Dear sir/ Madam,
Please find enclosed details of my loan a/c. As per detail shown in repayment schedule, we have closed my loan on dated 28.07.2021 by submitting a cheque of amount Rs. 25, 90, 219.36, but as per the statement, EMI of August month has been deducted from us, which is not right because I have closed my loan in the month of July.
Kindly, refund my amount and send the correct statement....

A Withdrawal of INR 1899, has happened from my account on 18/8/2021 in the name of PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_ New Policy. I have not subscribed to any new policy nor they have given any policy related details at the time of account opening to me. I sent a money2world transfer through Icici on the 7th August 2021 and the money has been deducted but not received by the beneficiary in UK till date- 17th August. I have been following up with your customer care service but they keep hanging up. There has been no update on my money. Is it lost? It is on the way? This kind of service from Icici is very unexpected and highly unprofessional. Looks like my money is lost in your blackhole....

I'm trying to purchase a online gold from PhonePe (iOS application) today but every time it is showing transaction failed I tried for 4 times times all 4 times transaction was declined. Below is the message I'm receiving.

"Dear Customer, your transaction of INR 63, 000.00 on ICICI Bank Credit Card XX9007 is withheld for security reasons. Please call our Customer Care."

Hello,

ICICI Bank has automatically converted one of my purchases using credit card to EMI. When contacted customer service the executive put my call on hold for consultation with senior then blatantly disconnected.

I request reversal of the EMI conversation.

I opened iwish deposit account, and i am seeing the 10000rs transferred to someother deposit account dr tran, what the hectic, how its happening without my knowledge. 10000rs my two weeks salary... This is insane... I didnt expect this from icici bank.. I am using icici account for past 7 years. Now i am frustrated to close the account a/c[protected]. Please someone solve my problem... I am not a rich guy to fund everyone. This is unlawful...

My Demat account has been closed in October 2016, i have a confirmation email also on that, but still my account has been debited for Rs 826 on 27/07/2021.

I had raised a FASTag request on 7th Jul which I never received.

I called the customer care[protected] on 15th Jul and was told that it will be delivered in 4-5 days.

I called again the customer care on 27th Jul and was told that it will be delivered in 72 hours. I was told that the Blue Dart courier number will be shared in 24 hours...Still NO UPDATE......

I have reached out to ICICI customer care multiple times today trying to dispute transaction that occured in my saving account with remarks as "Auto-debit" for ADTPSLSIPG on 26th July.

This transaction was not approved by me thro netbanking or phone. Neither have I setup any EMI or autodebit from this account. ICICI bank is not helping to raise this as dispute even though the customer (since 2006) has been...
