Am an icici bank customer. Today 04-mar-2022 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. Did balance transfer from HDFC to ICICI. The bank person didn't even ask for the completed EMI's in HDFC and provided DD with an expiry date of one month. As I have to complete 12 EMI's of HDFC bank, the DD got expired and I submitted it to the Bommanahalli Hosur Road ICICI bank. Its been two months and now I am paying EMI's for two personal Loans. I took Homeloan from ICICI Bank on May 20 2019 Hyderabad, provided all necessary documents for PMAY subsidy under MIG1 Category. After couple of months later, I took lot of follow ups with them to check everything is okay, so every time only one ans... All information looks good and We are processing to NHB... I heard the same till Nov 2021,

By that time most of my neighbours received subsidy...

I have been issued a refund for Rs.14999.00 by Amazon and it was processed from their side on[protected].
But it's not been reflected in the card and i did not receive the refund.

I just arrived back to Chennai and received this month's Rubyx ending 4007
card statement a day back where it mentioned about late payment and
interest. I was on travel the last few weeks with not much access to emails
and lost my mobile to get the alerts. So I completely forgot the payment
and noticed this in this month's statement and paid the actual of Rs.7100
pending Due.

Please be informed that I am a Demat account holder with ICICIdirect. Since I was not using this account for a long time, my account was freezed, which I understand was a fair action.

I have a salary account with icici since 8.5 year and never applied for demat account. However Rs. 688.33 has been deducted from my account under the name as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS till jan 22. No deduction message on phone and no intimation from icici.
This is not better way to deduct money without pre informed me. This illegal transaction may break trust boundaries between bank and customer.
I want my refund asap and...

The bank deducted MAB charges for last two months without prior intimation from my account. And the amount the got deducted is way too much. I am a student from last 3 years and couldn't maintain the minimum 10000₹ balance in my account as I am no more a monthly salaried person. I am a customer of ICICI Bank since 2017, but never faced such deduction.
Thus I request you to please refund my money back as the amount that got deducted...

I have been using my Internet bank account for long anf now its saying it is disabled, I called customer care and the customer care representative said that she activated it again but it never got activiated.

This is sheer representation of poor services that ICICI Bank does offer. Whenever I call customer care number, it never gets connected. Poor poor service !!!

How do I get the internet banking user id reactivated?...

I have purchased gold bond from icici mobile app in Dec 2021. I did get the bond information from rbi via mail but in icici site and idirect site the information is not available. I have raised issue to both customer care of icici and idrect but no use. From last 2 months they are just wasting my time each time I follow up they say new SR number is raised and in 5 days it will b solved but no update not solution till today from 2 months....

Hi,

I am using ICICI account from past 15+ years and using UPI transactions for past 3+ years. All of sudden my UPI transactions are failing with "your account is frozen" message. Reached call center and near by branch for couple of times and didn't got any resolution. Kindly look into the issue and resolve the issue ASAP.

The total amount deducted from NRE account :Rs 23, 633.34 from 2012 to Nov 2021.

The total amount deducted from NRO account is Rs 23, 872.02 from 2012 to Nov 2021.

DP charges were deducted from both the accounts NRE A/c Rs 1011.24, NRO A/C 1516.84.

Hi,

I have a complaint for ICICI Bank LTD regards to credit card settlement.

Credit limit was 18k
Due to pandemic and job loss I was not able to make payment which has been come to rs 54k despite being pandemic I made it possible that I paid a less amount of 2k from my end so tha the outstanding amount become less but they kept on adding up interest, the LPC, now that they have put a lein on my savings...
