Sir,
Iam having an ICICI smart kid simple Policy (no [protected].
The thing is, i have been paying Rs 10 430 as yearing premium since Nov 2004.
Now i want to either convert the plan into unit linked plan . But when ever i ask the ICICI pru life people.They say it is impossible. Now, im left with no option but to refund the paid amount.
Now, the ICICI people say that i will be getting only 35% of paid amount that too deducting one year premium amount. i.e out of the RS 50,000 i have paid i will be getting 16,000 only. Iam a poor soldier with IAF . The money is a hard earned money . i would like to get back the amount at the earliest. i have no problem i they deduct minimal charges for any admin charges.

    My name is Ankit Jain and i have HDFC Bank Saving Account ([protected]).As on 1 Jan 2010 i did A Two Transaction From ICICI Bank ATM ( Sec-2 Branch BJ Block Salt Lake Kolkata) of the amount of 10000 Rs and 4000 Rs but both time my Transaction Failed But after checking my Account i found that Money is Deducted from my Account of 14000 Rs.The Refrance Number of the same is This[protected],[protected]. Please Help me To get the reversel of my amount As soon As possible. I have already Regestered a complaint to HDFC Customer care the complaint Numer is KOL029687 and KOL029688 for both the Case. Please take necessary action against this...

      Dear Sir,
      I received the following SMS in my mobile no. [protected];-

      "A transaction o[censored]SD 19.99/- on 01-JAN-10 on card xxxxx9003 is made at BLUEMOUNTAIN *ME. Available Cr limit is Rs8,257.[protected]"
      I would like to inform you that I did not make any transaction on 1.01.2010. In fact I did not make any transaction in the above card during last one year. Hence please do not debit this charge to my above-mentioned credit card account.

      As an abundant precaution I would request you to cancel my above card immediately, so that no such false charge can be lavied on me in future.

      I would also request you to take appropriate measure against the culprit.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Here i would like to inform you that I have already settle down my credit card no:[protected] in the month of August/September-09 only as per the amount stated by your bank representative,but still i am getting the statement and collection people call for the payment by cash.Over and above these people have hit and try to take money from my saving a/c no:[protected] for the same in fact they has done also they has already debited some 16999/- amount form my a/c,without my information, because of that my saving A/c shows some negative balance and now i cant do any transaction from this a/c.Really this kind o[censored]nethical behavior first time i am seeing ever in my life from such a reputed company.Its really embarrassing for me and forcing me to take some strict action.I kindly request you to pls check it out for the same and do the need full and pls activate my saving a/c

            two days before when i had had cash with drawal from an icici bank atm of rs.1,000/-
            i got a thousand rupees note which has a serial number of 7d1 842010 which was actually a not to accept note by the bank .then i went to the bank for assistance none of them responded properly but had a stupid advice to exchange at a wine shoppe.one of them said that it is not the fault of the bank but the contractor who loads the cash in to the atms in the city . but the ultimate sufferer is me who has note of thousand and is no worth more than a waste paper.please help me and take neccesary actioon against the bank please.i[censored] need my presence there i will be there my contavt number is [protected].sai thirupathi reddy (abhi).

            ICICI Bank diligently follows the clean note policy of the Reserve Bank of India, which is aimed at increasing the supply of clean notes. Forged notes are detected by machines and also manually before circulation.

            We would also like to inform you that the vendors we deal with are of international repute and perform the same role for many banks and we closely monitor their policies and operations. It is the earnest endeavor of ICICI Bank to ensure that the member of the public are issued with genuine notes following clean note policy of the RBI in letter and spirit.

            However you have claimed that you have received a forged note from one of our ATM. We request you to visit the Abids Branch and submit the Rs. 1000.00 note to Mr. Gautam (Branch Manager) for checking the genuineness of the note.

              i am pradeep kumar yadav having ac no.[protected] in your bank.
              i had complaint about my problem many times but your employees are just fooling me by extending the time of inquiry.ma acount balance has been deducted by Rs.10,020 on the 16th of october 2009.i made that transaction in the ATM of bank of baroda(firozabad) but there was no cash due to some error or something, i waited for nearly half an hour but nothin came out. After that i took out cash from other ATM ( syndicate bank,firozabad) and the balance should 10020 were already deducted.I reported my problem as early as possible but whenever i went to your officials they just extended the time.This is my complaint no.[protected] dated 20/11/09. i even gave hand written aplication to the bank but still now there is no response.
              And now they told me to mail my problem.Sir please take some action regarding this as early as possible. 10020 is not any small amount so please get me my money back.please it is my humble request that you take the neccesary steps and i hope i will get my money soon.

                Sub : Harassment and Cheap Behavior of Executives.
                Ref : C.C. No. [protected]

                Dear Sir,
                I am an HNI Customer with your bank and using the Credit Card facility of Icici Bank with a credit limit of Rs. 1,55,000 /-

                1.) Firstly, with reference to your Bill Statement Dtd. 27.06.2009 for Rs. 4,499 /-, Cheque No. 980946 dtd. 15.07.2009 drawn on Icici Bank Ltd, G.K. – 2 Branch was dropped at the G.K. – 2 Drop box on 15.07.2009. To our surprise, the cheque was never presented and we have no clue as to where the cheque is cause apparently the bank misplaced the cheque.


                2.) Secondly, around 12.07.2009 to my surprise, I was traveling out of India and all of a sudden , I receive a message that my card has been blocked for non payment of dues even when my credit limit is Rs. 1,55,000 and only Rs. 4,500 /- was due.


                3.) On my return, I received calls at 7 o clock in the morning, that too on a Sunday from your collection agency called M/s SERCO (Rohini, Delhi) threatening me to pay the amount. Upon asking their names, they banged the phone down and when I called back, I was told different different names like Ram, Rajdeep, Rohit (Tel : [protected] / 30513430 / 30513400 / 30512300 / [protected])


                4.) To top it all, when their executive came to collect the cheque, he didn’t even have a proper ID card and carried an ID Card without photograph under the name of Mr. Ramesh Chandra Whereas his actual ID card was for HDFC Bank and his real name was Mr. Durgesh Kumar Yadav (Copy Attached)


                5.) When I informed this to the Icici Bank people, I was not given any proper response and they said that they can’t do anything and deactivated the card.



                It is very very surprising to note that even after being a Preferred Customer of Icici Bank and maintaining a good history as far as credit card is concerned and paying all my bills in time for the past 3 years, I was given threatening calls and my card was deactivated for merely Rs. 4,500 /-



                All I asked for was a written apology from the executives their cheap and ridiculous behavior before making the payment of Rs. 24,993 /- (Rs. 4,500 + Rs. 20,493 /- ) , actual used and waiver o[censored]nnecessary charges debited to my Credit Card.



                As far as the payment of your bills is concerned, you have already debited my Savings A/c of Rs. 29,450.85 (Rs. 13,360 /- on 26.10.09 and Rs. 16,090.85 /- On 10/12/2009)



                It is very unfortunate that you have the time to call me 10 days a day to ask me for the payment but not even 1 executive could solve my problem or find a resolution. Just because you are a big company doesn’t mean that you can harass the customers without even listening to their problems despite being an HNI Customer for the last 5 years.



                Since your company is not interested in maintaining relationships, I would like to cancel my Credit Cards and close all my accounts with your bank.

                  I have taken home loan from ICICI bank under floating rate of interest (ROI). Presently, the ICICI bank is charging ROI 12.75% from old customers like me. But it is luring new customers by advertising to pay home loans @ 8.25% ROI. My complaint is that why the ICICI Bank is discriminating between old and new customers. Why the old customers are overburdened to fetch new customers. To add more injuries, the ICICI bank is offering a scheme that "pay 30000/- and your rate of interest will be reduced to 8.75%". I want to ask that why the bank is offering such money making schemes? If a customer with floating ROI has to pay money for its loan reduction, then what is meaning of floating rate of interest?
                  ICICI doesn't value their exisitng customers and also takes them for a ride right royally w/o any mercy!...

                  ICICI has lost interest in old customers while they fail to understand that their image is totally damaged because of this and am sure they have lost customers due to this indiscrepetent attitude.

                  I have transferred my loan to SBI and during the transfer process ICICI staff tried to lure me with special discount... i did not go for the same simply because if they had special offer why they have come forward only when i decided to shift. Totally business attitude does not work in India where business is done more with emotions and relationship.

                  I have been able to convince atleas 15 friends and collogues to shift from ICICI and the count will go on

                      I had updated by contact details with the bank and also cross verified the details with the bank. After that I raised a request for transaction password to be sent to new address twice but they sending the password to old address only in spite of being their system are confirming my new address as communication address.

                      Also I had registered a complaint with bank customer care dept, to which the bank person always the complaint is with high priority but result is just the same.

                      I am feeling so regretted and frustrated with b2 (bad bad) ICICI bank service

                      You should be happy that ICICI is favouring you with their minimal services at all to you...B'cos they are god's gift to mankind!.

                      I am running b/n pillar to post with them for last two yrs...and yet no result?...How come you can expect quick solution so early?...

                      Please change your a/c to safe guard your own personal interests instead of running behind them. ICICI is not a transparent organisation as they wouldn't like the customer to directly interact with the higher/relevant officials...They only use the word "ICICI Customer Service Team"...You will never know who is the signing authority, what is the escalation matrix or whom to be contacted when?... They will try and either prolong or will show you the door to go out!.

                      The biggest joke is their so called ombudsman's response too will only be favouring them if you try to escalate to him...In my life i have never seen such a tardy bank who will try to evade from addressing their own customer's pains/issues...

                      Hope ICICI top management takes these inputs seriously and stand corrected!...

                      My account got activated on 18Nov2010, but till now I did not get my E-Wallet generated. That was the only reason I applied for this account. This is the case of missleading the people. And thats the reason I am currently not funding my account. I subbmitted many onine requests on B2 site and called customer care, but no help!

                      Really its pathetic service from your side. Dear ICICI team let me know that how many days you guys required to activate a account[protected].I have applied on first week of this month. Still the result is same " In Process ".
                      This is regarding a severe complaint related to the website of b2 banking.

                      I have been using icicib2 banking from 2008 and I have hardly seen any improvements in this website.

                      This being completely online banking, the web experience has to be really well otherwise it's of no use..!!

                      1) The mailing module is ridiculous - the grid does not show subject line for the mails. Do you expect your customers to click on each mail to find out what they want?

                      2) Inbox and Sent items are clubbed together in mailbox - please check some mailboxes like yahoo and gmail and improve this section on your website.

                      3) The information is not quite up-to-date anywhere - I recently wanted to update nomination details of my account and the information on website was different and one given by the online representative was different. My service request was closed with some comments and there was no update provided via mail or phone. Of late, I received the standard response - "Please visit the nearest branch and submit the documents" - Then what's the use of your online bank if I have to visit the branch in any case? Don't you think it kills the purpose of online banking itself. Help your customers to reduce their branch visits.

                      4) Train your customer representatives - they don't know that which website your website works well on. Infact it has to be browser neutral. Though the above problems are on all browsers be it IE, Chrome or Mozilla..!!

                      Infact the process for updating the nominee is easier in normal savings account than this online banking.

                      Now, there being no branch this adds to lot of problems for your customers. If you really care for your customers then please work out on these improvements or else your customers have better banks to move to.

                        This is in reference to the transaction dispute logged with you for Rs. 2000 which was charged on my ICICI Card # [protected]. The transaction was charged on 19th Oct'09 by Tata Indicom which was made illegally. As soon as the transaction was made, I received an SMS stating that my above mentioned card has been charged for Rs. 2000 by Tata Indicom, Mumbai whereas I was in Noida at the same time. As soon as I received the SMS, I called up at the Customer Service and blocked the Card. All this process was being done in only 1 hour of making a transaction. Thus, giving you ample time to reverse / stop the payment of the transaction made. As the investigatons were going on, I was given an interim credit of Rs. 2000, but of no use as I got to know that the charges have been reversed to my Card Account as your investigations failed. Two days back, I got an SMS as well as a Letter that the case has been closed and ended in bank's favour. First of all, I would like to make it clear that I was fighting against ICICI Bank. Thus, your statement mentioning "Ended in Bank's favour" is of no use.

                        Normally, as soon as the transaction is being made, bank takes 3 business days to credit the amount to the merchant, from where the transation is made. Whereas, I logged a complaint against this illegal transaction within 1 hour of the transaction. Thus, giving you whole 3 days to stop the amount to be credited to the merchant

                        Then, I would request you to please clarify the purpose of sending the SMS to the Consumer as soon as the transaction is made, if you can not reverse or make the updations provided by the Consumer against the transaction made. There is no use of sending thr alerts, if you make any changes against the transaction reported to you.

                        then, if you are not able to reverse the charges in 3 business days, how would you be going to grow up in business. This is totally agianst the working style of a bank. remember, you are playing with money, someone's hard earned money, which is absolutely not yours at all.

                        Then, as per your recent message, your investigations have failed and you have reversed the charges to my Account, which means that I need to pay for the charges I have not made a transaction for. Thus, I would request you to please arrange to provide the Investigation documents as earliest as possible as I need to log this Issue with Banking Ombudsman as well as Consumer Forums and to other NGOs involved in this area alongwith some major newspapers and magazines.

                          Dear Team

                          In Oct 2007, there was a fraud transaction on my credit card [protected] fro some 8800 rs in hyderabad, wherein i got it blocked immediately. lodged a complaint with ICICI and wanted to investigate it..but after many days they came bak saying that, it was a genuine transaction and levied the due amount to me..
                          Need help on how i can get this rectified with ICICI
                          I have Credit card holder of icici bank with a/c no-"[protected]". On the date of 28th July 2007 my credit card is lost. For this i have already inform to customer care for block to credit card. On that time some fraud transaction(27866/-) is done my credit card. Thus i have to also inform to customer care- Plz stop the that transaction amount @27866, which is not used by me. But customer care exe. haven’t cooperate for that. after all i have to complain in nearest Police station for FIR.

                          After some days, i have to FAX to written Latter and FIR Copy to icici credit card department for the reversal of fraud transaction amount 27866/-. After the verification by icici credit card department, my fraud transaction amount 27866/- has reversed and amount to be credit in my credit card. icici bank also given to latter for the reversal of fraud amount and also the credit card statement dated[protected].

                          But after one month once again Bank was debit the that credited amount 27866/-, without any information and any real cases. Many times i have remember to customer care, but i have not get any response.

                          Now bank was blocked my bank a/c with icici bank, thus i have getting financial problem and mental disturbance. Plz solve the matter.

                            Dear Sir

                            I have been having a salary account with the ICICI Bank since 2005. I also have a ICICI Bank Credit Card.
                            My Credit card was lost and I did not knew about it, until I received an SMS on 18th Jan 2009, stating that a transaction have been from my credit card and purchase done
                            I immediately called the Customer Care and blocked my card; also I came to know that many transactions have been made from my account.
                            I have not made any single transaction from my card and I was told to file an FIR for the issue .I filed FIR and copy send to ICICI Bank.

                            The bank has placed lien on my salary account because I have not made payment towards my credit card. I have in no way given any written or oral approval for this anytime. And they de

                            The bank has not given prior intimation about this.

                            Neither the ICICI Bank credit card department nor the ICICI Bank with whom I have a salary account have communicated to me in any way about the lien.

                            Does the ICICI Credit Card Dept. have the right to put a lien on my Salary account?

                            Does the bank which I have trusted for so many years right in not even notifying me before putting a lien?

                            Please tell me how to proceed.

                            ICICI Credit Card — Unauthorized withdrawal from my account

                            I have an ICICI Bank credit card and i tried to settle my dues with the bank. Inspite of my regular calls to the bank for the final settlement amount, they kept on postponing saying that someone would get back to me. Frustrated i stopped making payments for my card. I also have an ICICI bank savings account. The bank without notifying me or without my consent on 2 occasions withdrew once 10, 000 plus and once 3, 000 from my account towards the credit card. This is a kind of malpractise and no one should be allowed to operate my account even the bank without my consent. Where do i report this

                              I am working in pravite oraganization as per their recomdation we open a account in icici bank as a salary account with nill balancy , due to some problem between the ICiCi bank with our organization our salary account is shifted other bank , after that we not opearted the account , but we came to know some new papers better to close un operated account , by that i consulated with iCiCi bank to close my account but they are telling that pay 2000 rupees to close the account . we are not reviced any offical conifartion letters from icici bank .my account is converted in to normal account due that QAB Charges / penalty like that so many people are ther in my organization so please do need fully most of them salay less than 5000 rupees

                              Deal carefully when it is with ICICI and Lombard, both have very worst service records includes cheating, misguiding, hidden rules etc . Dont trust them in word, ask for the written documents always ..have a great time and be careful about ICICI, you can check this in interest, serach about their cases

                                  My card number is [protected]. I have been using icici credit card and my banking account from 2006. I hold good relationship with your company apart from the basic issues that i had regarding the interest charges issues that i had. But now everything looks perfect untill i called up icici customer service. I have been using EMI facility and whenever i use to make any transactions of high value icici used to call me and offer me emi option. In the same loop i made a transaction of 20k and when i called up icici to convert this to emi, they give me shock saying that emi option is stopped. And when i asked him the reason, nobody has any specific reason but when i enquiredi came to know that icici was not pretty much in position to invest in this lot, but its not my problem to pay this amoutn at one shot, bcuz i was in loop that i can convert this to emi. IF they stopped emi option its icici responsibility to call and inform else a simple sms or atleast a mass mail to all its customers would save icici's reputation for the same..Its not only me many customers are having this problem and they are going for settlement which would def give bad credit report in cibil.. Now i dont have the complete money to pay for this. I would want icici to work with me atleast for the last time for emi as am bed ridden bcuz i met with an accident and on off to work so obviously my salary would stop. So now am not finding any alternative for this.. I would certainly expect icici to work with me for this bcuz i value their bank and its icici resposibility to value its customers. I do use citibank platinum card they work a lot for customer satisfaction. I understand its bank policy to change this but its equally banks responsibility to inform the customers about what is happening in the backend so that the customers would also act upon it, and if icici will come back and say no this is do or die option for u, then definetly i would go for negativity as i would certainly register a complaint against this.                                   I have a query to be clarified.

                                  I have used my credit card with one of my merchant for emi payment. If I am not interested in the product any more can I ask the credit card company to stop the emi. Is there any way I can stop payment. Merchant is not agreeing to do this.

                                    Dear Sir / Madamme,
                                    This is a complaint against ICICI Bank Customer Care and their total lack of commitment to the complaints from customers. I had complained against three perpetually non-functional ATMs in Chanakyapuri and Gopinath Bazar, New Delhi by e mail to ICICI, through my complaint No. :'ICICICARE=[protected]' level1complaint/ Savings Account, which was replied by Y Ambika, Customer Service Officer, ICICI Bank Limited, and phone call from her to me from Hyderabad (I do not know why from Hyderabad) stating that all issues will be set right.
                                    I had again visited the ATM (ID No : S1CW3152) at Gopinath Bazar, New Delhi at 1921 hrs today (24 Dec 2009). Once again, the two machines were NOT able to give the transaction print out.
                                    I had complained to ICICI about this ATM among the three that are referred in my previous complaint.

                                    NO ACTION SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY THE BANK ON THIS STATE FOR THE LAST NEARLY SIX MONTHS AS THE STATE IS THE SAME.

                                    The guard at the ATM tells me that he has made this complaint to 'Brink's Arya', the Bank's agents for loading the ATMs, several times, but they just do not put paper rolls in it and also say that the machines need to be repaired.
                                    In case the machines are not repaired in this week (i.e. by 31 Dec 2009) I may be forced to resort to taking legal recourse against your bank through the Consumers' Forum, since the Bank appears to be indifferent to polite complaints and messages.
                                    Kindly raise the level to the appropriate authorities in your Bank in case this is not manageable at lower levels.
                                    May I expect a reply and immediate action.

                                      I Neetu Sharma never used the credit card no [protected] in any means but according to CIBIL, ICICI BANK has shared my information in to CIBIL where in I have not used any credit card mentioning this number.
                                      Whenever I talked to them they are blaming each other on the issue.I have applied for the home loan but my home loan got stuck due to cibil.
                                      And the DOB which is mentioned in the account is also different from mine.According to ICICI bank its add on account but I dont even know the primary card holder name..
                                      What would I do. please tell me how to get out of it...
