I am Tanmay Arora. Amount of Rs.826 is debited by ICICI bank on 27/07/2022 without sms alert or email alert. The transaction mark was DMC/IN(demat acc no.) DP CHGS TILL JUN 2022.The demat account mentioned in the transaction mark belongs to my ICICI direct account.

I made an imps transaction on[protected], once after entering OTP upon submitting the transaction failed but the amount was debited.
It has transferred in at most emergencies and lives were dependent on it and the amount is also huge I can't afford to send it again.

There were no clear options to find failed transactions and I could only see the transaction in the e-statement and not in the completed transaction.br...

I want to pre close my car loan which i took in 2019. I have been shifted to UAE and opened NRE & NRO account with ICICI only. I am requesting them for auto loan foreclosure but not getting any response. Last month I had visited India and I was told that you need to visit Bangalore branch for this pre closure. I tried several times to get otp while by ordering on amazon and it requires to enter my otp password but i am not not getting any otp from icici bank, very bad, then i jumped to another bank to complete my transaction. I want to say that this is not the first time i am facing kind of problem from icici bank, i am not getting online transaction details over phone via sms service.
And I filed complaint in customer care 2 times still...

It is with utmost disappointment that I have to say, my savings account has been disabled without any prior notice. Customer care is not receiving my call. I don't have any Relationship Manager assigned to me. This is such a helpless feeling. Such a pathetic and poor service I have never seen. I am one of the premier customers of ICICI using banking from the past 6 years.

I have ordered ICICI Fastag for two of my commercial vehicles on 9th December, 2021 on their website. I was allowed to select the model and I made payment of Rs.499.12/- for each tag making a total of Rs.998.24/-.
