I bought the mobile on EMI through your loan, the first EMI was due on 3/6/2023, I also maintained the EMI amount in my account but the EMI was not deducted on this date from you.So I myself paid the installment of ₹1277 through Google Pay on 4/6/2023, if the Bank ECS process is not completed from your side, it is not my fault, I paid the EMI immediately as soon as I came to know.br...

I Have contacted icicidirect to activate my account and there not activating the account, all my stock is losing the value day by due to delay in activation.

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding an unauthorized deduction of ₹590 from my bank account on August 2nd 2023.To the best of my knowledge, I have not made any SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) transactions or authorized any such deduction.

I request a thorough investigation into this matter to identify the source of the deduction and ensure that the amount is promptly refunded to my account....

Hi santhosh here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till June-23) on 26-July-2023. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici....

Even after calling them and settling the bill of card, still i am getting the emi amount added in bill.

I want a strict action taken again icici....

My account got debited with RS 826/- amount with out any information stating DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-23.
Wgile open account it was said that it is free no charges are applied for demat account no how come the amt was charged with out any information?

I have also received a mail from icici direct regarding saying, account marked inactive for not using more than years, then why the hell are you people deducting my money

I am using icici since about 3-4 years and have never activated the demat account then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name....

It is surprising that mcc surcharge 4112 has been deducted from my wife's account no.[protected], on transaction date 26.07.2023.

While Indian government is promoting use of debit card, such surcharges deducted by Bank is unacceptable.

Please revert the deducted amount of Rs. 35, otherwise it would increase disbelief on banks. I have a 15 years long relationship with this bank and a privileged customer....

I added some amount to my account to pay online and then within 5 mins my account went to 0 with some wrong debits in my account.

need to purpose of this like deduction without intimation bank will be debited amount customer facing lot of issues avoid this process.

There is no balance of any kind in my account, my account is clear, yet a penalty of 4500 has been imposed on my account in 5 days.

Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till june-23 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far....

Just checked the ICICI passbook and saw that 826 rs were deducted from my account. SInce last 2 years I am not using demat account and requested to close my demat account as well. At that time ICICI representative assured me that they will not charge a single rs maintenance and suddenly it happened. This seems to be cheating. I request you to close my demat account permanently and return my deducted amount asap....
