This is regarding my complaint against ICICI bank and ICICI Prudential for forging my documents without my knowledge or understanding.

1. I had applied for my home loan in 2022, and just before the day of disbursement I was threatened for life to take the policy of additional 2 lakhs on phone by one of the employees of ICICI. I had raised a formal complaint against that employee which was closed by the manager due to lack of his due diligence. My complaint will be there in their records and should be checked.
2. The home loan officials forged my documents without my knowledge or consent and opted for NO as an option for transferring the loan to another bank in the future. As a woman I am shocked to know that these documents have been forged so I am unable to transfer my loan to any other bank in this lifetime.
3. I have been making part payments for my loan which gets reflected within 5 days and according to my EMI gets reduced for the following month. However, since I have raised this complaint, I have been harassed by the bank and my EMI has not reduced as confirmed on app and still the old EMI has been calculated.
4. The bank managers either do not pick up my phone or they respond saying we can’t help you?

    Fraud transaction no [protected] amount 50796.50 to FCAP TECHNOLOGIES DATE 18/09/2023 by unknown caller [protected] & [protected] asking OTP for increase limit of credit card last for no 2001 amazon pay.
    i registered complaint about this on ICICI credit card helpline no [protected] & generate SR no SR33269553 on date 21/09/2023 . interim case back given & taken on date 07/10/2023. they said transaction is not eligible for refund as it was authenticate at second level with OTP.
    I m requesting my refund amount 50796.50 not done by me.

        I have having joint account with my wife in ICICI bank, Adityapur Branch, Jharkhand having account number[protected]. The bank has deducted Rs. 1899.00 against PPL/WPP renewal of policy. The same is being deducted every year which was unnoticed by me.

        They are ducting the same without enrolling such policy. This is to be stopped and refund of deducted money to be made by the bank

          I have applied for personal loan through Regional Manager and also searched online on ICICI bank website but online processing not done so far, only applied through bank Reqgional Manager but ICIC bank creedited my account with two loans personal loan

          1) Loan number -: LPHWR[protected]
          2)Loan Number -LPHW[protected]

          The loan LPHWR[protected] transfeered without my consent, I will not pay any EMI and if i will not get any response to cancel my Loan LPHWR[protected] then i will loadge complaint on Bank Ombudsman and also will send you notice as it is done without my approval, you do not have any of my approval to disburse this loan

            Am an icici bank customer. ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees every month. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.               Money debited from account without my concern

              Dear sir / madam,

              I have purchased some stocks from icici direct which was linked with my icici savings account.

              I have added funds from icici savings to direct (Demat account) and purchased the stock.

              I have seen the following transaction. Not sure why i have been charged or deducted the amount from my savings.

              Lien amount not removed

              I have salary account in icici and the bank deducted amount as lien from my account and after repayment. They did not even respond and taking long time to remove lien and release the lien to my account. So i had to pay twice. Once by paying manually and as part of lien they deduct from my account.

              This is least expected from such reputed organisation. They should release the lien amount to account...

              I have only recently noticed an unauthorized auto debit transaction in my ICICI account, which has been happening for months. Having raised a complaint under ticket #SR[protected], they provided me with details of merchant: NDFPTWOP pvt. ltd on call. I requested them to mail me the details which they denied. In my statement i can see: /ADTPSLSIPG_...
              They want me to visit nearest branch for anything related to this issue. This is not possible for me now as i am travelling Africa.
              When they want business, like issue of loans etc. everything is done online but when it comes to assistance for a grievance they keep passing the ball.
              Why cannot it be resolved without me being there physically when all details and controls are there in their system.

                  My account has been deducted from my ICICI bank savings account. The message is like "surcharge dt:04/09/23 MCC 4112". Why? I had asked to icici bank's representative but he told me that it is surchage of IRCTC but it is not true because IRCTC is not taking any surcharges other than the tickets, all charges already included in the ticket's final price.
                  I request you to kindly revert my money and check this matter.
                  I have checked online and there are so many complaints on the internet regarding the same issue.
                  Please help, and also inform the banks not to debit any amount unnecessarily. All money is really hard-earned.

                      My name is Meena Sharma and I live in Karnal. Last month I withdrew 500, 000 cash by cheque from one of the branch in Karnal. Nobody at the branch told me that it would be chargeable. I got to know from the bank statement that I have been charged 4537.10rs for cash-txn-chgs-aug23.

                      Atleast your people at branch should have notified me at the branch about this. I have been your customer from last 10 years and I really feel disappointed this time. None of your customer care numbers works whenever needed. Previously, I used to tell people use icici bank for banking services but now I am dicy.

                      This is a huge amount for me, I could have given a thought before withdrawal of the amount if I'd known this beforehand.

                        One of ICICI BANK credit card representative called me and offered me HPCL ICICI CREDIT CARD ( [protected]) with joining fees and promised me that, for each transaction done in HPCL or any FUEL transaction I got 5 percent cashback but not informed any capping. So I have accepted but after transaction in HPCL of around more than 2000 rs, I got only 10 rs which is unfair to me.

                        So I have requesting them to please stop this card with immediate effect and reverse my joining fee and make final payment without joining fee. I will pay that final bill.
                        But they didn't do that and send the bill with joining fees. Please do the needful.

                          Amount deducted from my bank account

                          Hi all,

                          I am having my salary account in ICICI bank . But today 3 Rs/- were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG". And when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough.                           There was a deduction from my ICICI account associated with my ICICI Direct with transaction remarks saying 'EBA upstream' and the amount is Rs. 6526.40 which is quite high and I was never informed if that is a hue brokerage cost that I am paying.

                          I seek an immediate response for such a big deduction of payment from my account and a refund post a correction as I wasn't aware of such high hidden charges that are to be levied by ICICI Direct.

                          This is an extremely poor customer experience that I am facing and would keep all my friends informed regarding such hidden charges for the one who are thinking of investing.

                            Since 2018. I have not been using my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice about deduction intimation either mail or over phone, that too I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile or email.

                              I have a EMI with HDFC Paper Finance of INR 1728 that gets auto debited every month on 5th. For the month of September it was due on 5th September 2023, however due to some financial emergencies my account did not have the sufficient amount for the deduction. Later I had called the HDFC Customer Care and asked them for the links to repay the loan amount. They had provided me the links to repay the loan amount and the fine of INR 531. I had repayed the amount and the loan to HDFC on 12th September 2023. Yet ICICI Bank debited 590 from my account twice on 19th September 2023 and 22nd September 2023, without any prior communication or even providing a proper reason for doing so.
