My ICICI credit card was used internationally without my permission and authorisation.Neitger did I get any messege not a call for the authentication.tge amount was 28, 224 rs .Neither did I give any OTP not did I click any link.It took place on the 23.09.2023.Since then I have been calling several times, went to the police.It has been a harrasing for me.How could the bank give out the money without my permission??.

    Bank charges me rs.2817.24 for what which I am not aware of it and bank has not informed me about and not give me any message for these type of transaction.when i check my statement found rs.debit rs.2817.24.

    So I am not ready to accept I am not responsible for the same and i acknowledge to icicibank to return my money and give credit rs.2817.24....

    Last month, i had to deposit some cash using the cdm machine at my home branch.

    I had enquired in the branch itself if I would be charged any fee if I happen to deposit xxxx amount to which I was assured that there would be no charges If I deposit the stated amount.

    I proceeded to deposit the said amount.
    Fast forward to a few days back, when I was checking my statement, I could notice a charge of around...

    Hi, ICICI Bank has deducted 2.37 rupees from my account with the transaction remarks "Surcharge Dt:21/09/23 MCC 4112" without notice.

    Kindly refund my amount to my account. Let me know why this kind of deduction happens ?

      Unauthorized charges from icici bank

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I have seen the following transaction. Not sure why i have been charged or deducted the amount from my savings.

      EBA/NSE M 2023129, EBA/PUR_APRIME299, EBA/NSE M 2023152 AND EBA/UPSTREAMED /2023091 ON DATED 10/7/2023, 11/7/2023, 11/8/2023 AND 11/9/2023 .

      Not getting refunded, please advise.

          I am writing to convey my profound concern and dissatisfaction regarding unauthorized withdrawals from my account that have occurred over the last five years. The total amount deducted exceeds Rs. 30, 000, a significant sum.

          Upon noticing the deductions, I promptly raised the issue three times with the ICICI Customer Care. Each time, I was told that the deductions were due to directives from other banks, specifically mentioning Bajaj Finance. However, upon communicating with Bajaj Finance, they categorically denied levying these charges, pointing out that these deductions originated from ICICI Bank.

          I find this situation extremely troubling. Not only have these deductions been made without my knowledge or consent, but the reasons provided by your bank have also been contradictory.

          However, the frequency and magnitude of these deductions, along with the conflicting information I have been provided, lead me to believe that there has been a severe lapse or oversight.

          I am requesting the following:

          A thorough investigation into all these deductions.
          A detailed statement explaining each deduction made.
          Immediate reversal of all unwarranted deductions.
          Assurance that such deductions will not occur in the future without my explicit knowledge and consent.

          I hope ICICI Bank will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves. I value my relationship with the bank, and it is crucial for me to trust the institution with my hard-earned money.

            Ear Sir,

            My credit card payment due on 15th as due to continuous holidays, i was not able to do the payment of Rs. 982, they have raised late payment fee of Rs. 590 yesterday as it was Ganesh chathurthi holiday.

            I have made the outstanding of Rs. 982 today and amount also credited to credit card account.

            Please this late payment fee is much and kindly waive off the same,

            Note my billing cycle was changed and so 15th was missed out and due to continuous holidays i missed this,

            Kindly assist with my obligation.

            Please check my record i have payed all my dues on time.

                  I have faced some unauthorized transaction on 11th of September 2023 at 10.30 to 11.30 am. On the same day, i have reported to the bank about the payment on the same day (SR[protected] amounted to CIF[protected] Rs.30, 000 and CIF[protected] Rs.56, 857.

                  I have raised police complaint on the same day (CSR 1587/2023). I didn't receive any feedback for this issue.

                  Please refund my amount asap under (RBI/2017-18/109 DCBR.BPD. (PCB/RCB). Cir.No.06/12.05.001/2017-18) regarding the Zero Liability of a Customer)

                    I did a payment of the huge amount of 79100 for my sister's college fee and the amount is deducted from my account yet the payment has failed.

                        Sir, recently i have paid 2500 on ezpay using upi through gpay from my sbi bank account, after paying through QR code my payment is deducted from the bank and after 5 min QR disappeared and it showed an error, at the site where i have paid the application status is not generated i checked my payment status on icici ezpay site it is showing paid but my application status showing nothing about transaction. I don't know where have been my payment is stucked. Please help as soon as possible.

                          From last 15 days about 1298.99 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~IPRUM without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when I was about to make a payment then the amount was not there. Shame on ICICI service they started looting people's hard working money.

                          What is this transaction purpose?

                            I have two Emi with Bajaj finance and my Emi deduction is done on 2nd of the month. in September 2023 i received my salary on 4th sept 2023. My Emi payment was missed and bajaj finace representative contacted me to make the payment with a overdue amount of Rs.500 which i payed. today When i check i noticed that twice Rs.590 was debited from my account on 15th September in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ Of Bnk BFLf~02SEPT23~75e and NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ Of Bnk BFLf~04SEPT23~9fa

                            why was this amount deducted without any notice. i had saved it up incase any emergency comes. and you are deducting it without any prior notice or anu SMS after deduction.
                            I need my money back,
                            i have never had such a horrible experience from any other banks in which um having accounts. This is also the second time you are doing something like this. My first complaint was also ignored by your side. Im not planning to let this one go. I case this complaint doesn't get resolved i will be moving on with filing case at consumer court or rbi.

                            its understandable if you cut it once, but twice is unacceptable.

                                  Last Six Months. Auto debit 590rs for each month. Transaction Remarks(NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TPSLSIP) Around 2000 Rupees were detected without my notice. Need a reason for the auto debit.
