I write to you today to convey my utter annoyance and concern at the manner in which my reputation and credibility in the market has been tampered with by ICICI, and to request urgent assistance to rectify the situation. If you care to investigate my account background, you will note I am a customer in good standing, I have always paid my monthly installments by the due date. Up until recently, I have always thought highly of ICICI, however the events detailed below have not only left me bitterly disappointed, but they are also incurring the Company not inconsiderable financial costs.

I applied for a personal loan from (ICICI, ABN AMRO and Barclay’s) and when an inquiry was sent to ICICI to verify my creditworthiness the bank was told that there is irregularity in the payment of my installment (Customer has held Home loan with ICICI, we are sorry to reject your personal loan application as “CIBIL reject” over due in home loan) which resulted in non-sanctioning of my personal loan. However, this is not the case because the monthly installment
(Car Loan LADEL[protected] EMI 20461 House Loan LBDEL[protected] EMI 61000) on my car loan and home loan from your bank are paid on time and there has never been a complaint of non–payment or delay in payment. Due to this unprofessional behaviour on part of ICICI my creditability in the market has taken a jolt. It has not only effected me financially but has also been a reason for all the HARRASMENT and HUMILIATION that I have been made to suffer due to this highly irresponsible act of ICICI.

I am attaching the email sent from ICICI (Dated 09th December 2008) clarifying the reason of non-sanctioning of loan as irregular payment and the irony is ICICI has actually over-charged Rs.7019 on my home loan which they have accepted. My application number on Personal loan with ICICI was 60645650.

“We regret to inform you that the loan has not been approved on account of irregular payments track record in the past.
Currently, we are unable to fund you personal loan. However, you may re apply after 6 months”

On requesting an explanation and rigorous follow-up to this, ICICI has sent another email (Dated 25th December 2008) clarifying it as under:

“ICICI Bank follows a policy of non-discrimination among applicants for credit facilities. However, we have a set of internal norms to screen applications. In line with global best practices in banking, we do not disclose the criteria for rejecting an application.”

Is ICICI just trying to cover their irresponsible act????
On the other hand the Home loan keeps sending Email claiming there are no irregular payments and I have actually paid an extra amount due to a mistake.

I trust you will look into the issues raised and advise me whether in fact it is ICICI protocol to provide inaccurate information about its customer’s financial standing and background, and whether your staff as a matter of fact is just too casual about such important inquiries. It occurs to me that had your staff accurately checked the status of my account, at anytime over the past months this situation would not occurred at all.

Though the above have been escalated to the following from an email option from the ICICI web site that claims to get the response with-in 10 business days but NO SATISFACTORY response have been received till date from either of the following:

ICICI HOME LOANS

I write to you today to convey my utter annoyance and concern at the manner in which my reputation and credibility in the market has been tampered with by ICICI, and to request urgent assistance to rectify the situation.i am parveen lalwani, i took one home loan and at tht time the rate of interest was 12.5 % n it got reduces by 9.5%, and with me many others took the same loan, and now icici loans gave them discount and they gave in 9.5 % interest wid .5% charges..i want my loan amount to be reduce..its my humble request .when it has paid to other people why nt me..i want reduced home loan interest.
please look into this matter other wise i`ll go to consumer court .

    Since last more than 3 months I am getting many calls from ICICI bank with asking the name of Kirit Suthar. I tell them more than 15 times, my name is this and your entered wrong number in your system. Pls. remove this number permanently. But they didn’t do this and still I am getting calls from ICICI. It may be some loan matter. That means if someone take loan or any benefit from bank and give someone’s number or fake no., bank people entered that no. in them system and harassing that fellow. What a rubbish system. HOWEVER I NEVER TAKE LOAN.
    I noted down the following numbers where I am getting calls:[protected], 40814355, 67661000, 40340600, 41611399, 40814032, 28307777,[protected], [protected] and also some others that I couldn’t noted before. One day they did call me on Sunday when I was sleeping in the afternoon. These calls are really harassing me since long. I am working in MNC Company on senior level position and confidential section. These calls are really disturbing me frequently. My patience is over now.
    I want to file a case on this ICICI Bank for million rupees. Can somebody guide me how to do that?

      Dear Sir,

      I am law abiding citizen and doing job with Convergys.

      As a member of public, I am thankful to the Reserve Bank of India for issuing guidelines to the financial institutions i.e. HDFC, ICICI, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank etc. in the matter of recovery of amount from credit card holders, who were being manhandled, harassed and humiliated in the past by the recovery agents resulting in suicidal steps by the sufferers as per news items appeared in the newspapers from time to time. In fact the consumer courts have also imposed fines on such financial institutions in its several judgments for harassing and torturing the innocent credit card holders.

      I have now become a victim in the hands of ICICI Bank. In 2007, I got a Credit Card from ICICI Bank. After few days ICICI offered me an Insurance Plan which I refused to take. I never agreed to take that and I never got any papers for the same, not even the Medi Care Card or Lombard Card. After a month I requested them to stop my credit card account and take the card back as I have not used it (NOT EVEN ONCE). ICICI customer care advised me that in case you don’t use the card for the first three months it gets de-active automatically and if you don’t want it cut the card in two pieces and drop it in the ICICI drop box. I did what the customer care advised me as that was my first & last credit card; I have never used any credit card. This incidence happened in the year of 2007.

      I thought the case was closed and I was satisfied because I never wanted to use the card and never got any statement for the same. To my surprise, on 2nd of February 2009, my account got debited with an amount of Rs.15, 000/-, I raised a complaint and the ICICI Customer Care explained to me that it was an error and they will credit the amount back within 8 days. I got the money back. But when I got my monthly Bank Statement for the period 7th Feb to 2nd March they have deducted Rs.17, 958 on 28th of February 2009 for credit card no.[protected]. I contacted ICICI Bank to clarify the charges (call reference No. SR[protected]. They informed me that these charges are for ICICI Lombard Insurance for which I never agreed and I never got any statement or correspondence. I have never received any intimation regarding the payment. To my surprise they have directly debited the charges from my account without my permission. I have never asked for auto debit.

      I would like to inform you that prior to this no communication in the form of letter, e-mail has been sent by ICICI for payment of Rs.17, 958 and I never agreed for this Credit card or Insurance.

      I request you to kindly help me in getting my money back as I am saving this money do to MBA.

      I am sure justice is possible with your kind intervention as victimization on the part of ICICI Bank is apparently there.

        ICICI bank has provided me Credit Card of Centurion Bank of Punjab, CC No. [protected].
        It was my bad times that i accepted that card. I was said that, the card will offer me 0.99% p.m. for
        first six months, but never fullfilled me with that feature.
        I used that card for 1 year, suddenly all communication was stopped by bank. After a span of period,
        i got a statement mentioning the due for Rs.45000/-.
        I wrote the above thing to bank, communicated with their representatives
        regarding matter, but didn't got any positive response.
        One fine day, my saving ICICI Account No.[protected] was blocked with amount Rs.30, 000/-.
        Also Rs. 4500/- was deducted from my account against card payment.
        Later i got call from Collection Department from ICICI Bank.
        We came to one time settlement of Rs. 9000/- of which Rs.4500/- was already deducted.
        The executive told me that they will provide me the letter only if i will pay
        the remaining amount ie. Rs.4500/-. Also assured me that my saving account will be released.
        On March 11 2008, i made the payment and got the receipt and Letter
        from the Bank. (Copy Attached). Till today my account is not released, also my name is recorded
        in CBIL bureau by bank.
        I am just requesting them to release my account as soon as possible.
        And to remove my name from CBIL Records.

        All the proof and this letter are preserved by me.

        Kindly go through the attachment, it contains all scanned copies of payment
        proof with Settlement letter.

          I am please to inform you that I have salary account no.[protected] name of Vipin Saini in your ICICI Bank Ltd. G.K.-1, New Delhi-48.

          My query is, day of Sunday on dated 01/03/2009 time 12.36 PM I was gone your Sadar Bazar Branch’s ATM for cash withdraw, but when I was put our debit card in your ATM machine and press the figure amount of Rs. 15000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) and machine was ask to me for accept this figure and it is after I pressed yes and then power been failure and machine was off and cash was not withdraw, immediately I was complain to attendant who were stand as security guard (Mr. Jagdish) of branch and forced for look this matter and he was suggest to me please complaint to ICICI Bank’s service centre, very soon I called up to service centre and launch the complaint no. 98512994 dt. 01/03/09 and service centre callers also assure to me that your money will be reversed in 24 hours. But still that payment not been reversed and still I have called many more time……..but still not any fruitful answer has been received from your side.



          So, I request you to please look this matter on urgent basis and resolve.

            I VIVEK KUMAR JHA dob:-06/06/1982 mob:-[protected] FATHER NAME-S.N.JHA was having Credit Card of ICICI Banktwo years ago limit around 23000, which i had used at that time, and after that i was fail to deposit the minimum amount, than they send their executive to my place who collected the 25179/-rs cheque from my father, which got clear also, that was the pending payment including all the charges they had told us.But after three months we got call from them that 500/- is pending there which by that time became 1800/-, which we did not paid, due to that they put my name in CIBIL, now i have taken NOC from them 2months back, but still i am not aware that had they updated my name in CIBIL?please update me reagard thah ASAP.

            ICICI Bank assured us to give OD for 20 lakhs and issued us sanction ticket also, we had already informed them that we are not having patta for the property while giving the documents, but they gave us full hope that then can release the fund without patta, they told they have done some cases like that, it has taken 5 1/2 month and the sanction period is also going to get over they have not released the fund they had taken processing fee of Rs44, 900 and they made us to open 2 nos of current account having minimum balance of Rs.5000/- each, my money has been blocked there for 5 months and Iam not geting any response they are telling to take legal action. We have also decided to do so.

            Why ICICI is such cheating customers like this ?

              Sir,
              This is regarding the ICICI Bank Irresponsible STAFF at MALL ROAD Branch, Kanpur .I went there to inquire about the details regarding transfering cash in Traveller's Card from the ICICI account . The staff was so engrossed in there gossip that they took nearly 45 mins to provide the details, and also the reply that they gave was the same thing that i told them previously .. and i was asking for an alternative way, if any.

              I was then told that it was my fault that i didnt clear the details when i got the traveller's card service, i went there with incomplete information . I know i didnt know about the thing and its their responsibilty to provide me with the information when i have inquired and there are being paid for that same, instead of insulting me out there .

              The staff need to be attentive of what a customer is asking about and also the customer is not too free to sit there leaving out his /her work .They are being paid for providing services which they are not being able to provide. Its was not the lunch time that they can gossip out when the customer is sitting just before with queries .I would have not said anything if it has been a government bank but the atitude of staff was pathetic I must say.
              I want to take the individuals name but the fault is of whole staff sitting beside her ... NRI services .Life Insurance section both .
              We are one of the current a/c holder in ICICI Bank, Boring Road, Patna-800001, having a/c no[protected]..we are trying to get net banking facility from the bank in order of which we have submitted the filled application form twice in the bank but we havent received the ID & Password of the same in 5 months..when we inquire from the branch manager Mr. Niraj we shocked to get his answer..he told us that nobody in his branch has idea/knowledge to process the form..HOW THESE BANKS ARE IN EXHISTANCE WE DONT KNOW...

                Dear All,

                Never take credit card from ICICI Bank, they will very un unprofessional, there mail see below.
                Dear Sir / Madam,

                This is to inform you that from now onwards i will not pay the balance credit card amount, because of your worst service and also note that i am going to Labour court and will fight against you and will make you feel that "no one should play with customers emotion and money" with compentation.

                You people are playing with my accounts the amount which you have not credited, because of your mistake and when shown / asked you the same then you have credited the same after 2 months. and now again after 7 month, you have debited it back to my account.

                I know you are very unprofessional and heartless guys, many people told me about the same but i still went keeping my account with ICICI, but now i understood, they were RIGHT.

                Even if you credit my account with the same back to my account, i will not continoue with this account, this is my last communication by mail to you, hence forth you will get a notice from Labout Court.

                ICICI is the worst bank ever.

                I had a fixed deposit which is matured and they are blocking the funds using flimsy excuses. They told me to write email message to the account manager. This account manager has not replied to my query even after 48 hours and the funds are blocked by ICICI for no reason.

                The helpdesk cannot even give me the telephone number of the branch.

                  ICICI Bank Credit Card Dept. charged me EMI money although I've cancelled the same. When I talked to the Customer Care guy on call, he told me to get lost. The language was so harsh that I could n't believe that this is a bank which has been providing service to so many people in India. I want to acknowledge this to people all over India. This is the height of harassment. I would like the process to let the senior management know about the incident. I'ld never like to have any relation with ICICI after this incident. Please help me closing this credit card.
                  Always remember, in such cases, try to memorise the time of the call so that they can go back to call recordings. I had similar experience. I was calling from US for my ICICI credit call related matter last year. That guy asked my mother's maiden name and after that I hear him talking bad words about my mother's name with his colleague when I was put up on hold. I immediately asked for clarification, he just tried to avoid me and was acting very smart. After that, I immediately called customer care once again and told that I want to talk to floor supervisor. I explained him the issue and told that I would want to revisit the call recordings. Also sent an email to ICICI COO and Nodal Officer. The last thing what I heard from them is they sacked that guy for misconduct. I dont know whether they really sacked him or not but atleast I made sure that my point is heard by the senior management and they taught a very good lesson to that guy.

                    I Ravi Nandan V, consisting of ICICI credit card with following details
                    ([protected]), has noticed that on 7th September 2008.
                    Eight transactions have been taken place with out my knowledge; I would like to raise a transaction dispute for the same.

                    Here are the details of the transactions which took place. Please do the needful in reverting back the transaction amount. Below are the transaction details.

                      I want to tell a case about icicibank credit card.
                      the case is before 2 years back icici bank issued a credit card without my permission and confermation .
                      they delivered it on wrong hand. after one year i got SMSs and telephone calls that i hold two credit cards of icici bank. i made a complain regarding this in customer care. they said that they also issued a american express card on my name. they said they will do enquiry and solve first card and after this second card.
                      After enquiry they accept that they delivered credit card to some mr.Vishal and on his ID. they resolve that disput in my favour . after this no conversation held and i got a call from recovery department then i did complain again. they said that there is one more card i that is american express card that was issued behalf on previous card.
                      i told that if you are accepting that first card i did not get then how can they issued second card and again delivered it wrong hand.
                      they repplied that they will take some time for inquiry.

                      after 2-3 months i get a letter that case is resolve in bank favour without communicatin me.
                      the bank also debited my all money from my saving account which is in icici bank becoz of this my all ECS and cheuqe was bounced and i faced so many difficulties.i ask them for application form on which i applied for credit card but they did not ready to show that document.
                      they also naver communicated me even my mobile no. remain same last 4 years.
                      The bank is not ready to solve case pls do needfull related with this case. i forwarding you the mail conversation with the icici bank.

                        What should i do if your records are showing that card was issue and there was transaction on it. if i never appiled for this card and not recieved this then why should i pay this .
                        i ask you to show me that application form on which i applied for this card.
                        And i also don't know what based you did your investigation without communicating me. i ask you to send me representative of your side who have that document on which i applied for your card and will show you all detailes that i never applied for your card and never recieved.

                        ICICI Credit Card — Card issued to me without consent

                        I am already using icici credit card, on 21/8/2008 i received 2 credit card statements.

                        I had card no [protected] which expired on March 2009.Since then new card has not been delivered to me ,though bills are delivered with out any problem.Even the new card fee is also charged for replacement.

                          Hi,

                          I had recieved a call from ICICI Credit Card Call center, who said that I have been offered by a Platinum Card of ICICI Bank. For this he said that I will have to pay 2000 annual charges which will be paid back as a reward points of 2000 which I can redeem later while shopping. In the first bill itself I recieved the annual charges bill which I have already paid. After that in the Next bill i didnt got the redeem points for which I asked the Credit Card department. They said that there is no such scheme in the Platinum Card. After that bank has reverted back the money.

                          Well I need that a strict action should to taken against such employess who make a false commiting to the customers. My Credit Card Number is [protected]

                            The below mentioned mail has sent by me yesterday.Pls look into the matter and take necessary action.

                            This is for your information that I have been a customer of your Credit Card vide no. [protected] for last few years. I regret to inform you the kind of service you are providing for the last few months are very poor and unprofessional. Hence, I have decided to surrender my credit card and for that I have several times called your customer care dept but unfortunately nothing turned up. I insisted for settlement of my dues but their attitude was very much reluctant and they kept harping on the string asking me to pay the minimum amount. I followed their instruction for a few month. Being a good customer I expected that very soon your representative would get in touch me for settlement but it was all in vein. I have already reached my height of patience and can NOT bear anymore. The executive of collection department( Mr. Ganesh) is sitting there was very much arogant and misbehaved. Suddenly on 27th he caled up at my mobile no. and used abusive language and told me he will come to our place and will shout in the locality if I don’t provide him the money.If this matter will happen again than I wiil be having no oher option for bringing dat employee into the court and also I will lodge a F.I.R against that illmanered person. So, you are requested to act upon this matter within 48 hours of receipt of this mail otherwise I'll be left with no other option but to surrender my card without bearing any financial burden in the future against my credit card.

                            Please treat this matter as the MOST URGENT.

                            ICICI Bank Credit Card — Harrasment even after doing a settlement on the card

                            I owned an ICICI credit card no [protected]. I had outstanding on this card for which i have done a settlement with the bank in two installments. I have the settlement letter with me. Despite of telling them repeatedly, they have still not discontinued the services on my card and keep on sending me statements every month. The recovery department also calls me up regularly. Previously also when i wanted to settle the account they never acknowledged my request and kept on charging me interest. Due to all this, my family has to go through a lot of stress as the recovery agents behave very rudely with them. Their service sucks.
                            I Am also undes similar situation .Kindly suggest what would be the remedy for this.

                            Due to my persistent serious ailments, being a senior citizen, I could not pay my card dues from the last 3 months in time.
                            Today when a collection agent came . I proposed a final settlement . then one Ms.Anjali called me from Ph #[protected] and used harsh, foul language. Being a heart patient i am afraid such threatening calls may aggrevate my sickness . I request you to advise that lady to be more polite with elderly people . Having served in STATE BANK for 33 years I retired and expect more civilized approach from the bank.

                            Furthur I request you for settlement at the earliest as I can no longer put up with such threatening calls.

                              Communicating with ICICI customer care is very similar to banging our head on a wall.

                              I have a very simple requirement ie I want my Demat account transaction statements for a specified period. But ICICI Customer Service, MIDC bank branch personnels as well as phone banking agents have made my life a total nightmare. They do not provide correct information, make false claims of trying to get in touch with me, commit to false timelines for resolution and only add more and more excuses. I have been trying to get this issue resolved by all possible means, having used their IVR, speaking to the phone banking officers, going in person to ICICI MIDC Branch only to be misled further that I would be assisted at the ICCI Demat Branch near Shopper's Andheri West. I was provided wrong timing of operational hours inspite of repeated confirmations thereby wasting my time, effort and money.

                              The phone banking officers do not know how to communicate in English or any vernacular language either, they cannot escalate calls to seniors and for even giving straigtforward information they put me on hold a zillion times and then said it would take 2 days to resolve the problem. It is my acoount, I pay for holding this account and am absolutely free to decide whether I want to transact or not. I work myself for a finance company and am required to submit the transaction statements as a part of compliance requirements. I tried explaining this to the ICICI officias but my pleadings have fallen on deaf ears and I must add thick headed as well. Their email responses from the ICICI Direct Helpdesk id are drafted in terrible language and make reading difficult. Though I clearly explained that I am aware of no transactions all I am looking for is a statement reflecting nil transactions, yet they send idiotic responses like they are unable to find transactions and give me baby steps (which are obviously copy pasted) for internet banking. Hello ICICI I am not as stupid as you are, so stop this tom foolery.
                              Previously also, I wasted more than an hour but failed to get a simple DD made at ICICI MIDC Branch and when I tried to ask the where and how of the procedures and why coudln't they accept cash, I was given the blunt answer 'we work like this only. you give money in account then take money to make DD'...seriously these people need to learn some basic communication skill as well, not to mention getting trained on their own products and services.
                              Banking with ICICI has become a perpetual pain and I would advise any sane minded person to never trust in ICICI and not ever invest with them because they don't even know what they are talking about, forget being of any help to another person.

                              I would want to clearly mention here the names of some of the officials I interacted with:

I have been trying to get this issue resolved by all possible means, having used their IVR, speaking to the phone banking officers, going in person to ICICI MIDC Branch only to be misled further that I would be assisted at the ICCI Demat Branch near Shopper's Andheri West. I was provided wrong timing of operational hours inspite of repeated confirmations thereby wasting my time, effort and money.

                              The phone banking officers do not know how to communicate in English or any vernacular language either, they cannot escalate calls to seniors and for even giving straigtforward information they put me on hold a zillion times and then said it would take 2 days to resolve the problem. It is my acoount, I pay for holding this account and am absolutely free to decide whether I want to transact or not. I work myself for a finance company and am required to submit the transaction statements as a part of compliance requirements. I tried explaining this to the ICICI officias but my pleadings have fallen on deaf ears and I must add thick headed as well. Their email responses from the ICICI Direct Helpdesk id are drafted in terrible language and make reading difficult. Though I clearly explained that I am aware of no transactions all I am looking for is a statement reflecting nil transactions, yet they send idiotic responses like they are unable to find transactions and give me baby steps (which are obviously copy pasted) for internet banking. Hello ICICI I am not as stupid as you are, so stop this tom foolery.
                              Previously also, I wasted more than an hour but failed to get a simple DD made at ICICI MIDC Branch and when I tried to ask the where and how of the procedures and why coudln't they accept cash, I was given the blunt answer 'we work like this only. you give money in account then take money to make DD'...seriously these people need to learn some basic communication skill as well, not to mention getting trained on their own products and services.
                              Banking with ICICI has become a perpetual pain and I would advise any sane minded person to never trust in ICICI and not ever invest with them because they don't even know what they are talking about, forget being of any help to another person.

                              I would want to clearly mention here the names of some of the officials I interacted with:

                              ICICI Executive(the lady (ougth I to call her one?)with whom I interacted at the 'May I Help You Desk' ICICI MIDC Branch on Sat, 28 Feb, 2009, 2 pm)

                              I do not expect or even hope that my complain will be of any help or an eye opener for ICICI, in fact I doubt they would be able to comprehend my simple requirement even if they ever read this complaint, but I thought a word of caution may only help another fellow being from falling prey to ICICI and its false committments.

                                Dear Sir,



                                I have big problem in the ICICI Credit card no body is helping me out



                                My problem is mentioned below



                                I am using the credit card No. [protected] from March 2003 till date


                                I use to get the credit card statement bill on time and it was due on 1st or 2nd or the month



                                Now from past three months they have changed the stament billing period and and the due date for payment to 26th of every month and they are charge



                                Big amount of late fees and they are not ready to change the billing period or reverse the late fee charges



                                Please help me out to change the billing period and to reverse the late fee charges of Rs.674.18 for the month of Jan 2009





                                The Retention manager did not co-operate and the customer care manager did not co-operate for helping me in this regard



                                I have not defaulted the payment from 2003 till today I request to change the billing period and it should due on 2nd of every month which will be easy to me to pay

                                ICICI Credit Card — late fee

                                i have not deposited this month, s cheque, which i supposed to pay on or before 4th April 2008, but due unavailability of cheques, i could not deposited in time. Requesting you if possible can you send your staff personally to me to collect the cash in order to avoid any late payment fee?
                                DEAR SIR,

                                TWO MONTHS BACK I HAD DEPOSITED REMAINING BALANCE IN MY CREDIT CARD.AND INFORMED ICICI BANK THAT I AM LEAVING OUT OF COUNTRY.AND ASK THEM TO SEND ME CLEAREANCE CERTIFICATE.TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION FROM BANK.

                                    Harassment by ICICI Bank Credit Card Division


                                    Dear Sir/Madam

                                    Thanks a lot for your interest in reading my complaint.

                                    This is to bring to your kind notice that I have paid the said amount (Rs. 12000/-) against full and final settlement letter to them 4 month ago successfully but they have been failure to reset or close my account for credit card as they are generating new statement every month so my bill statement get added amount of Rs.2-3 thousand.

                                    I have consulted the customer care 3 times in this regard but every time they give the request no. assuring me that my problem will be resolved within a week but no any steps are being taken.

                                    Due to this, I am getting lots of calls from recovery agents who do not give their identity except saying this “He is calling on behalf of ICICI Bank and you have over due amount of 16 thousand like this”. They start irritating by arguing and so on…

                                    In this regard your prestigious advice for what should I do is always welcome.

                                    Please note that I have the proof of following documents:

                                    1. Letter for full and final settlement,
                                    2. Receipt of cash payment (Rs. 6000/-) &
                                    3. Receipt of cheque clearance for amount (Rs. 6000/-) from your side.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      i had ICICI bank credit card.the card account had been settled by the credit manager at visakhapatnam(AP)& full and final settlement letter has been issued.but every month some amount is been regularly deducting by credit card authorities.after launching many comlaints the bank authorities are asked me to send a scanned copy of the settlement letter.after review of my settlement letter they directed me to meet the person who settled my card.when i meet the concern person he is not at all responding regarding this issue.the card has settle in june 2007.
                                      so please give some solution regarding my problem.
