I'm Om Prakash Vidyarthi and i have Debit card is State bank of patiala (A/C[protected] and when i was withdrwaing the amount of 10,000 Rs at ICICI ATM machine (ATM ID - S1CN2162) on 21st of August 2009 then machine was failure and screen was showing network is failure and also did not get the receipt. Bank charges for booking railway tickets using their credit card. As per IRCTC they charge extra Rs.30/- per ticket if tickets are booked using credit cards.

As per rules, no other than authorised agents of Railway are authorised to charge any extra amount for offering service for booking tickets. Further, Banks do not book tickets, but cardholder himself books the tickets at the ticket counters.

I am Neha Goyal having account in ICICI bank. On 12/09/2009 I made a transaction from HDFC ATM of Rs. 2500/-. But the ATM screen showed "Transaction Timed Out". But the amount was deducted from my account. Till date I have not got my money back. Even after going to the ICICI bank, they are asking to bring the slip of that transaction timed out. But I did not recieve any receipt for the same.

All those who have a bank account with ICICI Bank are advised to withdraw their money and close their bank accounts as early as possible. If anybody believes I am speaking thin air, may have to regret.
