Im sonali saxena ac holder of ICICI Bank unfortunately. Because I never face this type of things form others bank.

I took a phone on emi by Bajaj finance. And attached my ICICI Bank Ac from emi payment. Due to some issues I unable to pay 2 emi payment. But after that I paid all amount in single shot.
By gpay .

On 9 Jan 2024 I credit around 7100 rs in my ICICI Bank. Next day when I saw my ac my ac was zero. It's so furestating. Im still in shocked. Without any info me back deducted. My all money.

I want to request please refund my money back. If you have any changes. You can deducted money of 2 times 590. But how 9 time how...

Please resolve my problem. I attached proof of money deducted by screenshot.

      On Jan 23 2023, an amount of Rs. 1 lakh was deposited in my ICICI savings account. As soon as the amount was credited, charges of Rs 590 was debited mulitple times, precisely 10 times. The description of the charges is Nach_Ad_Rtn_Chrg Of Bank Icici... with a certain date. There are charges incurred in the mulitple dates of the same month for example, 03rd Nov, 05th Nov etc. ranging from October 2022 to January 2023. I lost Rs. 6000 in a moment, which was deposited for a critical purpose.

      I expect the bank to explain me these charges and revert ASAP.

      Immediately after I lodged this complaint, there have been emails and calls from fraudsters with the new method of scam in the name of Consumer Forum and ICICI bank.

      Details of scammers:
      [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com, +91- [protected], +[protected]

      They say they're calling from ICICI bank to resolve the complaint in consumer forum. They ask you to write down the following steps and follow on i-mobile app while talking to them on call.
      Voucher code- RF20000AZ
      PIN- 9897
      They ask you to go to Services>Cardless withdrawal> Amount>Voucher code (because amount is numeric they ask you to add only numerical value which is fraud money they take from you).
      Upon raising doubts, and asking why they're not communicating on email they insist to do on call and did send a following email later :

      Dear Consumer,
      As per your complaint your amount is initiated as a refund from the gateway.
      Here are the details of your voucher
      RFC20000AZ, It is a prepaid voucher you are able to redeem this voucher as a cash into your account and if your amount is in the multiple of 500 then you are able to withdraw your amount as a cash through the ATM.

          The incident is on 22nd Jan 2024.

          There were two EMI payments of SIP due on the same day. But I paid manually through the Groww App but they still deducted the balance from my account on the same day.

          If I paid on the same day then ideally you should return my payment of Rs. 590 + Rs. 513 for the same.

          Please check attached screenshot for the same.

            Money deducted from my account I.e. Rs. 590 for unknown transaction without any intimation.

            I received an invoice of Rs 590 where particulars are mentioned as NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG_TPSLSIP... and ICICI never responds to any queries. I have the right to know why is this amount deducted. For this money deducted there is no any text message received nor any email received. Kindly refund my deducted money....

            Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. On Date- 06/12/2023, time- 03:34 pm, my account balance is deducted while making a payment for Delhi university Marksheet claim request, School of Open Learning, North Campus of Rs. 500 through eazypay - icici gateway.
            The thing is, I haven't received any service for the payment I made. I contacted my bank for chargeback request but it got declined by the merchant on 02/01/2024.
            Now, I need help with this issue I'm facing, I want either my marksheet or my money back. I hope you understand my concern. Thank You.

              I have seen that from my account continuously deducting POSDEC charges. It's deducted 29.50 from my account 7times (13th multiple times) on JAN 2024. I am very disappointed for this charges. Take an action immediately before/after deduction of amount not receiving any standard message from ICICI bank.
              This is totally i agreed as looting amount from customers.

                    Hello sir,
                    I am using Amazon pay ICICI credit card. I have paid credit bill amount Rs. 10000 via Amazon Pay UPI date of 21 December 2023. Order ID:[protected]. This payment decline 29th December 2023 after successful payment. Amount also return to bank 29th December. But Credit card bill not credited to card. Amazon due date is 24th December 2023.
                    I have paid credit card bill payment after cancelation my payment Rs. 10000 on date
                    [protected]. But ICICI bank charges interest Amount Rs. 7434.31 and IGST CI amount Rs. 1338.18. Total charges of ICICI bank 8772. I am totally disappointed 😞. I am paid credit card bill before the due date but ICICI bank charges interest Amount.
                    I pay off my entire amount every month. There no late payments past date. Please waive the Interest Charges fee Rs. 8772. Kidney revises the charges. I also attached payment details image for your reference.

                        My account has been frozen[protected] without any intimation. I have reached to the nearest bank branch (Rukmini gaon branch ICICI Bank) with my id and shared all the details regarding my daily routine online transactions. They were not able to provide a satisfactory response and were unable to unfreeze the account. I had to submit an application mentioning my salary account details as well (axis bank) along with my office address; however, i failed to understand why in the first place it is frozen. Even after submitting the application; they were unable to tell me when it will be unfrozen.

Pls visit branch and submit recent trxn dtls. Since yesterday i was unable to do any transaction with my account.
                          Immediately called the customer care and asked them to unfreeze the account but they asked me...

                            Multiple transaction with deduction of amount by name of ecsrtnchg

                            Hi icici team
                            Today i have transferred 3500rs amount in my icici bank account for paying my emi of app based loan provider navi. But after creation of my account suddenly some deduction makes from the bank with name ecsrtnchg... And multiple transactions with amount of 590, 585.67. I already paid my every emi before due date but i have no idea that auto debit is activated and not informed by bank also that i have penalized by some...

I am trying to call the number that was given to me by your customer service[protected] and I am unable to connect with someone. When I call[protected], it appears that is a call center and they tell me to call the above number. Can someone please call me to guide me? This issue has been pending for years and I want this resolved as I wanted to trade and am unable to do so. It is very difficult and frustrating to work with the timings as I am in the USA. My brothers are in India and are requesting me to transfer the shares and account to another bank but I wanted to keep this account open due to sentimental reasons.

                                Relieving Letter not given even after acceptance since four months
