I had updated ICICI Bank KYC details in EPF website on 25th Sept, still my bank account is not verified and I am unable to claim my PF.

Whereas for a similar situation, my friends KYC was approved within 2 working days by SBI bank.

I don't know why ICICI Bank is not processing the kyc verification. I have read many complaints regarding the same in internet. Please take action and help us to complete the verification.

    HI Team,

    I am writing to inquire about the suspension of my account and seek clarification regarding the reasons behind this action. I am extremely concerned about the inconvenience this has caused me and would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

    To provide some context, I have personally submitted all the required documents to the bank, including the necessary documents to demat bank personally it’s almost 20 days over 2 times they ask me do online I do have SR number 3rd time they said go to bank and submit the documents which I have done personally now they send email account has been suspended . However, despite these submissions, my accounts remain suspended.

    I am dismayed that I have been required to visit the bank repeatedly to resolve this issue. It has been nearly 20 days since I submitted the documents, and my accounts remain inaccessible.

    I contacted the customer care team, and they advised me to visit the bank. I followed their advice and visited the Kharghar Branch, where I submitted the documents to a lady named Asha her number is - [protected]

    I kindly request you to provide me with the following information:

    The specific reasons for the suspension of my accounts.

    The expected timeline for the reactivation of my accounts.

    If possible, please share the contact information (name and email) of the relevant bank representative who can assist me in this matter directly.

    I am committed to resolving this situation as soon as possible, and I believe that clear communication and assistance from your end will be invaluable.

        Ecs Return Charges Applied 590 2 times Hi My Name is Nitesh Kumar and i am customer ICICI bank from last 2 yrs, today i notice that my balance is deducted with any information with Refernce of ECSRTNCHRG 590 which is (2 times), then i checked my whole year statement and its showing around Rs.10000 deducted into my icici bank account with any SMS or confirmation, i want to know why this is happening or refund my money as all.

          There is almost 30 mins of wait to get connect with customer care agent even after call get connected they simply disconnect the call

            I am trying to call the customer care from last 2 days no one able to help me, firstly there is 30 min of wait time even after call get connected the agent simply disconnect the call.. pathetic service

              I am an ICICI bank account holder, whenever I call their customer care, I have to wait for 30-40 minutes i.e if you call them twice for some issues it will take your precious 1.30 hour, I am thinking of closing my account with them due to this

                Credit card fraud money not being refunded

                I got scammed on credit card on 22 sep.
                I recently applied for credit card as they came to our area and didn't even activate the card as my name was incorrect on it. Last date to do that was 24 sep.
                I got a call and introduced herself as icici employee and she knew my personal details.
                She told me that she will tell me how to change the name.She first helped me activate my credit card and then send me a link on sms...

                I have a ICICI Bank account which i am using since last 1.5 years, it was all going well, but now they started looting my bank account in small amounts.

                ---Recently i got a charge of "Bank Unknown Charge NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG ₹590.00 15/September/2023"

                ---Then "Bank Card Charge DCardfee ₹709.00 27/September/2023"

                ---Again NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf~03OCT23~0b6 Bank Charge ₹240.00
                and

                ---NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf~03OCT23~147 Bank Charge ₹590.00

                Should the public pay you Rs 2129 every month to keep money.

                You guys are making people poor by giving them fraudulent accounts.

                  I received my salary in the morning around 9 am on 29 Sep which was 35, 223.

                  Within 1 hour 32k above has been deducted from my account in small transactions like 590 multiple times, it was without my acknowledgment.

                  I called on customers care at same time they asked me visit your branch which is Sec-26 Chandigarh.

                  As it was govt holidays from 30 Sep - 02 Oct. I visited bank on 03 Oct at that time there was outage in their system they were not able to check anything, they asked me to come after 1 day. They have noted my phone number, they promise to call me back but no response in 2 days.

                  Then I visited again bank on 05 Oct they checked & said multiple reasons on deductions:
                  *Firstly they said it was EMI bounce charge as there is no active EMI in my accounts.
                  *Secondly, they said there is any SIP activated in my account, after checking it has been found no SIP plan was activated
                  *Thirdly, thet said there is charged from Bajaj company but there is no link with bajaj
                  *Fourthly, they said there was donation going on from my account which is 500 per month, even I don’t know which donation they are taking about.

                  All reasons given by the bank are invalid. Kindly help me solve my concern & refund my decuctions.

                  I am Team Manager working in Teleperformance Mohali, having salary account in your bank.

                  We have more then 600 head count of employees, if no resolution found on my concern. We will shift our corporate salary accoount to Axis Bank.

                  I am tired with the harrasment, I will complaint in RBI & consumer forum after this e-mail.

                        Respected Sir/Madam,

                        I would like to inform you on the abovesaid subject matter that I am shocked to see the SMS from ICICI Bank that a transaction of Rs 30, 000.00 has been made at 04.37 pm today i.e., 14/09/2023 at Clove Soft as per ICICI bank credit card statement. I immediately called the customer care number of ICICI bank[protected] at the same time through my mobile number – 98xxxxxx73. During that time I also received an IVR call from ICICI bank regarding confirmation of the transaction of Rs 30, 000.00 which I immediately declined by selecting option-2 on the call of ICICI Bank. Soon I received another SMS of Rs 1, 00, 000.00 transaction from ICICI bank for shopping at Clove Soft which was stopped / declined by the ICICI bank itself as I was already raised the complaint against above said transaction on IVR and also informed the customer care executive to stop all such transactions done by some fraudulent person by hacking my card details and hacking other confidential information from unknown sources. While I was on call with the customer care executive at same time, they blocked my card immediately so that no further transaction has been execute by them using my card details.

                        Even after regular follow-ups with customer care team with ICICI bank complaint department number – 18002662 they registered my complaint on the same matter dated 14/09/2023. I also raised the complaint with cybercrime cell and the complaint no is [protected] dated 15/09/2023. Now ICICI bank is not cooperating with me and impose a charged with this transaction plus late fee of Rs 1, 000.00 and 18% GST on it. The case is still under investigation with the cybercrime police cell of Delhi Police. The dispute request option has been disabled by ICICI Bank on their mobile application and web portal as well. How this transaction makes without OTP on the registered mobile number and email id as well.

                        I want to inform the authorities that I never did any of these transactions and the card as well as mobile was in my possession at the time of SMS receive from ICICI bank. Someone has hacked the information of my card or make a crone of my mobile sim which I don’t have any idea about this. I humbly request to kindly protect me by investigating the matter and to safeguard the innocent people’s life by refunding my amount back to me.

                          I paid the bill but its still not reflecting on card

                          So, i paid my friends icici credit card bill at 8:27 in the morning on 7th oct, 2023 through google pay the amount of ruppes 54, 000.00 was deducted from my account but it wasn't reflecting on the credit card it showed it might take 3 days for the money to reflect its been 3 days today but its still not reflecting i am in the need of the money thats stuck on the server's please help me its just getting annoying day by dayand i forsure know...

                          This is regarding my complaint against ICICI bank and ICICI Prudential for forging my documents without my knowledge or understanding.

                          1. I had applied for my home loan in 2022, and just before the day of disbursement I was threatened for life to take the policy of additional 2 lakhs on phone by one of the employees of ICICI. I had raised a formal complaint against that employee which was closed by the manager due to lack of his due diligence. My complaint will be there in their records and should be checked.
                          2. The home loan officials forged my documents without my knowledge or consent and opted for NO as an option for transferring the loan to another bank in the future. As a woman I am shocked to know that these documents have been forged so I am unable to transfer my loan to any other bank in this lifetime.
                          3. I have been making part payments for my loan which gets reflected within 5 days and according to my EMI gets reduced for the following month. However, since I have raised this complaint, I have been harassed by the bank and my EMI has not reduced as confirmed on app and still the old EMI has been calculated.
                          4. The bank managers either do not pick up my phone or they respond saying we can’t help you?

                            Fraud transaction no [protected] amount 50796.50 to FCAP TECHNOLOGIES DATE 18/09/2023 by unknown caller [protected] & [protected] asking OTP for increase limit of credit card last for no 2001 amazon pay.
                            i registered complaint about this on ICICI credit card helpline no [protected] & generate SR no SR33269553 on date 21/09/2023 . interim case back given & taken on date 07/10/2023. they said transaction is not eligible for refund as it was authenticate at second level with OTP.
                            I m requesting my refund amount 50796.50 not done by me.
