But till now netiher the recharge is done nor I received any message.

    Respected Sir,
    I am a credit card account holder of ICICI and my credit card number is [protected], since few months back the bank has stopped to send my physical credit card bill statements to me, all of sudden now the bank has stopped to send my bill amount and the due dates on my mobile. This is embrassing me alot, with informing me they have stopped all the things. For a customer this is very embrassing thing without knowing the bill amount and the due date how can a customer can submit his outstanding amount in due date. As I have seen my E generated statement it is showing the late fee amount and intrest on non paying amont etc... I dont want to pay that all amount as I am not in fault. This is totally the banks fault that without informing me they have stopped to send my physical statements as well as the moble prompts. Now I want to settledown this issue as early as possible and i am not going to pay any amount untill this issue settles.

      I had deposited a cheque in ICICI Bank Branch on the 5th of October 09. However, the same is not credited to my account even as of 20th Oct 09.

      The bank does claim that for any outstation cheque to get realised it takes maximum 7-10 working days but the same if way past. My festive season has gone waiting for this cheque worth Rs 49990/- issued to my by the Income tax department.

        Sir,

        I had a Fixed Deposit of Rs. 50000.00 in ICICI Bank Bund Garden Branch Pune which was opened on[protected]FDR A/C No.[protected] having Maturity value of Rs. 55859.00 on maturity date[protected]. On[protected] when I approached the bank for taking out the maturity value, the bank official told me that I can not withdraw full amount as the FDR is linked with the locker which I possess in ICICI Bank Bund Garden Pune. While opening the FDR, it was not told to me that FDR is linked with the Locker. I am regularly paying the locker rent separately.

        However on the suggestion of Bank personnel, I gave given my instruction to Bank for issue of FDR of Rs. 10000/- for a period of 5 years and credit the balance amount of maturity proceeds (Rs 44859/-) to be creditin my SB A/c[protected].

        Sir my complaint is : Though 9 days have passed, the bank has not taken any action ed to issue fresh Fixed Deposit and credit the balance money to my SB A/C.

        I tried vto contact the customer support many times but their automatic voice system putting me one person to second, second person to third and so on. I could not get any fruitful result. Please help me.

          Sir,
          My dmat account No.[protected] is with your bank and my login ID is VENKALXJ. I had forgotten my password and I have been requesting for providing the same to me for past 3 months. Whenever I approach your executive on phone, the answer is the pin mailer was sent thru first flight couriers. But I have not received a single cover from the said couriers. Due to improper/inefficent service of a courier, I am unable to operate my account for the past 3 months. As such, I request you to initiate immediate remidial action not only to provide my password urgently duly ensuring proper delivery to my correct address but also to check up with your couriers.

          Hi,

          I am Sunoj, applied for ICICI bank demat account on 29th november 2010 at Yelanka Branch Bangalore. Mr. Azgarali - [protected] (Sales person at ICICI -direct)
          has taken my all documents and one check of Rs 900 - ICICIBank. But this is going to be around 5 months. I called up Mr. Azgarali many times but he is not
          responding properly. Finally i got his manager's contact number Mr. XXX [protected]) but unfortunately this fellow also did same thing. Pls tell me one solution
          to get out from this.

          Could you tell me how many days it will take to create a Demat account?

          If it is rejected then dont you have minimum courtesy to retun back my check and documents?

          Dont you have commen sence to call me and let me know the status?

          Could you tell me what should i do next ? I cant wait more than 5 months for Dmat account open !!!

          Please please please return back my documents... i dont want your account...

          Icici providing one of the worst service i have ever seen..

          This is the first time in my experience ICICI bank services are harassing me.

          Im really unsatisfied and frustrated coz of bad service.

            CIBIL Report WRITE OFF closure

            Hi ,
            I was Holding a credit card with ICICI bank . I have paid all the outstanding and i have blocked my card since it was lost . But unfortunately ICICI has closed my Credit card account as WRITTEN OFF status and not with CLOSED status . This is impacting my CIBIL Report since it is having a WRITTEN OFF status (with 0 rs outstanding) .

            I request ICICI bank to change the credit card closure status from WRITE OFF...

            I am having ICICI saving account no. [protected] & also having credit card no. [protected]. Due to outsatnding balance of my credit card bank has wihheld my saving account. My credit card outsanding balance as per credit card statement dt. 27.09.2009 is Rs.8856.40 and due date was 15.10.2009. Therefore immeidatly I deposited cheque no. 67588 dt. 03.10.2009 of Rs. 8856.40, in responce to the same bank has communicated me through e mail 1) dt. 08.10.2009 that, " We inform you that according to our records we have received the cheque payment of Rs.8856.40 with cheque number 657588 on October 08,2009. Once the chqeue is cleared your savings bank account will be unblocked in 3 working days". 2) Further, bank through e mail dt. 09.10.2009 informed that,
            "We have received your cheque (cheque number 657588 ) of Rs. 8856.4 on[protected] for payment towards your ICICI Bank Credit Card account 5176 XXXX XXXX 8003" . 3) In this context, further bank says that, "We regret to inform you that your cheque 657588 for Rs. 8856.4 towards payment of your dues on your ICICI Bank Credit Card no 5176 XXXX XXXX 8003 has been returned by your bank. We request you to arrange fresh payments immediately" .4) Bank has also infomred that, as on We inform you that the cheque payment of Rs. 8856.40 with cheque number 657588 was returned stating insufficient funds in your savings bank account. 5) Bank vide emial dt. 12.10.2009 informed that, We request you to make the complete payment to unblock the savings bank account. The total outstanding balance on your credit card is Rs. 9,132.15 as on October 12,2009. However, I received the credit card statment dt 27.09.2009 wherein due balance is only Rs. 8856.40 and due date is 15.10.2009. i had paid the total due amt as per credit card statment and before due date and when my saving balance having sufficient balance to clear the cheque of Rs. 8856.40.

            My question is that, 1) without quoting any specific reason how can bank returned my cheque, when my saving account in question having sufficient balance as on 03.09.2009 to till date for cleared the cheque of Rs. 8856.40/-. 2) Bank once communicated for received of payment and then communicated returned of cheque without stating any valid reason 2) Whether bank can blocked my saving account for outstanding credit card payment 3) Inspite of issuing cheque of total outstanding amount due as per statement dt.how can bank withheld my saving account till date 27.09.2009 and before due date i.e. 15.10.2009, how can bank says not having suffcinet balance.

            ISSUEING NUMERIOUS EMAILS AND CUSOTMER CARE CONTACT BANK HAS NOT YET FINALISE THE ISSUE CORRECTLY.

                  Hi,

                  I've DP ID in my name " Sharad Menawat".

                  My account has been de-activated. When I login it states that I need to submit my all paer work once again before the account can be reactivated. The reason given is some KYC issue, clarification is my documents lost due to floods in Mumbai.

                  I'm in US close to 2 years and can't submit my documents to any ICICI branch.

                  Given that ICICI lost my personal data including PAN card which is very confidential in nature in itself with other personal information due to carelessness and short sighted planning to store such information, 1) in flood sensitive area, 2) very sensitive seismic zone in India.

                  Why should I be penalized for the mistakes of ICICI Direct by not allowing me to trade by blocking my working account? Is this right for a consumer of services of a Broker house? Is there any law that provides right to broker houses to penalise the consumer even when consumer is not at fault?

                  I request you to take this complaint and help me by directing ICICI Direct to unlock my online trading account unconditionally.

                      Accounts with ICICI are a nightmare, especially when they go dormant. One of mine went dormant, and I had to complete a round trip of 90 miles, produce passports and proof of address, and would you believe, make a statement of why I wanted the account reactivated - like I wasn't being reasonable in wanting access to my own money. The ICICI website reassuringly says something along the lines of "Your money in a dormant account will always be your property or if you die it will become part of your estate" ...maybe they get customers dying of old age waiting for accounts to be reactivated.

                      More worrying is the fact that ICICI gave me no indication that the account had actually been closed, and I was given no warning that closure was imminent. The problem is that they have no concept of customer service, and the levels of beaurocracy within this Indian bank might be a new and interesting experience for customers o[censored]K banks.

                      The other problem I've had related to the extreme length of time it takes to clear funds deposited to the current account. One over-the-counter deposit at an ICICI branch took nearly 2 months - yes, months, to clear because of some admin error in the bank, and a deposit made to ICICI through my Lloyds bank took several weeks. To cap it all, the Visa debit card was not accepted in India.

                      I'm sticking with them for one more try, as I think things can only get better, but my advice to anyone considered starting up with them would be to think carefully, and be prepared for advantages to be cancelled out by problems in managing the accounts.

                        I MAINTAIN A NORMAL SB A/C WITH GK-II BRANCH OF ICICI BANK (Branch Id : 0311 Account Id :[protected] REQUIRING MINIMUM QUARTERLY BALANCE AS RS 10000/-.

                        ON 24-9-09, SUDDENLY BANK DEDUCTED RS 552/- TOWARDS NON MAINTENANCE OF MINIMUM QUARTERLY BALANCE FOR PERIOD APRIL TO JUNE,09 PRESUMING THIS A/C AS PRIVILEGE A/C.

                        I DID MAINTAIN MINIMUM QUARTERLY BALANCE FOR THE SAID PERIOD ABOVE RS 10000/-.
                        IT IS TO STATE THAT THIS A/C WAS OPENED WITH AN AMOUNT OF RS 5000/- ONLY WHICH WAS THE MINIMUM BALANCE LIMIT EARLIER WHICH SUBSEQUENTLY THEY INCREASED TO RS 10000/-.

                        I MADE FIRST COMPLAINT VIA E-MAIL THROUGH INTERNET TO A/C MANAGER ON 11-10-09 AND RECD RPLY ON 12-10-09 THAT WE SHALL REVERT BY 14-10-09.(SERVICE REQUEST NO. ALOTTED BY THEM WAS "SR[protected]").

                        SINCE THEN THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ON MY MAILS, NEITHER THEY HAVE REVERSED THE CHARGES. KINDLY TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON BANK FOR UNILATERALLY DEDUCTING CHARGES JUST BACAUSE ACCOUNT IS AVAILABLE AT THEIR DISPOSAL AND ALSO FOR UNILATERALLY CATEGORISING IT TO PRIVILEGE SB A/C THOUGH IT IS NORMAL SB A/C.

                        REFERENCE MAILS ARE ENCLOSED BELOW FOR YOUR KIND PERUSAL.

                        ICICIBANK — charges deducted from my a/c

                        hi,

                        i am having an a/c[protected] with icicibank from past 3 yrs.thay have not informed me about there policy of maintaining 10, 000 quatarly balance i callled icicibank in Dec when they deducted 846 rs from my a/c.thay reversed my charges for the quatar of (July-Sep) and and no writen or oral communication was given to me from the bank side befor my call on Dec and now they again deduted 846 rs from a/c for the non maintraince of my a/c from the time period of (Oct-Dec) as am not being communicated regading the policy in the month of oct and nov it was me who called icicibank and then i came to know about this policy and after dec i started maintaining my a/c balance.

                              Respected Sir,
                              This is to get to your kind notice, I Sugnaraj Joseph holding an Account with your Bank (account no[protected] holding since 2 years.
                              I have been disputing the traction below mention, I have no clue of what Is happening you guys have taken my complete salary for not fault of mine.
                              I was told by your collection Rep Ms. Swetha that the amount will be credit within 3 working day I spoke to her on 1st Oct 2009 no response till date.
                              Please understand I am a sugar patient have no money with me anything happen to me you will stand responsible.
                              I have mailed to the customer care I have a reply from Rama K A ( below e mail). It is 7th October what he said nothing from your end.

                              Please let me know what should be done .

                              In case I do not get response, I am forced to seek for an alternative option ( Media and consumer forum) as well.

                              Hence I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                Someone has did an Online fradulent transaction for Rs.1,31,000/= from my salary account (ICICI).
                                and I have filed a complaint against the bank to the Cyber Crime Department, Chennai.

                                Its been more than a month and no actions taken either from the police side or from the bank.

                                I am really fed up and no hope that I will get back my hard earned money.

                                PLEASE HELP ME to get back my money.

                                  I had a credit Card of ICICI Bank Vide No [protected] which have been settled on 30-Sep-2008 Vide settlement no 268/09/2008/Kol/360 by Mr. Amber Siddiqui who was an official of ICICI Credit Dept. The Settlement amount was 25,000.00 and the Plan was as Below :

                                  1st Installment on 30/09/2008 Rs. 10,000.00 By Cash Vide Receipt No - C[protected].
                                  2nd On 18/10/2009 Rs. 7500.00 by cheuqe Vide No 021893 on Axis Bank Debited on 23/10/2008. 3rd on 18/11/2008 Rs. 7500.00 by cheque vide no 021894 on Axis Bank debited on 24/11/2008.

                                  After long 11 months, again I am getting some calls from [protected] stating himself as Mr. R.S. Verma and from [protected] stating himself as Delhi Police for the Credit Card Payments.
                                  So, I am really worried about the matter.
                                  Please treat the matter as an urgent and do the needful.

                                    I placed the request fro transfer of fund on Sept 30th and money was sent to the receiving bank on Oct 8th . Does it take that long to transfer the fund. I am using Citibank services for long time . There service is much faster and relaible. Why will some one will switch to your poor service?

                                    Somehow receiving bank rejected the draft ,but ICICI has not sent me any message about this till today that is Oct 11th. . On Oct 11th ,I logged in to see the details of transection and surprised to see that draft has been rejected by bank.
                                    We don't know what is their criteria for applying the exchange rate .On Sept 30th it was Rs48+ but transection posted to my account is Rs 45+.There should be some clear guide line for that.

                                    Its been more than 11 days and transection is not completed till now .

                                    icicibank preferred — inadequate services & delay

                                    i have dropped a cheque no 554469 dt 23-4-09 for amount Rs.1100/- against statement credit amout of rs.1058/-. But the cheque was not collected.

                                    On my enquiry from customer service care, i have been informed that there was a dicrepency of writing the credit card no wrongly. I have verified twice before dropping the cheque. How every there could be a remote opportunity of human error.

                                    However i would like to register my displeasure toward the inadequate service i.e., had i been informed in time and adequatelty (well within free credit limit period) i would have dropped a new cheque.

                                    I take the honour to persue my track record of payments and you will find no overdues at anypoint of time . I there fore request to drop the late fee and interest charges.

                                    i presume that the finance and interest charges would be dropped and i therefore will make a payment of Rs.1100/ only now.

                                    Important:- Please produce a copy of my cheque to my e-mail id or to my billing address

                                    I have seen the ICICI money2india service is simply excellent.

                                    Pros: You are transfering almost in free of charge . Case study: my amount transfer from france to india. I transfer 1000Euro each month. So I dont need to pay 2 € service charge as it is >800€. I need to transfer from BNP paribas (My account in paris) to french bank. So BNP does not charge anything. Only a transfer from E to Rs. fees of Rs. 25. That is accepted. I have refered other banking remitting services is stating from 11€ for transfer charge. ICICI money2india is really doing good.
                                    Cons: ICICI money2india is paying about Rs. 0.5 to 1 less from the market value of €:Rs. Transfer value.

                                    Overall my experience with ICICI money2India is very good and on time (on average of 3-4 days). Keep believe with ICICI money2india. Please NOTE: I am not a ICICI Bank person. I am customer of ICICI India for last 6 years.

                                      Dear Sir, (Reg. Request for Reversal of Rs.4307/-)

                                      This complaint is regarding a transaction i made at a shopping outlet last year (27-Sep-08) where my money (Rs.4307/-) has been deduced four times from my account and reversed twice. I lodged a complaint regarding this to customer service on the very next working day.

                                      They have asked for a written complaint to be posted to Debit recon team and I have done the same twice through professional couriers (No.[protected] dated 17-Nov-09 & No.[protected] dated 30-Apr-09).

                                      On 03-Feb-09, I received a mail from customer service stating that,
                                      "According to the debit recon team, we have received the Letter and it has been forwarded for charge slip retrieval.
                                      Looking forward to your cooperation."

                                      I posted a mail to Customer Service Head for escalation of the same issue.

                                      Again I received a post stating that Debit recon team has not received the complaint letter yet and asking me to send the complaint letter once again. I spoke regarding this to Customer Service Manager - Madhuri (Extn.-4509) and she promised for an instant action within two days. It has been 3 weeks since she told so. But I didn’t receive any further information on this.

                                      I tried to contact customer service through mail but they are not responding to my mail.

                                      Please do the needful for the earlier reversal of my money.
