Hi,
My Friend took Personal Loan from ICICI Bank, in which I was co-applicant, and primary applicant was my friend, ICICI bank disbursed the full amount of personal loan to my friend which was not in my knowledge because there was delay in certain process and it was almost that ICICI will not issue loan.

Later, due to delay in payment of few installment by my friend as per agreement, ICICI bank didn’t approached me...

Credit Card Dispute Transaction

As there were Transaction Disputes of Rs. 2000/- to my Credit Card Account (No.-[protected]) which had never been resolved by the Concerned Dept. of ICICI Bank, I had also tried to send the related documents as proof but ICICI bank rejected the same just saying that the dispute period was over and hence the matter remains closed.

Money Swallowed by ATM. Money not returned to Account

On Aug 25th I used Indian Overseas Bank ATM, (Radhanagar Branch Chennai) to withdraw 800Rs using my ICICI debit card. There was a small delay in taking the money from the ATM. The ATM machine took back the money that I dispensed. I thought the money would be returned to my account automatically.

Excess Interest Charged on Pre Closure Payment

I availed the cash loan of Rs. 248000/- on 28/10/07 thru' Card # [protected].

I paid 21 instalments. The O/s amount after 21st instalment was Rs. 160762.58.
A pre closure fee of 3% on O/s amount was mentioned to me while availing the loan.

Delay in Cheque Realisation

I had deposited a cheque in ICICI Bank Branch on the 5th of October 09. However, the same is not credited to my account even as of 20th Oct 09.

The bank does claim that for any outstation cheque to get realised it takes maximum 7-10 working days but the same if way past. My festive season has gone waiting for this cheque worth Rs 49990/- issued to my by the Income tax department.

I was Holding a credit card with ICICI bank . I have paid all the outstanding and i have blocked my card since it was lost .
