    Dear ICICI Bank,
    I am Sandeep Kumar Tripathi Amount of Rs.98.33 was debited by ICICI bank on 26/08/2023 without SMS alert or email alert. The transaction mark was DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-23.The demat account mentioned in the transaction mark belongs to my ICICI direct account.
    I have never been charged for just operating my demat account with ICICI direct. I would like to know what are these charges? If these charges are new fees there was no prior intimation about the new fee structure. If these charges are not part of ICICI direct fee structure please refund my money. I tried to complaint launch a query/complaint through ICICI Bank's 'https://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page' but the webpage did not process my request. Hence I had to launch a complaint through 'https://www.consumercomplaints.in'

        Why dp charges is been deducted from my account of 826/- last time I had a discussion with your executive and they said that my demat account will be closed I want my money back and please close this account I dont want it.

          Many times again and again deduct dmc
          DP charges - INR 826

          Icici opened my demat account stating this is a lifetime free account and no charges will be charged in future. I did not know anytthin year 2 Times taking charges and about investing in stocks and never logged in to the account as well. they have INR 826 from my debit account which is truly unjust. There was no notification that such charges will be deducted from my account.
          Now they are stating me to go to nearest branch and close the account which they opened without any signature or documents taken specifically for opening demat/trading account.
          ICICI representatives cheat by opening accounts like this and then later on charge customers. At least, they should have the courtesy of notifying customers. I would like them to refund the deducted amount and not treat other innocent customers the same way.

              Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge for?
              I am maintaining my monthly limit above 10000 then how could you charge
              .

                    I am traveling abroad as a student and was inquiring about Forex Card with different banks. While most banks were showing me FX rates to buy EUR, I was thinking ICICI will also show me the rates before I decided to buy their card. To my shock, ICICI immediately deducted 499+GST from my savings account.

                    I immediately called the bank within 10 minutes and told them my problem. I was assured that my comments were added in the SR[protected] and the process will be stopped. But nothing happened, I kept following up and today got the card delivered to me. And I still don't know what FX rates I will be charged for buying EUR. ICICI is just bullying me and harassing me into buying something from them that they were never transparent about. They are ok to spoil the 18 years old relationship with me only for a measly 500 Rs.

                      I have a demat account in Icici bank which I have never used. At the time of account opening they told me that no amount will be deducted as it is free of cost however on 26th August 2023 Rs 295 have been debited from my account in the name of DMC charges. Kindly refund my amount.

                        EBA/NSE Deduction

                        There was a deduction from my ICICI account associated with my ICICI Direct with transaction remarks saying 'EBA/NSE M 2023159/[protected]' and the amount is 851.48 which is quite high and I was never informed if that is a hue brokerage cost that I am paying.

                        Hi Concerned Team,

                        I did some shopping for me and my relatives during last sale through my amazon icici Bank credit card since the reward system is quite lucrative considering 5% discount on whatever spending from amazon as a prime member but instead they put the spending under suspicious transaction which is not the case as it was for my relatives. Now in the same context around 7216 reward points are on hold for being a loyal customer of icici Bank and using their card throughout. I could have used other bank credit card that i hold but i sticked to ICICI. Maybe that was my biggest mistake to utilise the card during sale.

                        The customer service executive told me that if reward points go over 7000 it will be on hold for investigation. That shouldn't be the case since the card has been given us for shopping purpose only and if we shop more it's good for the bank ultimately. The bank charge such high ROI in delay of payments but when it comes to releasing the reward points it's been on hold without any warning that I am overspending. I've never been late in paying my credit card dues, i always did it well before time still I have to face such inconvenience that I could never expect with such a enormous pvt sector bank.

                        The bank should not deny the reward points and I request the concerned team to pls acknowledge my request and process my reward points at the earliest, i would be thankful to them and will take care of the situation and usage from next time onwards.

                        By blocking or keep the reward points on hold, the bank will only losing a trust worthy and loyal customer.

                        Hope my problem gets resolved at the earliest.

                            Credit Card - Blocked without intimation

                            I have a credit card from ICICI Bank which I am using for last few years. I have failed to make a payment this month which was due on 06th Aug. A fresh statement has been generated for payment to be made on 05th September. However, the bank has blocked my card and has also making frequent calls to make the minimum payment ASAP.

                            5295 INR amount deducted from my bank account named undermentioned

                            Rs 590 (9 times) have been deducted from my account on against NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK~10APR23~35c7247~BNPMFB_3. I did not even get any text message on my mobile regarding these charges. I tried to email on this matter and I did not get any feedback.

                            Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge for?

                              I'm unable to send/receive money thru upi in phonepe, gpay, Paytm and on imobile app as well. I reached out to customer care and they say nothing wrong with upi on my account. I reached out to my bank manager, relationship manager as well but no use.

                              It says for security reasons UPI transactions are blocked on this account. Please contact the bank. But the Bank stated that everything is working from there end.

                                I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the ongoing issue of aggressive street dogs in our neighborhood. The situation has escalated to the point where their constant fights are not only disturbing the peace but also endangering the safety of our residents and local animals.

                                These dogs have been engaging in violent confrontations with one another, causing distress to the entire community. Moreover, their aggressive behavior towards female dogs is leading to physical harm and emotional trauma for these animals. The resulting noise from their fights has made it increasingly difficult for residents to enjoy a peaceful living environment.

                                I kindly urge the concerned authorities to take immediate action to address this issue. Effective measures such as sterilisation or controlled intervention should be implemented to manage the
                                population of these street dogs and prevent further harm. The safety and tranquility of our neighborhood should be a top priority.
