This is KIngshuk Majumder and I have an Account with ICICI Bank for the past 3 years .and its a svings account[protected] with - balance will be Rs.2609.24/-, but now Rs.10423.07/-(NEGATIVE) balance and I have received the shock when see negative balance. I was using ICICI Credict card more than a year ago. Fraud happend on my credit card and i gave a compliant with the Bank and bank blocked the card. The bank resolved the issue and intimated me saying that the card is permanently blocked. I had my saving account in ICICI bank Vartak Nagar branch Thane (Navi Mumbai) my salary was directly deposited in to my acount.even i had debit card from the same bank.since on 02/09/09 some fraud has transfer all my money( Rs. 40,000/-) from my account to his account.
I had already registered a complaint in my bank and they give me a complaint no so is this sufficient for me to get my money back.

NEFT facility on ICICIBank.com is chargeable at Rs 5 per transaction + Service Tax with effect from 24th Aug 09.

This is implemented all of a sudden and no prior intimation is given to the account holders of the same.

i have been traveling outside the country for a while and i really didn't check my account , as there is no transactions happening. i was really shocked to see a transaction on Aug 02, 2009, really strange even for a ICICI bank branch manager.

I receive regular calls on my cellphone from nos. 66219061, 66219001 and they ask for Mohd Shahnawaz Dara regarding some payment.The people use abusive language. I have informed them several times that the cell no. belongs to me however they are still call.

Ammount from my ICICI a/c was taken out by some person (named: Rajesh Ramesh Pawar) withou my knowledge through Internet Banking.
2 months bank told me that we will return your money after investigation complete. Now they are telling me that investigation completed and saying that it is my fault i shared passwords with that person and bank will not return money. I even dont know who is he. Police is not taking my fir saying it should...

I have already lodged a complain against fraud case in transacting of Rs.50000/- via hacking of online user ID and password details. And ICICI Bank had already detected the same but no confirmation from their end till date regarding the revival of full money....

I have savings account in ICICI Bank, Brabourne Road Branch, Kolkata.

When I opened my savings account with ICICI Bank in 2003, my QAB was Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only). ICICI Bank never informed me about the increase in QAB from Rs.5000/- to Rs.10000/- (which I came to know only while calling to ICICI Bank Customer Care today).

Debited amount is not pending from end (purchased amount not pending from my end)
Instead of n # of times explained you guys nobody is able to understand the pending amount in my CC.
Entire CC amount pending towards Service tax, late fee charges & etc.., (which is on action our end.
