OPEN LETTER TO ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD HEAD


The amount paid till date i.e. Rs.11,000 from my end does not in any given way reflects anywhere in your system.
According to you the outstanding amount i.e.Rs.23868.49 is more than the amount swapped on the card.
Every month a sum of Rs.1000 was paid as EMI installment on the ICICI EMI CARD [protected].
I never agreed or am aware of your inhouse financial charges which could lead to the current financial debacle.
This is pure indiscrimination and not acceptable by any means.
Moreover, you fail to provide me the corresponding bills each month.I was kept aloof of the bills.

The credit cards due were paid as per the stipulated time.

I defer on your commitment as the customer service on earlier occasion had stated that they did not sent me any credit card statement.
It is really funny that I received statements of my ICICI credit card ending with 2006 regularly but never received the statement for the subject card on my email.

Please let me know where my hard earned money i.e. Rs. 11,000 went that I had deposited on regular basis against the ICICI EMI CARD NO. [protected].
How is it possible that the total outstanding of Rs.23978.79 is charged on me when the amount of Rs.1000 paid every month should have been deducted from the outstanding.
The total amount used on the card is Rs.20000 and Rs.3500 on two occasions respectively.The additional one time charges on the purchase is understandable.
You have charged me lavishly with whatever additional financial charges to make sure that the stipulated amount of Rs.1000 does not get deducted from the outstanding.
This is not banking but instead it is robbery on your part.
I have been receiving the credit card statement for other ICICI credit card on regular basis.
I have every right to be informed about my credit card status but you failed.
It was always by the personnel from ICICI bank that due amount was collected.
I have the right to be heard.You cannot just simply keep me ashore by overlooking into the facts.
This is a complete breach of trust.


The trap was not to allow me to pay more than the set amount of Rs.1000 every month.
The other highlight is you did not allowed the bill statement to reach me through any means.
You made financial charges and made sure that the outstanding amount remains constant.Even after 11 months the amount outstanding gets overleveraged.
I am willing to pay the balance amount provided you deduct the amount of Rs.11000 from my outstanding.

THE SAME IS BEING DELIVERED TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OFFICE OF THE HEAD SERVICE QUALITY (MS.SHEETAL THAKUR) BUT THEY ARE ADAMANT ON EXTRACTING MONEY I HAVE GONE PUBLIC AFTER CONFIRMATION FROM MS.SHEETAL THAKUR.

    I had raised a query on mobile number to be updated so that i could get my funds transferred from ICICI to another ICICI account. I was informed that the form has to be submitted at the ICICI branch and it would take 2 days to reflect.

    I went to the bank on 4/11/2009 around 1330 hrs and submitted the filled up form. I was informed i could start fund transfer after 2 working days as the request takes 2 working days to reflect on their systems.

    On the following Monday (9/11/2009) - which is 3 full working days past the submission - the request was not yet updated on the site as a result of which i was unable to transfer funds. I raised a call with ICICI customer care. The representative infomred me that it would take 3 working days to reflect; and following this i can transfer the funds. I had my doubts on the claim. So i asked them for the back up process in case the request was not updated by end of day. I was informed that in such a situaion, a ticket would be raised and the request would be manually updated.
    On tuesday (10/11/2009), i called up again @ 1400 hrs since it was still not updated. They did raise a ticket; but it would require 1 more working day! i informed the representative of all the prior (hollow) commitments given by her predecessors. AFter much haggling, i was promised that it would take effect by 5:30 pm on 10/11/2009.
    At 7:00 pm on 10/11/2009, i called up again as it was still not updated. The next commitment was for end of day on 10/11/2009.
    On 11/11/2009, Lo and Behold!!! it was done...but wait!!...there's a catch...you still cant transfer funds since there is a 'cooling period ' of 3 days!!! WTH?????

    that would mean, that i would have to wait 10 working days to raise a request and get funds transferred.

    I am ok with that provided that is the commitment given when you are taking in the request. When i raise a request with the info that 'i need to get funds transferred and hence need to update my mobile number to receive the URN for a/c regstration', the least i expect as a consumer is the waiting time to get my request to completion. I do not care for how many departments it needs to go thru. Nor am i intresteted to hear that after the committed time, the request has gone to next department and it would take another 'x' days to get this done. After 'x' days, the response would be-" welcome to ICICI, this request has been completed,. It has been passed to the next dept and you need to check with them for their planned time window'. What kind of a customer experience do you hope to acheive?

    Can someone answer as to why there is such a huge disconnect in process and information between the various customer facing representatives?

    By the way, in case you incompetant are reading this - the request number raised was #[protected].
    The agents involved were
    > Bank official at the Hinjewadi Phase 2 office (didnt note his name). It should be in the ticket .
    > Call centre employee on 9/11/09 (didnt note her name too, there should be an update made by her in the initial ticket though)
    > Nithya Valluvan - Cust care executive who raised the ticket number mentioned above
    >Shashank Sharma - Cust care executive on 10/10/09 (call answered at 7 pm evening)

    ICICI Bank — Money not transferred as committed time frame

    Hi,
    On 6th May 2008 I had withdrawn Rs. 7000 from Indian Bank using my ICICI Bank Debit card which showed debited from my account but the transaction was incomplete because the money did not come out of the machine. Besides calling and launching several complaints over the phone, there is no result seen.
    Its more than 65 to 70 days approximately and no progress till date.
    Would request you to kindly look in to the matter and resolve it ASAP.
    My ICICI bank Savings A/C no. is[protected] and the complaint number is Sr65283582

    ICICI Bank — reg : non transfer of payment to my account

    i swapped a customer credit card through my edc machine in february . i made an offline sale by taking an approaval from icici bank i have made atleast 6-8 complaints everytime they say your complaint will be resolver within 2 working days today is 24 august & i am still waiting for the response i have also faxed the copy of that invoice 2 times to icici mumbai head office but i didnt got any response plz. help me with this matter

    fund transfer — doubt of transferring fund

    i receved a sms on 13th march that i had won GBP 250000.after that i sending a mail with my deatils to the director to your bank Mr.jhonbosco Emegine, then i had receved another mail from him to deposit INR Rs. 8500/- for opening coresponding account. as per mail i made the payament to your inadian agent Kimcha Lhangtim in ICICI bank and send the scan copy of deposit slip via mail as prove, and after that i received another mail to told me that you have required FRO[fund realise order] wich has to getting british high court to contact barrister Mr. Solomon King. after that i contact him via email and he said me to deposit GBP 80 as consultantcy charge and GBP 370 as court fee it is near about INR Rs.47000-

    so i want to know that how long process it will take time and how much mony will need it more for realising that fund.and actualy will i getting it? how long process will remain to transfer the fund.

    please help me. i very much worried about it. I will waiting for your valuable reaply.

    Recently i have taken MTNL prepaid SIM Trump.upon activation on 14.04.09 I received message from TA-ICICIBNK on 14.04.09 that payment not received on your ICICI BANK Credit Card XXXX4003.Pls pay min.dues of Rs.100.00 before[protected] to avoid further charges.ignore if paid already.

    on 15.04.08 again i received one SMS STATING YOUR TRANSACTION FOR rS.1367.78 ON 13.04.09 AT indian railways cateringhas been converted into 3 EMIS.

    I have acyivated the sim on 14.04.09 and have not used credit card still i m getting the sms.I am unaware where to compliant for trhe same.Please guide.

    As i have registered a account payee and i did not get URN on my number

    At least from November to December 12 times i registered a payee changing the nick name and sent half dozen SMS for URN to 5676766, but till now i have not received the URN. I raised call with Customer care people every time, same answer delete once and add the payee again you will get the URN in 15 mins.I changed my mobile service provider and registered my new mobile number for which i have received acknowledgement thro' SMS to my new number.

      Dear Sir,

      I had take Hyandi Getz from Trident Hyandai in September 2006 and there was a scheme which was going on wherein, I had to pay for 32 instalments.

      Loan Amount availed was Rs 3,59,000

      Payment terms was like this:

      Down Payment; Rs 1,22,000 which included (103000+1EMI+650+359)

      They explained me in the sheet which I have with me that I have to pay Emi of Rs 8350 for 31 months inclding the advance EMI and end of 32nd month had to pay Rs 96600 and close the loan.

      I guess it was some Bullet scheme which Sales person at Trident sold me mentioning its 0% scheme for 30 months and end of tenure I had to pay the difference amount.

      I have the sheet explaining everything which is very clear. I also got the agreement copy wherein they have striked the advance EMI and written it as zero without any sign or initial.

      Now, shokingly they have charged for 35 EMI's @ Rs 8374 and last cheque that they have put is for Rs 1,47,000. which is just unaccepted and unfair.

      I have been cheated and last cheque got bounced and I have still not paid the last amount. I really want to close this as agreed and as explained to me.

      They have put me in some Buy Back scheme which I was not even aware of.

      I have visited ICICI bank and have spoken to few executives for few times but no one is addressing my problem.

      I personally visited @ trident Hyandai and met Ms Meena-Finance Incharge and Mr Santosh-Relationship manager from ICICI. They promised to get back to me in 7 working days but even after repeated calls they are not responding.

      I feel, I have been cheated and feeling so disgusted for choosing ICICI Bank for car loan and choosing trident for buying the car.

      Request you to help me sort this out, I really want to pay the balance amount and close this account once for all.

      ICICI Bank — Car loan - Incorrect amount financed

      Hi,

      I recently bought a car worth 5.65 lakh. I took bank loan for 3.10 lakh at interest rate of 17.5 for a period of 4 years. After furnishing all the required details, i got my car and the car papers transferred to my name.

      Even after paying the first EMI (Rs. 9, 528), i had still not received the welcome kit or the papers regarding the loan from the Bank. I called up my Agent and he always gave me reason that he was either busy or lost the document. I called up customer care and got a copy of my payment schedule.

      The document says that the total amount financed is 3.26 lakh at interest rate of 18.58. When i called up the agent he said that Credit Facility Originating Charges (CFOC) of Rs. 4, 890.00 has been applied to the interest which increases the interest rate from 17.5 to 18.58, which made a little sense. When i ask about the discrepancy in amount financed he said that Total amount financed = 3.10 lakh + first month EMI (9, 528) + loan insurance premium charges (927) + additional charges, which is totally ridiculous.

      I went to the main branch took the details manager who cleared this loan and had a tele-conf with him and the agent. The agent repeated the same thing and the manager just nodded that everything is correct and all numbers make sense.

      Can someone explain me in details as to how this amount increased from 3.10 lack to 3.26 lakh?

      I got a car loan from icici Bank and on 22nd march 2015 I received a text message about my welcome kit is that "your welcome kit send on 21st march 2015 by local post and it will reach to you within 12 working days." but still not received welcome kit I called to agent about this he said that he don't know about status of my welcome kit. One thing I said that why you ICICI bank sent welcome kit by local post other than courier. So please reply me when and how I received my welcome kit.

        Dear Sir,

        The ICICI bank cheque book was returned un-delivered from our residence at Thakur Village on 6th November 2009 with AW no.1053890. Immediately on 6th November on receiving missed note a call was made on 42017000 and it was informed that the same would be delivered the next day.

        Subsequent to this calls are made on a regular basis but the information conveyed is we are tracing the document. They are also not ready to share the seniors numbers.

        Request you to please take action against such fly by night companies who are harrasing the customers.

          Sub: declaration of credit card in icici –[protected]

          This is to be certified that in 2004 we were facilated with a credit card no.[protected] from icici bank. It was closed ( Due to misused by some one ) in February.04.

          The account was fully closed by making all payment In aug. month 04 . as per all discussions with icici branch officer. an application was also submitted for fully close the account on 07/09/04. Yet the account was closed but the bills from the branch, we received upto 7-8 months due to the communication problem ( between billing dept. & the related dept.).
          When we contacted to the related dept. in Mumbai .They told all time that ( Account is nil, It will take some days to clear the record from billing dept.)

          All this matter can be confirmed from the main branch ICICI, Mumbai.

          now when we needed a car loan, then it came to know that an amount of rs 25419/- is written off in our credit card account ( search report) . our bank denies to sanction loan due to this written off amount. the bank your declaration of amount.

          your nagpur branch suggested us to contact you. you are requested to give urgently the details of the amount. the balance was 0.42 paise credit in statement july 21, 2004.

          we are suffering a lot due to the system. now please give urgent n.o.c. with ful details.because it will be issue in all loan cases in future too.

            This is regarding CC [protected]. This is a "Platinum Card" issued to me in lieu of [protected]. I have had this card and the account with ICICI for the past 10 years and there has been no history of non payment.

            On Friday the 6th Nov 2009, I wanted to make a payment of 48000 to Dell. The transaction got declined. I called ICICI and they told me that it is a big transaction and hence it was declined. I was told to do it again. I did it again and it was declined again. I called again and they told me to do it again. I did it again and it was declined again. I called again and the customer service guy told me that I had set a limit on the card and hence the Transaction was declined. I told him to remove it and he said it will take 24hrs to get this done. So I did not do any transaction till Monday and on Monday (9/11/2009) I tried the same transaction and it was declined. I called the Customer Service again and they told me that nothing was wrong and the merchant is declining the transaction and that I could do it again. He suggested that I should try it in 2 smaller installments. So I decided to do it as Rs 25,000 and Rs 23,000. My first 25,000 went thru and the second for Rs.23,000 was declined. I then called the Customer service again and he told me that that days limit was set as Rs 30,000 (which was not informed to me). He said that the limit is for one day and it cannot be changed and I cannot do any transactions further for that day. I asked him to send me an sms to that effect. He said he will send me a mail to my mail ID (which I am yet to receive).

            On Tuesday (10/11/2009) I called the customer service (Some shanti answered) and I told her that I am going to make the transaction for Rs23,000 to Dell and asked her if I can do it. She said I can do it. I did the transaction again and it was declined.

            Does ICICI bank think the whole matter is a joke? I am disgusted with ICICI bank's behaviour. I have a credit limit of 1,93,000 Out of which more than 1,00,000 is still available.

            How can we make the staff more responsible?

              I wat to add a payee on my account. First you have to have a mobile banking account for which you must wait for 1/2 hour in he bank. then you get it but when you add a payee online it sweetly gives a number to call incase you don't get a Unique number on your mobile. when you send you realized you just killed 3 rupees for nothing. well its been 6 days and I still can't add a payee on my own account. Looks like I'm just about to discontinue my services with ICICI. by the way what's cooling period? is it when user has lost his cool?

              I spent 10days now to add a payee, I gave the application for mobile banking. it took 1 week to add my mobile number and then when I try to add a payee again it gave an error saying, your mobile is not registered . Then again another application and phone calls. till now no use. To add a payee.. ICICI made it as a painful process ever anyone had experienced. Any info how to resolve this ?

              Adding a Payee is a painful process. I am in USA for short term and i dont have my indian mobile number which works now.

              Dont know what to do . Need to send some money urgently.

              ICICI should have a process of helping their customers in these exceptional cases otherwise they are going to loose the customers for sure.

              Tried calling their hepline but they are helpless.
              Yes. I have the same problem. They wont let u add a payee while at US for short term. The only advice they give is to transfer to somebody else who is already registered or send a letter, passport xerox, blah blah by courier from US to India. I[censored] loose the mobile number u loose everything. looking for a better bank which is bit flexible and has better customer care.

                This is Avinash Dattatraya Diwan. I had a credit card long back. Credit Card Number was [protected].
                It was causing real headache. It was showing the money outstanding even after I cleared the bills.
                So I wrote a letter to higher authority regarding this matter. They assured me that after this there will be no problem regarding this credit card.
                After that credit card was destroyed.

                But the matter was not settled. In the CIBIL report it is showing that the credit card status is WRITTEN OFF.

                This is seriously causing me problems. No bank is granting me any kind of loan. Banks are asking to settle this out.

                my son is going to pursue his higher education in US. For that he need to appear for VISA and to clear VISA, he needs the education loan
                to be sanctioned. Sir his college will be starting on 11th Jan 2010. He must be there before that.

                I need the loan to be sanctioned at the end of this month. Otherwise my son wont be able to go to US on time, which will seriously affect me and my family.

                Hence please I am requesting you to look at the matter as early as possible. And help me in every possible way you can with this matter of credit card.

                Please I request you to do the needful in our interest.

                  But in January-2008 an amount of 2159/- has been deducted from my ICICI Savings account No.[protected]. I informed above mentioned issue to customer care ICICI CREDIT CARDS DIVISON, they have not taken any further action.


                  I request you to take the necessary action to reverse the amount Rs.2159/- from ICICI bank.

                    I had applied for a new ICICI bank debit card on 23rd Jul'11 but the courier ([protected]) did not came to me till today (3rd Aug'11).when i called the phone banking they told me to contact Bluedart courier services and the Bluedart customer care says that contact to branch of ICICI and give proper address.

                      Fraudulent Transactions - The most hopeless case of cheating, I, the undersigned, Pronoy Chakraborty am holding a Salary Account No. (last four digits) 4750 with ICICI Bank, Jodhpur Gam Branch, Ahmedabad. There were two fraudulent transaction carried out on 28 July 2009, amounting to Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) and Rs. 18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand only) at around 12.00 pm to 12.30 pm but I was notified of the same at 5.35 pm which is after 5 hours and that too by icici bank, Mumbai office and not by the Jodhpur Gam Br. Office.
                      In this case I was notified after 5 hours about the fraudulent transactions, while in past, in normal circumstance I used to receive a phone call from the bank for transactions of Rs. 5,000/- and above stating whether the same were approved by me or not. Why was this transaction not given the same importance as they both were of a large amount. Further, the call came from your Mumbai office and not from the branch where I have an account i.e. Jodhpur Gam Branch.

                      Moreover, when I went to the said branch they first of all did not still know of any of these transactions but after verifying they had given me the names, address, account number and even one phone number. The same is as below:

                      1. Arshadkhan V M/96, Fatima Apartment, Flat-201, Abul Fazal Enclave, Okhla, Delhi. (M) [protected] who had taken Rs. 50,000/-
                      2. Mohamad Zabib V 208-A/ III Cross, Vidhyanagar, Mandya, Karnataka. Who has taken Rs. 18,000/-.

                      Both these transactions have taken place from Mumbai, whereas one person is from Delhi and other from Karnataka. But, what has come to the notice that both these crimes were committed by one person having two different accounts in dummy names. Whereas it is clearly stated by R.B.I. that the below rules should be followed by the banks for any accounts to be opened:

                      In 2004, the RBI had come up with more specific guidelines regarding KYC. These were divided into four parts:

                      1. Customer Acceptance Policy: All banks shall develop criteria for accepting any person as their customer to restrict any anonymous accounts and ensure documentation mentioned in KYC.
                      2. Customer Identification Procedures: Customer to be identified not only while opening the account, but also at the time when the bank has a doubt about his transactions.
                      3. Monitoring of Transactions: KYC can be effective by regular monitoring of transactions. Identifying an abnormal or unusual transaction and keeping a watch on higher risk group of the account is essential in monitoring transactions.
                      4. Risk management: This is about managing internal work to reduce the risk of any unwanted activity. Managing responsibilities, duties and various audits plus regular employee training for KYC procedures.

                      These guidelines also specify that KYC should be implemented for existing account holders on the basis of materiality and risk segments.

                      Customer identification
                      Custom er identification means identifying the customer and verifying his/her/its identity by using reliable, independent source documents, data or information.
                      Customer Identification is carried out at different stages i.e., while establishing a banking relationship, carrying out a financial transaction or when the branch has a doubt about the authenticity/veracity or the adequacy of the previously obtained customer identification data.
                      For opening an account, normally, the customer should come to the Bank in person. An account shall not, normally, be opened without a meeting between the bank official and the customer.
                      Branches need to obtain sufficient information to their satisfaction, to establish the identity of each new customer, whether regular or occasional and the purpose of the intended nature of banking relationship.
                      The process of enquiry/verification of the documents shall be a thorough one by having a dialogue with the prospective depositor, introducer, borrower and guarantor and confirmation through other channels, if necessary. Wherever it is necessary, a discreet verification shall also be made about the credentials of the parties, their business potential etc.
                      The process of verifying a customer's identity and his/her credentials is not a faultfinding exercise but to create a better customer relationship that may safeguard the mutual interests of the Bank as well as the customer.

                      Identificati on Documents to be submitted by customers for opening of accounts
                      Branches shall ask for documents to verify
                      a. the identity of the customer, his/her address, location and his/her recent photograph.
                      b. For accounts of Individuals under Low Risk Category, the following documents are accepted:
                      a. Passport alone where the address on the passport is the same as the address on the account opening form (OR)
                      b. Any one document (latest/recent) from each of the lists given below, for a photo identity and a proof of residence/address

                      Towa rds Name proof Photo Identification Towards address proof
                      Passport where the address differs 1. Telephone Bill
                      Voters Identity Card 2. Bank account statement
                      PAN Card 3. Income/Wealth tax assessment order
                      Driving Licence 4. Credit Card Statement
                      Govt. /Defence ID card * 5. Electricity Bill
                      ID cards of reputed employers * 6. Ration Card
                      Letter from a recognised public authority or public servant
                      verifying the identity and residence of the customer*
                      Letter from employer*
                      * Subject to the satisfaction of the officer authorising the opening of the account

                      Note: Original should be produced for verification and copy, duly attested by the verifying official, shall be kept along with the account opening form.

                      If the bank follows the guidelines of RBI then the culprit would have been booked by now but till date i.e. even after one & half months I have not yet received any confirmation about my lost amount which to an ordinary layman is a very big amount.

                      Also, as stated by the Cluster Manager of ICICI Bank, Jodhpur Gam Br. Ahmedabad, Mr. Rajesh Gadhvi, that these kinds of frauds are common and this goes on regularly, if this is common what about the security of the customers.

                      Therefore, I request you to look in this matter with utmost urgency and kindly book the culprit for the frauds committed and get to arrange refund of my loss at the earliest.

                      This is exactly what has happened with me on[protected]. There were 7 fraudulent transaction carried out on[protected], amounting to Rs. 100, 000/-, 2 Rs. 3, 500/- transactions and 4 Rs. 1, 111/-transactions. The first Transaction was by somebody called Abdul/NSP, the next 2 by INDIAIDEAS.COM LTD/Vodafone and the last 4 by INDIAIDEAS.COM LTD/IDEACELLULAR. So far I have only received on e email from my Greater Kailash (New Delhi) branch manager saying that I should agree for a 40% sum as a good will gesture from bank and absolve them from any wrong doings. Offcourse I have refused that. I am an NRI and I came to after the event has happened. Since then I have made numerous phone calls & send emails but they do not seems to bother anymore. At least as you are there you can go and meet somebody but for guys like us we are stuck as we are away and ICICI knows that we can't do anything with this.

                      Hello,

                      This is regarding the complaint number[protected] which was reported on 30th April 2015 and is for the fraudulent transactions activity on my salary account.

                      As per the communication with Customer care executive, this fraud took place in Wolverhampton with debit card swipe, however, my debit card is with me and I never shared any card details with anybody. Below are the transaction details:

                      Debit card: [protected]
                      Transaction 1 (on 30th April):
                      MPS/SCHUH 195 /[protected]/0, Amount: 7, 237.48

                      Transaction 2 (on 30th April):
                      MPS/PRIMARK /[protected]/0, Amount: 11, 057.26

                      Transaction 3 (Surcharge on above transaction on 9th May):
                      Dt:30/04/15 PRIMARK, Amount: 199.17


                      Out of these transactions, Transaction 1 (Amount Rs. 7, 237.48) was credited back on 18th May 2015 but I have still not received the other transaction amount along with the surcharge. There is no way that one transaction is fraudulent and other one is not. SLA to resolve this complaint was 45 days which is already over and worst part is that there is no proper communication between Customer care/bank executives and Technical team that is investigating the issue and they don't share any contact details of anybody from technical team who can give me proper information, so all I get from there is that investigation is in progress.

                      There are so many such cases in my organization recently. People are losing their hard earned money in fraction of seconds which is not at all a good sign and is a question on security of our bank accounts.

                      Please resolve this issue ASAP as I have been following up for the same since long and there is no fruitful result.

Mistakenly I paid an excess amount of Rs.761.35 to ICICI Credit Card through my SBI Cheque and now for getting it back I am being asked to send the Statement of Accounts of SBI to ICICI bank so that my money is returned back, Isn't it surprising that for getting back your own money you have to show all your confidential statements to ICICI bank. Please read full page and you can understand easily that how ICICI bank making a fool of its customers. Thanks and regards.

                          I have foreclosed by loan on 26th Sept 09 on my visit to mumbai. I kept requesting your staff for early collection of papers since I had to travel back to Singapore soon, As per contract the Bank is supposed to return the documents in 21 working days but after the stipulated time they gave me only half set of documents. The sellers agreement (who also had a loan with icici) is still (05 Nov 2009) not handed over to me. ICICI Home loan staff at Theen Haath Naka, Thane. keeps telling me to call morning and then says call evening with no proper update as to what is happening to my documents. I am very frustrated with the replies I am getting all around I hope this request is answered in a timely and relevant manner.

                          Earlier escalation has not recieved any response. The call centre lines are busy and cannot be contacted easily, Even if you are able to reach the call centre support personnel many times it is observed that their systems are down. Replies from Branch Manager as on 5th Nov 2009 1200 hrs, are also futile. He has mentioned his incapability in handling the matter and said that I am free to take legal action against the Bank.

                              Hi,
                              I am having an ICICI savings account (#[protected] in ICICI Kothrud Branch, when I came through a call from ICICI Direct executive who offered me a demat account and also promised to make my ICICI Savings account a ZERO balance account after it is linked.
                              I paid the processing charge of Rs. 250 and my account was created but my savings account never changed to ZERO balance and I was penalized by Rs. 850 in lieu of QAB.
                              I tried contacting ICICI executives and they mentioned that we can not help in it as my account is saving. I am feeling cheated as I have already invested quite a god amount with them.

                                Subject : Please reverse 30,000 amount which has been debited from my saving account for the card settlement. I have paid 40,000 in total on to the ICICI card 8007.

                                My Settlement Letter ref # APP[protected] got the settlement letter on 6 th Oct.


                                I am Srinivas Bhandari i hold an ICICI Bank CC # [protected]. I spoke to ICICI Bank collection excutive Shekar regarding my card settlement. I was offered the card settlement for 36,250/- in FOUR months installment. As per the settlement letter i made the first installment payment on 13 OCT 2009. But on 15 th OCT 2009 from my saving account #[protected] they have auto debited an amount of Rs - 30,074/-. I immediately contacted the collection executive Shekar # [protected] and informed what has happened. He gave me the number of his Boss Mr. Srinivas Madi Reddy # [protected]. When i contacted him on 19 th oct on the phone i informed him that he has given me the settlement letter for four months but my savings account got debited for 30,000. He stated that on the account lien has been implemented and hence it got debited and " Stated that the amount which has been debited in excess will be reflecting back in the account in 10 bussiness days. Till today its not reversed. When i took the settlement letter from the collection executive, neither him or the ICICI bank employees ANIL has stated that the account is under lien.

                                I happened to go to the ICICI Bank Opposite Assembly and i met Mr. Srinivas Madi Reddy regaring the auto debit issue. He stated that the mail has been sent to my residence about the auto debit. But i havent received anything of such sort. He took the settlement letter copy from me and calculated the excess amount which has be reversed back to me. Excess Amount of Rs - 3,842/- has to reversed to my account. He also asked me to contact him after 10 days about the reversal of the excess amount.

                                Please help me in this matter to get the 30,000 reversed to my account where i can pay the settlement amount in Installments as per the settlement letter. As i have to close my other deals. Please do the need ful to me ASAP.

I INITIALLY I WAS PAID TO THE DEALER RS. 14,973/- AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE OF VEHICLE. AFTER ONE MONTH I HAVE RECEIVED THE SCHEDULE FROM THE ICICI BANK AND MENTIONED LOAN AMOUT RS.33719/- ACTUALLY I HAD TO PAID RS. 31752/[protected]. I CONFUSED AND ASKED TO THE CONCERNED BRANCH ATONCE. BUT NO ONE CAME TO CLEAR THE PROBLEM AND NOT CONSIDERED ME LITTLE BIT. HOWEVER I WON'T STOP TO ASK THEM. SO FAR THEY ARE TRY TO CHEAT ME AND NOT ISSUED THE NOC TO MY VEHICLE SO FAR. THIS IS MY COMPLAINT.

                                  I have applied for Fixed Deposit with ICICI bank for Rs. 15000 & Rs. 10000 on 15.12.2008 & 30.12.2008 respectively and ICICI issued us FD @10.5% in my DEMAT ACCOUNT.

                                  On 9.1.2009, ICICI made a reverse sweep by breaking my FD by diluting Rs. 5000 from FD to my Bank Account. This was told to be made due to decrease in balalnce in my account below Rs. 10000 on the day. This shoks me a lot as i was not informed for this and also no approval or acceptance was taken for the act inspite of the fact that ICICI charges Rs. 750/- as penalty for not maintaining average quarterly balance.I told them that this should not be done as not informed, but, they did not responded. I felt helpless but i have no option than to bear this unjustice as they clearly declined to do any thing in that case. Also, at that time i dont mind it due to non serious change in interest rate.

                                  On 2.9.2009 again ICICI Bank made reverse sweep by breaking my FD by diluting Rs. 10000 from FD to my Bank Account on decreasing the balance below Rs. 10000. This again shoks me as the interest rate prevailed at the time of dilution was 3% lower than at the time when FD was made. Again no intimation was given to us nor approval for dilution was taken nor warning was made at the time of making transaction that "your FD may be diluted if you make this transaction as result into decrease in balalnce in your account below Rs. 10000".

                                  This is injustice on the part of ICICI by diluting the FD at its own without taking the consent of customer and a purely a case of deficiency in services along with malafide intention on the part of ICICI to take the benefits of the lower interest rate by diluting FD created at higher interest rate.

                                  Hece, i am pleading on my behalf and all such types of customer who are bearing such injustice of Banks and request to impose serious penalties to ICICI so that in future this practice shall not be adopted by the banks.

                                  I have send a request for a Fixed Deposit of Rs. 240000 having service request No : SR[protected] on[protected] on online . Still now the FD has not released and the fund still in my savings account . I contact to my ICICI branch and they told me due to network delay it happens . Please look after the matter as soon as possible and also see that the FD effective date must be on[protected].

                                    i had applied for a ICICI Bank credit card on February 2008.
                                    i was issued a wrong card and on top of that they had activated vodafone bill pay on the card but since the card was canceled the day i got it as i immediately called the customer and got it canceled but they kept sending me sms's till 6 months about the bill will be paid on this date and then on that i would get a sms again stating the request could not be processed due to insufficient funds i called up the customer care and again informed because of this my name has been put in the Default List.

                                    I had send several mails to ICICI Bank regarding the same. Finally they accepted there mistake & send me a mail stating that i have no outstanding with ICICI Bank any more & my name has been removed from the cibil list.

                                    After that i tried to applied HDFC credit card last month They declined stating that my name still there in your list


                                    I kindly request you to look into the matter as i urgently need to apply for loan.

                                      I foreclosed my account with ICICI HL and they should repay the premium balance (ICICI Lombard Insurance) and send to wrong address, after follow up closely with their local manager and noticed NONE of them interested to settle this issues and they claim NO HEAD or Management is responsible for their delay or mistakes... surprise they don't have a higher authority to take up matters! May be they are useless when it come to such service related. I think Nationalized bank and insurances are more reliable when it come to such situations...

                                        On 13 – October – 2009 (Tuesday) between 9:15 AM to 9:30 AM, when I was going, my bike slipped down and got a very small injury on my solder. During this time from my pocket (Shirt Pocket), my ICICI Debit card fall down. My Saving account number is :[protected]. At that time I was not knowing about my card is lost.

                                        On 14 – October – 2009 (Wednesday) I received 2 messages on my mobile ([protected]) that purchase of Rs. 10,000/- and Rs. 2,000/- have been made on 13 – October – 2009. The text messages (SMS) were as below:

                                        You have made a Debit Card purchase of INR 10,000 13-Oct. Info:VPS*BOBBY SALES.

                                        You have made a Debit Card purchase of INR 2,000 13-Oct. Info:VPS*BOBBY SALES.


                                        I called to ICICI phone bank and blocked the card. But to get back the money bank is asking to launch FIR from Police Station and Submit to bank.

                                        As the card was lost in limits of Navrangpura (Ahmedabad), I went to Navrangpura police station Ahmedabad city, but they didn't launched FIR. They simply launched NC complain. NC complain number is 71/09. They are not giving even the copy of this NC complain.

                                        ICICI Bank will not proceed until they get FIR copy. And Police is not ready to register FIR.

                                        I have lost the money and I am lost with whole the administration.

                                        With a last hope I am sending you this mail, if you can get me back my salary lost through fraud.

                                        I will be very much thankful if you can help me out to catch the thieves and get back money in my account.

                                        I feel this transaction are done by BOBBY SALES, themselves.

                                        i made a transaction from my debit card of 2000 rs. from a swipe card. in this context two transactions has been done but only the second one is successful. the total amount transaction happened is 2000 but when i am looking at the mini statement of my recent transactions i am seeing 4000 instead of 2000.
