Dear Sir / Madamme,
This is a complaint against ICICI Bank Customer Care and their total lack of commitment to the complaints from customers. I had complained against three perpetually non-functional ATMs in Chanakyapuri and Gopinath Bazar, New Delhi by e mail to ICICI, through my complaint No. :'ICICICARE=[protected]' level1complaint/ Savings Account, which was replied by Y Ambika, Customer Service Officer, ICICI Bank Limited, and phone call from her to me from Hyderabad (I do not know why from Hyderabad) stating that all issues will be set right.
I had again visited the ATM (ID No : S1CW3152) at Gopinath Bazar, New Delhi at 1921 hrs today (24 Dec 2009). Once again, the two machines were NOT able to give the transaction print out.
I had complained to ICICI about this ATM among the three that are referred in my previous complaint.

NO ACTION SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY THE BANK ON THIS STATE FOR THE LAST NEARLY SIX MONTHS AS THE STATE IS THE SAME.

The guard at the ATM tells me that he has made this complaint to 'Brink's Arya', the Bank's agents for loading the ATMs, several times, but they just do not put paper rolls in it and also say that the machines need to be repaired.
In case the machines are not repaired in this week (i.e. by 31 Dec 2009) I may be forced to resort to taking legal recourse against your bank through the Consumers' Forum, since the Bank appears to be indifferent to polite complaints and messages.
Kindly raise the level to the appropriate authorities in your Bank in case this is not manageable at lower levels.
May I expect a reply and immediate action.

Thank you again for bringing it to our attention, We would like to inform you that we have had the faulty receipt printer in an ATM at Gopinath Bazar rectified, and the same is working now.
We have got receipt printer rolls in both the ATMs at Gopinath Bazar as well as Chanakyapuri replenished and so the machines are dispensing receipts at present.

Regret the inconvenience caused to you and assuring the best services at all times.

      Dear sir
      I Neetu Sharma never used the credit card no [protected] in any means but according to CIBIL, ICICI BANK has shared my information in to CIBIL where in I have not used any credit card mentioning this number.
      Whenever I talked to them they are blaming each other on the issue.I have applied for the home loan but my home loan got stuck due to cibil.
      And the DOB which is mentioned in the account is also different from mine.According to ICICI bank its add on account but I dont even know the primary card holder name..
      What would I do. please tell me how to get out of it...

        Dear Sir,

        I lost my ATM Card and whosoever has theft it had mis-used it. He withdrawed a sum of Rs. 13,000/- through ATM. Though SMS alert system is activated but not a single sms is received after the 3 transactions done.Camera fitted at ATM centre are not fitted properly and because of this the theif is not viewed properly. It is bank insufficiency for which i have suffered. Bank should solve this case.

          Hi,

          I had canceled the ICICI card in Feb 2009, but recently I came to know that the card has not been canceled by the bank and the interest on the card has piled up. The customer care executive says "card has been canceled but the account is not". This is embarrassing. Who can help me in this regard?

            Dear Sir,
            Kindly refer to my above Service Request No.[protected]. I had furnished full details of my case in this complaint. Any how since your staff who called me over phone from [protected] at 10.48 hours on 12/12/2009, in response to my SR[protected] dt. 11.12.2009, I am once again furnishing details of my complaint.
            I have availed home loan of Rs. 585000/- during August 2003 for purchasing a house at Erode. . My Loan No. is LBERO[protected]. Having experienced many discrepancies & sufferings a lot, I have fore closed my loan on 12.07.2008 at your Salem branch. After Closure, I was asked to collect the documents & I attended your Salem branch during first week of August 2008. But the registration document (Original Sale deed) in my favour was missing & I refused to receive the other documents without the main & important document. After that I approached your people many times from top to bottom. I was told by them that the document was not traceable. I was informed that, since the transactions during 2003 were dealt by Coimbatore office, they are unaware of the official who dealt with my case & where the document was kept. I have sent a letter to your area operations manager at Chennai also. But there was no proper response from anybody. Hence, I have made a complaint through service request No.97657483 during February 2009 as a last resource. One, Ms. Chigurupatati Banu, Customer Service Officer & Ms. Chitralekha , Customer Service manager responded through phone & E-mail & assured that they will process my request. Through E-mail dt. 18.3.2009, & over phone Ms. Chitralekha informed me that I can collect my documents from Salem Branch. Immediately I contacted Salem Branch. But I was informed that the documents available were the same documents as in July 2008. And now also original sale deed in my favour was not available. Hence I again sent the complaint through e-mail to Ms. Chitra Lekha, stating of the facts. But there was no response. As such, after patiently waiting I again made a complaint through SR[protected]. I was contacted by your staff from [protected]. After gathering all the details she had again contacted me after 15 days and informed me that they are in process of tracing the original sale deed made in my favour & it seems that the document had been misplaced. As such in the event of non traceability, they will arrange for recreating the document by observing usual formalities. She asked my concurrence in this regard and she also informed that I will be asked to sign in a form of concurrence and she will call me again in this regard. But after that, there was no response from your end. Whenever I try the above phone number, I am getting the report as “ the number not available”. Hence, I have again preferred this service request & sending the details as per your request.
            Sir, 18 months had passed since I had closed my loan. Still, I am struggling from pillar to post to receive my documents. Since I am also an executive in a public sector enterprise, I find no time to approach you again & again. I have patiently waited till this time for an amicable solution. I am having material proof for having suffered by your people & your system during the operation of loan. I request you to return my documents including original sale deed & I need a proper written response from you at the earliest. I believe that my case will be dealt with immediate care & settled smoothly. In the event of failure, I find no other way except preferring a case before appropriate legal forum at your cost including for the sufferings I had experienced during the operation of loan.

              Subject – Fraudulent withdrawl of Rs. 14,500/- from my A/C No.[protected]


              Dear sir / madam

              I Nirmal kumar shrivastava have been the regular customer of well reputed icici bank.
              I here by inform you that a personal loan executive from HSBC Bank has come to my cocern for personal loan & collected cheque without my signature with the relevant documents required for personal loan & on 16/12/2009 at about 2.10 PM the money was withdrawn from ICICI BANK south extension – 2 , new delhi , the detail of fraud are as under :-

              Employee :- HSBC personal loan atta chowk noida (up)

              Cheque no. : - 129311

              Amount :- 14,500/-


              I would request you to please investigate it that how is it possible to withdraw the money without the signature of the a/c holder & how the money was withdrawn without the proper identification of the concern person.

                Dear Sir,
                we have taken a Home Loan from ICICI Bank, for Rs 8,19,760/-
                @Effected Rate of interest 8%
                Type of Interest was Floating
                Loan Term(months) was for 240 months
                @monthly EMI was calculated Rs 6857/-
                to buy a Buil-up Flat at
                Ramprastha Colony,
                P.O. Chander, Ghaziabad 201011,
                on 14th, July, 2005,
                EMI was calculated @ Rs 6857/-
                Loan A/c no: LBGHZ[protected]
                This is total refrence for this loan, and so we have paid till date December 2009, aprox . 53 EMI, during this period the recession was there in the market.
                So, as per ICICI Bank they have increased the Rate of Interest 3-4 times during this period and so they increased a very handsome amount of EMI too, day before yesterday I visited the Bank branch Netaji Subhash Palace, and I came to know that the Bank has increased the Term of Loan from 240 to 335 with the EMI, means they increased Tenour and EMI too as well, and I have paid only a few amount and Rs 7,80,017/- is outstanding in my a/c,
                I was totally shocked to know this means I have paid nothing as the 282 EMI is Still pending besides the Amount to be paid as against the Loan taken, and what I have understood that whatever I have nearly 5,00,000/- Rs paid has no value. I had talked with them their officials but all was in ruin, and they have suggested an option as follows:

                1. you take an insurance by filling an Agreement BOND in which they will charge me a monthly installment and will convert this Home Loan into a New Rate of Interest i.e. 8.25% and the Tenur will be 152 months.
                2. they want me to deposit 1,00,000/- Rs and will continue for at least years to get this opportunity.

                I asked them that you could increase the amount of EMI only why you have increased the Tenur too and that is too this much, and now you are building pressure on me to invest and will reduce the EMI Amount and Tenur as well.
                was that recession so big that this amount with the Tenure has increased this much, I believe the fact that there is no difference in the past money lenders and this bank, and this will be continue with great grand children also and my loan amount they will be paying continuously, but the Loan principal will remain as it is and Chakraborty Interest will keep on and one day we will be without home and the will acqurie this house and my hardearned money too.
                so my concern is cannot we stop the bank doing all this lootpat, and would request you to advice me how should I go against them and what and where I should go/contact to take neccessary action against their policies which they are refferring to.

                Kindly help as you can understand my problem/trouble. I also do not know wether thir will be some guidence/help /reply from your side.

                  Respected Sir/Madam,

                  Recenty i submit a complaint against ICICI Bank on 12/12/09. I was having a credit card of ICICI Bank. Card No. is [protected], i use that card and refund the amout to bank as per their given statement. But after refund them excess of my usage they agian sent me a statement for arround 40000/- appx. when i refuse them to pay on the ground that i have already paid almost doubled amount for what i use, they auto debit amount from ICICI Bank from my A/c no.[protected]. They did not notice me regarding this withdrawl. I only came to know about this when i went bank for payment and found my a/c showing zero balance in it.
                  i request you to please intervene in ths matter and help me to get my money back.

                  ICICI Bank — Money debited without any notice

                  Hi,
                  This is Mr.Gopi Krishna Kishore from bangalore. I am holding salary account[protected], with ICICI Bank, Bangalore, since october 2005. In October 2008 i recieved a call from ICICI Bank customer care about my platinum credit card. She said that, as i am holding salary account in ICICI Bank, they are issuing me a Platinum credit card. I had accepted and they had issued the card. On 3rd February 2009, i paid my online credit card payment for Rs.6, 332. And on the next day i noticed that the same amount has been debited once again from my account. I called customer care of saving a/c dept and they said they don't have any idea and routed the call to credit card dept. Even after waiting for more than half hour no one has responded. I called the credit card dept directly and explained my problem. I was shocked when the executive said that while issuing the card itself 'Auto Debit' option is being activated even without my notice. When i asked for the clarification she said she doesn't have any information, i have to send email and later they will respond. I requested them to atleast revert back my excess paid amount, but they denied for that also. She said that next coming months outstanding amount will be deducted now and remaining amount would be paid. This is absoulutely cheating the customer. Due to this unnoticed transaction my other commitments got effected. I had to pay my loan and that got failed. Please do take appropriate action and help me in this regard.

                  ICICI Bank — Holding funds without reasons and notice

                  Dear Sir

                  I am holding an account with ICICI Bank A/c No[protected] Langford Road branch, Bangalore where my salary from my company - Four Interactive Pvt Ltd Bangalore - is been credited every month. Today i noticed when the salary is credited in my account ICICI Bank has seized Rs 45564/- from my account with out any prior notice or information to me. when i spoke to their phone banking officers, they says somebody's name, date of birth matches with me and that person has some outstanding in his credit card and since my name is matched and they went ahead blocked my money with out any notice or information.

                  they also says that they need a weeks time to look into this issue and not ready to give any reference or complaint number for future communication.

                  since 50% of my salary is hold or seized by this bank, my pre-planned payments are disturbed and is causing me major problems as a customer

                  i am requesting you to kindly intervene in this issue and get me the justice, i can provide all relevant documents.

                  ICICI Bank Saving Bank Account — Account Seized without information

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have a Saving Bank Account No.[protected] with ICICI Bank - Bund Garden Branch, Pune since 2005 with a credit card of the same bank; i was the one who made regular payment against credit card but failed to keep regular since 4-5 months - still made the payment of Rs.4000 last month and Rs.24, 000 this month; now Bank deducted Rs.25, 880.00 without any pre intimation. When I confirmed with the bank executive he confirmed that the amount deducted against outstanding of Credit Card.

                  I will do the payment of whatever the outstandings in couple of months - but without intimating customers how they block the account - that means bank can do any transaction without informing customers means bank is cheating.

                  I am the regular customer of ICICI and have a smooth transaction, if the account is not unblocked it will more harmful for me. So you are requested please take necessary action against this cheater bank.

                    Please help me. The ICICI Bank has seized my four wheeler due to non payment of EMIs. I failed to pay the EMI since my employer (Exensys Software Solutions Limited) has not paid my salaries since December 2008.

                    Now the bank has taken away my vehicle by force and asking me to pay the entire amount of Rs. 1.7 lakhs to take back my vehicle.

                    I need assistance. I cannot pay back this much amount at once.

                      I have received a message from your TM ICICI Bank indicating that EMI of Rs.9291 is over due for ICICI Bank loan account LPDELXX8849, as on 30 Nov.2009 and for paying the amount in any ICICI Bank branch immediately.

                      I am to bring to your notice that no loan has been taken by me from ICICI Bank on the above loan account. Please check and correct your records and send the message to correct person.

                      i am anita, I got a message from TM ICICIBNK for an interview at pillai institute new panve-410206 for post of sales officer.I have not applied for this job.but since 5 times i got a message from TM ICICIBANK. how can i avoid this.

                            The above transactions were approved by Icicibank bank against the Personal loan which I have availed from Axis bank.
                            But the EMI for the month of Dec'09 was declined by the Icicibank Bank evevnthough enough fund was in my A /C No :[protected]. The available balance on my A/C on 01.12.09 was Rs 5,09,499.07.This has spoiled my relation reputation with Axis bank with out valid reason. Hence I request Icicibank bank to give proper explanation and copensation for the damage caused by them.

                              I am holder of Credit Card of ICICI Bank.

                              My billing cycle was 20th to 19th till Sep 09 which was change to 24th to 23rd from Oct 09. Due to which my Oct month statement was for the period from 20th Sep to 24th Oct.

                              The change for the same was not intimated to me and I did some transaction based on my credit card billing cycle and finance plan on 20 to 21 oct 09 considering that the due date will be after 45 days.

                              However the same was billed to me for Nov 09 bill. I called the customer care and given them request that the payment will be made in next month as the change in billing cycle was not intimated to me. And based on it, they should not charge the interest.

                              The customer care department noted the request and assured me that the interest will not be charged and will be reversed if charged. They given me the requisition no[protected] for the same.

                              On 23 Nov 09, bank has charged interest in my account and on my call to customer care, i was being replied that the interest will not be reversed.

                              my compliant is against bank for non intimating me the change in billing cycle date and non reversing the interest.

                                Sir,

                                I Anand Soni taken 2 policies from ICICI Prulife , policy no bearing 02797553 and 02797554, i have submitted the form for my Partial withdrawel at ICICI Bhiwadi office on dtd. 2/12/09, duly signed and filled enclosed with a crossed cheque , and they assured me that i will get my refund within 7 days, but after 10th day I again called to Bhiwadi ICICI and then they told me to talk to there alwar office no.[protected] and 636, I talked to Mr. Vimal on dtd. 15th , 16th and 17th , so many times and i always get confirmed by him that my amount has been transfered to my bank account , but lastly at this time on 17th evening 6.30 pm i have been told that my amount has been revert back due to some problem of bank transection / transfer and i will get the cheque through post, but they could not able to confirm me why the amount reverted back, and for my second policy they have told that it has been no yet logged for refund due to lack of some document, if the document is not complete than why not i have been told by Bhiwadi ICICI office ( ph. No.[protected] during submission of the same if they didn't seen then why the next staged office not informed me at the time of received at there end, I have never received a single call from any of the ICICI office after submission of my form for refund ( Partial) , after my several calls they informed me like this and the time passes to 15 days, is this the quality of there after sales and services , I want my refund within 3-4 days otherwise i have to go to consumer forum, to take strong action against ICICI Prulife, I have been misguided everytime, never received any calls from them. kindly solve my problem within 3-4 days.

                                icici prulife — partial refund amount

                                Till date i didn't received my partial refund for policy no. 02797554, in the name of Mrs. Kanchan Soni, its already passed 30 days after submit of my forms for refund. kindly do the needful please.

                                icici prulife — Non Refund of Policy

                                I submitted documentation for refund of my policy # 05363284 in July 2010. I have as of Dec 2010, yet to receive refund of my policy. I have called the company every 2 weeks, for the last 6 months to no avail. More than a few times they have told me that policy is ready to be paid out only to bring up some issue or another to put every thing on hold again. I am an NRI and when I bought the policy, no less than 3 executives visited me, multiple times, at my parent's home to sell the policy. Now that I need refund on my policy, I cannot get a straight answer from anyone.

                                  My credit was debited Rs 1295 on 26/11/2009 for CCP Assistance without my knowledge. I called CCP for refund but there is no response till date. In fact, the origin of this issue is, a phone banking executive of ICICI bank who made this unwanted proposal and registered this service on behalf of me. I feel that the ICICI bank phone banking executive cheated me by registering this service. (I called ICICI bank toll free number for getting some information about balance transfer). I don't want this CCP service. Please help me get out this CCP service.

                                    I was having Aicici bank credit card no [protected] I returned the card somewhere in 2005-and from then I kept receiving the call for the payment when there was nothing to be paid then also I have paid 1600 rs for four five times they said it is for settlement and After that again I use to get the same call and they say ur amount is due so then in aug 2009 I have been deducted of rs 4572 from my[protected] a/c no
                                    Which was with them and then they told me for ur credit card which I was not using for 4-5 years that they have again deducted the money for the credit card
                                    After a month I have gone to rohini-delhi in their office and asked for the statement and told them the complete history they gave me the past two years statement and said we will get u more two years statement from Mumbai office and we don’t find any purchase in it ,there must be something wrong we will check it and will transfer the money.. since past 4 months I have not received any statement any actionand now again I have started receiving the same call for more money .this is the attachment of my account where they have deducted the money without any prier notice and without my using their credit card for past four five years

                                        I have made a fund transfer of Rs 1400 from my ICICI bank account[protected] to SBI bank account [protected] of my yunger brother on 14/12/2009 .Transfer ID is[protected]but as per my brother amount has not been deposited .Generally transfer takes few hours but this time it is getting delayed and ICICI is showing that transfer is successful.My brother is facing problem as he didn't get the money on time.I tried to contatc ICICI but didnot get proper responce.They should inform such delayed transaction .the amount has allready been deducted from my account and my brother didn't get the money.
                                        i transfered money from my icicibank a/c to my brother's sbi a/c, amount is 60000.00 rupees but is is not transfered in my brother's a/c while it showing successful transfer of money. can anyone help ????
