ICICI Direct bluffed to offer Zero balance account

Hi,
I am having an ICICI savings account (#[protected] in ICICI Kothrud Branch, when I came through a call from ICICI Direct executive who offered me a demat account and also promised to make my ICICI Savings account a ZERO balance account after it is linked.
I paid the processing charge of Rs. 250 and my account was created but my savings account never changed to ZERO balance and I was penalized by Rs. 850 in lieu of QAB....

Fixed Deposit

I have applied for Fixed Deposit with ICICI bank for Rs. 15000 & Rs. 10000 on 15.12.2008 & 30.12.2008 respectively and ICICI issued us FD @10.5% in my DEMAT ACCOUNT.

Remove my name from Default list

i had applied for a ICICI Bank credit card on February 2008.
i was issued a wrong card and on top of that they had activated vodafone bill pay on the card but since the card was canceled the day i got it as i immediately called the customer and got it canceled but they kept sending me sms's till 6 months about the bill will be paid on this date and then on that i would get a sms again stating the request could not be processed...

Refund Service

I foreclosed my account with ICICI HL and they should repay the premium balance (ICICI Lombard Insurance) and send to wrong address, after follow up closely with their local manager and noticed NONE of them interested to settle this issues and they claim NO HEAD or Management is responsible for their delay or mistakes... surprise they don't have a higher authority to take up matters! May be they are useless when it come to such service...

Wrongly charged Interst charge.

This time i found that ICICI bank is cheating with there customer by hiding some charges.
I have done one transaction in month on Sept 27 of Rs 6006. Though i have not completed 48 Days of period why the hell ICICI charge me the interest amount.

Amount deducted from my credit card by icici bank

On 22/09/2009 icici bank deducted Rs,1295 from my credit card for CPP ASSISTANCE SERVI PV L.
this is for credit card insurance which i never appled in written or on phone.
but then also they decudcted from my card.
Now CPP ASSISTANCE SERVI PV L is not ready to refund for the same.
