Hello Sir,

I got SMSes from ICICI bank regarding a couple of transactions made using my credit card.

The transactions were made on Cox and Kings India ltd.
INR 8349 and INR 19873.

The following transactions were not made by me . I have raised a dispute with the bank.

According to them it takes 30 days for the dispute to get resolved . But the customer care isnt giving proper updates on the same.

request you to extend some help.

    Hi I am Bikram,

    I had taken a PL from your reputed bank around 2 years back on INR 1, 50, 000.my per month EMi amount was INR 3770, which i was paying pretty well.
    I changed my job and luckily I got an ICICI salary account.I was happy and thought of shifting my ECS to it from my previous account.
    The CCR in the Lord Sinha road office said that i would need to pay INR 1000 for the same.I was really surprised.
    This took them nearly 3 months to do the same when I naturally didnt want to pay 1000 just to change from my prior bank to ICICI itself.
    I went or a trainig from my present company so was out of India for around 5 months, so oviously the EMis were not paid which I think is a mistake, but wht ICICI did to harrass me was to put a block to my salary account.I dont know if they are permitted to do that, but still may be they have.
    On the other hand while i was out, my cancer patient mother who was alone in the house recieved several Threat calls from the call centers of yours.and the languages they used were really splendid.
    To state the fact, ICICI loans and Credit cards to have a negative impact o customers but I do repect it.
    So I would really appreciate if the blockage in my salary account be removed asap, and after that please do the ECS procedure from it to my Loan account which is LPCAL[protected].

    hi this is bikram, PL account # LPCAL[protected]. i have duely recieved a mail from ICICI which i do appreciate, but still my issue is not resolved, if you have put a block to my salary account in which is supprt, my family and other costs how do u think that i would be able to repay your loan.I requested you to change my previous salary account, to my current one so that it will be easier for you to do the ecs as its with Icici itself.My acount is stuck for arounf 3 weeks now and I am really ahaving a hard time as all my money is stuck.My Ma is a Cancer Patient and her treatment is also a a loss due to your bank putting a stop to my account, I am requesting you to help me in this regards.

      hi all, This is suresh from chennai, I had bought a car worth 4.25L, last sep 2007, which is financed by ICICI, now that due to physical illness i was treated outside india, and nobody could follow the same, I was lagging behind 6 months due, and my stage is financially nil, I ve decided to surrender my vehicle immediately, kindly advise me whether i will have to pay any deprieciation?, beforethat ICICI man are illegaly treating me and my family.

      ICICI — car loan

      I have taken car loan and submitted PDC o[censored]TI bank. Since I am having Account in ICICI bank also I am requesting bank to provide me the auto debit facility against my loan.

      Following up since more than 10 days.
      Dont trust ICICI...
      Me having a car loan from ICICI and last month i closed the loan. Then i requested them for the papers of the same, they told me that they will send it within one week. Even after one month i didnt get the papers. Thus i tried to call the customer service dpt. After hearing my complaints the just cut the call, after that whenever i called them the result was same. Even they are not listening to my complaints...
      i have taken bajaj pulsar 150 dtsi motorcycle in 2004 sep and end of the warrenty i.e., 2 years i have made change the sylencer as it was rusted totally with the supplyer. even on demand i was not given the ack. of change of sylencer, i kept quit, now sylencer again rusted totolly and holes are fomed and different sonund are coming, bajaj manufatures wantedly using bad meteral for sylencers for there sales as the sylencer as it is costing around Rs 3000/-

        After using almost one year of my ICICIBank Credit card (5239 XXXX XXXX 8019), I did not receive my I-mint card yet, despite number of request/complaints for the same. Are thease companies making fraud? Further should I complaint against them with RBI and move to the court.

          Sir/Madam,

          Please refer your letter No. ICW/C[protected] dated 7th October, 2008 regarding due of Rs. 5983.18 against the above said credit card. In this regard I would like to inform you that my credit card was running very smoothly with your esteem bank for many years and there was no any problem at all. However in the month of September, 2007, I received a credit card statement to deposit Rs. 10990/- from your bank and as I always do, I deposited a cheque No. 480311 for Rs. 10990/-drawn on State Bank of India, Seelampur Branch Delhi in your bank on 14th September, 2007 which was duly encased from my bank ( State bank of India, seelampur branch, ) on 20th September, 2008.

          However I received a call some time on 3rd or 4th October, 2007 that your bank not received my payment, I informed them that I have made full payment in time wide cheque no. 480311 of SBI, Seelampur branch and after checking from my bank passbook I informed that cheque was encashed from my bank on 20th September, 2007 itself. In that response your executive asked me to submit a letter from my banker about encashment of the above said cheque. Next day I approached my banker and asked them to issue a letter regarding encashment of Cheque No. 480311. On my request State Bank of India, Seelampur Branch issued me a letter dated 5th October, 2008 about the encashment of cheque No. 480311 for Rs. 10, 990/- issued in favour of ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD NO. [protected] on 20th September, 2008.As required I faxed the said letter of my banker to the fax number given by your executive of your Bank when they called me about the payment.

          After fax I thought that matter is over and your bank will credit the amount and account will be settled. I was surprised when I received the statement of November with late payment charges, Interest on the amount I have already paid on due date and service tax thereon. I contacted your bank and your executive told me that they will see and if your payment received in time we will waive the charges. There after, I received various call from your DSA for payment but when i informed them about not crediting the payment they were not ready to heard but only asked to make the payment at lease minimum payment and they are ready to come to collect the amount. In this process only in the Month of January, 2008 your bank credited the above said cheque. My sincerity to settle the matter can be seen from the fact that when I received the call, I approached my bank on the very next day for cheque encashment certificate and faxed to your bank on 5th October, 2007 itself.

          Since the above process of your bank taken about 4 months to give a credit of the cheque charges i.e. Late Payment Charges, Interest on the late payment charges, Service tax pile up th amount to by Rs. 600-700 per month and made the amount more than Rs. 2500/- When I asked them to drop/waive the above charges they drop/waive for 2 months on the ground that in your bank no body is authorised to drop/waive the abvoe said charges for more than 2 months.

          After the above incidence I discontinue to use your bank card and made the payment of standing instruction payment of my Idea Phone bill and One Life Insurance premium on due date to avoid your unjustified charges. Once I received a call from your bank that we will drop/waive entire charges wrongly debited to your account if you deposit Rs. 800/- I deposited that amount also. Again I received a call from your bank that you deposit Rs. 1250/- and we will drop/waive the above charges and i again deposited the same in good gesture but my all efforts gone in vain because every call from your bank is to recover the amount only on whatever true or false statement to waive/ drop the charges but no body is ready to hear the complaint/ grievance of the customer/card holder .Now you can see that what i am doing to settle the matter and what is your bank is doing to settle the matter.

          I further like to mentioned that the above said dues against me is only on account of late charge, interest charges, service tax compounding month by month without look into the matter that when a genuine card holder has paid the amount in time how can he first pay late payment charge, interest on late payment and service tax thereon which was growing compounding month by month. If you will see my card statement you will find that at present after write off the above said charges my credit will show a credit balance of about Rs. 500 because your bank has charges the above said charges for the more than 10 months.

          I further like to mentioned that the representative of your DSA only interesting to recover the money from credit card holder and they do not even hear complaint of the card holder. They are damaging the reputation of your esteem bank and I request you to look into the matter.

          I Hope you will find my letter in order and after examining the fact of the case drop these unnecessary / unjustified charges and Clear the matter. However I would like to inform you that

          For your reference i am again enclosing the copy of the Cheque encashment certificate from my banker dated 5th October, 2007.

            Dear sir/madam
            I, sanjeev kumar has a saving bank account in ICICI Bank Limited, DLF city, gurgaon, haryana. my saving bank A/c number is[protected]. On 10.10.2008 I put my ATM card in State Bank ATM, hasanpur road, to withdraw the money Rs20000/but the transaction could not be executed due to some technical reasonand gave a slip in which written 'sory unable to proceed' but my account was credited by Rs 20020 i.e., Rs 20000 transaction amount and Rs 20 for transaction charge. Then I approached my ICICI bank branch and also lodged a complaint in ICICI bank through mobile at 13.10.2008.complain id.-SR82578587 They told to me wait 8 working days .On 22.10.2008 messaged me that you will have to wait 45 days.why i am waiting so.i need money.please arrange money as soon as possable.i will thankful to you for this.

            ICICI — Rs20000/-deducted from my account

            i used icici atmcard in SBI atm at 10.10.08 for taking Rs20000/-.but SBI atm gave a slip in which written 'sorry unable to proceed' and not transactioned.next day i sow Rs20020/- is deducted from my account.at 13.10.08 i complained to icici costumer care who gave me com.id.-SR82578587 and said your complain will be proceeded in 8 working day.At 22.10.08 massaged me that you will have t wait 45 days.sir why i am waiting 4 this.i need money.

            ICICI Bank Limited — Rs. 5020 Deducted from saving bank account

            I Mr. Suhel Ahamad has a saving bank account in ICICI Bank Limited, Sector - 8, Rohini, Delhi Branch. ICICI Bank branch Id is 6298 and my saving bank A/c number is[protected]. On 1 September 2008 I put my ATM card in State Bank ATM, Fatehgarh, to withdraw the money but the transaction could not be executed due to some technical reason but my account was credited by Rs 5020 i.e., Rs 5000 transaction amount and Rs 20 for transaction charge. Then I approached my ICICI bank branch and also lodged a complaint in ICICI bank through E-mail. They told to me wait 45 days and more than 60 days have already been elapsed, but ICICI bank is not responding. Kindly do the arrangment for getting my money back. The complaint no. lodged with ICICI bank is 78044607 dated 01 september 2008.

              Dear Sir,

              My savings account with icici bank has been kept in lien status for not paying due against the credit card. The card number is [protected]. However, the bank failed to send me any statement of the due amount and without giving any prior notice the bank has withdrawn an amount of 34, 000 from my account. When i called the customer care to remove the lien status, a request was taken to debit the amount instead of taking lien status removal request. Please advise

              ICICI Bank — Lien in my saving Account

              I have saving account no.[protected] with ICICI Bank, Janak Puri Branch. Bank has put lien in my account by saying that there is some due balance in my credit card. I would like to inform you that I have not purchase any thing in the card. This I have already written on 30-11-09 to the bank and asked for the details of purchase. The bank had replies that they will provide me the detail on 5/12/2009 but no detail received. Further I have sent 3 reminders on 5, 6 & 7th December, 2009 on that I have received a reply from bank that they will provide me the detail on 18th December, 2009. I do not understand why the bank is behaving like this. They have blocked by account with a sum of Rs. 5950/- without any reason. You are requested to please look into the matter.

              The same thing happend to me and only ICICI bank is doing such unjustified tricks with its customers. I request everyone to bycott the ICICI bank, we should close all our accounts with ICICI Bank and go for another banks.

                I, REKHA .E.V own an ICICI Bank EMI Card whose details are as below.

                As soon as I received my EMI card for which I had not applied, I started receiving promoting calls from ICICI Lombard Health Insurance, promoting their policy. I received this promotion call very frequently for 3-4 times in a week, in spite of my disagreement I was forced to take up the policy. In response to which I told them to send me the details of the policy in written format, i.e., by post. For which they told me that they will send me the policy along with the details I requested for. When I told them that I only require the details and not the policy, they assured me that they would send me the policy cards but would not activate it and asked about my personal details. For which I agreed.

                This was in the month of February’08.

                In a span of few days I received ICICI Lombard Health insurance policy with the details as below.

                In the same month of February’08 I received my EMI Card statement which figured the ICICI Lombard EMI charges in it. I was shocked, because I was told that I would be sent the policy card without activating it, but I also started receiving EMI card statement with policy charges.

                On 20th February’08 I called ICICI Lombard Customer Support department and asked them for the status of my policy. I was told it was activated. My conversation was with Mr. Sanket, Customer care executive, of ICICI Lombard department. At 7:10pm.
                I explained him the whole issue and he assured me that action for cancellation of the policy would be taken up. I was given a Request ID:[protected] and was told that within 11 working days my policy would be cancelled. Also in 2 working days I would receive a confirmation call.
                In the due course of time I never received any confirmation call.

                In the consecutive months I continuously received EMI card statements with ICICI Lombard charges in it also with other charges such as late payment charges.

                Again on 7th April’08 I called ICICI Lombard Customer care department and had a conversation with Mr. Raj. I explained him the whole issue allover again and again I was given a Request No:[protected]. And was told that within 4 working days the issue would be sorted out.

                In due course of time I received a letter from ICICI Lombard General Insurance stating that my Policy stands cancelled with effect from 3rd April’08. Scanned copy attached.

                I was very much relived. But for my shock I continued receiving ICICI Bank EMI Card statements for the consecutive months.

                Again on 11th May’08 I called ICICI Bank Customer care but I was told that I will have to speak to ICICI Credit card department. When I called ICICI Credit card department I was informed that ICICI Lombard has not intimated the ICICI Credit card department that the policy is cancelled or whatever is their formalities.
                I was put in such a loop that each one was holding the other responsible for this issue. No one was ready to take out the responsibility and solve this issue.

                I later had a conversation with Mr. Praveen of ICICI Lombard Insurance department on the same day at 10:05pm. I was told that the ICICI Credit card department would be contacted and all my charges relating to ICICI Lombard would be waved off. I was again promised that within 11 working days the issue would be solved, with the same Request No:[protected], but all my efforts went in vain.

                Till date I have been receiving ICICI Back EMI card statements with late payment fees, service tax etc.

                In the statement of 16th September’08 it states that Rs. 2970.19 is the Total Amount due and Payment Date is IMMEDIATE. Also this month’s statement has come with an ATTENTION mark. The scanned copy of the statement is attached.

                Again I contacted ICICI Lombard Health Insurance department putting forward this issue. But people there told me that ICICI Bank Credit Card department is responsible for these charges in the statement.

                Upon contacting ICICI Bank Credit card department I was again given a Request no: 80735602 and was assured that I would get a call within 3 working days. But again I never received any kind of call from Credit card department.

                So, all my efforts to solve this issue are going in vain.

                I request you to kindly take up this issue very seriously and see to it that all my charges on EMI Card are waved off immediately.

                ICICI Bank Emi Card — excess due amount

                i used card for shopping, after i can't get statement of that else while i giveup the cheque acc. to sms on my cell. in next month i got stament in which due amount charges added. emediatly i phoned to coustmer care they told me to give the cheque of that amount . so i give up that which also rejeted cause the reason they told me that i not writting bank name. if it's true then how they submited my first two cheques.and the bank's executive says me that do whatever you want so please help me on this particular situation.

                ICICI Bank Emi Card — LINE MARKED IN SAVINGS ACCOUNT

                I settled my EMI card with ICICI bank with a payment of 31000/- Rs as one time installment. It was told to me that once I make the payment the lin in my savings account will be removed within 72 Hrs.

                I did the settlement on 2nd June and made the complete payment on the same day. After this I called the bank customer care and collection department atleast 6 times to remove the lin, everytime the answer is same, it would take another 72 hrs.

                Can someone please help me. As there is lin marked in my account all other transactions are getting suffered and ended up paying 500 Rs as cheque bounce charges last month alone.

                  Respected Sir,
                  I am a regular payer of your credit card bills. Three months back I recieved a bill with my transection amt &late fees stating that I have not paid my previous bill.I paid only my transaction amt ¬ the late fee which was very neglible at that time.As I did not revieve that bill on that month so I did not pay during that month.As a matter of principle I did not pay late fees that month.
                  Now that negligible late fee amt become Rs.675/-.I tried to solve this matter with your telephone exe. But nobody even bother to consider my situation.So I am making this complaint to you.
                  Kindly waive off my late fee dues &help me making good relationship with your Bank.

                    I missed the last statement payment for a paltry sum of less than Rs.500/- as min. payment & max. of 9k plus on my credit card NO: [protected] on due date, but paid it on intimation by phone from the concerned, promissing that ther will not be any late fee. However, I find a charge of Late Payment Fee of Rs. 400/- in your statementdated 21 Oct 2008. This is totally unacceptable. I want it reversed at the earliest if I am to continue with transaction on this card and the Platinum card also.
                    You may note that I have already scaled down the use of your cards as your service is defective and exploitive, to say the minimum. I regret to bring to your notice my feelings. My Mobile No.[protected] for communication.

                      On[protected], By using my Canara Bank debit card, I went to withdraw the amount Rs.1000.00/- near by ICICI ATM centre, (ICICI ATM, Pricol Branch, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore.)I insterted a card for transaction, After entering the PIN number and Amount, it showned me the transaction declined, I tried for Another time as above, again it showned me, the transaction Declined.Then i took my card out and went- out for purchase, There i puchase a materials through my debit card.
                      Then i withdrawn an amount of Rs.1000 in state bank ATM Center ( Periyanaicken palayam) and got a shock by seeing the Printed slip, in that slip, the available Ledger balance was low.
                      Then i went to Near By Canara Bank ATM center, and took a Mini Statement, It was real, the balance amount was Low.And it is confimed, the transaction which i did in ICICI Bank, has debited Ra.1000/- each time, Now i lost Rs.2000/-, Nobody is resopding me in ICICI Bank and Canara Bank.Please Guide me the right way .Create some ways to get the balance payment.

                        ICICI bank cheated me in 2007.
                        I got a call from ICICI bank last year offering me a loan amount of Rs. 1 lakh.
                        I got the call from Miss Janet from the phone no[protected].
                        At that time some of my freinds got loan at 14% interest reducing rate.
                        She offered me Rs. 1 lakh at 15% interest reducing rate.
                        After a few day, their representative came to me to get the application signed.
                        There were so many places to sign for me. I started signing the paper and suddenly saw that the rate of interest was written as 19% on the application form. I told him i am not willing to take the loan if it is more than 15% and asked him to return my papers (company id card xerox, address proof and so on)
                        He said he will call back and went . Next day, Miss Janet again called me that the rate of interest was changed. I told her to return my papers. She called me again and offered me at 17%. i told her i dont want any loan and requested her to return my papers. She again called me and offered me at 15%. I told her what about the application form where the rate of interest is written as 19%. I told her to bring an new application form. She said it would be taken care of and it would be changed to 15%. I had not even signed at all the required locations of the application form. They didnt even bother to give me the acknowlegement reciept of the application form. The acknowledgement slip should have been torn from the application form and given to me.
                        I never thought that ICICI would cheat me as I thought ICICI was a big brand.
                        They even didnt bother to give me my loan ID and a customer copy of the aggrement or application form the reason being that I would come to know that they were actually charging me at 19% instead of 15%.
                        They deducted the EMIs from my bank account every month automatically.

                        In may 2008, I happend to call the bank to enquire how many more EMIs I needed to pay.
                        Just by chance, I asked to reconfirm what the interest rate was. The customer care executive shocked me by telling that it was 19%. Since that day I have been calling them to reduce the amount and have spent a lot on my mobile bill. They gave me my Loan ID (LPNG[protected]) and sent me a xerox copy of the Application form. In the application form they had crossed 19% and changed to 17%. Again 17% was crossed and changed back to 19% again. In the space for EMI aslo they crossed and and changed the EMI amount. They refused to entertain me by saying that my loan was arranged by Agent chosen by ICICI and they have severed ties with the agent. I objected to that by saying that if they had authourised the agent to be their partner and the agent commits fraud, ICICI is responsible. At the time of giving the loan, they only said that they were from ICICI. Evevn now the acknowledgement slip of the application form is blank and i have the xerox copy which they sent to me last month.
                        They now say that my signatures are there and they cannot change the rate to 15%. There is a signature near the area where 19% was changed to 17% and again changed back to 19%. I told them that the signature was not mine. They said they cannot change the interest rate under any circumstances. I told them I would file a case against the bank. Then aslo they said they wont change the interest rate.
                        Not even in my wildest dreams, I never thought that ICICI would go so low and cheat their customers.
                        It not only about money now. I want to teach them a lesson.
                        Please give me any advice what steps I should take. Sould I consult a lawyer and report to media .

                        Please do not keep any transaction in ICICI Bank. They are cheating the customers through Credit Card and Personal loan. But still our government is not taking any action against them.

                        My advice is don't continue the loan amount. Let them come for a settlement. You settle the loan and how much you can pay otherwise ask them to file a civil case,

                          Please find a case enclosed attached herewith in which ICICI Lombard had debited insurance premium in my credit card and against which I had lodged complaint at least twice and surrendered the wrongly allotted policy too. Despite of several requests the reversal is not being done and I am receiving calls from collection agency for payment. Every time I am getting reply that the matter will be resolved within two-three working days but reply as well as solution is not being provided.

                          You are requested to publish this cheating by ICICI Bank. For your reference I have attached a voice call file which indicates that the policy will be provided free of cost.

                          I am one of the victims if the ICICI bank credit card.
                          I was called from the ICICI Lombard health insurance and offered a health card which was just priced R.s 94/- per month for 10 months, i saw the health-card`s benifits interesting and cheap and i agreed to pay R.s 94/- per month, but to my surprise when i received the e-mail statement it reflected on it that the ICICI Lombard health card costed R.s 1900/- against R.s 94/-which was a great shock for me, i reconfirmed the price R.s 94/- several times over the phone with the sales preson and he said it`s only R.s 94/- and not a penny more than that, and now you all can see what he actually meat by a penny.

                          More surprisingly i have not received the ICICI Lombard health card and it`s almost 3 months i bought it, also am not receiving the monthly statements from last 4 months, i have lodged complaints several times with the so called customer service and each time i call them up they say that the statement is dispatched and will reach shortly.

                          i think some one is physically carring them for me all the way on their foot from Chennai to Hyderabad, and so the delay.

                          I urge all the readers be ware of the telecallers specially from the ICICI as they are professional frauds and are very well trained cheaters, they suck the blood of their own customers and you will never know it, untill you are their customers.

                          My advice to all of the readers is Never opt for private banks rather opt for the Nationalised banks like SBI, ANDHRA BANK, CENTRAL BANK etc..

                          Hence, I Requset the Authorities to kindly look into the matter solve my problem as soon as possible and do the needy.

                              I have been ICICI Customer for last 7 years, I never had any problems so far. Due to the pleading from the sales reps, I had taken a credit card and had never used that for alomost two years. Meanwhile I had also availed a loan from ICICI ...
                              Last month, All of a sudden my account was showing a negative balance and account was loacked, the entire personal loan amont was shown as negative. I had tough time to get details from the bank - The worst customer care center, They seem to have no idea and knowledge .. Finally after 10 days of continious followups they told it was due to loan, I was transfered to loan department and He put me on hold and within no time cleared my account. He said he saw no problem and account is open, within no time I was able to see my account active. I thought it was my bad time and their negligence they have commited this error and went on.
                              Later that night found that my entire account was wipped off, I got furious and called up customer care and blasted that poor inocent folk, He took pain and spoke to credit card session, Told that One Mr. Amit Chourasia from ICICI Bangalore Collections team claimed that he has a written authorisation from me to clear the same. I spoke to that Gentleman he said he has directions from RBI for the same,
                              I tried educating him, But He ended up challenging me for the consequences with all ill Language. I am sure this would end up in arm twisting fight,

                              ... But the whole point is Bank is not realising that by encouraging the Collections - Its loosing its credibility .. I have investments from Dmat Account, Personal loan, and Current account.. Seeing the track of last seven years they should not experiment with the customers.

                              I have decided to change my bank, In case if I dont get the amount debited by tommorow - I would ensure they would be not able to take a single penny more from me.

                                I Jobby Lonnapan has applied for Housing loan from one of your DSA of ICICI HFC M/s. Shree Financial and has been sanctioned loan of Rs.5 Lakh from Borivali (W) branch, Mumbai since more than 15 days. Thereafter i was called upon to submit all my original document which was submitted immediately within 3 working days. Since then i am waiting for the disbursement and every i am being said from Shree Financial the disbusrement will be done next day. But till date i have not received the same. On 30/07/08 at night 10 o'clock the representative of the bank told me that there is an error in my bank pass book which was actaully typing error of the bank in which i hold the bank account and was a transaction of January 2007 which is actually not required as per your requirement of document and told me to bring original pass book which was given to the bank immediately on 31/07/2008. This also was not satisfied by them so they told again at evening 6 O'clock to get veruification from my bank. the whole time they wasted my time and told me so late that other bank where closed and i was not able to bring the verification letter. Next morning i.e. on 01/08/2008 i brought fresh statement of account for the month and year January 2007 with bank signature and duly stamp and handed over to them at 01.00 P.M., but still now there is no reply from their end. they only say that the process is going on. They say that the Cheque is ready and duly signed but yet to receive the approval. Now i request you to please look into the matter as i am being pressured by the builder for the same. Daily i come to bank and sit till 10 oclock night and new problem is being shown to me, which is actually pointless. I cant understand why am i being so harrashed. Is this is your way of providing service to the customer. I am realy very upset please help me out.

                                  Hi, I Have taken a Personal loan of 4.7 Lak with an EMI of 17800 per Month from ICICI Bank 14 months back. I had taken the same for some personal reasons. Till now i have made the EMI payment with out fail. Due to the reseccion the organisation in which i was working has Layoff about 50 employees. I am one among them. Now it has become very diffucult to Run the Family and on top of this i dont know how to make the EMI payment of ICICI personal loan. I am not in a position to make the payment of the personal loan as of now untill i get a job. Kindly advice me as to how to go about. Your suggesions are welcome.

                                    I meeting was held in Jun 2008 to settle my dues. The other term was that my credit card would be cancelled forever. I represented myself and ICICI was represented by Mr Krishna (currently his office is in sec 8, rohini, delhi branch), and there lawyer Mr. Narayan (office in Tis hazari Courts). The meeting was held in the lawyer's chamber. The settlement amount was Rs 52, 000/- to be paid in three monthly instalements of 18000, 18000 and 16000. Both the parties agreed to the terms and conditions.
                                    I made a payment of 18000/- which was refelected on 28th june 2008 in ICICI.

                                    To my utter surprise, next month i received the statement again with more penalties imposed on me.
                                    I tried to contact Mr Krishna but to no avail. I also requested ICICI to send me the of intent for the terms agreed upon but to no avail. after that i didn't make any payment as there was no transparency on ICICI's part.

                                    Now i have been continuously receiving the calls from ICICI (latest being today i.e., 25th october 2008 by the collection manager of Sectror 8 branch rohini, delhi to my wife. he also used abusive language with me, his mobile number is [protected]).

                                    I have tried to approach the ICICI authorities numerous times but to no avail.
                                    I have sent the mails also but they don't pay a heed to it.

                                    may i request you to help me come out of this agony.

                                    I have received a call from Mr. Suresh Gupta, Rohini, New Delhi[protected] who is working in ICICI Bank Ltd, Credit Card Collection Dept., Rohini main branch. He called me yesterday (24th Feb 2009) morning and told me to return the payment slip (C[protected], RBI has rejected the payment. If I will not return the payment slip then Mr. Suresh Gupta will bounce my cheque with any xyz reason and a case of Section 138 will be apply on me. He clearly mentioned over the phone that he will not take any responsibility of this case.

                                      Sir,
                                      My Account No.[protected] Saving Account . I opened Account
                                      Through Cheque 5000/= Minimum Balance Scheme. But now they deducted 978/- Amount on dated 20 Oct -08 .when I called Customer Care they told me you not maintain your account as 10, 000/- Min balance. But i always maint 5000/= . Already i discussed executive.
                                      till date i called and launcehed complaint but no any action and my amount not credit.

                                      I fully agree with him. I always maintain minimum quarterly balance of Rs. 5000/- in my account no.[protected] in ICICI bank mayur vihar. I read in newspapers that ICICI bank minimum balance will be Rs. 10, 000 for new account holders and Rs. 5, 000 for the old ones. My account was very old in this bank since its merger with bank of madura. so I don;t bother about the add. After eights months I went to ICICI bank to get my balance checked, I was shocked that they deducted 843/- rupees four times from my account due to non-maintaing of minimum balance of Rs. 5, 000/- . Now, the balance in my account is only Rs. 2418/-when I contacted the branch, they told me to that you don't maintain a balance of Rs. 10, 000/- in your account We don't know. For the last one year I never get statment nor i get any information from the bank to maintain a balance of Rs. 10, 000. HOW IRRESPONSIBLE ARE THEY, Now, I told all my friends and relatives this story, they were also shocked to know this. They are all ready to close their accounts in that BLUDDY BANK.

                                      On 29 th aug 09 one elligal transaction of 33800/- is made by promod marutipuriya of maharashtra as per bank record through internet.
                                      i have done one complain with customer care .
                                      But still today i have not got any solutions from branch of icici bank, 9A phelps building canaught place, new delhi-110001

                                        i have deposited total loan amount of Rs 28000 + interest in 22 installment OF RS 1482 EACH THROUGH MY CHQ BOOK AND COLLECTION BRANCH SULTANPUR .THEY HAVE COLLECTED AN EXTRA AMOUNT OF RS 1250 AS BOUNCE CHARGE FROM ME WHICH IS WRONG THIS WAS THEIR FAULT THROUGH R NO. L[protected] DTD 28-06-07.
                                        THIS AMOUNT HAS TO BE RETURNE TO ME AND THEY HAVE TO GIVE ME NOC .AND I HAVE COMPLAINED PERSONALLY TO CCC LUCKNOW DTD 30-06-08 AND 25-09-08 BUT NO REPLY HAS BEEN GIVEN BY THEM .
                                        THEY ARE GIVING NOTICE FOR RS 4558 WHICH IS WRONG THEY HAVE TO CHECK THEIR DETAILS AND CONTACT ME ON MY E MAIL .

                                        I have purchased a hero honda SPLENDER bike in 2003 (reg. no. DLASAC 1436) Chessis No 03H20C31242 Engine No. - 03H18M34101 by taking loan from icici bank . I have been deposited all E.C.S. but till todey they have not provided me N.O.C. I need it for some pupose on urgently bases. So pls arrange it for me . I will be thank full to you
