I Anand Soni taken 2 policies from ICICI Prulife , policy no bearing 02797553 and 02797554, i have submitted the form for my Partial withdrawel at ICICI Bhiwadi office on dtd. 2/12/09, duly signed and filled enclosed with a crossed cheque , and they assured me that i will get my refund within 7 days, but after 10th day I again called to Bhiwadi ICICI and then they told me to talk to there alwar office no.[protected] and 636, I talked to Mr. Vimal on dtd. 15th , 16th and 17th , so many times and i always get confirmed by him that my amount has been transfered to my bank account , but lastly at this time on 17th evening 6.30 pm i have been told that my amount has been revert back due to some problem of bank transection / transfer and i will get the cheque through post, but they could not able to confirm me why the amount reverted back, and for my second policy they have told that it has been no yet logged for refund due to lack of some document, if the document is not complete than why not i have been told by Bhiwadi ICICI office ( ph. No.[protected] during submission of the same if they didn't seen then why the next staged office not informed me at the time of received at there end, I have never received a single call from any of the ICICI office after submission of my form for refund ( Partial) , after my several calls they informed me like this and the time passes to 15 days, is this the quality of there after sales and services , I want my refund within 3-4 days otherwise i have to go to consumer forum, to take strong action against ICICI Prulife, I have been misguided everytime, never received any calls from them. kindly solve my problem within 3-4 days.

ICICI Bank — Money debited without any notice
Hi,This is Mr.Gopi Krishna Kishore from bangalore. I am holding salary account[protected], with ICICI Bank, Bangalore, since october 2005. In October 2008 i recieved a call from ICICI Bank customer care about my platinum credit card. She said that, as i am holding salary account in ICICI Bank, they are issuing me a Platinum credit card. I had accepted and they had issued the card. On 3rd February 2009, i paid my online credit card payment for Rs.6, 332. And on the next day i noticed that the same amount has been debited once again from my account. I called customer care of saving a/c dept and they said they don't have any idea and routed the call to credit card dept. Even after waiting for more than half hour no one has responded. I called the credit card dept directly and explained my problem. I was shocked when the executive said that while issuing the card itself 'Auto Debit' option is being activated even without my notice. When i asked for the clarification she said she doesn't have any information, i have to send email and later they will respond. I requested them to atleast revert back my excess paid amount, but they denied for that also. She said that next coming months outstanding amount will be deducted now and remaining amount would be paid. This is absoulutely cheating the customer. Due to this unnoticed transaction my other commitments got effected. I had to pay my loan and that got failed. Please do take appropriate action and help me in this regard.
