE SO THAT SOME ONE MORE COMPETENT THAN YOU COULD RESOLVE MY QUERY AND CAN STOP PLAYING A RECORDER OF YOUR COMPANY NORMS AND POLICIES LIKE YOU DO.

                                    YOU DON’T PLAY THIS NORMS AND POLICIES RECORDER EVERY TIME YOU CONVINCE YOUR CUSTOMER TO BUY A CREDIT CARD OR LOAN ETC..

                                    JUST TELL ME WHY THE HELL DID YOU CALL ME IF YOU HAD TO GIVE ME THE SAME REPLY.

                                    FIRST ANSWER ME AS TO WHY DID YOU CALL ME? DID YOU NOT SEE ON YOUR SYSTEM THAT YOU WERE INCAPABLE OF ADDRESSING MY ISSUE EARLIER? DID YOU NOT READ MY ISSUE ON THE FORUM WHERE I CLEARLY STATED THAT SOME ONE HIGHER THAN NODAL OFFICER SHOULD ADDRESS TO MY QUERY? HOW COULD YOU BE SO SHAMELESS TO CALL ME BACK TO ADDRESS MY ISSUE WHEN YOU COULD NOT RESOLVE IT EARLIER? EVEN AFTER YOU CALLE DTHE SECOND TIME WHERE YOU DEAF DURING OUR TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION WHEN I HAD SPECIFIED THAT I HAD A TELEPHONIC DISCUSSION WITH YOUR OFFICERS AND THEY HAD NOT UPDATED THE COMMENTS.

                                    I AM SO FED UP WITH YOUR SERVICES. I WILL CUT THE CARD IN 4 PIECES AND COURIER IT TO YOUR DEPARTMENT.

                                    I WILL NOT PAY ANY OUTSTANDING EXCEPT FOR THE PURCHASES I HAVE MADE WHICH I HAVE ALREADY CLEARED.

                                    SO MY OUTSTANDING STAYS NIL.

                                    I WILL NO MORE ACCEPT THIS HARRASMENT FROM YOUR END AND OF THIS NONSENSE CONTINUES I WILL BE FORCED TO GO TO BANKING OMBUDSMAN

                                    I humbly request every individual to stop using ICICI credit card because they only loot their customers no matter how much business you bring to them.They also don It does not make any difference to them. There is no benefit of doubt. They don’t trust their customers and their customer service sucks…. Right from the lower executives right to the Nodal officers…



                                    My ICICI Credit card Number: [protected] activated in 2007.

                                    I have been so fed up with the ICICI credit card department. They have the post pathetic and disgusting staff. Right from Customer service department to the Nodal Officer Department.

                                    Their customer service department is so poor, they do not update their records and we customer have to pay the brunt for it. Is it the customers fault if your customer service department does not update the records? How can the Nodal officer claim that a customer has not called the Customer Service department if the concerned executive has not updated the account?

                                    It happened to me on 20th October 2007, where I was wrongly charged to my account for a transaction. I had called the customer service department, they asked me to fax a dispute form. I After confirming with the customer service executive the receipt of the form via fax, I was asked to pay less the amount not due to my account and was informed no additional charges like interest fee or anything extra charges will be charged till my issue is resolved. To my misfortune I trusted the customer service executive and destroyed the proof of fax and for the next 4 months till February.

                                    Some questions to be asked here??

                                    1) How on earth do I trust ICICI for the transactions they charge on my card?
                                    a) Most of the time bills are sent after due date. Without going through the whole bill why the hell should I pay the full amount? What if there are incorrect transactions. If the first mistake was not corrected, how would they ask me to make full payment?
                                    b) If the customer service executives are so inefficient and if everything needs to be written and sent across, why are the executives sitting there for? If we don’t trust them for their word why don’t they start dispatching letters for the confirmations they do?

                                    2) Why was I getting credit for my charges if there was no proof of my dispute?

                                    The same error occurred to me on 18th March 2008 and 21st February 2008 dual charges for Vodafone & again the same thing was repeated. I did not take it seriously as I was told the charges would be reversed to me till issues would be resolved and I was getting reversals in my account till Feb’08.

                                    Then due to some personal reasons I was not able to follow up with ICICI and the interest charges and late payment fees were continuously being levied heavily on me. I still continued to make payments on my purchases. Then on 15th Sep’08 I had raised the same issue with the second level as per ICICI’s online complaint process, but the reply was not satisfactory as there was no proper solution been given. Then the same issue was raised to Head Quality Service wherein I received no reply. As usual it took too long for ICICI to reply for my queries or to provide solutions all the knew was to loot their customers by levying heavy interest fees.
                                    The issue was raised to the nodal officer pleading to waive off the nuisance penalties on to my account. I had accepted and paid all the purchases due on my account and had requested for disconnection.

                                    But they put me on stupid EMI system and rejected my application of disconnection.

                                    I have made all my payments. And would request to please help me get rid of this nuisance ICICI credit card department.

                                    I want to disconnect and shut my card . Please stop levying interest penalties on my card… They have been doing that and now they say I have 50,000/- outstanding. [censored]… Prove it’s the unpaid purchase and I will pay for it.


                                    Someone please help me settle my credit card.

                                    ICICI Credit cards — No Officer available for queries

                                    ICICI Lombard had followed up for Insurance Policy over Mobile. I remember clearly I was told the I was eligible for Interest free EMIs. But now I am finding Iam charged Interest on my Credit Card. Irony is if I want to clarify the matter I am sent thru maze of machine messages with out gettign any Officer on line. I am fed up. Can I get a Telephone # of some responsible (?) officer of ICICI Bank to clarify.

                                    I really shudder to think, what may happen if I loose my credit card? By the time I get some body to cancel my card my whole savings may be wiped off.

                                    I have already closed my credit card in June 2009 but still i am getting calls from ICICI Bank cerdit cards department stating that some dues are pending with me. the real fact is this i have receive letter from ICICI bank for no dues then how come they are bleming me. rectify it Otherwise I will make this complaint in Counsuer forum
