Dear Sir


I am saving bank account holder in ICIC KUMAR PARK BRANCH BANGALORE. Whenever i came to india and visited bank nobody shown quick reply my native place is 600 km away from bangalore and i am resident of australia. due to neglegency and not good approach towards helping and make process easier to customer you icic bank is loosing lot foriegn exchange money and investments.
when rate for AUD$1= 42 RUPEES that time i have had applied for net bank ID and Paasword which i lost when i personnaly went to bank ...you always shown short cut like pone banking and customer care call no etc but you should know that that system is more worst that physically visiting bank. i have had some time and unable to get my work done. so until now no perticular eamil for that my work so i am also decided to not to send money to ICIC which has lesscareer team and neglegency for customer.
even now i want urgent help for international money sending facility etc.

    ICICI bank had disburshed Home Loan total for Rs. 16, 45, 600/- out of this
    Partially Disburshed for the amount Rs.855212 on 11/07/2008 and started charging PRI-EMI and for remaing loan amount they hold me up to December 2008.

    PreEMI Details 31/07/2008 = 5536
    01/09/2008 = 8553
    01/10/2008 = 8553
    31/10/2008 = 8553
    03/12/2008 = 8097

    Total = 39292

    Forcefully they had charged PRE-EMI on me up to December 2008.

    After requesting for application cancellation so that I can approach to any other financial institution and so many request finaly they released a cheque of Rs. 6, 90, 150 /- in favour of Flat Owner and a cheque of Rs. 1, 00, 000/-/- in favour of Me. (Akil Khan)

    I told them I dont want Rs. 1, 00, 000/- cheque which was issued on my name. then they told me take it it is valid for 1 month if you will need in future then you can deposit it in your A/C or you can retuen it to Bank. if you will disburshed this cheque then only interest will be charged on this amount otherwise only on that amount which will be disburshed. i.e Rs.855212 and Rs. 6, 90, 150 /-

    I didn't disburshed above cheque and returned it to ICICI Bank - Andheri Brach on Saturday 07/02/2009 by 6:30 pm and it has been received by Mr. Ashish Haude. then also they have charged interest on that amount.

    When I asked from Mr. Sagar Tiwari RO-Home Loans-
    "Will you please give me the reason why bank had charged access EMI of (1049 + 1049 ) = Rs. 2098/-, If it is by mistake then how this differ amount will be adjusted?"
    He told me to call on customer care No. 28307777, and customer care representatine is telling that, I will not get back this amount because you had accepted cheque of Rs 1, 00, 000/- and returned it by 10/03/2009
    But the above Cheque I have returned to ICICI Bank - Andheri Brach on Saturday 07/02/2009 by 6:30 pm and it has been received by Mr. Ashish Haude .

        Sir,

        First for icici bank ltd. i have a saving acount with icici bank my ac no[protected]. i give cheques to city financial against for my personal loan for my emi. the amount is 2521/- pm. the emi deduct every month on 05. this month the emi not deduct from my acount. on 06 mar i got a sms your cheque 327293 dishonoured. when i chequed on the reson shows due to alternate in date / figure but the same chaque cleared on 14 mar 09 without my any alteration / sign / city financial done anything on that. when my cheque dishonoured on 06 mar 55/- charged the bank from my acount. If i can not do any thing why the cheque cleared second time. i visit the icici rn mukherjee branch, kolkata today at 1915 hrs at counter no 15 tne executive replys me sir every month same amount deduct from your acount so that we clear second time so that you are not in trouble.

        Second for city financial. when i take loan the bank take me 19 cheque in advance and the same will be produced every month on 05. every cheque i signed in advance nothing written on that. the city financial every month write the amount and the date on that and send it to icici bank for clearance. but this month my cheque have problem i called the costomer care delhi[protected] the executive told me sir you wrote the amount and date on that some mistake done by you so that the cheque dishonoured. 14 mar 09 onward i received a lot of calls from the city financial agents your unpaid amount is 2521/- clear it. daily i told to the agents already second time my cheque is cleared but these people not beleve on me. today the agent told me when our system shows your debit is clear after that we not call. but these people not in position to listen any thing. why the city financial not yet update in system so that his agent inform. i call regarding this matter to costomer care again on delhi no and kolkata no these people told me we cannt do any thing becouse this call is from collection department again i call the sells department they also say sorry and sugest me to abuse them when they call. when i call back the nos from i got call no body replys. what i can do.

        sir main fault create by icici bank second the city financial why not update timly my emi.

        ICICI Bank Ltd — CLEARANCE OF CHEQUE

        I was deposited a cheque of Reliance Power Refund money of HDFC BANK no: 883357 on 4th march 2008. But till now it was not credited in my a/c.
        Bank official says that it will not credited to your a/c because the issued cheque in favour of Santosh Show A/c no:[protected] and my 3 in 1 savings a/c is in the name of Santosh kumar Show.
        They give me a solution to submit a declaration. I do. Now they want photocopy of affidavit. I do. But now they want original photocopy of affidavit.

        And remember one thing that over one and half year many cheques I deposited in favour of SANTOSH SHOW all was crdited but now they starting to harrash me.

        My first cheque is dated[protected] but bank cleared[protected]

        so, i want to know how to claim that bank.

        i had deposit a cheqe of Rs 13370.00 on tuesday dated[protected] in drop box, and now till today also i am waiting for clearence, and i have no any information regarding this. This type of service they are providing.

        how can i go after office hour when they close bank at 03;30 hrs for customer.

        Loan from ICICI Bank & Citi Finance — Clearance of Loan

        I had taken loan from Citi Finance and ICICI Bank in the year of 2004 and 2005 and in between some EMI were not paid and complaints were lodged by the bank, but later on both loans were repaidin full.Now I had applied for two wheler loan which was rejected by the bank that there is a negative report in your record about me.Please let me confirm is there any complaints regarding non - recovery of loan from any bank against me is appearing in your record.Please reply on this e-mail and oblidge.E-mail address :- [protected]@yahoo.co.in

          ICICI Bank had sent me a courier of Credit Card (AWB[protected] to my address -Azad Nagar, Near Brahmand Complex (provided by me for their records). The said address is of my in-laws. However, I and my husband are staying separately at Kasarvadavali, and since no one is at my place to receive any courier, all our correspondence is delivered at my in-laws' place. The said courier was not delivered to my father-in-law since he could not provide my ID proof. I, therefore called the concerned courier office on 25441008, who told me to contact the customer service centre on 31002222. However, when I called the customer service, i was not attended at all - I kept holding the call for 9 minutes and no one attended my call. This is a very disgusting and unexpected as the customer service can't keep the customer holding for so long.

          Would request to look into the delivery of the courier to my in-laws address i.e. B-7/403, Swastik Park, Azad Nagar, Near Brahmand Complex, Ghodbunder Road, Thane (W) - 400 607 and take action about customer service.

            I am a BSNL employee.
            I have availed one persolan loan LPKOM[protected].
            I am paying the instalments regularly but everytime some dues and cheque return charges appears in the loan account.
            Some people introduced as from ICICI Bank call over my mobile number and speek abuse also.
            Today also a man introduced as ICICI Bank employee called from the numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] threatened and spoke unparlamentory words upon me.
            I want to close the loan. What is the total amount to be paid to close the loan?
            I want to stop the banking relationship with ICICIBank.
            It is not at all advised to avail loan from ICICI Bank.
            Please stay away from ICICIBanking relationships.

              but against this request I got the same result.

                I have a mobile No.[protected] since the last five years. I have been getting calls from ICICI Bank, Credit Cards Divn. about a defaulter Mr.GPK Reddy whom I presume was holding this mobile number earlier. Inspite of informing the bank not to contact him over this mobile, the bank and its representatives keep calling on this number. This has been going on for the last five years and all my attempts to stop these calls have failed. Most of the time, I am either travelling or driving or in a meeting when these calls are received and I am forced to lose my temper on such occasions. Lately these calls have increased and I have also started receiving SMSs continuously intimating that they will report to Credit Bureau i.e, CIBIL about my track record.

                I request you to take up the matter with ICICI BANK and see that this type of harassment is stopped immediately.

                  Dear Sir,
                  This is to inform you that I am holding a credit card ICICI bank since March 2007. My old card no is [protected] on behalf of this card I gave a request to bank for new card because my old card strip was not working and after two days bank despatched the new card but the card was not being delivered to me. That card was delivered to my old office address at Progressive Times Planner Pvt. Ltd., I -11, LGF, Lajpat nagar – II, New Delhi, and I came to knew about that when I got an SMS from the bank about two transactions one for Rs .90, 000 and second for Rs. 13, 000. As I got the SMS from the bank I informed the bank immediately about the non reciept of card and reqested to stop the payment to the merchant and to block my card. I gave the complaint to the bank by e-mail and fax also. I lodged a Police complaint also at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi Police Station.

                  After that I got a letter from bank side to solve the above transaction and I got my credit limit reversed in my monthly credit card statement. When I received my next statement, the bank again debited the above said transactions. Neither the amount was given to the merchant nor did it returned back to me and now the bank is adding that amount in my monthly credit card statement with interest. I am paying the money to the bank which is not provided to me by the bank and not used by me, that too with interest.

                  Currently the bank is saying that the payment is on hold but no specific reason is explained to me. I reqested bank so many times to credit the transactions as well as the amount and interest, which I am paying to the bank for last 4 months, in my card. I am paying that amount just because I don’t want to spoil the healthy relations with ICICI Bank.

                  You are requested to intervene in the matter and to do the needful.

                  Just Keep yourself in place of me and then tell me shall I pay the money which I have not used. Bank is charging the interest to me for the amount that I have never used and the amount is lying with the bank. Bank has not credited the amount to the merchant also. It is bank's responsibility to ensure delivery of card to the customer. Even then to maintain the relation with the bank I have paid the interest to the bank till yet. But now I will not pay the interest anymore & I have no other option except to go to the consumer forum.



                  Therefore, you are requested to credit the amount back to my card alongwith the interest on the amount.

                  Sir,


                  This is to request you that I am holding a credit card of you esteem bank since March 2007. My old card no is [protected] on behalf of this card I gave a request to bank for new card because my old card strip was not working and after two days bank dispatched the new card and I did not receive this card. That was card delivered to my old office address at Progressive Times Planner Pvt. Ltd., I -11, LGF, Lajpat nagar – II, New Delhi, and Progressive people swiped this card in company EDC terminal and make two transactions one for Rs .90, 000 and second for Rs. 13, 000 and immediately I got the bank SMS. I informed the bank to stop the payment to merchant and to block my card. I gave the complained the bank by e-mail and fax. I lodged a Police complaint against Progressive Times Planner Pvt. Ltd. at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi Police Station.


                  After that I got a letter from bank side to solve the fraud transaction and I got my credit limit reversed in bank monthly credit card statement. When I received my next statement, the bank again debited the above said transactions. Neither the amount was given to the merchant nor did it return back to me and now the bank is adding that amount in my monthly credit card statement with interest. I am not ready to pay that money, which is not provided to me by the bank and not used by me, that too with interest.


                  Currently the bank is saying that the payment is on hold but no specific reason is explained to me. Kindly, credit the transactions as well as the amount and interest, which I am paying to the bank for last 3 months, in my card. It is my kindness that I am paying that amount just because I don’t want to spoil the healthy relations with ICICI Bank.


                  Kindly take actions in this regard.

                      I'm a icici chennai customer. I went to a axis bank to withdraw 5000/-. Since in my native place there is no icici atm. My native is Chittoor, A.P. But my transaction with axis failed. I got message like unable to process (security person with me). I went another atm (indian bank), tried to withdraw, it shown insufficient balance. I login to my icici account, and it shown transaction successfully done with Axis atm. I gave a complaint (complaint id:[protected] regarding with icici customer service on 3rd march, 2009. They told me to wait 12 business days, that is till 16th march.

                      I called to icici today and they informed to me that wait +12 business days. because axis says that transaction was successfully made. I shocked. How could it possible, since I didn't get money. Icici customer service person informed me that they took one more complaint through visa.

                      Please help me, what to do?

                      5000/- is not a small amount.

                      Any help would be great appreciated.

                        I tahseen naiyer holding saving account with your bank and my saving account no is[protected].My concern of mailing to you is total negligene of icici bank employee for which i m suffering for last 3 month . I had already put my grievences in front of icici customer care and also in the branch but there was no response after running from post to pillar i find myself helpless so i took this step in mailing you my grievances. From my account 18000 has been withdrawn without my knowledge on 20th dec 2008. when i approached the bank i have been told by the bank employee that you had issued self cheque of 10500/ and 7500/.but for me it was shocking because i did not issued any self cheque. then i came to know that one gentlemen had requested for cheque book through phone banking and the same has been delivered to the lajpat nagar 2 new delhi branch by showing an authority letter, the same gentleman went to lajpat nagar 4 new delhi branch and withdrawn the money . I asked the branch manager to show me the cheque through which the money has been withdrawn and i could see the negligence of your bank because the signature was totally mismatch and as well as in the authority letter . The bank manager told me to put an FIR and we will do an investigation on the same and you will get confirmation within seven working days. Now 3 month is gone and i did not get any kind of response. Sir please tell me what should i do in this case, please help me.

                          Till now i have not applied for any credit card and i dont have any. But recently i have applied for a loan with ICICI bank for my personal use and really got humiliated saying that my name is in CBIL and am not eligile for any loan applications further. Definitely its been a mistake by CBIL by entering my name or be it my PAN in defaulters list

                            I have a credit card of icici bank Card no:-[protected].EMI Card.the recovery executive are making call to me in regular basis.they are charging more withought my knoladge.i had purchase a mobile of Rs-5700(aprx).but within 15 days they sent me a stament where i have to pay minium Rs-4000/- i paid that ammount on time and than i got a statement where i have to pay more amount with EMI charges, intrest charges+service tax.when i call on customer care[protected].they do not respond and the language which is used by them is not good to talk to them.i am getting regular call from andheri J.B.Nagar the executive is now calling me and threreataned me weather i will be on train or in road crossing.
                            I need healp and sujjesation.

                            I am just fed up with paying huge amounts for Credit Card of ICICI that I hardly use. Every time I pay the amount and next statement I see that interest is added inspite of paying the full amount. Many times I have paid extra but I never see the same adjusted in my account. Over all the customer service of your Bank is Pathetic. I had a word with a lady named DEVI and I was shocked by the information provided by her. As per her intereste charged on Rs 125/- for a month is Rs. 500/- Is that so??Is your Bank out of the norms of RBI. If this is the rule why didn't any of your agent informed earlier at the time of issuing the card. Do you people take interest of four times the basic amout. This is rediculous and unbelievable. I keep on settling my account but the bank is so greedy that it always keeps it mouth open for cheati ng more and more customers.

                            If you go for a survay you'll find hardly any customer satisfied by your services. I have made survey on your behalf and everybody use bad words for the bank and your customer care. This is last and final that I am not going to pay interest of Rs 500 on Rs 125 and file a case in consumers . My acard no. is [protected] valid till 06/11.

                            ICICI Credit Card — Excess Charging

                            I have not being using the ICICI card for over 2 yrs now, inspite of asking them to cancel my card, they kept sending bills, the agents who call have no clue of what interaction has happened & every time I need to repeat myselft... finally I sent a mail to the bank aasking them to debit my ICICI account which had and consider it as the full & final settletment, they debited my account however after a month I again started getting calls... I explained everything in details, the called said, she will inform the bank, again after a month or so... I get calls & the chain continues !!! I am completely fed up, therefore looking up to you to help me sort this

                                : I HAVE RECEIVED A CHE.NO.360530/13.12.06 FOR RS.26400/- from icici bankltd TOWARDS LOAN AGAINST MY CREDIT CARD WHICH IS TO BE REPAID IN 24 INSTALMENTS AND REQUESTED ME TO PAY FROM FEB2007 ONWARDS(PRIN-26400+INT 4752 & ST 585 =31737 TO BE PAID).THE INTEREST ON IT IS 4752 FOR 24 MONTHS . NO AMORTISATION SCHEDULE WAS SENT TO ME. THEREFORE I USED TO PAY THE DUES IN THE MONTHLY STATEMENT AND COMPLETED THE ENTIRE 24 INSTS AS RS.26400 +INT 76072+ST585=34592 I.E I HAVE PAID AN EXCESS AMOUNT OF RS.2855 IN EXCESS OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF PRINCIPAL +INTEREST +ST .EVENAFTER COMPLETING THE PAYMENT MR.VENKATAKRISHNAN OF RAMNAGAR BRANCH, CBE IS TORTURING ME TO PAY RS.20000 AND BLOCKED MY SB ACCOUNT .Then I met him AND PRODUCED THE DETAILS OF PAYMENT TO HIM. HE SAID TO RELEASE I HAVE TO PAY RS.2600 ACCORDINGLY I HAVE AUTHORISE TO WITH DRAW THE AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT. EVEN AFTER MY REPEATED REQUESTS THROUGH E MAIL, NO BODY IS INTERESTED IN SETTLING THE ISSUE. AGAIN LAST FEB HE HAD BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT AND WHEN I CALLED HIM TO KNOW THE REASON, BUT HE TALKED VERY HARSHLY AND HESITATE TO MEET ME AND ASK ME TO MEET MR.RADHAKRISHNAN . HE HAD ALSO ASKED ME TO PAY RS.2600/- THEN I HAVE AUTHORISED TO DEBIT THE SAID AMOUNT ON 06.02.2009 . THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY ME IS RS.37192 FOR THE AMOUNT OF LOAN RS.26400/-. THAT MAN IS TILL GIVING TORTURE BY SENDING THE SMALL BOYS AND THAT BOYS ARE SHOUTING INFRONT OF THE OTHERS AND INSISTING ME TO PAY 20000. WHY YOU PEOPLE ARE MAKING TORTURE WHEN I HAVE DEFAULT IN PAYING THE INSTALMENT CORRECTLY. CAN U ABLE TO TORTURE THE HIGHER UNPAID PEOPLE WHO IS CHEATING .MY FAMILY IS DEPENDING ONLY MY INCOME.PLEASE TREAT THIS MOST URGENT. HIS NUMBER IS [protected] . HOPE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND MY GRIEVANCE.                                 IT IS QUITE SURPRISED TO RECEIVE SUCH TYPE OF IRRESPONSIBLE MAIL FROM THEIR END AND INSISTING ME TO PAY MORE THAN 20000/-. THE INSTALMENT TO BE PAID INCLUDES BOTH THE INTEREST AND SERVICE TAX. THE LOAN HAS TO REPAY IN 24 INSTALMENTS. IN SUCH CASE WHERE IS THE QUESTION OF MINIMUM DUE WILL ARISE? IF I PAY THE INSTALMENT ON 1ST OR 5TH OR 15 THE OR 7TH DURING THE MONTH, THEY ARE CHARGING PENAL INTEREST. TILL DATE I HAVE PAID 37192/- FOR THE LOAN RECEIVED AMOUNT OF RS.26400/- DO WISH FOR REPAYMENT OF RS.26400, I MUST TO PAY 57000/-. I.E DOUBLE TIME OF THE AMOUNT RECEIVED ? DO WISH ME TO PAY THE BALANCE. WILL YOU LIKE THIS. ARE YOU READY TO PAY FROM YOUR PACKET IF SOMEONE CHARGED LIKE THIS.

                                EVEN AFTER MY REPEATED REQUEST TO MANY PEOPLE AND VIA MAIL, NOBODY IS INTERESTED IN GOING THROUGH THE ACCOUNT AND SETTLE THE ISSUE.
                                WHEN ON THE TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION, ONE MR.VENKATESH SAID THAT HE WILL CHECK THE ACCOUNT AND COME BACK TO ME. BUT WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THE ACCOUNT AND WITHOUT KNOWING THE NATURE OF THE TRANSACTION( IT IS NOT A CREDIT CARD DUE BUT A LOAN TO BE REPAID WITH INTEREST) HOW CAN THEY ASK ME REPAY THE BALANCE. DO YOU THINK THEY THOUGHT THAT I AM A FOOL T O PAY WHATEVER AMOUNT DEBITED TO MY LOAN ACCOUNT. NO SUCH BANK IS DOING LIKE THIS. BEFORE CALLING A CUSTOMER FIRST GO THROUGH THROUGHLY THE STATEMENT RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING TO TILL DATE.

                                I AM THE ONLY BREAD WINNER OF MY FAMILY. AGAIN AND AGAIN HE IS TORTURING ME AND MAKING ME TO COMMIT SUICIDE.

                                I DONT KNOW HOW TO OVERCOME FROM THIS ISSUE

                                  It is Again submitted to ICICI that I have returned and cancelled My ICICI Credit card with effect from 10.08.09 after paying my last outstanding dues. I have informed customer care regarding withdrawn and blocking of this card on phone call as I bear no responsibility of this card i.e ICICI credit card [protected] from the given date .
                                  No further charges are applicable on me and any further communication in this regard will invite consumer court to settle the matter .
                                  Further, due to prolonged delay in providing me due compensation against bouncing my cheque, I still claim Rs. 1000 from ICICI which is still unpaid to me .


                                  Pls arrange for neeedful and forward suitably to all concerned to pay my claim as discussed inn trailing mails.

                                    i am having ICICI bank savings account from the past 51/2 years.i applied for icici bank credit card online from bank's website.later a customer care representative called me and verification process was done.but i did not get any communication from them.after waiting for some weeks i mailed my ICICI bank manager giving my appliaction refernece no.he replied me asking for my douments required to ICICI bank Chandivali, mumbai address.i sent them through courier .but still there was no reply.again i mailed my bank manager .to my surprise he says my appliaction is rejected and reason for the same could not be disclosed.but i came to kno was per law there are supposed to disclose the details. i would like ICICI to respond to my case .my credit card application no is[protected].

                                    Read the terms & conditions of each & every bank Credit card application form, bank will not provide you rejection reason, since approving & declining of application is sole discretion of bank & RBI have given right to check, verify & give loans & cards at your own discretion.

                                    Suggestion : Try not to apply in these market conditions since all banks are not approving the CC applications now, , , try after 1yr time.

                                    ICICI — rejection of credit cards

                                    I,DR.Sandeep achalraj Seth,DOB:8/6/78,have been rejected by credit card companies due to my name being in CIBIL,Inspite of i settling payment with ICICI bank.I had never transacted and it was a fradulent transaction done by the bank for my utility bill which i never consented them to pay.I am a professional and having various bank accounts in SBI,Axis bank.Since my name is in the defaulters list,i would nnot be able to avail of loans in the future.So kindly look into the matter and oblige.

                                      dear sir,
                                      i miss shilpa chodankar was employee of icici prudential group and was offered the corporate gold card. the card bears the no [protected] of which the issue date is 01/08.
                                      as per the credit limit available 30, 000 i made a purchase transaction at jayesh jewellers of rs 29, 500 on 10th jan 2009.
                                      since i had the intentions to purchase this gold on my credit card prior to doing this transaction i gave a call to the call center and inquired about the total credit limit for purchasing and whether i can convert it in EMI or no. as per the information given i cleared the previous balance and made the transaction on 10th of jan.
                                      immediately next day i gave a call to the call center mentioning that i want to convert this transaction into EMI. so the executive told me i will have to call after 7 days since they recieve the update after 7 days.
                                      after 7 days i when made a call the executive told me that my request will be processed and i shall recieve a confirmation call for the same.
                                      since i did not recive any confirmation call i called occe again on 19th jan 2009 to confirm the same. i got the information that it will be done for 24 months and EMI will be 1430rs and initially in the month of feb2009 i will have to pay rs 660 only.
                                      2 days after this call i recieved a call from the chennai center 2 boys were on the phone one after the other they spoke. the message what they gave me was that " this is a confirmation call for your request for the transaction to be converted into EMI has been proceessed and you are given 24 months EMI facility. and EMI will be 1430rs and initially in the month of feb2009 i will have to pay rs 660 only. "

                                      but now when i recieve my statements and i recieve phone call from the recovery they are telling me that the transaction is not being converted into EMI.

                                      so i request you to look into this matter and do the needfull. i was actually waiting for my phone call history to come and then register this complain. but as days are passing i thought of doing this first.

                                      i request you to give me the EMI facility as i cannot afford to pay such huge amount at once. and as it is i am jobless suffering of reccession.

                                      at the most i can arrange for the EMI amount every month.
