Dear Concern

As my Loan Account number is : LPTNE[protected].
I have paid all my emi's Regularly, and when i request for non due certificate they just go on commiting , but till now , i have not received the NON deu certificate

As i have to submitt as a document for home loan purpose.

    Wrong policy charges & harrashment from ICICI telecallers & cheating
    My ICICI credit card no is: [protected].

    I have wrong ICICI LOMBARD policy chareges put on my ICICI credit card.

    This issue start on Sep 2008, My husband have recieved call from ICICI Lombard for Mediclame Policy, He have listen compete call but showed no interst in theie policy as He have already had the same policy of diferent company. But after that thay are saying it is whole family policy
    But i was shocked to see the insurance policy chares in my mothly statement. regarding this i have called first ICICI custmer care and later ICICI Lombard .
    We have not recieved any polocy document from ICICI Lumbard after receiving policy document I shocked to see it was ony singal policy instead of family policy again I have called first ICICI custmer care and later ICICI Lombard .to change my policy but they started taking very roudly & started puting my calles on hold till i cut the call.
    I again call ICICI cutomer care but they also not helped to resolved the issue.
    Than .After lot of calles with ICICI Lumbard they have cancelled my policy and after three months
    In March 2009 i have finally blocke my card to sotp the instalments going every mont o ICICI Lombard, all in when.
    In August i have recieved first call from ICICI recovery dept to whome i have told whole issue of my account, but they said they cant help only suggest me to pay the outstanding.
    After that in SEPT i have recived same call from ICICI how also not helped me.
    from OCT 2009 i have recived hundreds of call from delhi, These peoples were taking very roudly and have no manners of taking. I am fedup of there calles & feel harrashed.
    In 2nd April I got mail from ICICI Bank Credit Cards Team. I Reply that mail to rsolve this issue. again I got mail on 6th july 2009 & four mail in Sep 2009 , two mail in October, & 3 mail in Nov I tolk to Ms kalpana , jyoti, luxmi on 17th Nov 2009 Salma in Hyderabad ICICI Bank Credit Cards Team. On 26th nov 2009 talk to Mr. Purn Chander he also denied to help.
    After that i have written lot of mails to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com in to resolve the issue but not recieved any help.
    In April 2009 i was get cheated by Mr. of ICICI caller who told me that he will settel my account in only the service charges.
    maybe clloection agent but now recieved a letter from ICICI Credit Card Line marked my bank A/c [protected] and. Rs.5243.61 line in my bank A/C This is my last request is that is any one avaliable there in ICICI who have the rights to solve this issue.
    if not then dont expect any thing from me.

      i have paid the full amount of my credit card icici bank no is [protected] in the name of Anita Khandelwal in the month of 5.3.09 , and the it was said from the bank that now no dues is on my side , but sir my name is still on cibil as not payment list ,deatil of my all decument i am sending to you for your kind consideration . document attech for your kind consideration

      So please delet the my name from the cibil status

        I have requested to re-issue mine Internet Banking Password for ICICI bank atleast 5-6 times, it was never dispatched to my communication address always returned from courier service.
        Currently I have place a request to reissue my Cheque Book first time it was returned from Courier services. Then again I place same request in this time I have decided to track it, I have taken mine Docet no and locatl contact numbers.
        I am continuousl calling but nobody is picking my call.

        Its to track any thing what is dispatched through Express IT courier services.

        my saving account no sbgen a/cno [protected]&visa card no [protected] it is valid up to5/07 I sand request for replace card & blank case book.but bank dont sand both .pl, see it &sand both, below address y.k.sharma 90 ganpati vihar saket nagar, tansen road gwalior
        i requested for checqe book in atm, i received sms from icici bank with in 10 days they will send the check book like that they was send, but still i didnt reecive the check book from icici bank, 15 days before i applied .

          Hi

          I am continoulsy receiving calls from ICICI Home Loan (Recovery Agency). All my current EMI are going on time, two EMI for Mar'08 and Jun'08 are pending as per bank record informed by employee of recovery agency. I have told me to give me some time go enquire the same beacuse of old issue and has come in notice four days back,but they guys are calling continously on my cell and forcing me to deposit the amount without reconciliation. I am asking them to give me details of their recovery agency name and head of customer care or recovery department of ICICI Bank , Jaipur. They are not giving me any detail regaring this. Please assist me to know the particulars to close the issue as soon as possible.

            Dear All,

            See the way Aviva and ICICI Bank and playing with the customers money. One sells the policy by mis-informing the customer and other authrise the transaction. Aviva fraudlently despite giving more than a month notice produces the bill to ICICI and they also authrised it even when I told ICICI Bank to not authrising the transaction (twice).
            Now they are playing with me by sending me to each other. They both are harrassing me for more than a year.

            Pls send me the commnets and mention other such instances where Insurance and Financial institutions are doing such CRIMINAL activites

            Pls aswer the following 1 why 2250 authrised when ECS instruction for
            25K on 23 Jul07 2 I requested to stop the same twice before Aviva
            claimed this amount from you why I was not taken seriously
            I gave 1 month prior notice to aviva that I want to cancell this
            policy. As per their record dated 17 Apr 2008 17 April 2008 where they
            mentioned,
            -Customer informed that policy was miss-sold to him by stating he will
            not have to pay anything after 3 policy years and policy would
            continue. And he wants the FULL Refund after cancellation of the
            policy- you want any other proof. They send me letter on investivation
            on 17Apr and a send me the reply on 05 Jun 2008 when they got the
            money, AUTHRISED FRAUDLENTLY BY THE BANK ON THEIR ECS which they
            should not be producing at all. I instructed the bank to make a CHARGE
            BACK and you kept me waiting for 1 year. And now your are HARRASSING
            ME

            My case of a dispute wherein bank authrised the transaction to the
            merchant(Aviva Life Insurance)despite my request to stop the
            transaction on 29/30 May 2008. Merchant produced the bill despite my

            started freezing my accounts and SNATCHING the money from it.I never
            denied to pay the balance payment at any stage till now but I need the

            amount bank has freezed my saving account[protected] and later on to

            after 1-2 talks. How fair is this harrasment? And if that is fair can
            I block payments for the other credit card I have? In directly you are
            forcing me to do that and TRUST ME I can do that the same way I did
            earlier. I give proper intimation to the bank and then take step
            unlike yourself where LIKE THEIVES YOU FIRST FREEZE the accounts and
            then inform the client. Pls make a clear difference in the cases which
            are pending (at your end) due to a dispute and the case where customer
            is making a FRAUD. I need the reversal of that un-authorised
            transaction at the earliest so that balance can be paid..

                Dear Biju/Joy,

                I received a sms just now that Rs 9586.56 has been debited from my account XXXXXX507210 without my consent/admittance. Can you please help me to understand the cause ?

                Again and again, I have been saying that I am not the culprit and also you cannot find any reasons to be making me Bank's Defaulter. I did same whatever I was convinced by Sanjay at the time of converting my transaction Rs 47667.00 into 9 EMIs. He told clearly that there will be grace period for all your EMIs for 6 to 7 days, therefore, he insisted to drop the cheque before 6th/7th day of every month.

                Even though, I tried many times to remove the disputes, and honestly & sincerely keep calling call center executives, joy, Biju and writing mails to you both.

                A day before yesterday, I received again two couriers which instructs me to pay the debited amount/ or talk to Arunima Verma on[protected]/3635. I tried more than 25 times, but failed everytime.Lastly I called you(Biju) and discussed accordingly. Yesterday I received a call from Jamal[protected]Mumbai) and he tried to convince me to pay Rs. 4300/-. I said I shall be ok with 1500/- to 2000/-. In the meantime. it gets debited the above amount from my above a/c.

                Request you all to provide me the solution for which I am not the culprit/Defaulter.

                  I Visited ICICI bank. Aundh, Pune to place request to enable the payee alerts on my cell phone. I was told by back executive the it will take 2 working days to get this enables. Since the request was not closed in 2 working days I visited the branch again on 3rd day. I was told on 3rd day that it will take another day. Since it the request was not fulfilled on 3rd day I registered a complaint using ICICI customer care call center.

                  Response of the customer care is pathetic. They keep the call on hold for 10 mins atleast before they give me any update about this complaint status. after several call they asked me to visit the branch again which I believe is unnecesary and very ineffecient way of handling customer complaint. Due to whole episode my payment to other banks are getting delayed.

                    I paid Rs.100 to recharge for a reliance prepaid (CDMA) number [protected] through ICICI net banking on 21st November 2009.

                    There is no recharge until now. I called the customer care twice.....according to them the money should be credited to my account within 3 to 4 days if the recharge is not done. This is 27th November & still no money credited back.

                    This happened earlier too. This is the last time I tried prepaid recharging through ICICI net Banking, enough harassment. If you cant run it properly then stop the service....don't harass customers for trusting you. When we call customer care they say we are not responsible for reliance server....it's their fault. Please don't run something which you can't bear responsibilities for. I would suggest to stop the reliance recharge immediately, if you don't have any direct control over that. Or at least try to credit the money back in time if something goes wrong.

                      b) Now bank itself is denying the fact desparately & not cooperating at all to get my money back.

                      c) Instead of giving phone no gave me fax no,when everyone could connect over phone they said unable to contact,

                      Send mail to Nodal Officer:

                      I Shri Pabitra Kumar Maji holding account no[protected], debit card no-[protected] and complain no[protected] wants to state that on 26.10.05 at 12-17 p.m . used my ATM card to draw Rs 1000/- from your ATM NO-11 in Bhubaneswar.But before the completion of transaction (withdrawl)there was a link failure.{On the screen –“Is being processed…….” Was showing}.Immediately I told this to the security named Jatindra Rath.He told me not to worry and after relink you go for another processing.so, accordingly I went for transaction and withdrawl Rs 1000/-.After that I took a mini statement and found instead of one time deduction of Rs 1000/- it has deducted Rs 2000/-(i.e.Rs 1000/-*2 times).
                      As per security man’s advice after another customer’s transaction, he asked me to withdraw Rs 100/- and check the mini statement (12.22p.m.).But there was no change in the balance statement.He then asked me to leave for 2-3 hrs. and come for mini statement to check the balance.At 17.13 p.m.I took the mini statement, but there was no change by this time also.
                      He(security)then asked me to check it after 24 hrs., but the same was repeated.Then I went to the bank(ICICI bank at Shreya Square in Bhubaneswar) & through the no-[protected] I launched a complain & they gave me the complain no[protected] & told that after 7 working days Rs 1000/- which was wrongly deducted due to link failure will be credited to my account.
                      On 30th Oct.09 at 5.01pm I received a message through the no-[protected] that “we are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been fully paid as per our records”.At that time I was out of Bhubaneswar & was not carrying all the docs.& debit card.So I could not contact immediately after getting the message.
                      On 1st of Nov.09 I also sent a mail through customer.[protected]@icicibank.com & received a mail that they will reply by 11th Nov.09 but on 4th received the same message“we are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been fully paid as per our records”..I also met branch manager Ms Kirti for the same.She assured me that within 7 days money will be credited to my account & gave me a phone no[protected] but to my surprise she gave me the fax no(I tried many times that no & came to know that she had given me the fax no) If you are not taking this issue seriously it would compel me to take legal steps.

                      Dear Mr.Indulgar,
                      a)I hope you could not understand the complain launched & its cause,
                      b)Both the transactions are shown fully paid on the account statements which is not correct,
                      c)The first transaction of Rs 1000/-was not paid to me due to link failure but it is shown paid in the mini statement(which is my complain),
                      d) My complain is that I have not received the money due to link failure, but your ATM team says it is fully paid. Where is the money gone ? Who is the culprit?
                      e) i. You should maintain transparency with customers. When everybody else could contact me over phone, only you people are unable to do so which I think is a sheer bluff.
                      ii. Your bank manager instead of helping the customer, knowingly gave fax no to avoid the situation(although she promised that Rs 1000/- will be credited to my account after she talked to the ATM team in front of me in the bank).
                      f)Is this the transparency & dealings you maintain with your customers?For your further informations I also maintain debit cards of other banks for many years.But this type of fraud incident never happened to me.
                      g) We are waiting for the ICICI nodal officer’s reply from Mumbai, after that I will take necessary steps.

                        Regarding NOC

                        I have taken a loan from ICICI bank i pay my regular installment in time,now i complete my loan in time & now they asking me for extra payment for late payment of installment they are not issue NOC. they have direct debit charge CFO charges without any intimation & they force me to pay compulsory otherwise they are not issue NOC.

                        It's so poor to hear from ICICI Direct helpdesk that their system can't print "/" (say 9/45 ) in the customer's address.
                        Stupid representative who couldn't speak proper english came to my house and collected all the documents with Rs.975 cheque to open the ICICI Direct account.Cheque cleared but i didnt receive my trading password yet.

                        People learn from their mistakes but ICICI Direct never did this.

                        Irresponsible managers, helpdesk even their courier service 'First Flight' ...

                        I have been sending emails to the helpdesk, calling customer care, calling courier service for the past 45 days...

                        no help!

                        In all, It's the worst trading platform in India.. DON'T GO FOR IT ! DUMP IT IF YOU HAVE ONE !

                        My demat acct . is an old acct and doesn't have future and option trading enabled.Customer service sent me the contract form on 10th Jan 2008 and i submitted the same to icici on 12th Jan.This was submitted in barakhamba road office- first floor of ICICI securities to the manager Mr.Kumar.

                        I have been running from pillar to post for last 18 days and till today no action has happened on the same.
                        Twise i registered the complaint with icici customer service.They ask the phone number and say SMS will come for complaint number but that never happens.

                        Request you to pls help.

                          My firm Mahesh book depot situated in indore doing business since 1984 having a bulk turn over of RS.1.5 CRORES has an account in your ashok nagar branch having accnt no:[protected] has got facility of Overdraft limit of ONE LAKH rupees in year 2007 and after that we have signed in October 2008 for rupees TWO THOUSAND FIVE LAKHS.
                          And bank immediate charges in our account debited by following charges in 2 steps:-

                          1.Renewal charges(processing fees)-> 2-12-08 Rs.5056.20
                          2.Renewal charges (processing fees)-> 23-10-08 Rs.3370.80.

                          But we have still got overdraft limit of only ONE LAKH RUPEES instead of having overdraft limit of TWO THOUSAND FIVE LAKHS.

                          And in every month we have been charged by RUPEES
                          FIVE HUNDRED as MAB or QAB CHARGE ,.,since DECEMBER 2007.but after overdraft limit account it must not be charged and here is the following description of the MAB and QAB charges.

                          1.dec 2007-RS.1500
                          2.mar 2008-RS.1500
                          3.jun 2008-RS.1500
                          4.sep 2008-RS.1500
                          5.0ct 2008-RS.500
                          6.nov 2008-RS.500
                          7.dec 2008-RS.500
                          8.jan 09 to aug 2009-RS.500(each month)
                          Total invalid charges of MAB or QAB= RS.11500(upto aug 2009 only)
                          Please take immediate and proper action against these invalid charges and try to reverse it in my account.we are also trying this request since last one year at your indore malwa parisar and same in ashok nagar branch but no proper action has been taken against it.hopefully this time any action must be taken for future good relations.please reply us as soon as possible.and obligue.

                            In around Jan or Feb 2008, I was sent a ICICI Lombard GIC LTD. card. (ref no. 74477488079004331081160). I called the customer care and told them that I do not need that ICICI Lombard card and they canceled it and said I need not have to pay any money(since I had stopped using the card I had no outstanding bill at that time). But in the next months ICICI credit card bill, I was charged Rs 15000. So when I called them, they said the amount will get reduced on its own as they will pay EMIs and it started reducing every month. And since I came to the USA and was not using the credit card any more, I did not follow my credit card statements. But suddenly a couple of days back, my parents in India were called and threatened that I had around Rs 4000 due and I will have to pay Rs 1500 to get rid of the outstanding due or they will face problems. When I called them they said they are from recovery section and were speaking like some nut heads and gundas. I checked my credit statements and they have stopped paying the EMIs in Feb 2009 when the due was around Rs 392. And over next 6 monts they have charged me interests and late fees and they have made a bill of Rs 3995. When I called ICICI Lambard, they said they have paid all the money they owed and told I need to speak to the Credit card division. When I called credit card division, they said, I need to speak to ICICI Lambard as they haven't paid the complete amount. I have asked my parents to lodge a police complaint to be on the safer side. This is the number that I contacted them.[protected]. They told that they are put up in Bommanahalli in Bangalore. If you check my past 2 years' statement and verify the things, you will understand whats going on. This is like a day light robbery. Both are hand in glove in this. They are cheating people. How should I handle this situation?

Now i am out of the city and some how gave an authorization letter to a friend and received my new card. It was a long procedure. Now i see that i have not received my pin along with it. Reactivation should be made little easier whena person is seeking it over telephone and again through the phne of your bank branch and there is a person in te bank who knows the customer well. What is the procedure if the blocked card is found again say after two three months.                               If you have any well wish, improve the service. A customer does not have time to remain engaged for long to maintain the account.

                                    Re: Credit card No:[protected] of sasikumar- Statement dated Feb 13, 2009 due on 2nd March 2009.

                                    Please note that while travelling I have used my credit card on 8th Feb for accommodation in the UK for a provisional booking (pre authorization) for GBP 966 and there was actual drawings by the Hotel. It is a usual practice anywhere in the world to do a pre authorization through card while checking in and unless and until it is actually drawn through a proper authorization no charges to be paid by the credit card holder, and in turn by the bank

                                    In the statement mentioned above I noticed you have debited me for Rs.71,966 on 12th Feb and credited me for Rs. 66,751 a net difference of Rs.5,215 for not spending anything from the card.

                                    Since the above debit is not for any actal drawings from the card I am not wlling to accept such debit and hence kindly reverse the debit for Rs 5,215 and acknowledge.

                                    I sent two letters (March and April) and I didn't get any reply from the ICICI bank.

                                      Hi,
                                      I, Shailesh Meghji Ayer having account at ICICI Bank (Andheri West Shoppers Stop Branch). I had an emergancy and i tried to withdraw Rs. 5000/- from HDFC Bank ATM on 1st of August 2009. However due to some technical problem the the transaction was failed. I tried doing the same thing twice but both the time it failed and Rs. 10,000/- was debited from my account. However Rs.5000/- was credited instantly but remaining Rs. 5000/- was not credited. I called up ICICI Bank customer care for this complaint. The complaint (SR[protected] was taken into consideration and was assured that within 12 working days the amount will be credited after the verification from bank. On 14 of August 2009, amount of Rs.500/- was credited into my account. So i again called up customer care saying why Rs. 500/- is only credited the actual amount was Rs.5000/- what about the remaining Rs. 4500/- . Again new request was registered(SR[protected] on 21st of August assuring that within 12 working days the issue will be resolved. I kept on calling customer care i was made to follow same process and was told to wait for 8 days, 12 days, 1 day. I even received call from senior officer (Mr.Vikram[protected] stating that we re doing the follow up with bank and will resolve the issue in 8 days. Where again i received new service request number(SR[protected] on stating that it will resolved but was not done. I kept calling customer care again on 21st September the complaint was registered on HIGH PRIORITY basis but no result.
                                      Finally, I had had also written mails to bank using my netbanking account to account officor where i got reply stating that "We deeply regret the delay in resolving your query. Considering the time taken for this complaint, we have placed your concern at top priority with the Reference number SR[protected]. ". But still i did not got the issue resolved. Now a days i am writing mails by am not receiving any reply.

                                      Finally i am tired calling customer care and sending mails to account officor for the amount of Rs. 4,500/-. I dont know what is suppose to be done.

                                      Bank is not taking any initiative to resolve the query.

                                      Please do the needful.
